I literally have nothing but good things to say about this burger King. The staff is polite and hard working. There's no fuss about a new order. If a order is incorrect its a not a big deal. They have whats on the menu and never have i ever had to pick something else. Its a BURGER KING

Every time I visit my sister in Bayside, I stop at this Burger King for an Impossible Burger. It is a veggie burger with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and it is delicious. This burger alone is a meal. Even though the staff is busy most of the time (esp. with drive- through), they are still friendly and responsive. This is also a newly renovated restaurant which is nice. I would definitely recommend stopping here for an Impossible Burger.

This Burger King restaurant should teach other fast food restaurants in the area how to operate properly. Not only is the staff friendly, efficient and courteous, they are constantly cleaning the floors, tables, drink dispensers, etc. It feels like eating with friends! The Popeye's located in the same building is also a great place to eat. I don't think you hear this about any of the other fast food places in the area where the staff does not know the meaning of the words please and thank you, and they are dirty but no one seems to notice. On a day filled with stress and appointments, I stopped at this Burger King for a quick meal hoping for a moment of respite but what awaited me was a frustrating ordeal, a long wait and distant handicapped parking! Amidst this, Kayleen, WAS THE ONLY ONE shining like a beacon of empathy and kindness! This is a very busy location but the young lady operating the cash register and taking orders was very professional, friendly, and courteous. The location has a really cool and unique convey belt delivery system for the drive-thru orders. We ordered two Whooper Jr. Hamburgers without onions and without cheese which was prepared surprisingly fast despite the volume in the store and the drive-thru. We have been to this location on two other occasions as well and had a good experience.

Brand new BurgerKing wow! I remember the old one, this one its really nice, way better! Customer service it's great! I like how they ask for my name, they're so friendly too, food it's always good! I love the newly remodeled Burger King on Northern Blvd, it looks like a high end Burger place or even a steakhouse. The big glass windows and atmospheric lighting are such a cool touch. I could even imagine bringing a girl here on a date. As for the food, it's the same Burger King you know and love. You should Feinstein get yourself some french toast sticks for sure. The orders come quick at the counter, though the new app makes ordering and customizing very convenient, it also gives you lots of great perks and upgrades. I would definitely recommend checking out our new neighborhood Burger King of you haven't yet. It's nice to have them back.

I'm giving it 5 stars just for the clean bathroom!! This Burger King has been here forever. The building is old and you can tell but it was very clean and well kept. Staff is great and the food is Burger King. I usually lower my expectations when using these fast food bathrooms so I was very impressed and happy to see a clean bathroom. Not just clean it was spotless! It was early in the morning but impressive none the less.

Staff are exeptional at all times but especially in the mornings. Restaurant is always bright and clean and frequented by both families, individuals and groups of people who have gathered to socialize. Wait times are reasonable given how frequently busy the place is, and the food and coffee is always hot and fresh. This Burger King is busy for a reason! (Oh, and their bathrooms are the cleanest and best maintained of any fast food restaurant I have frequented.)

They've reopened with a brand new space alongside Popeyes Chicken. Both restaurants can be accessed from within. Friendly service and plenty of parking.

I always order drive thru, many times something is missing from my order and I have to drive back. The Asian young man , forgot to ask his name ,working at the drive thru around 12pm is great, before handing you order quickly checks that everything is in the bag. He is great, make sure to keep him.

Extremely clean tidy and lovely after renovation. There’s even flowers on the table, it really doesn’t get any better than that.

This location on Northern Blvd was pretty good. I decided to try it because it was at a location that was close to a church that I was visiting. Burger King had just come out with their new SpongeBob meal and I wanted to try it. The price was $14.99. The meal comes with a whopper with a yellow dyed bun and the bottom bun is square. A pineapple float with cream on top and 8 cheesy bacon tater tots. There was plenty of parking spaces and seating. I got there around 11am on a Saturday. The employees were friendly, too.

I don’t usually make a big deal out of fast food visits, but this Burger King really stood out. The male manager, who I think was new, was super polite...he asked how our meal was, offered to bring us drinks like coffee to our table and even offered my daughter an ice cream, which was really sweet. The rest of the team was friendly as usual while we were placing our order, which made the whole experience even better. The food was great, but the manager’s kindness and attentiveness really made the visit memorable. It was honestly better service than I’ve received at other restaurants recently. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at Burger King recently. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made the visit much easier for my family. My child, who is autistic, was having a meltdown after their first day of school, and multiple employees went above and beyond to help. They showed so much patience and kindness, offering my child a toy, a crown, and even a small ice cream. Thanks to their thoughtfulness, my child went from overwhelmed to very happy. What could have been a stressful outing turned into a positive and memorable experience. I am truly grateful for the compassion and teamwork shown by the staff.

I had such a great experience at Burger King recently. I had been out running errands all day and stopped by the drive-thru with my dog after a long run. One of the employees really made my day! he offered me water and even a cup of water for my dog, which was so thoughtful. He also went out of his way to explain how the coupons worked so I could get the best deal, which I really appreciated. The food was fresh and came out quickly, but what stood out the most was the kindness and extra effort from the staff. A much more inviting atmosphere after the renovation. It's now co-located with Popeyes which combines the best of two fast-food restaurants under one roof. This location is open 24 hours and the parking lot spaces shrank after drive thru was expanded. Will have more luck finding parking on the Popeyes side.

This restaurant has been thoroughly remodeled. It's very welcoming. There were even real flowers at each table. Half of the space is now Popeyes. There are two drive-thru lanes which took away some parking spaces from the BK side but there are more spaces on the Popeye side.

I went here on Friday after 7pm. The drive thru was packed. The line in the store wasnt as long. You can tell the staff here are overwhelmed. Not one person was rude or rushing us. Customer was following the 6ft distance to an extent due to the size of the store. One thing for sure, it was busy so the food was all freshly made. Took one star off because the store wasn't the cleanest. Even though they were busy handling food. They were not very organized.

Come here once in a while and usually get a large order for me and my family. The service is great and they are very kind however they usually forget one item from my order, but to be fair I mostly do large orders.

Small kids play place but it's indoor, great option for the winter time. Staff are friendly, allow you to double up on coupon. The place is well sectioned to kid side and adult side. Plenty of parking. Only down side is that the bathroom can be cleaned more frequently.

Burger King's Whopper is always my favorite burger among all fast food restaurants ^.^ In the past I didn't like to dine in here (this particular location) as the place was dark and not comfortable. They had a huge indoor PlayPlaces and it seems not being used for a while. I'm happy they renovated this restaurant and making it very stylish. There are self-service kiosks too. The service I got that day was good. Whopper was in usual good quality. Onion rings portion was generous. They also willing to give me medium hot tea instead of soda when I used the combo coupon. However, seating areas are not as spacious as before as they are sharing half of the space with Popeyes now. Parking space also reduced.

Very nice staff and amazing flavors! I truly enjoy the food and the service is always warm and friendly. However, I would like to kindly suggest one small improvement. It would be very helpful if the app or menu included an option to remove the patty from a burger. Currently, there is no way to do this through the app. While it’s possible to request this at the drive-thru, sometimes customers prefer to place their orders ahead of time to avoid waiting when they arrive. Having this option in the app would make the ordering process much smoother and more convenient for those of us who want a customized order. I hope the management will consider adding this feature to better accommodate customer preferences.

Very clean and very friendly and attentive staff. Especially, a guy named Brendan who has a great attitude and I watched him help a couple of elderly folks. The food is Burger King food so you know what that is. The restaurant shares space with a Popeyes. There is a parking lot which is nice and convenient.

On the thick vs watery side and very sweet, not like ketchup but it brings to mind...do i taste a ketchup base? Has that traditional marinara taste. For a 24hr fast food chain serving mazzorella sticks with marinara sauce. they got it right. The Ragu of BK. The drink was sweet and spicey. 11/23 - Went with the whopper jr. Duo. For 5 bucks. Good deal.

Food is standard burger king quality. I would recommend drive thru or in person ordering. Much faster. Do not use curbside pickup. Twice I have used curbside and twice I had to go into the building to pick up my food after waiting outside for over 30 minutes. Both times my order was only packed after I asked the cashier. Also my curbside orders were missing all the sauces.

My one gripe is the way they fulfill mobile app orders. I chose the dine in option assuming my food would be on a tray. Wrong. They don’t. They simply placed my order in the Mobile Orders shelf instead. The seats aren’t painted well. There isn’t any varnish to make it easier to slide into these booth type seats. I want to be able to fill out the online BK surveys but the receipts print with streaks of no ink, so I’m unable to discern the survey numbers for me to send feedback for this location.

Wait time was insane and people cutting in line for getting serviced first. I got a large order of onion rings and it was half fries... considering the whole anniversary deal, a huge amount of people. I saw a sign saying management positions open and I was thinking, yeah for sure they need a good manager. I think this location needs help. Its very different ordering food from a robot. Its nice to be immediately greeted my real actual people who will be handling the transaction. Computers make mistakes more if i ordered extra bacon 1 more strip. I used to come here for years even before they renovated the place. Don't get me wrong, the place is beautiful! However, my recent experience with the whopper was not great. It used to have this unique beefy flavor and texture that gave that signature burger king taste. However, this time, it tasted so much like sausage, and the texture was smoother and had a very different appearance, almost like rubbery. I'm not sure if the meat went bad or if they changed something because this was not it. I had to throw the whole thing out because i was starting to get nauseous and have an upset stomach. Wife placed a mobile order at lunch today. Sure it was busy and we were patient.. No one was attending the mobile pickup desk as they are busy walking the order to drive thru, as the transport belt is not working. December 8th 2024, 1:55pm There's a skinny young lady at counter who drives Pink BMW, She made my day super angry I have no idea how their management put her at counter with that rude and make customers angry. Went throught the drive through and place an order the guy on the other side of the microphone was extreemly rude. After we place our order his reply was "you done". Oh seriously???? Paid at the window never said a word or asked us idk straw, sauce napkins perhaps??? Order was wrong on top of it. Today I was looking forward to going to Burger King. Unfortunately my experience was not good at all. It seemed that every one who ordered after me received their meal. The slowest fast food ever! All the workers (except the manager) were the slowest people on the planet. I think the requirement to hire them was the slowness!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Two full-sized single-occupancy restrooms always clean and typically vacant. Free WiFi. Unfortunately they've lately watered down the ketchup noticeably. Still my favorite Burger King to visit!

When he got up for a moment to wave at us, an employee by the name of Emilee sat down at our large, six person booth, alone, and started texting. My friend and I informed her that we were at this booth. We were just getting the food. Instead of getting up from the booth and apologizing and helping us to be seated, Emilee retaliated and would not move from the seat. She stated she was on break and that when we got up, it was her booth. She continued to stay at the booth, even though there were many other tables and single seats available for her break. This booth was not designated for employee breaks. After I lectured her that the booth was for customers, and we started to argue even more, an assistant manager came over and apologized. I was flabbergasted that an employee of a business should be so argumentative with a customer. If I were the owner of this franchise and had witnessed this employee with this terrible attitude, I would have fired her on the spot as I would never have an employee treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, especially to senior citizens. Not a pleasant experience at all. I hope Burger King takes some action and/or provides additional employee training on how customers should be treated. Maurice J

I honestly don't know who is managing this Burger King location but I can tell you there have been multiple times where my order was delivered incorrect and I had to turn around and come back. Parking is an issue due to all the geezers who use the place as their conference room. The old location (before renovation) was better in every way. Sometimes new is not better than what is existing.

Employees are very respectful and sweet. But food preparation and serving time is awful and painful for a fast food. Definitely not recommend this place unless you have free time to wait for an order of French fries for 20 mints

Nice redone restaurant but thats the only nice thing i can say. I placed an order on the app for pick up said would be ready at 7:52pm. I arrived to a long line of customers waiting for online orders and orders placed in the restaurant. I spoke to one who said he was waiting nearly 20 minutes. Looking behind the counter there were a bunch of workers just talking to each other laughing with no sense of urgency. The manager was scrambling around but not pushing any of the employees to speed up or help expedite the food. I didnt receive my order until 8:17. Addressed my concerns on the app and asked for someone to reach out but no one from the store has and this was almost 2 weeks ago. So poor customer service and lack of accountability from management when they were supposed to contact me. Mind you i worked 9 years in fast food including management so i know what the expectations are supposed to be and the excuses that are made when things are not to standard. Will not be returning to this location again. Ill spend my money somewhere else where people who wanna work are.

24 hours is a joke. Went there at 440am. All the lights are on store looks open. Waited a few minutes at the drive thru and got nothing. Finally an employee who was in his car the whole comes out and says they are closed. If you are closed put a sign or shut off the lights. Burger King has gone in the toilet and I will never come back.

Garbage service careless service they don’t even understand English i just placed order and got home 2 burgers missing from my order for my family and waste time in traffic to get there for nothing i paid 47 $ i just want to tell everyone this place is bad
