Good customer services and Good drinks. I ordered two brown sugar milk with boba. I love their boba and Milkfoam with Fresh boba and organic fresh milk. All high quality ingredients. It's not too much sweet. We can adjust the sugar and ice levels. I definitely come back to try the other drinks.
Still my all-time favorite place after all these years. And 50 other bubble tea places opening up around town. You get to see everything being made from scratch including the tapioca. All high quality ingredients and the classic drink is so addicting that I've taken non-bubble tea people there and they got instantly hooked. Classic brown sugar milk tea is great, The lemon honey drink is also very refreshing, And the lychee also hit the spot last time. I also like the fortune box thing on the wall and the fun videos playing on the screen.
Xing Fu Tang is one of the fanciest cafes I've ever visited!! The sleek & modern design make me feel like I need to come dressed ready to impress. Every time I visit this shopping center I await the long and familiar lines. Sometimes the line is so long it carries outside the cafe. BEAUTIFUL & yummy boba drinks, AND the most important part of this cafe.. They keep the boba warm right at the front of the cafe for all to see. Unfortunately I was SO distracted by my groups orders that I completely forgot to snag a pic of the boba holder. Instagramable pics here!! Just look at the pics below. The cafe is so aware of their talented baristas they even bought a ring light to showcase their work. Talk about confidence in a product.. Ambiance: 10/10 sleek & modern design, Great music (K-pop, K-rnb) Cuisine: 10/10 variety of teas (black, green, etc.), & Milk Tea galore!! Price Range: all drinks are priced around $7 except for the Gold Foil boba milk tea priced at $17 understandably. I posted a pic of the Gold Foil boba milk tea in my review as well!! Parking: 10/10 large shopping center that offers plenty of parking Cleanliness: 12/10 Extraordinary clean tables, and bathrooms **Important notes: come dressed to impress, you will likely find the LOYL here**
Not my home shop, but the setup of the menu was cute and easy to understand, and the flavors they offer are interesting. i personally got the Brown Sugar Boba Milk and my friend got the Gold Foil Boba Milk. I added crystal boba for my Brown Sugar Boba Milk. A little bit busy parking lot. The store is clean and new and the service is fast. It was exactly what I wanted on a hot day. Highly recommend and will be back someday.
I’m a little surprised with the overall rating and my speculation is that it might be because of Feng Cha and Gong Cha being next door. Anyways, I will absolutely recommend it if you are into dirty brown sugar boba - absolutely, other drinks - maybe. Slightly pricier but I preferred the smaller size because let’s face it, brown sugar boba is a serious calorie bomb and if you don’t want death by sugar - go with the smaller size. You can see them prep the brown sugar upfront and all the prep is open and visible, I thought it was well managed and had ample amount of staff. The wait time was ok. For people who aren’t familiar with this shopping complex, beware, it is packed and finding a parking out front is next to impossible so try the parking garage instead, narrow spots but you might just get lucky. Lots of nice spots like Liuyishou hotpot and Six Ping bakery next door. Give it a try.
Drinks here were good but I personally could not justify the high sticker price based on taste. The ingredients are high quality and the boba does taste fresh; they're perfectly chewy and sweet so that they complement the drinks. But I did not feel the drinks we got (boba milk tea and brown sugar milk) separated itself from the competition. It's also about ~$7 a drink that comes in a cup smaller than most. In a location where boba tea shops are very concentrated, I prefer some of the other spots. I would still recommend checking this out for the freshly made boba that's cooking right in front of you!
Ordered brown sugar milk tea, flavor was ok, i was expecting the boba to be warm and chewy (but soft) since they seem to be cooking the boba on site but its not.😅 it was hard and cold. Ive had better milk tea with warm boba. The Dalgona however was really good! Place is neat and tidy, the staff are nice.
We took a quick stop as my bf loves boba tea. I really wanted to try the soft serve, but it wasn’t allowing me the option to so I got the brown sugar milk tea with oat milk…I definitely regretted it when I tried it. It tasted just like milk with some toasted brown sugar. I’m not sure why expected it to be more flavorful. My bfs drink was the Thai tea and he really enjoyed it, it was much better than mine. For the price of the small drinks, I’ve found better places but the atmosphere is very nice. I am still glad to have tried a new place!
Good fresh boba, Tea is so so I came in Friday afternoon, there was other customers so I was in line waiting for few minutes. The place is clean with few tables. I got brown sugar boba and herbal jelly boba. The fresh boba is yum and soft. The drink itself isn’t impressive. Flavor is mild. Price is not on cheap side.
I love Taiwan, so I really want to be supportive of all Taiwanese things. Additionally, I was very curious of the low rating of this boba tea place. Hence, I still went ahead and tried this place in spite of the low rating. However, this would be the first time that my Thai tea didn't taste like a Thai tea anymore. It tasted chocolaty (I think because of the boba), and I didn't appreciate that, because I ordered and wanted Thai tea... My son liked his mint choco boba milk. It's a cute place... ❤️Taiwan❤️
I’ve visited Xing Fu Tang a couple of times, and unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to its hype. During my first visit, I tried their classic Brown Sugar Milk Tea. While the flavor was decent, it was far too sweet—even for someone like me who enjoys sweet drinks. I usually try the regular milk tea when visiting a new place, but this one was just too sugary compared to other spots. The second time, I ordered the Passion Fruit Tea, and my friend got the Sakura Tea. Neither of us were impressed. The Passion Fruit Tea didn’t look anything like the pictures, and the taste felt off—again, overly sweet. As for the Sakura Tea, it lacked flavor intensity and didn’t deliver the unique taste we were expecting. Service was another concern. Although the staff was trying their best, there was only one person making the drinks and another preparing fresh boba. Even with only a few customers, the process was slow, and it felt like the service wasn’t as efficient as it should be. While I appreciate the effort from the staff, the drinks being too sweet and the slow service have left me disappointed. I hope they make some improvements soon.
I am a Huge fan of Xing Fu Tang in Georgia. When i saw it’s available in Texas I had to try it so I can compare the differences. I really don’t want to say but the quality was very low compared to what’s served in Georgia. The menu was different as well. Only reason i gave 2 stars cause the ice cream with coconut milk was fair enough. Flavor - No Star - 5 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - No Star - 4 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 6 / 10 Service - Star - 6 / 10 Value for Money - No Star - 5 / 10 Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.
I paid $8 for a Ube boba tea based on the menu photos, which gave the impression that the drink was made with fresh ingredients. However, when I received it, the taste was extremely artificial and very hard to drink. I politely spoke with the staff and explained that I had ordered it expecting something fresh, and asked if it was possible to switch to another drink. At that point, I was told that nothing in the store is fresh except the boba. I was shocked This information was not made clear at all before ordering, and had I known this upfront, I would not have purchased the drink. The issue wasn’t personal taste — it was the large gap between what the product appeared to be and what it actually was. Because of the no-return policy, I had no choice but to discard the drink. For the price, this was a very disappointing experience, mainly due to misleading presentation and lack of transparency. I won’t be returning.
Went in there last night around 8pm to get brown sugar boba, place was empty, just me and 2 my two friends. So we ordered the brown sugar plus the regular milk tea, oh boy, they were all water down, the only thing that decent was the boba. A small cup, they called it regular is about $8. I should have go to another place, that was a huge disappointment.
I usually love this place and always order the same drink, which has always been made with honey boba. This time, my drink didn’t taste the same. When I asked, the worker initially insisted it was the same but then admitted they had changed it to boba jelly. They also wouldn’t allow me to substitute it back to honey boba. Really disappointing experience, especially since I’ve ordered this same drink many times before and never had an issue.
