Very convenient to I 40/ I 15. Called in order and it was ready and hot! when we arrived. They did have the dining room open, but no iced drinks, only bottled, which was ok. The lady who ran the cash register had a big smile which is always appreciated!

The restaurant itself is mostly a convenience for those who don't want to do take-out, so the atmosphere there is somewhat dismal. Food, however, is frequently great. My pet peeve: cheesy breadsticks aren't really cheesy like a cheese-lover would think. They did make a slip-up on my carry-out order last time so manager gave me a "freebie" for it. (However, it was for a take-out order, which put me on the spot to buy more food to redeem my "free" offer because of the takeout minimum required, lol).

Big Edit!! The manager called and offered to replace the entire order. So much better! Pizza was on point and the wings were big with plenty of sauce. Thank you Pizza Hut for stepping up. Old review: Come on Pizza Hut! You were once really good, now nothing short of miserable! A 5 topping thin crust pizza and a cheese pizza with stuffed crust and 2 orders of boneless wings. The pizza had so little cheese that we couldn’t see or taste it. The wings had a teaspoon of sauce at the bottom of the container and we couldn’t get any on the wings. Just chunks of breaded chicken? What a huge disappointment!

Ordered the big New York pizza with sausage and pepperoni also naked wings with mild buffalo sauce on the side. And an extra cheese pizza.Everything was fresh, delicious and hot. Ordered the Cheesesteak Melt it was good lots of flavor. Customer service was good also. Will order again.

Ordered cheesticks through doordash. Menu said cheesesticks and a cup of marinara, but they sent no marinara. I am so disappointed. I may not even eat the cheessticks. Who eats cheesesticks without marinara?

Pizza was cold and sloppy. Barely any cheese and a ton of sauce. This disappointed me because I’ve always had a good experience with this Pizza Hut and chose it over every other pizza place in Barstow. I will try it again Maybe the cook Is new or in training I’m not sure but I will try again because this is the first bad experience we’ve had.

I was happy to see a pizza hut with a dining room, but unfortunately I will not be back. The pizza was really good, but the dining establishment was pretty unpleasant. The carpets desperately need to be replaced - don't look down while you're eating! The service was nice, but very slow. And it was disappointing that their fountain machine was not in use. They didn't even have ice. It does looks like they stay busy with delivery.

The last 4 times I've gone for pizza they've been out of crusts, and out of toppings. I love pizza hut, but it seems they can't keep up with the demand. I ordered cheesy bread today no cheese all burnt pretty miffed about it. Wasted $20 on cheesy bread, I can't eat. I'm over it. I paid $40 for 4 drinks, burnt sticks and a cold "melt". And before you ask no I'm not going to call them. It's pointless. They'll be lucky to stay afloat for another few years. Quality is way down and prices are way up. Best part is my receipt I got didn't even have the breakdown of prices, just a charge receipt. Good luck Barstow Pizza Hut.

Up front, I'm not from the area so I ordered delivery to my hotel room..but that isn't really a factor in my review. That said... I ordered a few pies from the hut while traveling through the area. I didn't really want to try something local as my lunch still wasn't sitting nicely. Anyway, I proceeded to order online and was greeted with this "cost of doing business in california" charge, in addition to the delivery fee and prices that seemed higher than what I pay at my local hut. I went ahead and ordered because it was late and I didn't want to fuss, but for anyone traveling through and looking for pizza delivery, avoid the hut. What costs me about $18 at home cost nearly $30 to have delivered at this store. The pies themselves, as was the delivery time, was fine. Again, if you are traveling through and don't want to be gouged by corporate greed, than avoid this place. Otherwise, enjoy your hut.

Restaurant very dirty, especially the only restroom that is for both men & women. Counter service only & dirty torn menus without any prices. When asked about this the young man ( who was friendly) said prices given after order is rung in unless you ask. What?? Ordered a large two topping pizza. It was good but toppings & cheese pretty skimpy. Overall very sad given this used to be a great restaurant. Won’t be back.

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and bacon and extra cheese AND paid for it but got a basic pizza instead. Called to find out if they gave me the wrong pizza but was left on hold too long. They are slipping in their quality especially with the high prices. My one pizza was over 35$. I would not recommend this location. Little Ceasars would give the same quality for less. Updat. Owner says how can we improve? Make my pizza order to what I paid for. I shouldn't have to pay for 3 extra toppings and get none of what I paid for. Poor customer service.

Today I ordered the big pizza box,I called in my order, because when I order online the order is always Wrong, choosing 3 med size pizzas, all the same, Hand tossed. With small Cupped pepperonithe Call center lady said I can't have Hand tossed, it had to be Pan style, I said I don't want it because it's to greasy, she said No. The pizzas were extremely greasy,and had regular pepperoni not the Small Cupped pepperoni.I, my husband and most of his family have worked at Pizza hut,in several states, so I know that you can do better.these pizzas were so greasy I took 2 bites and felt nauseous, even the kids were disappointed, Dominos is across the street from Pizza hut, and if you can't do better, we will be transferring to Dominos, Very Disappointed. I spent $33.??

Horrible I waited 2 hours for my order because my first order never showed up. Then they tried to charge me again. When it was there fault for using a third party delivery because they didn't have a driver. Didn't apologize, no discount for inconvenience, no coupons nothing just bad customer service on a order I paid for. Never happened in the 3 years I have ordered from them. Definitely be the last time I order from them.

They got my order completely wrong and because I did it on the app they said it my fault now I’ve been a loyal customer with them for years and they couldn’t fix my order I’m so done with Pizza Hut never again lost customer

Great pizza and boneless wings. Delivered. I'm afraid I have to edit my review. My last THREE orders of boneless wings have been INEDIBLE. One or two were ok but most went in the trash. And these are pricey. They are so hard I can't even bite into them. Afraid to chip my teeth. Bad. 10/23 Wings have greatly improved. I'm back to ordering them. THANKS Pizza Hut.

I was a regular customer ordering 3-4 times a month for months and despite the pizza showing up cold and other items hot, or the pizza never had enough cheese, I still bought it from them because I liked their point system. They forgot my wings one order and i had to call 6 different numbers and was on hold forever. They told me they would credit my account, but they never did. I didn't make a fuss about it I just stopped ordering. Poor customer service is the worst thing a business can have.

I ordered a pizza through the phone and when I went to pick up the pizza and they couldn’t find the order. I was charged twice and they asked me by for more money for the order and when I tried to explain to the manager he gave me a smart attitude and showed me the ticket, I kept showing him the bank statement on the phone where it showed that I was charged twice and he wouldn’t listen. He insisted that I owed him money, even though I was showing him the withdrawal from the account. I got so upset at him and told him to get the manager, come to find out he was the manager! I told him he was not nice and he had the audacity to said that I was rude to him first! So I took the pizza and sat it on the floor and told him to take it back , and keep it. He was so rude!! So rude!! The nice nasty kind of rude, rudeness with a smile!!! The worst one!!! If I am showing you I got charge twice how you are going to ask me for more money!!!????? Terrible service!! Terrible!!

Never will I order from Pizza Hut again. These people treat us like we’re animals. I ordered delivery thru the app and it took over an hour and half for our food to get delivered. I had called twice and got no answer from the store. Food was cold and hard. Wings were missing. When wings were brought back the box was smashed and the wings looked nasty. Then when asked for a full refund they ask for the food back or no refund. What they going to do with the food? Give it to someone else?? That place is garbage. Rude service from driver and the management. Service is horrible. I’d be better off making my own pizza at home.

If there was an option for 0 stars i would pick that! Came in from out of town ordered over the phone waited the 15 minutes went into the place waited another 15 before i got to talk to someone and they never got my order!!! I was very nice and they were not like at all!! Apparently the dude in front of me said the same and it's happened twice to him. I said can place another order now and she said yes but they wouldn't give me the price the phone order quoted $42 for the exact same order!! 2 large pizzas, and 1 med= $65😳 If your dumb enough to pay that enjoy! We however are not! We complained they didn't care so we left and went down the road to Carl's Jr. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother ordering online or on the phone, or right in front of them!! Complete waste of time!💩👎

This place has really gone down hill the past few years. The service has become exceptionally bad and none of the employees are helping anyone anymore. The food is alright, if they can get your order right, but it is extremely over priced. We waited almost an hour for a pizza because the first one they made us was not what we ordered. Then when we asked where our pizza was they could not find it and tried to give us another persons food. When we asked to see what we were going to take home it was the FIRST pizza they tried to give us! Almost an hour old and they were still going to sell it to another person. I would NOT recommend EVER stopping here if you want to have a pleasant experience. This Pizza Hut has lost our business for good.

Last time I ordered delivery i had a long female hair IN my pizza. Today I ate 1 slice of the New Yorker double pepperoni and within 2 minutes I was face first in the toilet. I'll pay Domino's prices for now on.

Don't order pizza there you'll be sorry you did. I Professionally go around to restaurants, fast food chains And get ready to help everybody understandamn. What is good and what isn't good? And service and the service in this place is no good. And not only did Pizza Hut give us Nasty pizzas and wings. But I have called them several times and they keep saying they're gonna call us back and they never have. I called their corporate told them about it. They said they would call me within 3 days. Today is the 3rd day we will see what happens. We paid $75. For the food that we got that we cannot eat. Pineapple looked like it was Burn, Needless to say, they took us for $75. Delivery was awful. The driver screwed up the entire experience. I had tipped this person prior to their arrival and they wouldn't bring my pizza upstairs to my door. The person stood downstairs waiting for me to come get it. It's Pizza Hut fault for doing away with their driver's. Now they have random delivery drivers that don't give a damn about how you get your food!

Where should I start? Pizza had almost no cheese, ordered a grilled chicken stuffed crust pizza, which mind you had almost no chicken on it, ordered ranch and marinara sauce for my wings which I didn't get my marinara, and the crust was rubbery as all hell for the hour it took for them to finish making my order. So yeah, don't eat here, if you want actually good pizza get doninos or red baron

Sorry to say, but it's been a while since I've had pizza this bad. Decided to try PH instead of Red Barron, for a change. So disappointing. All 4 large were very overbaked. The crusts were blackened and hard, the cheese was dark, and the toppings were shriveled. Even the simple cheese pizza and pepperoni one. The pepperoni looked like crumbled bacon! Really wish I had opened the boxes to check before driving all the way home with them. 4 pizzas and garlic sticks for $127 should at least be good food!

Just ordered three pizza and a pizza hut melt cost of $65.02 i did not get any updates other then delivery time 40 to 60 minutes i ask my son did you get any updates on the pizza he said no he went outside to look and my order is sitting outside no knock on the door or ringing the doorbell my pizzas are ice cold for $65 02 i would like to get a hot at least a warm pizza if i want a cold pizza i could get them from the freezer. I think i stick with dominos at least they hand you a fresh hot pizza this is bad service for the cost never again.

I ordered a small cheese pizza and it was 4' across, I guess it was a personal. I also ordered 2 med. Pizzas one was a meat the other a supreme. The cost was 50.00 which is totally ridiculous. We also had to wait an additional 15 min on top of the 20 they said it would take. I won't be using them again.

She Rudely argued with me. And she really didn't care whatever happened to customer, always right They took my money and gave me something that I did not order.I would not recommend this place to anyone rude service dirty So called restaurant The employees are unprofessional. You can hear them in the back laughing having a great time but no work being done. The pizza that I got.I donated it to one of the homeless sitting outside I will be contacting corporate about this incident. It's absolutely wrong.
