My sandwiches are always on-point. Jersey Mike's has the best cheese steaks of any chain and I always get outstanding service.

My first time here the staff wasn’t helpful at all, I didn’t let them taint my experience. But the sandwich was good and flavorful.

The food was not bad at all it was good but as I was eating inside with my boyfriend you clearly seen a roach walking on my table towards my food i freaked out and jumped but no body at the place was really worried but that disgusted me to finishing my food and made me question sanitation in that specific place. It is unacceptable to have roaches crawling in dining tables.

I showed up to this location exactly at 8:30 pm , to my understanding you guys close at 9pm. Why were the doors locked and the workers looking at me like I’m doing something wrong . I’d understand if I was ordering a hot sandwich but I was going to order a cold sandwich. Get it together. If your closes at 9pm then close at 9pm

Never get your order right. You have to monitor the workers and make sure they get your order correct. I ordered a #8 club sub they didn’t put any mayo and left the bacon out. You say something and you’re met with eye rolls. Never coming to this location again

This Jersey Mike’s is a complete disaster. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I placed a delivery order through their app — paid over $30 — and they delivered it to the wrong place. When I called the store, they basically shrugged and said, “Not our problem.” No refund. No remake. No apology. Just pure attitude from the guy on the phone who clearly hates his job and shouldn’t be answering calls. I ended up with no food, no help, and a reminder of why customer service is dying. This location is everything wrong with fast food — lazy, careless, and rude. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go anywhere else.

By far the worst Jersey Mike’s experience ever. I placed a delivery order through the app, and they somehow managed to deliver it to the wrong address. When I called the store — politely, at first — they couldn’t care less. No refund, no remake, no accountability. Just attitude. I paid over $30 for nothing. The person on the phone was unbelievably rude, talking to me like I made the mistake. This place is a joke. Zero customer service, zero responsibility, zero respect. Save yourself the trouble — never order from this location.

During my visit, the manager was noticeably rude and dismissive, which set a negative tone for the entire interaction. Rather than addressing concerns respectfully or maintaining a professional demeanor, the manager’s attitude came across as impatient and unwelcoming. Additionally, the staff appeared disorganized and unprepared. There was a lack of clear communication among employees, which resulted in confusion, delays, and an overall chaotic environment. Instead of working together efficiently, the team seemed scattered and unfocused, making the experience frustrating as a customer.I have visited other Jersey Mike’s locations and have had much better experiences, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. I hope management takes the time to address these issues, as professionalism, organization, and respectful customer service are essential to maintaining the brand’s reputation.

Messed up almost all of our orders and my 6 year old son only wanted cheese on a loaf and they charged us $21 for it not to happy.

Due to the two girls who look like twins and at least one is always, never coming to this location again after being a long time customer. Rude, constant eye rolls, and been there forever but doesn’t even understand how their register system works to the point they tried to make me pay for my last order twice, they were wrong and the transaction fully went through, but they both still continued to try to take my money twice. Came back to try again today, both same girls were there and doubled down on their rudeness today!

All I wanted was a sandwich. Instead, I got frustration, disrespect, and an empty stomach. Avoid this location at all costs. Total disaster from top to bottom.
