i’ve been going here with my boyfriend every so often since they opened and we love this place and the people that work here are very nice especially faith and the boy hostess (never got his name). also love the rib eye pho, egg rolls, and the chili!!!
Our server was wonderful, the music was upbeat while still relaxing, and our teas were exceptional! The General Tso's chicken was tender with the perfect level of spice!
Consistent, delicious food every time! I have had Pho from various restaurants ranging from Round Rock to Kyle. This is by far the best Pho house in or around Austin. You can expect consistently high quality and delicious food every time you show up. Staff has always been friendly and happy to meet our needs. I have even seen the owners working there from time to time and spoken a quick polite word with them.
Excellent service. Excellent food. It almost always takes a minute or two to be seated because they're busy and every table is occupied, but service is fast and if you don't need a table you can grab a seat at the bar. I've enjoyed everything I've ever ordered but I especially love their salt and pepper tofu appetizer and the lemongrass vermicelli bowl.
We ordered dinner tonight for the first time here and what a pleasant surprise! Everything was so fresh and wonderful! Ordered the edamame, Charcoal shrimp vermicelli, pho (chicken & veggies), and the stir fry broccoli ginger beef. Curbside pickup was seamless. Can't wait to try some other dishes. We'll be repeat customers for sure!
My wife and I love this place. We come here so much they know what we want and where we like to sit. Sometimes they are really busy, but the staff does their very best to keep up with the demand. Have not had any bad food here, so try anything. Still a great place to go and the new location is even better. Now they have a robot that travels around and delivers the Boba. Great location.
The recipes are excellent. The kitchen will bend over backward to accomodate an order even when they are at their busiest. I have bought extra sides of their amazing in-house sauces to take home and use for entertaining the next day. When I see a rural Texan who can't pronounce what is on the menu declare how Simply Pho is their favorite place for lunch or dinner, then I know it based on the quality of the food and service, as opposed to Austin trendiness.
Food is amazing, and good service! I had Pork Vermicelli with egg rolls My sister & BIL had tofu lo mein We will be back, location in Dripping Springs is the best!!
Delicious😋 pho, family friendly...young lady who served us was super sweet...great menu choices and all kinds of delicious flavored teas, including boba...will definitely return
love their Curry dishes. I'm not sure if I like red or green more. always fresh and tasty. I struggle to get very far down the menu because the curry is so good, and the springs rolls with peanut sauce are delightful.
Brandy S. Is my favorite waitress here! She is incredibly polite and very attentive!! Even when she is clearly slammed and running around. The food tonight was amazing! Cooked to perfection! Saturday at 1900, whoever you are, Chef, We thank you. My husband and I both enjoyed every last bit! ☺️ the chicken and tofu were seriously cooked with talented hands tonight ♡
This is our family’s go-to place for Vietnamese rice noodles. Beef soup noodle with ribeye is a must try.
Great service, robot waiter was a nice touch. Pho was good, the cheese wontons with sriracha was life changing!
We love the spring rolls! The food is good and fast. The bee cave location has a Boba robot! The kids love it.
The food is excellent. You can get great Pho and many traditional rice and noodle dishes and soups. This is our goto place for good very reasonably priced food. I often get their great spring rolls with their peanut sauce to go for a light lunch.
Really well balanced flavors, with fresh and quality ingredients. The dining room has a great local vibe, and was filled with lots of happy families and couples. The bar looks like a great place for a solo dinner and drink. They obviously have a true high heat wok working in the back, with dishes coming out nicely seared and steaming hot. It's not a pure Vietnamese menu, but it's all well done and reasonably priced.
I love this place; I normally get the seafood Pho and the fried egg rolls 😋😋😋, but I've also tried the chicken broccoli dish and it's just as delicious! I also love their frozen coffees. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I've been here about 10 times and I've never been disappointed ❤️
Great Thai/Vietnamese food, I love the new location. They are always busy and the staff is very accommodating. They are very service oriented. I eat a whole-food plant-based diet and love their salt and pepper tofu, tofu spring rolls, Vegetable Pho and Thai Eggplant. I've never had anything that wasn't great. Always fresh and served quickly.
Very clean and updated space. Wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. Our family was headed to a movie and we stopped in for a quick bute. Our waiter got everything to us and paid out with time to spare. When we would go to the old one by specs something always went wrong. This time was perfect and the pho was too. Can't wait to go back.
Updating a past review. When I'm in town I bring my folks by. This house never disappoints. The staff is energetic, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh, hot and the depth of flavor is there. For a restaurant that doesn't try to be high end, they are pushing the bar higher. Try this place out for sure.
Their food is divine. There's not a thing you shouldn't get on the menu and I've had almost all of it. If you're worried about venturing out, their pad Thai (with anything) and orange chicken with fried rice are a common go to. But, when at a pho house you gotta try their pho. Wonderful menu. All of their drinks and Boba teas beg to be ordered in bulk. I will switch between tapioca or not and both are great.
My wife and I have been here several times. The food has always been hot and fresh and comes out fast. Nick, the manager, is an asset to the Pho House, he greets us every time we come into the restaurant and even chats it up a little and spends time with the customer getting feedback on the food and makes sure your experience is a plesant one. The waitstaff is also very friendly. The restaurant is normally busy, but the service has not lacked and we never have to wait for food. This combined with the great food, excellent customer service, and great price makes Pho House the place to eat for me personally. Great job Nick and the rest of the Pho House staff. Give yourselves all a pat on the back. Thanks!!!!! -Chris and Patricia
This is definitely the best Pho place in the Lakeway/Bee Cave area. I normally get beef broth with chicken Pho. However, their chicken broth is SO good that I do their Chicken Pho all the way! My daughter even loves it. We both could eat it every day. It is so healthy and delicious. It’s a win-win kind of meal! I always get a large soup so that I can take some to go for leftovers. It keeps well. I sometimes don’t even reheat it and it’s still delicious. Their pork vermicelli is a win too; as well as their spring roles. They have great fresh, hot, green tea. Also, fast service is included and no wait time for seating (at least the times I’ve been there; which is quite a few). They also have a large variety of drinks, flavored teas, alcohol, and boba tea. These all get delivered by a moving robot that comes right to your table! Go check out Simply Pho!
My family of 5 stopped in for lunch today and it was delicious! Our server was very kind and attentive. The food came out very quick and it was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
Great food, great service. Great selection of wine and beer. I always sit at the bar and have way too many drinks here. The staff is really nice.
Good pho, not the best and not the worst. It’s in Bee Cave so appreciate its existence. Solid overall and worth the outlay.
Brandi was an exceptional server! Really enjoyed the "daytime" atmosphere, then they lowered the lights and changed the music for a "night" feel. The prices are reasonable and the service was beyond amazing. I will be back for Brandi's service alone!! The Tea drink are exceptional!! Love it
Was in Cedar Park yesterday for a concert and stopped in there to eat the food was simply amazing! Had the basil fried rice with chicken. Had to go back and get it to go today leaving town! So good! The manager and staff was excellent!
First time visiting this place. The food was delicious. Loved the Honey, ginger, lemon tea!! Perfect for the cold weather. The service was good and fast as well. We got a table right away. Will definitely come back.
Simply Pho House at the Galleria is one of our family’s favorite neighborhood restaurants! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. We especially love the Pad Thai, Kung Pao Shrimp, Red Curry, and their refreshing Boba Tea; all packed with bold, authentic flavors. Highly recommended for anyone craving great Thai and Vietnamese food near the Galleria… One thing is I have noticed that their Yellow Curry, is less soupy or curried compared to many other Thai restaurants so prepare yourself on that . I guess I thought it was supposed to be in the format of the Red Curry😍! Regardless we all enjoyed our meals, and we will continue to try new things on the menu every time we visit .
This is their best location and has never disappointed. Pho is excellent! Other dishes are a very western spin on Asian food, but always great. You'll enjoy.
Overall we really like it here. There's many options for the kids even for non foodie kids. Our kids normally have the pho with rib eye and brisket and thoroughly enjoy it. We've had salad and the smoking beef as well as the chicken vermicelli with egg rolls. And there's the pop corn chicken which is just chicken nuggets if you want that as an option. Consistent and reliable for a quick weekend bite for us. The little robot that runs around and delivers drinks is always exciting for our son to watch :)
The food here has gotten MUCH better, I was very pleasantly surprised. I came here once or twice a few years ago, and only came back because my mother has been coming here. It’s very good and as authentic as most other Asian/pho restaurants. We got the pho, pad see ew, boba tea, and shrimp spring rolls. Even the boba tea I liked! :)
My husband and I forever love this place! Been going off and on for over 10 years and it never disappoints! From the Salt and Pepper wings- we love these! Prices are very reasonable, you get large portions which is usually lunch and dinner for us. My husband likes the Kung Pao Chicken a lot, I had the Pho Rib Eye and meatball noodle soup, and everything was flavorful, tasty, and delicious. The servers are very attentive, atmosphere is great, very casual and nice welcoming vibe. We have all good things to say about Simply Pho House! Keep up the great work! (Oops- No pictures of food, was so appetizing we just dug in! 😊) Thanks- Chris and Patricia Cross
Service is a little slow. Food decent
Say hi to the robot. Located near the hill country galleria, provides pretty good Vietnamese food. I typically get the Pad See Ew. Pretty good portion and comes out fresh. They also have boba tea, which is delivered via robot. Robot is basically a tray on wheels, but it's fun none the less. Boba is lower tier quality, good enough to satisfy an itch.
Very good Pho! But other dishes are even better. Lemongrass shrimp on sizzling platter is a flavor sensation not to be missed. Grilled pork and shrimp on vermicelli is awesome but a bit too small of a portion when compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, but I can pack the groceries. The grilled dishes here are a can't miss.
This was a nice experience at lunch for our family including 5 kids. Service was attentive. Food was good and reasonably priced. Younger kids enjoyed watching the robot transport drinks too and since it was at the holidays it was dressed up.
Fantastic seafood pho. We also had Wok on fire lomein with chicken, we didn’t see any fire on the wok(just kidding, since the kitchen isn’t visible from where we were seating) and also we didn’t like it that much even though pictures from others on reviews looked great. Looked like they had good options for wine and beer on draft but we didn’t try any. Overall, food(specially seafood pho 😀), service, atmosphere is good.
Took a bit to place my order but the food came out at a reasonable time and was delicious, if im around this area again I'll definitely stop by again
Food is great. The pork bahn mi sandwiches are delicious but they smaller than they used to be. I also like the vermicelli lemon grass pork bowls. They are always consistently good. Lastly, the boba drinks are delicious. Sometimes they take a long time to answer the phone for to-go orders. Other than that, I've always had good service. The restaurant itself is always packed.
The food is good, and the surface is good. They always have football or some type of sport playing on the big TV.
The food here is really good. However, the smell of sewage is prevalent when you walk in the front door we’ve been here several times and we like the food so we are willing to endure the initial smell coming from the right side of the restaurant as we quickly dart over to the left side where seating is much more comfortable.
To me this restaurant is slightly above average. I had a few misses the first few times I tried this place. I wasn’t a fan of the shrimp fried rice, the shrimp is small and it lacked that slightly smoky flavor that you typically find in fried rice. I also found the Sesame Chicken to be lacking. It was super dry and kind of tough. However, I did find some items that I quite enjoyed, the Rib Eye Pho, Chicken Pad Thai, and the Lemon Grass Chicken on a sizzling hot plate. The staff is always super friendly. There’s also a cute little drink cart that circulates around.
It’s decent if you don’t want to drive into Austin for more authentic food. The fish sauce is verrrry sweet. The chicken is so thin that it’s not worth the price of the vermicelli plate. Everything is more fast food rather than homemade. Presentation is okay. The odd thing is that if you want hot tea or ice tea when the tea place in the other room is closed, you’re out of luck and stuck with water or soda. So weird. It’s not that difficult to heat some water and throw in some tea bags. We heard the couple behind us question them as well. “Who can’t heat water and make tea or can’t get some tea bags and hand us some?”
I want to give a great review but am hesitant, because we had a great meal of rare ribeye pho and some spring rolls, only for my daughter to finish her meal and then look on the floor and go “oh look! Cockroach!” The pho was great, service was great, and spring rolls were just average, but I can’t help but wonder how clean the back end is if the front end has cockroaches.
NOTE TO SELF: Only come during slower periods. My wife's order was lost (somehow) between us ordering food and making the food in the kitchen. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if they had more servers. At 7pm on a Friday, management decided only having 2 waitstaff for the main hall of the restaurant was enough. Once the food got to the table, it was tasty, but we didn't expect to wait nearly an hour for everything to get there.
the service here just sucks. saw my food at the kitchen counter for a good few minutes without being picked up and had to kinda stare down the waiters at the bar watching tv for them to remember me. also had to ask for water refills. sometimes when i come i don’t get greeted at all and have to go to the bar to find someone to seat me. they gave me the wrong banh mi in my togo order and i only found out the next day when i went to reheat it. unfortunately the food is half decent so i will be back.
We have gone here several times. Food is fairly good. Last night we had the worst service we’ve had at any restaurant in probably years. Waited 10-15 min for menus. No one even came to our table until we got up 2 times and asked if we have a server. Got a main dish b4 water. Forget the other drinks, but water? Got 2 out of 3 appetizer at the end of the meal. When we got food finally, no plates. Asked for plates 3 times! I can handle a couple mishaps. I’m not unrealistic. I understand things aren’t always perfect, and this isn’t fine dining expectations , but I thought I was being pranked in some way the service was so bad. We had 2kids with us. Our dinner that should have been 45-an hour was 2 hours long! The worst part is they felt we only deserved the apps comped. Any decent owner/manager would have never expected us to pay for the meal with the service he knew we got. If you want people to pay for a meal you have to offer at least decent quality food and service.
A few sour points. Went early for dinner, and wasn’t too busy. Took 10 minutes to get a drink order in (lemonade & Diet Coke) Drinks came, we put in an appetizer order. Apps were delivered by someone not our server, they wouldn’t take our entire order or fill our drinks. Found our server who took our entire order, but didn’t clear app plates or fill our drinks. Entires came and they were pretty bland. I got pad Thai to play it safe. I wasn’t super happy with it as it was just plain noodles and oil. I asked if I could please have a side of peanut sauce to try and build up the flavors - THEY SAID YES BUT CHARGED $2.50 FOR IT. I have no problem playing for extras dipping sauces, but if your food is bland and we’re trying to get up to baseline, charging extra for flavor is crazy. We are half our plates, no one ever came back for refills or to clear the table. Took 10 minutes to get our bill when we were done. We’re in the industry and aren’t super picky but there are better/fairer place to eat locally.
I'm a bit appalled by the size of the "large" chicken pho. I've ordered many phos in my life and have never had this tiny of an amount of chicken and soup add ins. Refer to pics please. This may have been a half a cup of chicken max. The jalapeños are insanely spicy. I love spicy things and I usually leave the jalapeños in my soup as I'm eating, however my friend told me that she could hardly eat her soup because of the jalapeños, so I took mine out, and the soup was still too spicy. I wouldn't take off points for that, it's just something to note. The guy working the register was nice, however I won't be back due to the small size of the large pho. Feel ripped off.
I usually love this place but it seems when the manager is absent the service suffers. I order to go all the time, but this time it took an hour for me to get my to go order. The girl that was behind the counter as it wasn’t her fault but the excuse was that she was the only one. Then she said there was nothing she could do because there was no manager. I realize people get frustrated and these people can’t be paid enough to care but to be treated this way and have to wait for an hour for a to go order is unacceptable.
I have been quite a few times. This time portions were smaller but the fried rice was pretty bad. Added veggies but they didn't make up for the 17.00 price. Combination fried rice used these tiny tasteless shrimp you get in a bag. Rice was mushy and the rest flavorless. Char grilled pork vermicelli is good but smaller. Don't get the fried rice. Look at these shrimp.
They tried and were nice enough but…. They didn’t have vegetarian pho, and couldn’t provide an allergen sheet and couldn’t give a definitive answer to how the boba was dairy free (ie is it oat, almond, ect?). Also they had a robot server which was weird for us 😅
My workplace frequent orders lunch from here. The green curry is very good and flavorful, i look forward to it when i get it though the chicken in it is pretty mediocre. However the general tso’s chicken is a total chore to eat. I only ate it out of necessity. It is extremely dry, and what little flavor exists is not appealing. I am amazed that restaurants get away with serving food so diabolically terrible. I am convinced that some people simply have absolutely no taste at all and can manage to enjoy something so horrible. If you go here, do not order anything besides the curry as you will wish you had gone elsewhere.
Not the best pho restaurant. Has too many options ranging from Vietnamese pho to Thai fried rice and everything in between. Menu seems confused at best. Ordered veg pho with tofu but it came with pieces of beef and when I asked the staff to see if it can be exchanged, they said “oh how much is the meat”. Seems quite unprofessional. Kung pao chicken - the chicken pieces had the peculiar taste of frozen chicken nuggets put into kung pao sauce to be cooked. Staff was overwhelmed with number of ppl in restaurant. Prices were a bit high but not too bad. Parking available around the restaurant. Many good places nearby.
I've been eating at this place for years, and I was craving some pho today, so I went in and was served ice cold egg rolls that are supposed to be served hot last time I checked, then my soup came out and it was basically a bowl of oil. I was so darn hungry, however, I didn't complain, but I wish I had. I'm surprised. Usually their food is good, but they really missed the mark today. The broth had no flavor and was horrible, the most bland pho I've ever eaten. Whoever made that pot of soup added way too much oil. Why? I have no idea! I wish I would've told the waitress, who was nice, but only came back to give me my food, then I never saw her again. I needed extra napkins and more water, but that didn't happen. Overall, I don't think I better go back for a while, if at all. I don't want to end up sick from off temperature food and oil soup!
Love this place a lot. First time I’ve been to this location. Seated right away and no one came to greet us and take our order. After 15 minutes and another table being sat directly beside us and they were greeted and got their drink order taken we just walked out. I saw 3-4 employees just watching their phones. Absolutely was not acknowledged. Extremely disappointed.
the noodles are broken into small pieces. This happened to both Pho noodle and the stirfried noodle. Some of the food is too sweet.
We felt like we were rushed in and out way too quickly In and out in 30 minutes. Waitress was not attentive. Brought our meal within 5 minutes of placing our order. Forgot our appetizer. Then we had to wave down a different waiter to get the appetizer cancelled because we were almost finished our meal. Then she came by and said the appetizer was not ready. Well then wait and don’t give us our meal until after we have received our appetizer and finished it. Curry was bland. So was my husbands meal. I was so impressed the last time I ate here was looking forward to a good experience. Very disappointed. Will not be back any time soon.
I normally eat here for lunch since it’s close to work. I really like the food but I just had the most rude and terrible experience with a worker there. I was calling to place a pickup drink order. After I ordered, she told me it would be 20 minutes! I was confused and asked if that was correct for a drink order and she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back to confirm since I wasn’t sure if she actually took the order. I asked her if she hung up on me and she asked for my name and confirmed my order. BASICALLY, yes! SHE HUNG UP ON ME! How RUDE! If the owner reads this, please consider training for your employees! Terrible experience!
So let me start by saying I’ve come here a lot for lunch and dinner for the past 2 years, as of recently the customer service experience has been dwindling, took some friends for lunch on a Saturday and waited 15 minutes for the server Patrick to even acknowledge. He was very short and rude towards us and ignored us while we was trying to check out. Like I said I like the food here so I’m a bit of a regular but won’t be going back anytime soon do to this horrible experience. 0/10
This place used to be good...but the quality of the food has definitely declined 😞 none of us were happy to eat our food...we barely touched it. Not sure if it's the cooks, the meat quality has definitely gone down.... We do love the other locations though
We just had the worst experience ever. 3 tables ordered, got their food, ate and left and we still hadn’t received our food. When we raised our concerns we finally got some food but an order was wrong and another was missing. We never had our drinks refilled. The waiter said the kitchen grouped like orders which was why ours hadn’t been made yet, I really, that is acceptable?!?!?! We finally had enough and decided we were done and management never came over to talk to us, no apology, nothing. At least 4 other tables left during this time as well. We were there for over an hour and half of us left hungry and very angry. We fail to understand why our table was so blatantly ignored and why management never came over to our table even after we asked. So just know if you go to eat here that they do not make food as the tickets come in, they make food in batches and you are out of luck if your dish is not being ordered by anyone else.
The most unwelcoming staff ever. When we usually order in, it’s decent food. Saturday we went in for a late lunch, not only the number of waiters was way less than how busy the place is, but two of the waitresses were having lunch and chatting while we were waiting to be served! As rude as can be. And yes we left, after 15 minutes of wait, without anyone noticing.
I had given the restaurant five stars in the past and changed it today. It took fifteen minutes to get my hot green tea. The waiter was trying to close out tables. Then after taking our order of Pho combination and Pad See Ewe we waited a really long time. Two tables were seated twenty minutes after we were and they ordered and received their orders. Got up to leave and the staff had nothing to say when I brought this to their attention. Not even an apology. Will not be back.
After arriving with two adults and one child, we were seated promptly with only one menu by a host who was rude and poorly dressed. I got up to grab another menu and asked about a kids' menu, which they don’t have a child’s menu separate. The server came to take our drink order, and we ordered water all around, along with a kid's cup for my son. The server was the only one working for more than half the restaurant. When he returned to take our food order, we started with an order of spring rolls. When four spring rolls arrived, we asked why there were four instead of one order. The server apologized, saying it was his mistake. Meanwhile, my son was still sitting with an adult glass in front of him, and he has spilled his drink many times in restaurants. We finally placed our main order. My son's and my boyfriend’s food arrived, but both were served without rice. My son finally gets a kids cup at this point. They began eating while I took the opportunity to visit the restroom. When I returned to the table, my food had arrived. I had ordered the meatball and brisket pho, only to take a big bite of chicken. After 20 minutes of waiting, our server came back, and I asked him why I had chicken instead of brisket. I wondered if they were trying to save money on food costs, but I wasn't sure. I was then brought a plate of brisket and spent another 10 minutes picking out the chicken. My boyfriend loves this place and goes there frequently. I have even bought him chicken curry to go, complete with a love letter attached, in the past. However, after today’s experience, I will never eat here again. I will simply accompany him on occasion during his visits but won’t be eating anything myself. In my personal opinion, the food really isn’t very good anyway.
Sitting at the bar this afternoon when the woman next to me used racial slurs (including the “N” word) to describe her feelings about “dumb” football players. Appalling! Worst part is the waitress, also a middle age white woman, took her defense when I asked her to be quiet and show some respect for the people around her. I was told to be quiet and called a “Liberal” — because apparently all non-racists are now classified as such. I come here 2x a week, or at least I used to. What a disappointment!!
Great food and atmosphere. Loved the house spring rolls and vermicelli tofu was amazing. For some reason our server Melissa, added a $3.00 charge after we were giving our bill, so amount on credit card slip did not match original billl. That's fraudulent behavior. Won't be eating here again.
I have only been to the Pho House in Belterra, which I do not have any complaints about. This place however, we were just ignored. We were seated for about 10-15 mins, never offered drinks, and watched several staff just playing on their phones. A small group of customers came in and was greeted and seated behind us by a male waiter and they were taken care of on the spot, so at this point we left. Just bad customer service. I cannot rate the food at this location.
The pho here is bland and doesn't have the correct blend of spices. Pho is my favorite food and I will never crave this place.
Horrible experience when we tried the first time. Nothing we ordered was right. Bland food, all veggies we added were apparently removed and we almost got plain rice/vermicelli. Why would I spend $50 for plain rice with tofu. I'm never ever going to order or recommend this restaurant to anyone. And then reaching them on phone is like waiting forever.
Title: They can't do pho well at all Stood at the entrance for more than 5 minutes. Even though the staff saw us, but there was no acknowledgement. Got our seats and waited 15mins and still no server came to give us water or ask if we are ready to order. Food was slow and the worse thing is, my pho came without the bean sprouts, mints, lime on the side. I had to wait 5 minutes before walking to my server to ask for those items that are standard when a bowl of pho is served. The bean sprouts were finally brought out after my pho soup got cold. So overall my meal is ruined from the poor service of this place. Can't do pho well at all. Won't be back.
First time here. Ordered to go. Was not greeted upon entry. The staff was so busy they refused to acknowledge the 10 takeout orders sitting there for 5 minutes. Upon arriving home I found items missing. Too bad I was excited to frequent this place. Probably will not return
I’ve been here a few times, the food is usually good, but my last visit was not a good experience. The Galleria location has changed, it’s now located on the Hill Country Galleria side of Hwy. 71, near Barnes & Noble. To start, we stood at the entrance for almost 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the staff. It was a Saturday at lunch, so there was a decent crowd, but we weren’t even acknowledged. Some elderly folks came in behind us, one with a walker, and they weren’t acknowledged either! I finally asked the bartender if we sat ourselves or continue waiting, he said someone would, “Be along soon.” We sat at the window with a beautiful view, but the service was painfully slow, and my order was wrong. I ended up only eating egg rolls because I was tired of waiting. I won’t be back.
