Okay I was very skeptical about this Waffle House until they shut down and reopened with a new staff, a great cook, and the inside is very clean. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle that was AMAZING, with 4 patty sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese that were made just right. I even ate the toast with just butter. It was packed in there. Whiever this cook is he onows what he's doing!. I forgot pictures so you could have saw the must order chocolate chip waffle! Please be safe, judge less love more! 🫶🏾

The treatment and attention my family and I received today at this location was very disappointing. The dishes were served almost "thrown" at us, and some waffles were served with a different flavor than what I ordered. The food at these restaurants is my favorite, but the service I received here was terrible. This type of situation drives customers to stop going.

Okay... I'll start off by saying that they were severely understaffed. This particular night we went I believe was the 21st of April. We were down for a women's conference and the restaurant was pretty busy with only three staff trying to do everything. It wasn't very clean, But again, they only had three people working. one server, one cashier, one cook and one of those three were trying to do all three. He was however very polite. But there were no clean tables. We had to clean our own til the manager could stop to even greet us. Except for at least 30 minutes before anyone came to the table and another 15 minutes after that to get a drink of water. By time, it's time to cook our food. Everybody was clearing out so it got out relatively fast. It was okay. I was starving though too. Lol I feel like if this establishment had a better staffed shift, The experience might have been a little better. Felt bad for them. The one who appeared to be the manager did a great job. It just was a lot for three people to handle, especially with the conference right around the corner. But I appreciate their hard work. They were trying at least.

...I got just one thing to say if there is an employee coughing and rubbing her nose that's obviously red like Rudolph blowing with napkins and then right back to waiting tables without washing your hands why would you let her continue to work and possibly infect everyone in your establishment not very great "ava" you should go home till you get well

Worst service ever don't go unless you want to waste you time . Made us wait for a table when there was clearly 4 tables free

Placed an order for pickup at 11:50 a.m. to be ready for pickup at 12:30 and I didn’t receive my order until 1 p.m . I don’t understand what’s the point of placing an order if it’s not gonna be ready on time. They were also very stingy with the amount of hash browns that they gave me for my to go order and definitely gave me less than the normal portion.

Sun afternoon cashier had horrible customer service i been going to this place for years & never experienced customer service so bad...I stood at the register waiting to be greeted 3 mins before she finally mummbled you ready to order & before i completed the order she walked off & told some one else, he's ordering & disappeared i paid her zero attn to her poor service i did'nt want feed into her energy ...The other lady came & had a much better attitude...I did'nt get the young lady name but she was dark brown 5'3 with a her hair in a bun...She is in desperate need of customer service training

At first I thought it was raw but egg, but I ordered scrambled and they were well cooked so that was ruled out. I don’t even want to think of this being someone’s mucus, just distrusting. It looks like someone spit on my toast.

Upon arrival I placed a to-go order. After placing said order I was told it would take about 25- 30 minutes for my order to be prepared, I ended up waiting an hour for my food. Once I got home I realized that my bacon was undercooked, my waffle was hard as a brick, and so were my grits. The staff was very friendly however they were very unorganized. This is definitely not a place I will be revisiting for breakfast.
