Nice location! Although the joystick on Pac-Man's Arcade Party was not working in two directions. Otherwise, very nice location with a HUGE selection of games! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Maryland.

I took my kids 2 days ago. We had a great time. The employees were all amazing. Very helpful and attentive to our questions. We were even able to get free refills on the soda we brought. Highly recommend.

First time here for a birthday party. Staff were excellent! Very accommodating and polite. Food was pretty dang good for the price. I don't expect to go to a place like this and not spend money. Would recommend for nearly all ages.

I recently hosted my 9-year-old’s birthday party at Dave & Buster’s. While the booking and payment process were smooth — the staff did a good job coordinating the confirmation and handling the logistics before the event — the actual party experience was disappointing. No one came to assist or check in during the party, and we were left to manage everything ourselves. I expected at least one host or staff member to help organize things or guide the kids, but there was no support once we arrived. I’ve done parties at Monster Mini Golf before — their space is smaller, but they plan and handle everything from start to finish, which makes a big difference. Compared to that, Dave & Buster’s felt unorganized and impersonal. The kids still had fun playing games, but as a parent planning a birthday celebration, I wouldn’t choose this location again unless their party assistance improves.

A top tier place to go to relax or have a good time. Friendly environment and friendly people. The food was great but quite pricey for the small portions. Even the dinnerware looked nice and had a great feel to it. Restrooms are extremely clean and smelled great. I will be going back again because I was satisfied with the great service and friendly waitresses.

It's a solid arcade that is family friendly and has a very approachable bar. Lots of lights and noise but it is an arcade built around a sports bar so you get what you pay for. My kids and I counted 40 televisions around the bar and had a blast figuring out what percentage had sports on at the time.

Improvements on food service. Went in on a Sunday evening at a busy time (holiday weekend) and excellent service well staffed at the bar. Food is fresh and delivered in a timely fashion. Eat and play combo used. Adult beverage charged separately but great presentation.

We always have a great time at D&B! Last time we went they accidentally charged us twice for our pizza and I didn’t realize until after we paid. So instead of a refund of the $10, the manager gave us a $50 gift card that we could use on food or games! That was amazing. We came back last night and used our gift card to play games! We always have a fun time here. I have two sons 8 & 2, and they both enjoy playing the games. It also wasn’t crazy and busy in there like it can be sometimes so it was a very chill experience! We didn’t eat this time but last time we did and the food was good! We had pretzel sticks with cheese, they were great. My two year old had the kids pizza which was surprisingly delicious, my oldest had tenders and fries which were also good! I had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was okay. I liked it at first but then got some gamey pieces of chicken that gave a microwave vibe and that killed the taste for me. My husband had a salmon bowl which he really enjoyed. Thank you to the manager for the gift card! We will be back!

For a late Friday this place was pretty empty. Overall the place was clean and the games were great for families and date night. The drinks made at the bar were tasty. I liked the stawberry lemonade ice cubes. The cajun wings were also a hit and seasoned well. I would come back at a earlier time on the weekend with family.

I was so surprised by how amazing the mushroom burger was! My husband and I both got it and were very happy with our choices. The cocktails kinda seemed like 99% sugar with a thimble of alcohol, and the wings were just okay (kinda reminded me of oversized wings from dominos) so just lost one star for those things collectively. Our server was so soft spoken that we just assumed everything she was asking over the blaring noise surrounding us haha but she was prompt and very sweet. Since the bar was packed, she came by each time to tell us when our drink was delayed instead of ignoring us, so we were very happy with her attentiveness. The atmosphere is what it is haha I’ll always gripe that I wished D&B were actually for adults like they should have been and let the kids keep Chuck E. Cheese and we get this, but it’s just kids running around screaming in their version of Las Vegas. So even though it’s my version of an absolute hellscape, I can’t knock the atmosphere bc it’s doing exactly what it was made to do haha

I love bringing my twins here, especially on half price on Wednesday, where all the games are half off. we have lots of fun, it's very spacious clean, and a good time is always to be had

Haven't been here in a while, was pretty packed for a holiday this evening. Prices aren't bad, claw machine looks rigged or needs fixed.... deff miss the stuffed animals they used to have in it. Think they could use some better prizes or more options.... some of the prizes are slightly overpriced (opinion) but overall game wise, not bad for the kiddos. Money deff goes quick when a game last less than a minute at times 😆 pick your games wisely to obtain most tickets. 😉

Half-price game days make it more affordable but the food is expensive and not very good. Plus, the kitchen is slow. They have lots of televisions for sports viewing so you can watch many different games. The service is friendly.

Had dinner here. It was not a good experience. Wait times were too long for order to be taken. Once our order was taken, the Cajun shrimp pasta had no sausage. Waited 25 minutes for a new waiter to show up, for him to disappear for another half hour. I asked a busser to inquire as to why there was no sausage in the dinner that should’ve had it in there. He informs me that the cook says there is no sausage left. I was very upset because no one told me this when I ordered and I could’ve ordered something else manager happen to be there as I was discussing with the bus about my food. She asked me was everything OK? I told her no she then proceeded to ask me What do you want a new plate of pasta? I said absolutely not. I just want some bacon or something put in it. I’m paying for two meats and it’s only one in there and they didn’t even add extra or inform me. Her walkie-talkie went off and she left. 20 min later a young lady came out to wait on another table. She bought me a cocktail cup full of bacon. I made the comment. I hope I’m not being charged for this. I then waited another 25 minutes for the waiter to come, which was a guy because the lady who was waiting on our table left. I informed him I needed my check, and I was using cash, and we needed containers. He brought me a check back, and no containers. I reminded him that I was using cash. He did something on the receipt where it only showed that he took $150 for my order but he failed to put the $28 tip. Had to go to management because my receipt was not showing that. I paid $178 and some change. The young lady who bought me the bacon and another manager named Tony tried their best to give me a receipt that reflected the $178, but they were unable to, but he did give me a receipt with his card attached, so I did appreciate that. The food was cold, so I had to heat it when I got home. It was good, but the service was too long and very sketchy.

I did not like the Fish n chips I ordered. I’m a seafood person and don’t really eat many other meats. It was more breading than fish. It came out hot but not as fresh as it should be. The drink I had was good. I forgot the name of it. I just won’t order food from here no more.

Games were fun to play, so we had a good time. Food wasn't so great. My bacon burger had old tasting and rubbery bacon and wilted looking lettuce. Tomato and the burger itself was good. Fries were stiff and semi warm. My burger wonderfully had 4 slices of bacon I was thrilled to see until I tasted it. I'll eat next door at Buffalo Wild Wings and come to play. I'll definitely spend my money playing games. It was my 1st time at Dave and Busters and I was impressed by the games. Staff was friendly also. :-)

It was Valentines day..so I get it but I wasnt able to reload my card for whatever reason, asked a staff member and he sent me to the front to stand in the long line...just ate and left. The bartender was amazing...she was very attentive...she was the only one out of the 4 that walked past...sucks I cant remember her name..she was the older black lady with the pretty smile...she made up for all the other stuff.

Nice place, but at least they gave good games, even when some of them are out of order. Sometimes you lose your money because the card swipe wasn't recognizing it. So, when it eats your points for no reason, you have to find a game technician when they dont even have one. So, you wind up standing in line for a bit to get back the points you lost. And you dont play your games very long because the game wants more money to pick up where you left off.

I love coming with my friends to play games, especially on Wednesdays when games are half priced. But we had lunch there for a change and the food was delicious but it took a long time for our server to deliver us our food and checks.

Eat before you come. The prices are ridiculous for the portion size. Our waitress was nice enough but we had to waive her down the 2 times we called her over. The atmosphere was fabulous not to crowded and a great mix of people.

We came to this location for food, drinks and games. When we walked in the front desk attendant barely looked up. She didn’t offer any assistance in helping choose a package at all. We paid extra to do the human claw machine. That attendant was also miserable, didn’t explain anything and didn’t crack a smile one single time. This is an extra paid experience in which we did not receive friendly service. One of the game machines malfunctioned twice, I asked the attendant at the prize station for help….take a guess if she was friendly or not…nope. The ONLY friendly person we encountered tonight was Deasia who was working in the bar area. She was pleasant and helpful. She delivered excellent service and was the one employee who cared about our experience at all. So if you go into Dave and Busters white marsh anytime soon, look for Deasia. She’s the only person who will be happy to help you.

The service was ok, the food was bland, definitely missing something on the burger, the nachos were dry and difficult to eat, more plain that had a topping. Requested the missing bacon jam for the burger, and it came out tasteless, looked like a greasy gray blob, and all together the entire burger was visually unappealing. I had to request BBQ sauce to pep it up.

There food is never good. I ordered quac and chips and it was not mixed well and the "chips" were terrible. I had their kids tenders and they were bad also. They have good soda and fries. Only time we go is on 1/2 off games day. Gave it three tries and that's plenty for us.

Games were fun, however the food, bar & service were horrible. We ordered 2 drinks each & my husband got wings & I ordered a side salad. Bartender barely stopped by & we literally waited 30 minutes for our drinks (lime time ritas) she didn’t even bring our Jell-O shots. Walks off before we can even say anything about the hello shots & doesn’t come back over for another 30 minutes. By this time we only have 1 hr left before close to play games so my husband asks for the check & for the food to go in boxes. On the check she rang in a $15 salad when I wanted the $5 side salad because I don’t like chicken. She said that the salad has chicken, I said no I ordered this one, I said & pointed to the side salad when I ordered so please take it off & just cancel the food. So not only did we wait a long time when the bar wasn’t even full, we didn’t get our shots, check was wrong, my husband ate cold wings because the food took so long & I had to eat at Wawa. Will never order food or drinks here again.

I always love going to the Dave and busters in Arundel Mills. When I came to the Dave and Busters in white marsh it was a different story. The atmosphere was great and gave me normal arcade vibes but when me and my family tried to get food, they acted like they didn’t want to seat us and just kept talking amongst themselves. We had to inch closer and closer just for them to see us and say that we could sit at the table we were already standing at. We waited and waited for a server and nobody ever came after 30 minutes of waiting so we just left and got food elsewhere. Wanted to try the food but didn’t even get a chance to

Games are expensive and the prizes you cash your points in to get don't make up for half the money you spend. The music is extremely loud and the entire place is extremely dark at the White Marsh location. Round One in Towson and in Park City is superior. The lights are bright, the prizes are expected and the games are modern .

One thing about Dave & Busters is that it's going to be a party. Went with my family and we had a great time but the food was terrible. Go for the drinks, atmosphere and games but do not eat there. Each of my family members received cold food and they both ordered something different. When we tried to talk to the waitress she acted like she didn't want to be bothered. It was like pulling teeth to even get silverware and at the end they added their own gratuity to a bill that had 4 people and 2 entrees involved. Never seen that... won't be back for a while. Definitely mixed emotions about coming back here...

Went during the weekend with the family. It was a long wait time due to being busy (not unexpected). The games and atmosphere were awesome, but the food was a bunch of overpriced slop. Each of us ordered a meal and a bunch of appetizers. Not a single meal could even be considered just ok. My recommendation is to eat elsewhere and then go and enjoy the games and activities.

Last night, July 16th I took my 9 year old niece to the White Marsh, MD D&B location. She played wicked tuna, which gave her a pay out of over 49k tickets!! We were both ecstatic to say the least. It took the machine almost an hour to countdown all the points. During that time we went to the little shop to check the card, the points weren’t on. We asked the attendant if we had to wait for the machine to finish counting down, she didn’t know and said she’d send someone over, no one came. We played other games in that area while the machine continued to count down. To be clear no one else could even play the game on that reel during this time. Once the game completely counted down, we went back to the little shop, points weren’t on the card. Asked the attendant again, who just called a manager over. An older white woman came over, who was RUDE! She said, “we don't even have a game that pays out that many points”. I show her the attached photo. She grabs the game card and walks away. So we follow her, she talks under her breath the entire time. She walks to (I assume) another manager, a black lady with short hair. This manager is more pleasant, yet doesn’t rectify the situation and just says there’s nothing that can be done. Echoes the sentiment that the game doesn’t pay that much and gives the excuse of a malfunction. Takes my name and number and says I’ll receive a call today. It’s almost noon, no call today. I called corporate who also refuses to do anything. How does a company get away with this? The worst part, 49k tickets probably wouldn’t even equate to her getting $50 worth of prizes at a normal store. This company is greedy as all get out! I have photos and video of her win and D&B refuses to acknowledge it. I expected much better customer service, and if they don’t want to believe me, I know they dang sure have cameras they could check to verify that game said she won the tickets

First and foremost the wait time was horrible.. our waitress was not very attentive we didn't get no silver ware for our food.. they charged us for condiments that go on our food. This Dave n busters is not good.. the manager's were the ones to make sure we got our silverware an everything we needed. They need to teach some of their severs good manners..

Enter the establishment we were told to go over by the bar if we didn't want to wait so we want to other wait 20 minutes and no one coming to wait on our table. So we was getting ready to leave and the cashier registers called manager so we let him know our situation. Me and my brother figured out what the waiters was doing they wanted only a large party not just two people. I will never come again

This place was hideous. No organization what so ever. The host seats you and then you wait 40 minutes for a server. Unbelievable. I chose this location thinking it would be better...NOT. Best part about the night was the football game

I seat at the bar it was the worst experience of my life all I wanted was a beer and wings there where 2 bartenders. I got a menu and waited for about 20 minute before getting my food ordered. Food came out fast but it took another 20 mins to get the beer I ordered. It’s funny how the waiter made her way over to tell me my grandson was not to sit at the bar if I knew that I would get me some service I would have been put him up there. Long story short never again

Too many children and not enough adults. The children are out of control and need to be supervised. Not all the children but it should be parents with their children. It was supposed to be a curfew for that area. Don't go when it is dark outside. Nice place during the day. Vampire in Brooklyn at night.

If you’re coming here for the food, don’t. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. We sat for 45 minutes without even getting a drink. We had to stand at the host stand for 10 minutes before we just had to seat ourselves. Stick to the games if you come.

0 stars for all of the above. My family are regulars at this Dave and busters and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. They had a bunch of security walking around doing nothing, lots and lots or employees doing nothing other than playing with their hair and scrolling on their phones even though it was very busy. No one telling kids to stop running around as if it was a play ground. My drink nearly got knocked over sitting on a side table while I was playing a game with my kid due to the others horse play. We then went to the hostess for a table of 3, got sent to a dirty table then was moved after complaining. We waited 25 minutes or so for a server. We got our food before our drinks. Then had to go up to ask for our drinks. The food was gross. One our burgers was so greasy it barely got eaten and then we waited so long to tell someone we just gave up. Bathrooms were disgusting, didn’t even have any towels to dry hands or anything. There was nothing pleasing about this it was a total waste of our day and money!!! I wish I could have even found a manager to complain for a refund but no one was found. Idk if we will return after this.

Terrible experience. Food wasn't good, not worth the money spent. Multiple games weren't working. We let the staff know and they claimed there were brand new card scanners and weren't working for anyone. Why not put a sign up to prevent meltdowns from children. Our waitress ask security to keep and eye on us. We saw charges that should not have been on our receipt and questioned them. We made them explain why it was on there then change it. This is how they get over on people who just pay instead of looking over the receipt to make sure everything is correct.

I dined here on 9/20/2025 to watch baseball & my boys to play games. I made reservations for 7:30p but arrived at 7:15p & asked if I could sit at the bar and was told "that's fine, you can sit wherever you'd like". I arrived before my family to order food & drinks so that when they arrived it would be there. The restaurant was pretty empty considering it was Saturday night & our baseball team had a game (which I had to ask to be turned on because surprisingly none of the 8 TV's at the bar had it showing); but I sat at a table for over 20 minutes before anyone greeted me, & even then was rudely asked if the hostess sat me there while pointing to a sign on the table that read "Please see Hostess to be seated". I explained that the host confirmed my reservation and told me to sit anywhere. I watched 5 employees look at me and walk by with no acknowledgement. This was extremely unprofessional & frustrating because not only was the host at the stand, but 2 Officers were at the stand also so why would all 3 of them allow me to walk past them and sit myself at a table??? I watched another party of 4 sit at the table behind me & was greeted within 2 minutes of being seated; they also sat at the table without being escorted. Eventually my waitress, Brianna, came to my table & took my order, but I was unable to order food prior to my family’s arrival. I’ve had problems with service at this specific location many times in the past & prefer the Arundel Mills location as their service is better AND they have the Arena game. But I heard there was new management, White Marsh is closer, so I decided to give it another shot. I am 38 years old, I’ve worked in food service from ages 17-27 and am VERY aware of the training you receive and are expected to apply and am confused as to why none of the practices were done. I know all guests are to be acknowledged within a certain time period of being seated and every server has a dedicated "section" so if a guest is sitting in your section you are to tend to them or at least inquire about them. Although my initial experience at this restaurant was terrible I do want to acknowledge and commend our server Brianna for stepping up and being a great waitress. She was attentive & checked on us frequently. To sum it up I will not be returning to this location and will travel a bit further to have better service. I hope the staff at this location put more energy into their paying customers & not on conversing with each other at the bar. I have already tried to submit a comment on the website but they only allow 500 characters (including spaces) so there's no way to possibly give a detailed complaint. Hopefully future guests will have a better and more pleasant dining experience but I will not return back to this location; I'd rather travel further for better service overall.

Went to Dave & Buster’s in White Marsh and the service was honestly unacceptable. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us….meanwhile multiple waiters walked right past our table. Our waitress was standing near us the entire time having a conversation, and only after she finished did she finally ask if we had been helped. After ordering, it took almost an hour for our food to come out. That alone is ridiculous. Then once we were done, we had to sit another 30 minutes just to get the check. No urgency, no communication, no management presence trying to fix anything. Food-wise: I ordered the Lacey’s Chicken. The chicken itself was actually very good — I’ll give them that. But the sides were disappointing. The green beans were extremely thin and didn’t even look real, and the mashed potatoes looked premade and slapped on the plate with zero effort. Overall, this wasn’t just slow service…it was poor management on the restaurant side. No flow, no accountability, and no attention to guests. Definitely not the experience you expect when you’re paying to eat out.

First time in over a year that we had a chance to go out on a date and what can I say. It was HORRIBLE SERVICE. We got our FOOD before our drinks. We sat for 25 minutes before our drink order was even taken. She didn’t tell us about the “date night” bundle until we were already done eating and irritated as hell They need management or something on the weekends to help with the flow cause what the hell Yall got going on! Everybody just standing around drinking up the Red Bulls instead of working with a sense of urgency. Like yall SUCK
