We come from tawas city to git pizza hutn we are treated soo awesome rhe store ma nager treats us so great the boyfriend shakes his head cause she suggestive sells for a lil more you git this and buy 2 pops its cheaper way to go! She is so possiviven you can tell she enjoys her job! Keep up the good work and we will definitely keep coming back!!!

We Love Pizza Hut over any other pizza, that we ordered it to be ready at 4:15, and when we got there they had been experiencing a power outage, we waited for them to try it 2 more times. IT WAS FABOULUS

We haven't been to a Pizza Hut since the late '90's... Still great pizza that doesn't smell or taste like the box & great staf... We will be back...!!

Our dinner was hot and fresh and the my boys enjoyed their dinner. The manager was friendly and courteous while ensuring my visit was outstanding. His name escapes me at the moment but he (the mgr.) was awesome!

There’s a employee name Hunter, he was very polite and professional on the phone and in person. Just saying that we need more people with good attitudes like this young man. Thanks for your good customer service, Hunter

The Pizza hut's we visit in Saginaw have all been great pizzas fresh hot and taste amazing I miss it I did hear the Pizza Hut in Flint was extremely nasty and that's probably why they close down and the customer service there was horrible

The 2 most important parts for me are: 1) they get my strange order request (no sauce on my pizza) right every time! 2) Unlike Gaylord Pizza Hut, my order can have an original pan pizza crust. I always order from the app, and they have even called me if they have a question about my order!

The pan pizza is still great, thin crust also excellent. Not as good as it used to be, but still better than a hot and ready.

Love Pizza Hut Pizza. The only snowfall is they are not close to my home but they do deliver. Pizza is always hot and fresh.

Many favorite pastas have been deleted from the menu, i used to love cheese sticks but hardly get enough cheese to cover the sticks so purchase no more just a pizza is all we order anymore, still love the pizza..

I ordered through the app and it malfunctioned in the credit card payment page. I had to start over. Aside from that, everything was great. The in store service was great and the pizza was delicious.

Ordered 4 pizzas, they were made correctly, hot and in the 15 min window as promoted. . . . toppings were a little light for our liking (i.e. could have done better with the onion and mushrooms... barely seen any).

I purposely ordered 3hrs ahead of time and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. The three girls working were doing a great job but I think they were under staffed. The pizza was good though.

I have been there a few times, and this is great pizza. I was honestly surprised at the quality of the product. I was never a fan of Pizza Hut (admittedly it's been YEARS since I've been to one) but this place is now my go-to for a reasonably priced delicious take out pizza.

The wait time was fast and was waited on as soon as I entered the building. The pizza was ready when I arrived. The four stars is due to I ordered light on the sauce and it did need a little more.

Got a large order with a Big Dinner Box. It would have been great but the pasta was cold.

They food is good, but I a pizza with extra cheese and there is no difference between normal cheese and extra. Only will go back for the bread sticks.

The pizza has always been good unfortunately during my last visit the service was not great. Typically it takes 15 minutes to order and pick up, during this visit it was 45 minutes. Also this time there were half a dozen people who showed up before me also waiting for their order. When I arrived my pizza was still on the prep table and not nearly as hot as it typically is. Hopefully this was a one time Sunday evening event. Willing to give them another shot.

You close down pizza hut that delivered near my home. You are the same distance away just the other direction but will not deliver on the east side. Also closing g at 10PM is ridiculous.

Pizza could have been better, and more sauce oh and cheese goes on the toppings to keep them from falling off when eating other than that everything was great

My order I placed was made wrong and I tried to call back but it kept hanging up. Placed order on 12-31 hawian Lula with mushroom green olive, hawian Lula with mushroom and green pepper well that one had no mushrooms.

My order was made at 8:00pm I had to play phone tag just to find out if they knew when I might receive it as it was already over a half hour late just to be told it may get here in another 15 to 20 min. We ordered the family box, the ends of both our pizzas had nearly nothing in them. I ordered light sauce and there was way more sauce then there should have been. The bread sticks were hard.

Highly disappointed. We walked inside expecting to have a nice dinner like we would at other pizza hut locations, but discovered there was no seating at the location and only take out or delivery. The staff was friendly, but we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else where we could have a sit down dinner.

Order curbside pickup it said 15 to 20 minutes got there in 10 minutes. Waited 15 more minutes and had to go in and get the pizza and bread sticks.

Terrible so unorganized they kept giving people money back because their orders were messed up. Know one new what they were doing the guy kept giving the wrong orders to people. I waited for almost a hour and a half for my order. Don't think I will be back.....

They never get your order right. Pay ten bucks to have it delivered at it is always missing the 2 liter or something else. Time for someone else clowns.

They like to over charge you saying you pay one price but if you look at your bank statement cause of using a card on a pick up order that you went inside and ordered they charge a $6.99 delivery charge on top óf everything else and won't fix the issue

This goes for all pizza huts in general but I have given them two tries in the last year and its some of the worst tasting pizza its so oily and tastes gross. Id rather eat a Totino's party pizza.

When someone orders a $13.00 stuffed crust pizza try and make sure that the pizza is thicker than 1/4 inch. I was pretty disappointed with the amount of sauce, toppings and cheese on my pizza. Little Caesars stuffed crust pizza for the same price or cheaper actually looks like a pizza instead of the cardboard you gave me.

I was "outside the delivery area" because I was 11 mins from the store. So I was going to order carryout but the daily deal could only be used online, but my order couldn't be processed online. So I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks with marinara sauce. Didn’t get my marinara sauce. I ordered it. I shouldn’t have had to ask for it. Why order it if the order isn’t going to be placed correctly? Also why does the receipt only have the total? There was no break down of what I ordered or how much it cost. Would like to know if I paid for the sauce that I ordered and didn’t get. I'm beyond disgusted with their customer service! I had my cinnasticks, 2 liter of soda, and parmesan shaker missing from my order. I called the Bay City, MI store and kept getting transferred through one after another for almost 30 minutes. Finally I got the number for corporate, which didn't fix anything either! They were just going to send a report to the store. Are you serious?! Shouldn't be that difficult to get my missing items replaced!!

My pizza tastes less than appealing. The ordering was somewhat confusing on the AP. Then it took sometime to get my order. Along with your driver ending up having to call me to find the right address. I was disappointed with the four pizzas but the wings were great. We will not be ordering from your establishment in the future.

I do not know what happened with the pizza hut brand...but I could have went 2 the grocery store and ate the same thing. You can tell cheap and frozen products are used. I ordered two pizzas in an order of breadsticks. the pizzas were burnt and hard like cardboard the breadsticks had barely any seasoning on them and were just bread. my kid loves pizza he'll eat any kind of pizza and he said that it was the most disgusting Pizza he's ever had I think a frozen pizza would have been one thousand times better!

Got 16 bone out wings for lunch today 8 burning hot and 8 medium buffalo sounded like a good idea I hadn’t had them in a while. When I got back to work and opened the boxes they were mushy the breading was falling off of them and they just were not good at all.

The outter crust was better the 2nd time around but the pizza crust underneath was still under cooked and almost soggy. We ended up throwing it out. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. The ironic thing was, I was gonna place my order elsewhere, but Pizza Hut had a better special. I wont be making that mistake again.
