Went to the factory for dinner this past weekend with my fiance and had such a great dinner! I highly recommend that if you want to go out to eat and your in the area, The portions are very generous and the food is top notch by far the best in town!

Placed my order over the phone as soon as the restaurant opened for a pickup 40 minutes later, and when I got there everything was ready and waiting for me. The server I did interact with was very friendly and courteous, and genuinely seemed happy to be there which had me leaving with a smile. When I got home and opened everything up it all looked so good, with my order of the Warm Soft Pretzels with the Beer Cheese and Beer Mustard dips and the Grilled Southwest Chicken Breast Sandwich with Onion Rings just calling out to me to dig into them. Started with the Pretzels and my only complaint is that they were too salty. The cheese dip was superb and while I'm not much of a Mustard guy I was happy with that as well, but the Pretzels themselves had a tad too much salt. Alone they are already on the salty side, but then on top of that they have sea salt sprinkled on them. Easy enough to brush the sea salt off, but leave it on hit the senses too hard. Now the sandwich was a whole different ballgame. As a spice mouse I was not prepared for just how spicy this was going to be, but even with my mouth burning and my stomach angry, the sandwich was delicious and cooked to perfection. And those onion rings, oh my goodness, perfection. The texture, the flavor, the amount, chef's kiss. A lovely dinner was had and I think I'll be coming back in the future sometime, if for nothing else than those onion rings.

I reviewed this place three years ago. I wrote: 3 Stars and a hope for a more imaginative menu. I wish I could travel back in time and let myself know just how much this place impresses me today. Amazing service, Delicious Savory menu that could please most any palate, cozy family friendly atmosphere, craft brews and cleverly mixed drinks. Absolutely our Family's favorite local restaurant !!!!

We tried a handful of items and loved it all, absolutely phenomenal! Kayla 10/10 deserves a raise! She was beyond delightful and extremely helpful. She was smiles and cheer the whole night, an absolute angel!

Very nice bar and restaurant. The staff have always been super nice and the food comes out quick. They have a large selection of drinks on tap and their food is good also. I'll get the nachos and split them since they're big enough to feed 4 people. I've never been there at night but it seems like a pretty quiet calm bar scene. There is a cute outdoor space with tables and chairs. If you're in the Balston Spa area be sure not to over look this place!

Had a diaper part here for my son and daughter-in-law. Beautiful and the staff were fantastic! Thank you for being so polite and caring!

Friendly staff, food came out quick, but the fish & chips were meh. Fish was very bland. Bathroom was small and awkward--the stall door blocks exit when open. Booth seats felt tilted forward, wooden & uncomfortable and it was chilly by the window.

Went here as a group of 3 got calamari as app and it was good. I got chicken fingers and fries, chicken was dried out and small fries were soso. Wife got the chicken Parm and it was a very large portion and she liked it. Her mother got the gobbler sandwich which is Thanksgiving meal in a sandwich she said it was ok. Service was good. Very loud in restaurant and very pricey for what you get.

This is a good place for a sandwich, but nothing else. We got the wings ($20 for 12), and the meat was old. I ate one, tried another and gave up. They overcharged us on the onion soup too. $6.99 on the menu but $10.99 on the bill! The side salads were $6.95 and they were tiny! The lettuce was not fresh, either. When we gave back our wings unfinished, the waiter did not comp us anything on them. He just asked if we wanted to order something else! We were with a party of 6 and all they did was take a $4.50 soda off the bill for one of the other guests to offset our wings. 3 couples and no attempt to break up the bill. Everything is priced way too high for what it is. Most sandwiches are in the $18-$20 range. Dinners are $25-$35. We will not be back.

Not good. Whatever you think you're about to experience, it's not that. Imagine food that is worse than what you have in your freezer at home and spending $60 for it. We got the combo platter and it's all freezer fried nonsense which we should've known. Then we got burgers to be safe and even those we could tell were microwaved to hell (hot spots all throughout).
