My husband and I were in Asheville for an anniversary trip. We stayed at the Grove Park Inn, but we could not get in for a massage there and since we were not from the area, We looked at reviews and decided on the blazing lotus. Best decision ever! We arrived and were offered a cup of tea. The house was warm and inviting. The receptionist was very personable. Our masseuses, Steven and Sierra arrived right on time and took us to our appointment. We were given the choice of what kind of essential oils we would like and asked if there were any issues on which we would like them to focus. We opted for the 90 minute signature couples massage and it was excellent! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Both my husband and I left there relaxed and that was the goal. I would not hesitate to book a massage at the blazing healing lotus! Thank you, Stephen and Sierra.

I had nothing less than an awesome experience! Vic did a great job with my massage. He was professional, kind, and thorough. Demaris (I hope I spelled your name right!) at the front desk with just the sweetest. I love the plants, complimentary tea, and rooms themed around different Asian countries. This was an all around great experience, and I will be back next time I’m in AVL!

Blazing Lotus is such a gem! Some might miss it, driving along the busy road, but once you experience the awesomeness that is Blazing Lotus, you won't ever drive by it again without instantly craving a massage. When you walk through the doors the hustle and bustle of the outside world fades away and you are warmly greeted by a wonderful front desk staff, sitting in front of the apothecary! The tea is such a nice touch and truly elevates the experience. Everything in Blazing Lotus screams peace, comfort, safety, and tranquility! I will definitely be back!

Our first couples massage! They made us feel very comfortable. The waiting room was peaceful and the receptionist offered us herbal tea while we waited. They were thorough in asking what we were looking for and made sure we were good throughout the massages. Definitely recommend

Great massage and cozy comfortable atmosphere. All staff were attentive and welcoming. We opted for a couples massage with TJ and Kelsey being our masseuses during our appointment. Both were caring and well versed at their craft. The location itself is centrally located near Whole Foods market and downtown Asheville. A well needed rest and relaxation with superb customer service is the summary. Would recommend for those who value service above just another massage.

I was really in need of care after a long week of work and everyone was so pleasant! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by name and Vic did an amazing job! I know nothing about the practice but you can tell he knows what he's doing and he was very accommodating to my needs. I'm usually very particular with who I let touch me but I felt completely safe with him the whole time! I will be returning again in the future and asking how i can get my own bottle of whatever he put in my hair because that stuff smelt so good and left my hair super soft and shiny after i washed out. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

My husband and I had the most amazing massages for our baby moon! Travis was the absolute best with body work techniques and really helped my sore muscles!! If you’re pregnant, ask for Travis! My husband received his massage from Willow and is still raving about her hand and scalp massages! He loved it! We will both be back!!

My three friends and I all had a fantastic massage here while we were in town on a girls' trip. All of of us were really impressed and would definitely go back if we were in town again. It was a wonderful atmosphere, had an impressive tea selection, and was very intimate. It was not a large day spa, just a cozy small business.

Laura Seiler at Blazing Lotus was amazing! I’ve had all kinds of massages in my life, but this was my first Thai massage. I can’t believe I’ve waited this long! It was the perfect blend of stretching, massage, and Ashiatsu. I’ve never felt better after a massage! Laura was delightful, skilled, and calming. Blazing Lotus was a very nice atmosphere and people. Highly recommend Laura, Blazing Lotus, and Thai massage in general!

Come early to drink delicious tea at the registration table. My husband and I went for a couples massage. I didn’t tell my massage therapist what exactly I wanted, because I didn’t know what I needed. but my massage therapist knew better than me and did a great job of working on all the problem areas of my body. it was painful, but pleasant...it's like manual therapy is possible. but my body felt great. and also these hot stones and hot towels. I'm a fan of everything hot. I was delighted with the professionalism of the massage therapists. the husband was also very relaxed and pleased with the work of his massage therapist. We highly recommend visiting this place!

A wonderful place to receive a massage. My wife and I came here for anniversary to both receive foot and calf massages after our hike. As you walk in there is a full assortment of teas and herbs, as well as complementary cucumber, water, and tea for you to make if you wish. This is a very nice touch. we were taken upstairs and requested to receive our massages together which was accommodated by the staff. I had Duncan as my masseuse, and he was excellent. Would highly recommend a very pleasant fellow to meet. Was very attentive on pressure and overall five stars.
