Tuve una experiencia excelente en Muy Buenas, en pleno Raval. El lugar tiene muchísimo encanto: una decoración cuidada, acogedora y con ese aire creativo que encaja perfecto con el ambiente del barrio. La comida fue espectacular. Se nota la calidad de los ingredientes y el cariño en cada plato. Todo estaba sabroso, bien presentado y con opciones para todos los gustos. Además, la carta ofrece propuestas originales que se salen de lo típico sin perder la esencia mediterránea. El servicio también fue impecable: el personal muy atento, cercano y siempre dispuesto a recomendar platos y vinos. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveré y que recomiendo tanto para una cena tranquila como para ir con amigos. ¡Muy buenas experiencias en Muy Buenas! 😊

Hemos ido a cenar un jueves por la noche. Cada plato una delicia. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado. Desde el pancito horneado con las verduras dentro y la sardina ahumada hasta el postre. Gracias Edu y a Sergi, por la excelente atención y por explicarnos cada plato. Un auténtico restaurante catalan.

Hai un mención muy especial para la atención de Ariel y Jordi, nos han tratado súper bien y además Ariel nos dio un pequeño tour por el lugar que tiene un valor histórico enorme. Nos encantó también la comida, merece muchísimo la pena hacer una reserva y comer allí!

Un restaurante precioso. El servicio perfecto, tanto Edu como Sergi súper atentos y amables. La comida exquisita, ni una sola queja, lo que nos aconsejaron estaba delicioso.

Fui con mis padres para el puente de diciembre y la experiencia fue sublime. El personal es majísimo y atento, la comida de la carta es tradicional catalana (que ya cuesta encontrar restaurantes de comida tradicional por Barcelona y se agradece) y está buenísima escogimos: escudella, salteado de calamares, cap i pota, dos bombas y pollo a la catalana, todo increíble. El ambiente es perfecto para venir con amigos i familiares, el restaurante es pequeño pero acogedor y precioso ya que es un local modernista. Los precios son un poco altos pero justifican la calidad y el servicio que ofrecen.

Gorgeous traditional bar restaurant. Catalan owned and an absolute treasure. We didn’t eat but only had a drink and loved it. The place is gorgeous and has many antique details that are super cute. The wine and vermout was very good. It’s not a cheap bar but the atmosphere and decor make it worth it. It’s very art deco-y and would love to come back one day to have food (when I have employment again). They even have a very nice toilet if that rocks your boat. Just a tip: Pubilles apparently means ladies ( the one on the left)

This is a real neighborhood gem. With a great vermut and several very authentic style tapas, you can't go wrong. Be sure to book a table, as this spot fills up regularly, particularly on weekends. There's a reason for that! But, you can still grab a drink in the bar area, which is a fun experience in itself. Well worth the short (and very safe) walk from Raval or Rambla.

Just a bit off the beaten path, this spot offers phenomenal food and great vibes. A special shoutout to Eduard and Anna, who both provided excellent service and guided us through a variety of dishes. Highlights for me were the fricandó (a 100 year old recipe for a reason), Catalan-style Chicken and the two desserts we tried: Crèma Catalana and a goat-cheese cheesecake. Highly recommend eating here.

Excellent spot in Barcelona! Everything we had was amazing. They also had a great wine list with a lot of natural and organic bottles. The vibe is great and service is sincere. Highly recommend - especially the squid, beef stew and potato bomb. Thanks Julian for a great night!

The experience at this restaurant was outstanding. From the very beginning, Edu took great care of us with kindness and attention to detail, which made everything feel even more special. The bombas were absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to and one I highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

The staff were amazing. It was an experience, like you were the only people important people at that moment. Sergi really makes the place, but the staff are there for you 100%. Salted cod, tomato toast, beef stew, anchovies were divine. Flan was the best we’ve ever had. Staff is so personable and caring, it’s the best experience you will have in Barcelona. Fully recommend! Edward was manning the entire room in style tonight- I was impressed with his attentiveness and friendliness eventhough he was in charge of the whole place solo. I had a Muy Buenas cava party: started with a class of cava, followed with mussles in cava, and lemon sorbet with. Ava for dessert! Highly recommended 👌

The modern Catalan food is fantastic! We came back the next night and it was just as good with new dishes. Meatballs with cuttlefish, The mackerel toast and the bomba are all dishes you must try. You can skip dessert though. The house vermut is pretty tasty too.

3 years ago I gave a 1-star review due extreme lack of service. I'm glad we gave it another chance, because we really enjoyed it. The place has a beautiful modernisme interior, in both bar and restaurant. The bar's stocked with exclusively Catalan wines and spirits. The menu, likewise, is full of Catalan dishes -- hearty and well-prepared. We had a lovely lunch here and look forward to returning, for drinks, dinner, or another lunch.

I found this place to be an excellent choice to savour Catalan food. After seeing the good reviews reserved a table for lunch to try it out and was not disappointed. I selected the lunch menu for €17.90 that included a starter, mains, and a desert of your choice from the selections on offer on the day. I was served by Hector and Alex who were both helpful and considerate. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. It was definitely good value for money and a place I would try again the next time I visit Barcelona.

Really good local experience, which is difficult to find nowadays in Barcelona Modernist ambient it was and old cod shop before becoming a bar. They have "El Patufet" comic pages decorating the bathroom. It is an old Pre-civil war magazine. Service was excellent and food was amazing.

This is a hidden gem in Barcelona serving a traditional Catalan tapas experience. The neighbourhood can be a bit shady if you go in the wrong direction, but that is not reflecting at all on this restaurant. Beautiful 1920s vibes inside and delicious food to behold. You will pretty much only be hearing Catalan and Spanish in here which gives you a good indication it’s a local haunt. I only wish our party was bigger so we could try more food! We got croquettas, pan con tomata, tortilla, and the Catalan chicken dish. All were amazing and we topped it off with a crema Catalan!

Easily overlooked, this little place is a true gem in the Raval neighborhood of Barcelona. Take a step back to an age of class and weathered elegance, tiled floors, art-deco finishes, and curved mirrors. The menu is small and Regional. What it lacks in variety, it makes up for in quality. We tried four starters and two main dishes, and were wowed over and over again. The highlight for me was the calamari with artichokes. Wow, just wow! The Peasant‘s Bread with roasted vegetables and Sardines was also a highlight. Simple. Regional. Delicious. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions, had a good sense of timing, and left us enough personal space to enjoy our meal. And I almost forgot to mention— the prices are incredibly fair in comparison to the great food and atmosphere of the place!

Just because of the building this place is worth visiting. We were there for lunch and we all had the "menu del día". The ensaladilla Rusa and pork knuckle were very good. The sea bass was also great. Desserts were not that good. The flan was way too firm and the crema calatana was quite loose. One of our water glasses was chipped and 1 of the dessert spoons was dirty so they should pay a bit more attention to details. All in all we enjoyed Bar Muy Buenas.

Por ser educado! Experiencia bastante decepcionante. El servicio ha sido correcto sin más, pero la cocina ha sido extremadamente lenta, con tiempos de espera excesivos entre platos. La comida, además, ha resultado bastante pobre en calidad y elaboración, muy lejos de lo que esperábamos. Para rematar, los precios son elevados para lo que realmente ofrecen. En conjunto, no hay una buena relación calidad-precio y no repetiríamos.

La comida muy buena! Queríamos llevar a un grupo de otros países a una experiencia catalana en el Raval! La comida lo vale!! Pero el servicio muy malo, los meseros distraídos, lentos, la camarera me llevo una cuchara y la metió directo a mi plato!!! Y ella ni cuenta!! Nos pusieron arriba porque eramos un grupo grande, había un caaaaalooor!! Y claro les faltaron platos entrantes. Una experiencia muy desigual!

Los mejillones estaban demasiado secos, lo que afectó bastante la experiencia. Se notaba que podían haber tenido mejor preparación o menos tiempo de cocción. El servicio fue uno de los puntos más débiles: hubo falta de atención y tardanza, lo que hizo que la visita no fuera tan agradable como esperaba. En cuanto al ambiente, es un lugar agradable y cómodo, con buena atmósfera para pasar un rato tranquilo. Sin embargo, la calidad de la comida y el servicio deberían mejorar para que la experiencia esté a la altura del entorno.

First of, we asked for water, the waiter served us tapped water pretending that it was a new fresh bottle which it wasn’t. Second, I ordered some mussels and it came with a long blond hair (we were 3 dark hair), I informed the waiter and he just took my plate and said that he will speak with the kitchen, no apologies. Third, the dishes don’t worth the price. On the other hand the place is beautiful, service was good until when we caught him scamming our water and serving tap.

Come here for cocktails! But skip on the food and wine. We came here out of desperation on a Tuesday afternoon. To our delight; we were seated immediately. They have some great looking lunch specials. But we didn’t like everything we saw; so we ordered a la carte: - Grenache - 1/5 very bad wine. - Cod fritters - 2/5. Not much fish, mostly fillings and a bit fishy. - Croquettes - 4/5 very creamy inside - Salad with tuna - 3/5 fresh tomatoes in olive oil, with fairly fresh tuna. Not great but felt very healthy! - Mussels - 3/5 not the best flavor, but mussels were fresh. I think this is mostly a bar (hence the name). Come for the nice drinks with mixers and bitters. But don’t come for the food or wine

Absolutely incredible, we sat down at a table and after 5 minutes of not even having been asked if we would like to order something, I asked the waitress behind the bar if she can clear our table. The leftover stuff had clearly been sitting there for a while. To then be told by this person that I am rude to ask for that!! And that they are supposedly closing soon when they are open til midnight.. customer service, what's that?
