I wish I could give more stars than just 5! Everyone at BVI helped make our wedding day more than we could have ever hoped for. From the moment we booked our tour, until the day of - Olivia was an absolute angel to work with. We had a few unique requests that she helped navigate with management and make a reality. She was extremely responsive and the best coordinator I could have hoped for. Allyson from group bookings was also such a blessing to have through the whole process. BVI went above and beyond - the grounds are beautiful, the reception space is gorgeous, and the food was fantastic. Even when there was a tiny hiccup with some of our decor at the end of the night, BVI stepped up and took care of it completely. My husband and I felt fully taken care of the entire night with venue staff constantly checking-in with us to make sure we had food/drinks throughout the entire night. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue! Our wedding day was more magical than we ever could have imagined and that was all with the help of everyone at BVI.

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding ceremony & reception in the luscious greenhouse followed by dancing in the Great Hall. What a cozy and romantic rustic vibe! The view outside was amazing as well. Dinner at the top of the barn had a unique feel followed by a spacious dancefloor below. I enjoyed every minute of photographing there! The staff was great and kept things moving perfectly!

Cannot speak highly enough about this amazing Inn. Five star from the rooms, comfy beds, service, outdoor saline pool and hot tub, complete fitness room, amazing spa and delicious food. Worth every penny!

We planned an event for 12 people at the restaurant and based on the feedback from our attendees, they thought the service, food and atmosphere was outstanding. The only one comment that I would make is that there are plenty of meal options if you are a carnivore, but not that many if you are vegetarian or vegan. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and the wait staff, and the event coordinator were attentive and accomodating.

Everyone we came into contact with at BVI— from touring the venue to our post-wedding breakfast — was friendly, knowledgeable, and contributed to the wedding of our dreams. There aren't enough words to thank this team for their attention to detail and genuine care in making our wedding weekend the best that it could be. We spent a few nights at this wonderful inn and were so sad to have to leave. Every single thing was perfection - from the champagne toast and warm greeting at arrival to the service and food at the wonderful restaurants. There is a reason that it is a top rated culinary experience. Our suite was spacious and cozy with every possibly amenity. This was a stop off point for us as we left to experience fall in New England but it could easily be a destination next time. We would love to return some day!

We had our October wedding in The Great Hall. It was perfect. Our entire experience with the BVI staff was fantastic. From the venue tour to our wedding day, every touch point was warm, excellent, and professional. Madison, our wedding planner, is a dream to work with, and we're so grateful she was with us every step of the way. I have the tendency of making things a little more complicated for myself, so I ask a lot of questions, perhaps even over and over, and she was very patient with me. She answered every question and concern with stride. Allyson, who handled our hotel bookings, was the same. I can't thank these two enough! Fast forward to our wedding day, and I wish I had the eloquence to describe how magical it was. Everything was perfect and Gillian, our bridal attendant, was a dream. But every BVI staff member we came across was great. We're so glad we chose BVI. We knew it was the perfect venue the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful wood beams, the elegant drapes, and the high ceilings. With a day-of event team and the building to ourselves the wedding night, to boot! The food being amazing was just the cherry on top (guest validated). All our guests complimented the venue over and over. My favorite was when they said that the venue "was so us." If we could run our night back, we would!!! We're so grateful everything went so smoothly, and I know, without a doubt, that the team works tirelessly to make it so. Thank you all so much!

We celebrated my daughter’s Bridal shower at the BVI. They did an incredible job hosting our guests. The room was stunning and the service and food were amazing. We will be back for future family gatherings. Thank you to Melissa & her team for doing such a wonderful job to make my daughters shower so beautiful and special.

We could not have been happier with every part of our experience with BVI! Madison was our Wedding Coordinator and was an absolute gem to work with. She is so organized, responsive, and personable—always answering our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. She knows the wedding planning process inside and out and especially the venue itself, often providing amazing recommendations to ensure our ceremony and reception were perfect. The entire staff was so professional, constantly checking in throughout the day to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if we needed anything at all. Throughout the night, there wasn’t a single moment when our glasses were empty—they made sure we could relax and enjoy every second. The venue itself is beyond stunning, requiring very little decoration because the space speaks for itself. The ceremony courtyard comfortably fit our 120 guests, creating an intimate experience surrounded by gorgeous flowers and greenery. The balcony overlooking the ceremony space allowed our DJ to seamlessly coordinate everything without distraction. The reception space was lovely, with high ceilings and exposed wood creating a rustic yet modern feel. It felt intimate without ever feeling crowded, with plenty of room for a dance floor that stayed packed all night long. The cocktail hour and food were unforgettable—every guest raved about how delicious everything was! There were so many options to choose from, and the staff made sure each station stayed fully stocked while hors d'oeuvres were continuously passed. The rehearsal dinner and morning-after brunch were also phenomenal, with the staff taking care of every single detail. One of the best parts about BVI is that EVERYTHING can be done on-site, and they are so accommodating. No shuttles, no wasted time—you can move seamlessly from one part of the celebration to the next. For guests traveling from out of town, it was especially convenient knowing they could simply walk downstairs or across the lot to attend. From the very first visit to the final moment of our wedding day, BVI and Madison made sure every single detail was accounted for and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Had an excellent experience at Bedford Village Inn & Restaurant. Visited for business with several other people. We had dinner which the lobster roll, scallops, breads and specialty drinks were top notch. Did not disappoint. Many people that traveled with me it was their first time in NH abs done the US. Each enjoyed the location being so close to the Manchester Airport yet the feel of being very laid back with am the comfort. Highly recommend!!!

Bedford Village Inn & Restaurant hosted our holiday party. Olivia made the process incredibly easy. The venue is stunning, the service fantastic and the meal amazing.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was perfect! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub outside was spacious and relaxing. I got a massage and it was super rejuvenating! Also, the overall service by all the staff that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful night for our special occasion!!

The tasting dish was divine, and this continued throughout our appetizers, bone marrow, and shrimp cocktail, and our dinner, free-range chicken and halibut. The dessert was a marvelous and literal box of chocolate filled with vanilla and chocolate mousse, and cake with whipped cream. Yum. Our server was friendly and attentive. A gentleman at the table next to us explained he was cold with his jacket on and the waitress had the temperature turned up within minutes. Very nice place, so glad we visited!

My husband and I got married at the BVI this July, and had our reception in the Great Hall. If we could give 6 stars we would! From Day 1, the team at the BVI was absolutely perfect. I worked with Olivia who made the whole process so easy! She thought of all the small details, coordinated with vendors, and made sure I felt 100% comfortable the entire time. She was so responsive and flexible. She allowed me to customize my reception while also providing suggestions and recs as necessary. The price is quite reasonable compared to other local venues, especially when you consider the amount of “extra” work they did for us and the quality of that work. The BVI does set up and break down and allows you to bring in your own personal decorations as well as provide rental services for anything you don’t want to purchase. The facility is meticulously maintained and everyone is exceptionally professional. All my guests have been commenting on how wonderful their experience was! The food is also amazing! The kitchen was able to accommodate a few guests with special dietary restrictions without a problem. There are rooms attached to the Great Hall reception space that bridal party or special guests can stay in. Even the “small” rooms are super generously sized and immaculately clean. It was great to be able to walk a few steps to bed after the big party!

A wonderful New England Inn with plent of restaurant and bar choices. The rooms are big and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and responsive. A great place to stay in the Manchester/Bedford area.

The BVI exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment my husband and I met Madison and toured the Grand Charolais room at the BVI we knew this was where we going to get married. Madison from start to finish made the planning process as easy as could be, down to every last detail and my many emails. I cannot say enough about how she put me at such ease during the planning process that I knew our day would be nothing short of PERFECT, and it was! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and it was all because of the amazing staff at the BVI. Madison and her staff (Nicole- our day of coordinator and Gillian- our bridal attendant) ensured that no detail went unnoticed. From setting up our ceremony and reception décor exactly how I envisioned, to the amazing and food and endless care, attention, and support for us on our special day. I thank you all so much for making this day the most amazing day of our lives. Additionally, we utilized the spa services on site the day prior, stayed in the Bridal Suite for the weekend and had out rehearsal dinner in The Governor's Room of The Tavern Restaurant. The hotel, spa, restaurant and grounds are absolutely beautiful, we cannot be happier!!

We looked at a handful of different venues, all with their own unique vibe. However, we were sold the moment we walked into the Bedford Village Inn. From start to finish, the service was first class! Olivia provided us with everything we needed to know on our tour and helped us every step of the way. I know for some couples, non-negotiable holiday decor is a big no but BVI does such a beautiful and tasteful job. We had so many guests coming up to us saying how much they loved the decor and general set up of the Inn. You truly do get what you paid for! The food at our wedding was the best wedding food we have ever had and that's not just us saying it, but nearly every guest said the same thing! My wife and I highly recommend taking a tour and consulting with the lovely staff at Bedford Village Inn!!

This place was fabulous. Room was huge, bed was comfortable, room service was quick and wonderful. Only there one night but wish it was longer.

I would 100% recommend this wedding venue to anyone. Olivia and her team provided exceptional service to my wife and I. The food was delicious. The reception was beautiful after all the decorations were set up. My wife and I 100% trusted Olivia every step of the way. Olivia made us feel no stress whatsoever because she was so helpful. It will be a day my wife and I will never forget. BVI was an amazing venue and Olivia and the team were nothing but amazing throughout the whole planning process.

We booked the Charolais Room for a graduation party. Madison, our coordinator, was so helpful and responsive. The staffing was awesome: everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great and plenty of parking. The graduates and our family had a memorial celebration. We will definitely book this venue again. Thank you

We were married on 07/06/2024 at BVI in the Great Hall and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the first moment we toured the venue, Olivia (our wedding coordinator) was super responsive, detail-oriented, kind and willing to answer all of our questions. Leading up to our wedding date, we were able to attend BVI for a tasting and meet with Olivia for a final details appointment plus communicate via email whenever we had questions. On the day of the wedding, we were blown away at the coordination of the event. Everything seemed seamless and BVI coordinated with each vendor. We were truly able to enjoy the day, knowing that Olivia and her team understood our vision and had the details under control. All of our guests raved about the food, drinks and service provided by BVI. We truly made memories for a lifetime because of them and we can’t wait to celebrate future anniversaries at their property restaurants

We had our wedding at The Bedford Village Inn (BVI) is an absolutely STUNNING venue! However, beyond the beauty is the most amazing team. They care so much about their couples and do everything possible to ensure the perfect day and guest experience. We worked with Olivia and she was an absolute DREAM! From start to finish, she was responsive, detail oriented, and oh so kind! No item was overlooked and when hearing from others their experiences at other venues, it was obvious the BVI knows exactly what they're doing and will stop at nothing to make the process as smooth as possible. This is a 5-star venue - one that knows exactly what is needed such as a bridal coordinator for the day-of. And let me just say, Travis goes far above and beyond - he is by far the best person on your wedding day to keep you as the bride fed, relaxed, and laughing non-stop!!! We cannot recommend the BVI enough!

My husband and I got married at the Bedford Village Inn in October 2025 and we couldn’t be happier that we chose them as the venue! We loved the outdoor spaces that allowed for beautiful fall photos, their service is so great with everyone being so kind, and the food was delicious! From the beginning it was clear that they’re experts in hosting weddings and that was very reassuring through the wedding planning process. Our wedding coordinator at Bedford Village Inn, Olivia, was especially helpful with answering all of our questions and making sure we were always taken care of, she played such a huge role in making sure we were stress free on our big day and the days leading up!

We attended a wedding here and our stay was absolutely beautiful! The Wedding was held on site and the walk to The Grand from the venue, was so easy. Our room was ready early so we could get dressed and walk over. The room accommodated my family of 5 comfortably as well. We didn’t do the turn down service but I did see it came with cookies and water. The service, the food, the staff were all amazing! would definitely come back to stay for a mini weekend getaway again.

We hosted our daughter’s wedding at BVI this past weekend and it was as close to perfect as one could get! On their wedding day, the venue was absolutely gorgeous and the whole staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! Our guests were so pleased with the passed cocktails, apps and entrees. Some of our guests with dietary restrictions noted that their options were among the best they’d had at a function. Checking in to the Inn was so easy and the rooms were so gorgeous and comfortable. I must give an shoutout to Madison, my daughter’s wedding coordinator. She was so professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable — she was instrumental in the day going so perfectly. We highly recommend BVI to anyone who asks! Thank you for making this day so wonderful for our daughter and our son-in-law!

We had a perfect wedding at BVI. Throughout our planning process, the staff at BVI were incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive. On our wedding day, the staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring my husband and I had food and drinks in our hands at all times. The food was incredible!!! Our guests loved all the passed apps. The Inn rooms were beautiful. It was so convenient to be able to get ready on site. Our wedding coordinator, Olivia, was just amazing!!! A hundred percent recommend for anyone!

Stayed at the hotel and hosted a client dinner at the restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy, great bathrooms and the fire place is a lovely touch for the winter. The dinner was super easy to organise (especially as I did this last minute), they were able to help curate a great menu, and the service and food was excellent all night! They also catered to many dietary restrictions. Would 100% host a dinner here again and stay in the hotel.

We had our wedding at the BVI and although there were many positives, there were some negatives as well. Positives: Hosting our wedding at the BVI was truly incredible. The venue itself is stunning, and because. We got married in December, the holiday décor made everything feel warm, festive, and cozy. The décor team did an excellent job bringing our vision to life and followed our requests beautifully. Our event planner, Madison Minds, was wonderful to work with. She was organized, responsive, and consistently kind throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Maddie, (I believe she was our event assistant), was also extremely helpful and warm. She ensured the day flowed smoothly and made us feel very supported. We also received countless compliments on the food. We selected the chicken, beef, ravioli, and tomato bisque; everything was absolutely delicious. The culinary team truly delivered a 10/10 experience! Areas to Keep in Mind: One unexpected challenge occurred when we learned, about a week before the wedding, that a rehearsal for another wedding would be taking place while my bridal party and I were getting ready the day of our scheduled wedding. Although we were notified (not far advanced enough before committing to this venue), it still felt a bit disruptive on a day meant to be private and intimate. Despite this, we did our best to stay positive and enjoy the moment. The most difficult aspect of the day involved interactions with our event coordinator/banquet manager, Brittany De Jesus. While she was professional at certain points, there were moments where her communication came across as abrupt, confusing, and rude, particularly during the processional lineup. This caused unnecessary stress for my bridesmaids, groomsmen, and especially my mother-in-law, who felt she was spoken to harshly and was yelled at by Ms. De Jesus when she simply asked for clarification about the lineup/seating arrangement during the ceremony. There were also some timeline miscommunications; however, Ms. De Jesus did approach us later to apologize, which we appreciated. Overall: Even with a few challenges, our wedding at the BVI was beautiful, memorable, and filled with many wonderful moments. The venue, décor, food, and the majority of the staff were exceptional. With some improvements in communication and guest interactions, this venue has the potential to offer an even more flawless experience.

Hidden Gem. This is at the upper end of 4-star hotels. It is clearly a passion project for its owners. You will see lots of care and attention to detail across the property. The rooms are spacious. The fireplace in mine was perfect for the winter. It has all the little touches - robes in the bathroom, makeup mirrors, turndown service, friendly staff, quality restaurants. Worth a stop and the price.

My company hosted our holiday party with BVI in Dec 2025 and it was a fantastic experience all around. The staff we dealt with at every stage of the process were helpful, professional and a delight. The food was absolutely delicious, the space we rented for the party was exactly as we expected and our guests were thrilled with their experience, the location and all left with big smiles. We would highly recommend BVI for any private events based off of our experience from start to finish.

I did not stay overnight. The staff was at the venue were amazing and the atmosphere was nice. The food was ok. I had Braised beef short ribs and the rib was tender but very dry and the vegetables were bland. Definitely would not have again

The grounds are lovely but the location is ok. Service was ok, not as great as the location or cost would make you expect. Our room never got cleaned during our stay until after 4pm the second day despite being told that we would have housekeeping services during our stay. We had to request additional towels and those arrived right away. So service was a mixed bag. . The food is outstanding, and service in the restaurants is also top notch. Great local beer selection too.

Visited restaurant for special event with family. Beautiful place and ambiance, server was excellent. Unfortunately it was almost two hours from arrival to when our food was delivered (9pm) at which point we were more tired than hungry. My rib eye was spectacular but a chicken dish was not up to par. It's an expensive restaurant and all things considered it will be probably be quite a while before I return.

Room was awful especially for the price. Dull and poorly decorated. It smelled musty/mildew and there was a portable dehumidifier in our room that had to be manually emptied often. It was extremly loud. TV was very small and there was no sitting area. The 2 chairs looked dirty also. The first night, someone “turned down our beds” and left ONE pck of cookies and ONE bottle of water. They also dumped our pillows on the floor! Gross!!! The next day we had no room service but we got another cookie and 2 bottles of water. The entire property was lovely otherwise

Attended a wedding here a few months ago and the night itself was great—beautiful venue, great food, and the staff and bartenders were all fantastic. The next morning, though, wasn’t ideal. Around 7-8 AM, loud leaf blowers started right outside the rooms, which was tough after a late night. We get that the grounds need upkeep, but the timing wasn’t great with so many guests still trying to sleep. The $40 brunch also fell short. They ran out of food really early and didn’t restock, so we were left with scraps. For the price, it was really disappointing. Would recommend the venue for the event itself, but definitely skip the overnight stay and the brunch.

The reception room was pretty and food was good, our waiter and bartenders were also very friendly. However, I felt most of the staff wasnt that professional during my time here at my friend's wedding. A lot went wrong due to lack of communication. She was told she would have her coordinator there to set up at 8am in the bridal suite and no one was there. Then was told she was coming at 1 but still not there because she doesn't work Sundays, but that was not made clear to the bride and instead kept getting told different times she'd be there. They set up someone elses flowers as centerpieces during the rehearsal dinner the night before and then the bride was accused of stealing them the morning of her wedding, when they were the ones who messed up setting them up when they were actually meant for an event that next day. The bridal suite closes at 3 and all belongings need to be removed, however check in is a 3pm and no one was at the front desk to check in. When asked what I can do with my stuff since I would be out taking pictures as i was in the bridal party and couldn't check in early I was told I could leave my stuff in the hall and hope no one takes it. All communication was with the coordinator who didnt show up since she didnt work Sundays and the baker was supposed to drop the cake off the night before, but told the coordinator he would be instead dropping it off an hour before the wedding. The bride and none of the staff besides the lady who was out knew of this which caused for a very stressful wedding. Also, someone at my table was vegan and they gave her 2 dishes that were not things she could eat. Overall the staff just didnt seem professional as if it was their first time handling a wedding. As for the rooms they were spacious but smelled old and stale and since they were outdated just felt not as clean with the overpowering smell. I would not recommend having your wedding here, especially on a Sunday when the coordinator wont be there.

The waiter was excellent but my steak came out way too rare after ordering it medium rare so I sent it back and it still came out way too rare so I took it home to finish cooking it myself. I could not eat it that raw. The salad I ordered for 14.00 had no dressing on it, just a few walnuts and cranberries, i expected more for the price. The shrimp cocktail was good, the oysters too. The portions are very small and the cheesecake was tiny. We were there for a birthday and they had no complimentary cake, not even a slice where other restaurants offer that. The bill came to $402.00 for 3 people with tip yet no alcohol. Felt like we were in a library we had to whisper. We won’t be going back.
