James is so nice on the phone and in person. He visited with us while we waited on our pizza. He’s very friendly. The pizza was so good! The ingredients were fresh and I love their crust. We’ll be back for sure!

Great location! Staff is friendly and kind and if they make a mistake(cause literally everyone does) they always make it right without fail. It isn’t about if you drop the ball it is how you pick it up and this team gets it and does the right thing consistently. Pizza is always pretty dang good too. Hats off to owners/managers of the location they clearly provide autonomy to their staff to make customers happy.

Grrrrrreat!! We are past pizza owners appreciate the follow up delivery was spot on time pizzas warm and order was excuted excellent with changes after we ordered. Delivery person very kind and appreciated us first time and we will be repeat orders!! Best pizza we've had in a long time!

I just love the pizza here!!! We eat here quite frequently. Their prices are really good and it's quick and delicious. The only downfall I would say is that their delivery bubble isn't large enough. I'm only 10 mins away and they don't deliver to my address!

One of the best local pizza shops in the area. They have a variety of crusts, sauces, toppings, and drinks. Their pricing is below the major national chains and their pizza tastes far superior to the others as well in my opinion. The staff is friendly and they take pride in providing quality food that will keep you coming back for more.

Ordered pizza and cinnamon sticks last night.. order did take an hour for delivery and when we got our order we had cheese sticks instead of cinnamon sticks. Called them and they were quick to deliver an order of cinnamon sticks, except they forgot the icing. Called them again and they were very apologetic and brought out the icing and refunded $10 back to me. Sometime things get messed up, but they were quick to fix it. I will definitely continue to eat here since the food is really good!!!

My order was not a menu item. I bought a pizza sub with beef rather than pepperoni. Staff was friendly and James was happy to make the alteration requested. The result was perfect. The only reason this transaction was more than $10 is that I also bought a soda to drink. I will absolutely be back!

I have been ordering from this place for years and they have always come at a reasonable time and with my order correct and tasting good. I have never had a bad experience with any of the workers weather I have it delivered or pick up at the store. If there has ever been complications I have been called ahead of time to be informed what has happened and that shows that the people here care about their customers. I love having the Mr Jim's Special salad custom made for me. The lady who makes them, Binda, takes a lot of care and effort to make it worth the money. I get a little of everything on it. Paired with a sticky fingers pizza with the white sauce instead of the red sauce and you have an incredible meal.

Mr. Jim’s has ruined all other pizza for me. The stuffed crust is the absolute best. I had to order Dominoes stuffed crust in Lubbock because there wasn’t a Mr. Jim’s and it was so limp and flavorless. Mr. Jim’s is the best! The store in Justin is especially awesome, though. I order from them frequently and they treat me like a valued customer. The customer service and and food is top notch!

It was our first time in. We're new to the neighborhood and wanted to try something other than pizza hut... I had questions regarding the difference crusts and styles of pizza but the workers didn't understand me and my questions... All they said is "all the pizza is the same". I was disappointed in the communication but I just got a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was delicious 😋.

Just received our delivery order. It was fast and so hot when it arrived. We asked for contactless delivery but had to come to the door for our order due to delivery driver ringing the bell and knocking. No icing for the cinnastix and a diet dr. Pepper instead of zero sugar dr. Pepper. Other then that, everything was great!

My sub was cold and just needed to be reheated but after the kid touched it he had to make a new one. No problem but when I got the second one and opened to check it he put his fingers on the sub again. I was like I will just take it home and reheat it. When I ate it, it tasted funny so I just threw the rest of it away. I have had extremely good pizza from there but I won't buy the pizza sub ever again. 1:00 pm 10/14/21

I got delivery on a Friday night, it got here within an hour so that was pretty good. The pizza tasted alright, too much cheese compared to the amount of toppings and alittle under done, but the delivery guy gave it to me upside down and the toppings were all over.

Ordered Mr. Jim's today for the first time. Pizza arrived in an acceptable amount of time. One pizza had the wrong toppings, was underdone, and wasn't sliced. I cooked it more, cut it myself and ate it. It tasted very good, and I understand mistakes are made sometimes. But, that's a lot of mistakes for one pizza. I think your people need to be retrained.

I'm upset at the events that took place last night, the first time we ordered pizza from here. My wife ordered three pizzas and after over an hour from order time it shows up. We made a huge mistake and paid cash before checking our order. It was the wrong order. They had given us someone else's pizza. We called them and they offered to go get the pizza and come get what they had delivered to us, but we didn't think that was fair as someone else could have already started to eat our pizza. BTW, I think this is probably outside of local health code regulations. So, we asked them if they could make us some fresh pizza. They said they would, but when they finally delivered our "fresh" pizza it was clearly the original pizza that had been run back through the oven and burnt. toppings were burnt, crust was burnt. Quite frankly, I'm suspicious that they did this on purpose. It was clearly their mistake. Thanks for ruining my birthday party with your poor service.

Update and probably my last time ordering here: Since my last update, the quality of the food has gone down hill again. I ordered several pizzas and sides and all of the food came with too much cheese, very sparse toppings and undercooked. I don’t know why the Justin location continues to operate with such bad food. We have finally accepted that we can’t order from this location any more. It’s nothing like the kind of pizza we used to get when we lived in Keller and is certainly not living up to the Mr. Jim’s taste we love. Update: We took a long break after I made this review and decided to give this location another try, because Mr. Jim’s pizza is that good. I’m happy to report that the quality has improved dramatically. Food tasted delicious and was delivered on time. We’ll be regular customers once again! We had Ive been a customer of Mr. Jim’s for years. We ordered from the Keller location and never had a bad delivery. We moved to Northlake and were happy to find out there was a location near us to order from in Justin. But, sadly, the quality of the food and long delivery times have happened too many times. Pizza is burnt and tough to chew, bread buds are not bread buds and delivery takes over an hour.

I ordered a pizza for a slumber party at 6:44pm on 9/16/23. It said that the order would be delivered within 30-45min. I called at 7:50pm (over an hour later) asking where the order was and they said they were running late but it was on the wayz it should be there within 5 min. The pizza never showed up. I called at 9:50pm asking where it was and was told “they were taking a picture” and running behind. We never received the pizza, the person on the phone barely spoke English, and I had to run into Keller to get my kids food. I do not recommend this place. I hope to get a refund from their lack of Service.

I love to give good reviews but just cannot with this location. Mr. Jims is good but not here. Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered. We ordered and 45 minutes later I called because I had not heard anything. They said mine was next in line for delivery. I waited 30 more minutes then called again, they said the delivery man was on his way. 45 minutes later he showed up. Pizza was cold and dry. Extra cheesy crust was not worth the up charge at all. I live 8 minutes away. If they would have told me it would be that long, I would have dropped my project and gone to get the pizza. Communication is not that hard. We all learn it at a very early age. I guess some have a hard time using it.
