Picked up a spaghetti with meatsauce and pasta fagoli soup. Also added a take home for later. Just 6 bucks. The girl I forget her name but is usually working the to go orders does a great job.

They have great prices and delicious food. Can get a lot to eat for 3 people for $60. I couldn't believe the ticket when I got it. Seeing the amount of food they brought out. The only thinh that could have made it better is if they had Thousand Island to go on the salads.

My kids were doing shadow puppets from the exterior lighting on the inside walls, and instead of being like some other places asking them to stop. 4 of the employees, including the manager, came up and congratulated them on how entertaining they were. It made my kids' night. Also we celebrated one of their birthdays and they made sure we had plenty of space for gifts and gave our birthday girl free dessert! Lovely place and amazing people!

Haven't been feeling great all week, Idk if it's just the weather or what but getting a bowl of Zuppa Tuscana and bread sticks always makes it better. Thank you Olive Garden for always having what I need to make my week better.

The service was great. The people working there are so inviting and make you at home. I love it. They take the time to talk to you and visit with you like you are important. Now, you have to be willing to take time with them as well to make it work. LOL

It was Mother's Day so it hectic but we were seated right away. Our server was busy with bigger tables but never let us need for anything. She was awesome. I definitely recommend the Lasagna Fritta appetizer... you won't regret it.

Fine Italian cuisine for decent rates. Some of the best customer service I've experienced. The Italian bread is complimentary, which comes with a salsa dip. The Mozzarella starter comes highly recommended. The make-your-own Pasta is a great steal. To end on a high note, check out the Lasagna dessert.

My mom took me out for a nice lunch to olive garden for the first day of school. Had to celebrate all 3 kids in school now. We had bottomless soup & salad. Their sad never dissappints. Fast attentive service. Highly recommend if your looking to sit down with your family and enjoy a nice meal.

For over 10 years, I haven't been to Olive Garden and would say this place was overrated. I will say for the last couple of years it's been reintroduced in my life (palate). It has had me in a chokehold. I thought no one could compare some of my favorite Italian dishes from other Italian restaurants, but I digress because there's definitely a new sheriff in town and it's Olive Gardens Tour of Italy. All the flavors dance on your tongue. The salad and the bread sticks are still their signature dishes. I have some favorite appetizers: the calamari, spinach-artichoke, lasagna fritta, and shrimp frito mistro. Order any one of these appetizers, trust me you will not be disappointed! Call me a kid because that peach smoothie for children is perfect. I think it should be offered to adults. Everyone in my trio loved their dishes, and we had one of the best waiters, Jonathan. Jonathan and the managers are awesome. I'll definitely be back!! Come and give this Olive Garden your business. You will love it here. PS: wait times vary especially during the weekend but be patient and kind it’s definitely worth the wait.

Service was great. Staff was quick and responsive. We always enjoy the salad and breasticks most. Salad had a little too much dressing this trip and was soggy and floating. I ordered the shrimp scampi, and unlike most other restaurants I'm the are that use butterfly large shrimp. They use the medium. All in all no real complaints and as always we will keep in rotation and be back again.

I did delivery. As with many people, their breadsticks are a favorite and I recently discovered you could get "unbaked" breadsticks to go. Unbaked in this case seems to mean par baked. But in any case they were good and they froze well. I specified getting the butter and salt in the side because it wasn't clear if they came that way. I don't know if I'll splurge for delivery again or not, but to go seems likely. I also did a side of already sauce and my husband got a meal. Next time I'll probably to the catering size of soup.

Son's spaghetti & meatballs were gone before we blinked, so I guess he liked his, too!) Atmosphere was, well, Olive Garden! The restaurant was clean, and everyone was busy.

Me and my kiddos always enjoy coming here. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the chocolate lasagna is like 90% of the reason I keep coming back, but I have to deduct a star for the location and parking. There doesn't seem to be a slow day or time to get a less crowded parking lot, which I guess is a good problem to have as far as business goes, and I generally don't like driving in the location because local traffic is just a pain, but that chocolate lasagna pulls me in every time.

It’s a chain restaurant, so it’ll never be perfect, but the breadsticks are soooo good! This Is my ten year old’s favorite restaurant. She loves to get chicken Alfredo with a side of spaghetti from the kids menu. Today was our first time to try their steak- it was delicious and perfectly cooked! My dad got the famous meatballs- so yummy! Eggplant Parmesan is a go to favorite, and we loved the Italian pasta with four meats. Service was great- they even bought two liters of drinks since the water in Beaumont is nasty right now.

Very nice and cost efficient place to enjoy a good meal. The create your own Pasta bowl is only 10.00 and it's a huge portion. Highly recommend. Service was great and you can't go wrong with Salad and bread sticks!

Everything about this place was great, except for the entrees. Our host and our server Lily were both exceptional. The good service combined with the atmosphere made it feel like home! Only problem was that our entrees were mediocre at best. The breadsticks were the same as always and the soups were surprisingly good! We had the chicken and gnocchi and the pasta e fagioli. Only gripe was the there could've been more gnocchi as I only got 3 pieces per bowl but not a big deal at all! The main issue was with our entrees, we had the sirloin with fettuccine and the shrimp fettuccine. Both dishes were lukewarm bordering on cold when we got them. The sauce tasted very bland and almost lifeless. The steak was pretty good though.

Host was however slow to greet me.. she was preoccupied as I walked in cleaning windows at the front door... she waited to finish that task as I stood at the counter for a good minute or two to come help me. A "sorry for the wait" would go a long way for sure. She could also seem like she really likes her job... lacked any enthusiasm whatsoever.

Olive garden used to be one of my favorites places to go out with the family but I've been deceived the last few times I've been there specially this last time, the food was nasty, flooded on grease, I told the waiter that I didn't like the food with that much grease on it and she told me she would get it right, it took 15 to 20 minutes for the fresh food to come out, by that time everybody else had finished with their meals and I had lost the appetite, they didn't even apologized for serving that stuff to me

I ordered eggplant Parmesan and my order was correct. My wife ordered spaghetti with pink sauce. She got eggplant with spaghetti And pink sauce - very less sauce and dry ! She wanted breaded chicken cut into pieces but Instead the eggplant was cut into pieces ! Our friend ordered sphaghetti with pink sauce and vegetables but instead she got penne pasta without any vegetables! When we got the bill a dish was included which we didn’t order ! On the plus side the waitress was polite and nice. The manager was excellent . This young waitress needs more training.

Started with bring us the wrong appetizer then my husband ordered an appetizer for his meal and asked for it to come with my meal. It came with the appetizer. There was no wait on Saturday evening. Server spilled our drinks as she was carrying them against her chest with one hand. Had long hair pulled to the front very close to food. The stuffed mushrooms were hard, overcooked, and the cheese was burnt to the dish and mushrooms. Ordered steak gorgonzola, came out fresh and appealing. Ordered salmon, was mostly burnt on top but the sauce was delicious. Zucchini slices were undercooked and not warm, with breading thrown on top. Bread was not wrapped well, touching basket and not holding in heat. Bathroom was messy and unattended. Overall disappointed in our experience.

We come today, our server was Kiara or Kayla on 12/ 28/24 coming from Tennessee. I live in Texas. I never had service like this young lady gave us . It was round 9p. I ordered chicken Parmesan gluten free. She brought me breaded chicken. It's okay , mistake can happen. She brought my grilled chicken but the pasta was looking regular. It wasn't busy , I have to look for someone to give a straw to my husband because I saw she was more attentive for 2 Ladies, i finished my soup with my husband. no salad, I went to get help. She didn't bother to ask at my table what I needed . All I want is to do what you are supposed to do. It is not fun to be looking at someone to help.

I ordered to portabella ravioli and the sauce was broken. Had to drain all the oil out of it to even eat it. Seems like it would be something that would be very noticeable when putting it in the container. It was pretty bad.

I’m a contract nurse so my meals are important. I ordered the lasagna and my take 2nd spaghetti. I also ordered shrimp scampi. Both the scampi and the spaghetti was good the lasagna burned. I pushed to the side but found more and more. This dish was horrible and totally not worth the money i paid for it. Totally disappointed. The bread sticks were also hard. I know we all are struggling but this is supporting the restaurants and being able to have a decent dinner which this one was not. I tried calling but with no answer!

Told us the wait was going to be 15 minutes for a table of 2, after 30 minutes we decided to leave because they sat down 4 parties that got there after us, one of those being a table for 9. Keep having bad experience with this location.

We had a horrible experience on our recent visit. We waited 20 minutes for our waiter to visit the first time. He took another 15 to bring our drinks. Multiple other tables were sat and had food before we even had drinks. No bread or appetizer until the 1 hour mark. They were not busy by any means. Waiter literally didn't talk to us for many visits to the table. Would just nod. Will be a while until we go back. Good tasted good at least!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, it was clear I wasn't welcome. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, no service was offered, and I was eventually made to feel as though I needed to leave. The treatment was so disheartening it reminded me of the outcast characters in Victor Hugo's Les Misérables. If the goal was to make me feel unwelcome, they succeeded.

I was eating there with my family. I received a bowl of soup with a small hair in it and decided to look past it and try to finish my meal. But moments later with my replacement bowl of soup I encountered another small eyelash type hair. Putting it aside and feeling quite disgusted I contemplated whether or not I could finish my meal. Then to my surprise my girlfriend pushes her bowl of soup aside completely appalled at the fact that her bowl had a full length human hair in. At that point I could not finish my food I was even more disgusted. After telling the waitress the manager came to my table and said she would "comp" the meal. Moments later they give me a check saying I owe for part of my food, a drink, and 2 kids meals. After a moment of trying to understand why I had to pay for part of my meal I spoke with the waitress. Again the manager came to my table and presented a bill with only the 2 kids meals and our drinks... I ended up paying it just so I did not have to argue.. I think after such a terrible experience the manager should have "comped" the whole meal, not just 2 dishes. I will not eat here ever again because the fact that they are apparently not following proper preparation protocols to prevent this from happening. I could understand one hair by chance but three sperate bowls with three different hairs was unacceptable. Beware when you eat here.

I ordered delivery today at 11:34 it’s 2:00 now and I never received my order the uber driver texted and said that Olive Garden had messed up my order. And that I should call them to get my money back. So this is why their going a low rating from me.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a dining experience. We were here for an a hour and a half and luckily ordered our kids food when we ordered our drinks so they at least got to eat, even though their food came out cold from sitting in the window for so long. Once we got tired of waiting for our own food to come out, I spoke with the host who got our server, and magically, out came our cold food. We asked to just pay for what we got, and a manager never even came to check on us or talk to us. We paid for everything we received and left, I can assure you, we will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible!!!! We arrived at 7:05 they told us it was going to be a 20 min wait we said okay that is fine, gave them our name and sat down to wait. We ended up waiting 50 mins. Due to a staff member putting the wrong name down. After the 3rd group with the same # of people in their group they let go in front of us i went to go ask how much longer that is when the young man realized his co worker put us down under a completely wrong name. No apologize no we will call your group next. Nope he still called 3 more groups before us. At that point we had already wasted almost an hour. I just requested to speak with the manager to see if she could arrange for group to be called next. She did and stated she would come speak with us about the issue once we sat down. Never saw her again. We sat down waited 15 mins for our appetizers. Our Alfredo sauce for our bread sticks that I paid extra for came out with our food only because I asked the waiter about it. We were also not given silverware. Someone in our group ordered a steak medium rare came out well done.

Their plates and silverware filthy and stunk there’s always food stuck on the outside of my glasses. I had to ask for plastic silverware plastic bowls nothing tasted right it was horrible and when I say they don’t clean the plates and the glasses, I mean as soon as she put the ““ Clean plate in front of me “” the stench off the plate almost made me throw up. it was disgusting. I told the manager I was like just smell this she was like no I believe you didn’t even wanna smell it. If they take care of their dishes in this manner, could you imagine what they’re cooking in?

I’m 8 months pregnant was CRAVING SALAD FROM HERE had my one year old with me I literally had to hold him for 15 mins no one brought a high chair as they said they would I had to get up and ask I was her at 11am the table next to me had already gotten half their order n two servings of breadsticks as me n my child were still waiting for ANYTHING AT ALL!! all these servers and no one can serve ??? I’m from Houston but live here now and if I want Olive Garden I’ll literally travel for it !!! My feelings were honestly hurt because no one even cared n me n my babies were starving !!! I’ll never ever return

Terrible!!! The ppl came in after me had already gotten food n breadsticks im like damn can I at least get a breadstick lol me n my kids wanted to eat here so badly no apologies offered as we left without food more servers than customers still no service 4 diff ppl said they’d help us yet nothing but a drink yall fail to realize without customers u have no business why not treat us right and equal especially since it’s the only one in bmt

Got quarter cup of salad and was warned by our waiter/server not to order refills (even before we ordered any food that is) - the time was ~9PM! Ordered never-ending sauces and it felt like they intentionally took long times to get a refill of our sauces so we wouldn't ask at all! (We did get 1 refil for this after a long wait). And for Soup/Salad, we didn't order any refills! Hostile environment and experienced very bad service for the first time at this location in our 6-7 years of olive garden experiences!

There were only 3 people at the bar and I asked if I could sit there to order food. I was turned down because they didn't want to overwhelm the bartender. All I wanted to order was food and an iced tea. Most of the time you don't get a refill and someone else brings out the food. I would give one star if I could for this location on this time.

Food was good. The service was terrible. This is the first time I didn’t feel welcome and felt uncomfortable. The manager passed my table the whole time I was there but went to every table around mine when I needed service. But it’s cool. That will be my last time coming. 01/31/2026 1:15pm

I had not eaten here in three years, mostly due to an issue that happened last time with a waitress treating the only person of color at our table at that time with disrespect, while being neutral to everyone else. My family was given an Olive Garden gift card for Christmas this year, and with all the travel we had done the past week, we decided to use it today so we could rest. I arrived a few minutes earlier than the confirmation email said and found absolutely no parking spots in the to-go area, with the closest parking spot being at the very back corner of the lot. I walked into the building and up to the table where three workers were standing and gossiping. I told them I was there for pickup and pointed out that it seemed the to-go parking area was backed up. One of them pointed to the back corner of the lobby and told me that carryout is available there, then continued with their conversation. Okay, whatever. When I got my order, I noticed it was warm at best, even though I arrived early. Not a single worker in my time in the building greeted me, nor did they smile (which is like, super cliché to point out, but really stands out when everything else doesn't go well). When I got home, the food was, as I suspected, barely warm. The serving size was poor for the cost ($50 for a pan of food that didn't even fully cover the bottom of it--I could literally see the bottom of the pan through the sauce before serving the first plate). Taste was... moderate? My husband says it was "fine" and said it wasn't notable one way or the other, but I'm from St. Louis and felt like it was the Taco Bell of Italian food. We were given a lasagna serving utensil for a pan of ravioli, which made no sense. Absolutely no forks or napkins as I asked for. When I walked out with my order, not a single car waiting for their order outside had left since I pulled into the area to check for a carry-out spot before parking in the back corner of the lot. My advice? Just get a frozen lasagna from HEB. It's maybe a quarter of the cost of the same thing here, and honestly tastes better than any of the Italian "food" they serve here.

Last night I ordered over 73.00 of food and a tour of Italy, a chicken parm, calamari, and 2 chocolate lasagna cakes my soup of choice was the knochi and tuscana for my wife. I believe the hair that was in her soup should have been optional and my knochi wasn't knochi it was a tuscana as well. I called the restaurant this morning not to complain but to get a replacement as it was late after 10 pm when we got home to eat. The shift manager refused. So olive garden has lost a faithful customer. Pitiful!!!

There is so much to say about my experience lastnight. First off our server Shakari was wonderful. She did nothing wrong and was extremely polite and accommodating. Now the issue was Zack to start off with. He had nothing to do with our service or table asked to clear plates, thats fine. But instead of waiting for me to hand them to him he proceeds to reach over my food (I had yet to take a bite of) while still talking. I see either spit or sweat and what looked like deodorant or crumbs all fall from him into my food. He takes the plates and walks off. I ask Shakari to please have them remake my food and explain the situation. She takes the food and has them remake it and tells me she would make sure to bring my food out herself. I tell my wife whats about to happen before it does. Now as my food is being prepared another server Mike starts walking from the kitchen area to the area behind and to the side of us. No other tables are occupied in this area. Zack for what ever reason comes out and tells me my food is being remade and he put a rush on it. Mind you Zack has nothing to do with our table or service so he doesn't need to come tell me anything except I apologize. No I feel like they are definitely doing somwthing to my food. Just before my food comes out Mike comes and sites behind my off in the empty section just watching me. Now I see Zack brings my food with a smirk on his face. I call Shakari over and tell her I refuse to eat this, telling her If you were me would you eat food that the person that caused you to send food back for doing some disgusting stuff. Now that im not eating the food Mike now gets up and leaves. Im guessing he wanted to see me wat the food that they did somwthing to. I get a manager over and explain it all to her. Mike is standing behind my wife at the servers computer being nosey so when the manager asked who was the one sitting down I said him, hes right there. He yells at me saying I dont know what your talking about I was checking on my pregnant wife. The manager tells me there's no reason for him to be over here or sitting down its seems kinda suspicious to me. I said I agree and would yuu eat anything after all that. She said no and comped our food. We tipped Shakari half of what the bill would have been because she was a great server and did nothing wrong. I can tell you I will definitely not be going back to this location again.

We came to Olive Garden tonight for dinner. Someone took our drink order and then said she wasn’t our server but that the server would be right with us. We waited at the table for about 45 minutes without anyone coming. We finally just ordered our food online and waited in the front for it. It’s now over an hour since we got here and we’re still waiting for our order and we still have to drive home with it before we can eat. Numerous staff have passed us without saying anything. The other couple that walked in at the same time has already eaten and left. This was a very poor experience. We notified the seating host that we had left our table due to the wait and he said, “That’s fine. Thanks for letting me know.” No apologies offered. And no, it’s not busy. It’s a Tuesday night.
