By far the worst Dunkin in NY, I order ahead everytime to save time and it never works, constantly waiting over 15 minutes for a an order placed on app way before ever arriving

Order on app went to pick up they r busy not because of customers because they r doing something else people waiting on line but doesnt care one person take order and another person making a sandwich that not even finished order and one person putting the bottles that not necessary to do it at the moment 5-6 people waiting but they keep doing something else they dont make an online order and keep doing something else like pick up their phone bringing a lce from the back suddenly cleaning an coffee brewer …. I dont know i can not understand i been going to dunkin coffee for years never experienced before like this Also they gave me a crooked cup that almost spilled few time… im not happy at all This is not first time i will never go this location ever again

Rude lady that works before 7am on Mondays needs to get retrained on how to make drinks. Been getting iced cappuccinos for years and this was the first time my drink came out looking like dirty brown water. She refused to re-make it & just added more milk to the drink???

Update - (I haven't been in the store for a while for all the reasons stated below but it was so hot this weekend i really just wanted a iced coffee. Nothing has changed unless getting worse. The store is almost constantly empty even on a hot day. There is only 1 table to sit and only 1 person working the counter. the mobile orders where coming in and the chime to let them know orders were coming in was ignore while the one guy was trying to help a customer. Only once did someone come from the back to help him ring up the order and them promptly left leaving him to struggle to complete all the orders. 15 mins later with only one person in front of me being helped as i walked in I finally got my iced coffee which the only good thing about it was it was cold otherwise it was poorly made. )Not sure where to Start the absolute mess of a store with garbage and stains everywhere. On the counters, floor table and chairs you can't find a clean spot most days. I don't even want to think about behind the counter and the food prep areas. Staff is unfriendly, will barely acknowledge your existence and I have seen glaciers move faster. If you want to be the only one on "line" and sit wait mins before someone takes your order come here.

Never keeps it clean and sevice is damn so slow. It takes forever to make just 1 coffee. The workers just don't care if line is long or not. Other employees are in the back and dont even come to the front.

One of the worst Dunkin in the area. Never enough customer service people behind the counter don't know how to make most of the drinks. Donuts are often stale. They don't have enough staff behind the counter. This Dunkin and the one on 73rd Ave are run very badly.

Order 970 from today. I ordered egg and cheese no meat and they gave me bacon. I can’t eat bacon. Wasted my money.

TLDR: DO NOT GO HERE Lady who works there is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!.- I have NEVER written a bad review before. It was my first time being at this Dunkin Donuts location. I went in with a friend visiting New York and a lady working there kicked me out when I told her that I was not ready to order yet - like Why, just why ???? WORST service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I decided not to defend myself because why would I spend money here when I genuinely have done nothing to make that lady start yelling at me. It also felt a little racially motivated too because I am a young black women and it's stereotypically believed that all Black people will cause a disturbance. She judge my character because of the way look. I get anxiety when I order food so, I was going to tell my friend what I wanted inorder to order together instead of separately. While yelling she assumed that I was not going to order any food and I decided to comply and silently leave as she escorted me out. The security guard even felt bad and started apologizing because he knew I did not do anything wrong.

I was looking for Zero or negative ratings but couldn’t fine . The insulted the costumer . The staff have Zero knowledge of customer service. So pathetic. U are lucky if u get what u order. Except the plane coffee. Hi I g recipes to minor is not a rule known to the site. Manager including staff . One is worst than other. They should shut down. The staffs attitude is horrible. If any need proof let me know.

I don't know how they manage to get my order wrong every time I go. Their doughnuts and munchkins especially are hard. Seems like they're reselling them from the day before. Employees are unfriendly. They were rushing me when there was no one on the line telling me to "go to school" when I'm not even a student. Lol
