Fresh, hot food. Decent prices (i used the app for a pretty good deal). Fast service. Clean bathroom. And they didn't even freak out when I asked for ranch dressing for my fries and chicken sandwiches. :)

The person in the drive-thru taking our order was very unprofessional. He was very rude and sounded like he didn't want to be there. The food was great, and the order time was good, but his attitude was not.

It was actually good. I've been here a few times, even though I don't live nearby, but everything seemed to go smoothly through drive-thru today. The guy at the window was on point and his coworker was doing a great job multitasking. Good job today BK, and the food was delicious.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Burger King’s tacos since I was 14, and now at 27, I can confidently say they’re the best around! After serving in the army and finishing college, nothing brings me back like those iconic tacos. Living in California, I’ve explored plenty of options, but Burger King’s tacos are in a league of their own. The thought of them stopping production? Unthinkable! When I was stationed overseas, I genuinely missed these tasty bites—they're comfort food at its finest. The 2 for 99 deal is unbeatable, and trust me, I’d take these over Jack in the Box any day! The freshness and flavor are simply unmatched. And don’t get me started on those fries—absolutely divine! I’m always impressed by the team at BK. They know how to keep those tacos fresh and delicious. Keep up the amazing work, and I’ll be right there, taco in hand, ready for more! 🍔🌮❤️

It is in my mind one of the more understanding when it comes to those less fortunate. Now, about food and getting an order right there is room for improvement. It is a clean establishment . I'm homeless and they don't look at me any differently than someone who's not.

They fry the Nuggets so crispy! Amazing whoever made my Nuggets at that exact time made them Nice and tender! I hope it's always like that. I love a place to enjoy when the place isn't packed great place to enjoy some Nugget's!!!

Normally staff here are mean and undeserving of your hard earned dollars Really!! But today I happen to be short not by much but short😁 and the cashier said let me select some items from the value menu..,, huge deal when it comes to ordering, because now cashiers won’t do this ever!! So I thought that was nice and kind of her to do this without taking some items out of my order.

This is not my favorite Burger King location though it's the closest to my house. Their drive thru is super convenient. Tried their new Impossible Whopper! Wow, it would be difficult to distinguish that when put next to the regular Whopper. Try it, you'll like it and you'll be contributing in a small but important way to better our planet!

Food was more varied than most fast food places. There were more size options as well. We all enjoyed it as much as you can for a burger place. The staff was friendly but mediocre at best.

This Burger King is kinda run down and while the food is what you would expect the building needs renovating. It's been this way for 30 years, when I was a little kid we would come play in the ball pit. I think the ball I wrote my name on in high school is still in the pit that's how old these facilities are.

They had 1 person doing the register and the food at the same time.

Food was good, but this location has homeless coming through to use bathroom and dig through trash. Also loud high school or middle school kids rapping loudly to phone music with lots of profanity. I didn't like that. I was just trying to get a meal between school and kids activities. Annoying and frustrating to hear all that loud music and bad words. Workers never batted an eyelash.

New Firey Bacon burger was alright but the Mozzarella whatevers, they were over cooked and not at all EDIBLE!!! SMH HORRIBLE and I LOVE BK but unfortunately not that Day!! Disappointed to say the least, I DIDN'T RULE!!!

This BK used to be my favorite fast food burger place in the neighborhood. I've never been a fan of the "other" fast food burger places. But I've visited this BK a couple of times recently... And truly the food quality and flavor is not the same. Even the ambiance sucks! Now that said, I did notice it to be as busy as always at lunch time. I decided to give it a 3rd shot, and again ordered the Whopper. No dice, food is not the same. I also had the 10 for $1 chicken Nuggets, those where surprisingly tasty. So, unless you're really hungry, or stuck in this neighborhood... I'd say skip it! The only reason I believe this place manages to stay open is the friendly staff, and the fact that there's not many options around here.

I almost fell backwards. Two combo meals to ruin anyone's diet and health: 36 dollars. Who can afford not to prepare a sandwich at home instead? Guess lots of people can.

Friendly service but the food was made with very little ingredients. I had to add my own mayo ketchup and lettuce to make it taste like a regular whopper. My friend liked her chicken sandwich though. And the fries were luke warm.

Very clean from the last time I've seen it. New floors and walls and even the bathroom signs are different lol. I ordered a hamburger with spicy chicken nuggets couldn't help but noticed that she didn't ask me how many nuggets and put in ten count without my consent but oh well. It's a dollar difference. The hamburger was great however the spicy chicken nuggets were semi burnt. :(

I ordered a whopper no meat and no mayo and a larger french fries. Came out to $7.59😏 I could have gone to In and Out for a Grilled cheese. (I drove by but the line was too long🙄). Anyway. Next time I'll know better..

The inside dining room was remodeled in recent memory so it's not run down at all.. However, they removed the childrens play area which i felt was a poor choice. Service is quick but their drive through usually has a wait.

If it looks like a rat chewed on the cookie and then someone stepped on it.... you probably shouldn't serve it. I'm not even going back to return it, but people should see this. Last week my meal was decent and the service was great....but this is unacceptable and your people should be able to determine this. I was here on Mon Dec 22nd at 1:15 pm. Additionally, after being handed my food today, I thanked the woman in the window and told her to have a good day She didn't even respond and I know 100 percent she heard me before closing the window.

I went to try the new brisket whopper just like everyone else. The picture makes it look amazing right? I was dissatisfied when I could t find the 1oz of brisket hidden beneath the cheese far from sit I almost went back until I kept digging. The burger alone taste yummy but I would not get it again.

Came here 2x. First time, went inside because kiosk doesn't allow you to remove meat from breakfast sandwiches. We went to cash register, but they kept saying you could use kiosk, but place is super clean. We waited and just left. We went back, went through drive thru, food was warm, but order was wrong and coffee wasn't ready.

Went to this location about 4 times last six months customer services was very good but the food was poorly made on all 4 visits very disappointed on the condiments put on the burgers just would like to see fresher ingredients and a decent amount instead of the scraps I got on all 4 visits.

I was getting my tires fixed next door so me and my daughter stopped by for a quick bite. The first issue I had was that even though it was 1040am they only had the breakfast menu. And I'm talking about inside, not the drive thru. I asked the cashier how I was supposed to order without a menu to look at. She said I could have a Whopper. I had to look at the menu from my phone. I ordered a burger and my daughter ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I got my order it was wrong. They didn't give me the breakfast meal because the cashier was on the wrong menu (lunch) when she entered it in the register. This kind of service while it was slow and almost empty is pretty lame. So much for having it your way.

Young girl at the drive thru didn't seem to know how to listen to the guests order via the head set I had to repeat my order three times and still I got it wrong after being asked to park and wait to get my food. Me being a manager of a fast food restaurant am not impressed at all as well girl couldn't count change either

Always come here but manager with the name that starts with a D is very rude to her workers and talks to her customers rudely. She left the drive thru window open just to hear her yelling and mimicking her workers which is very unprofessional.

I went to Burger King for lunch with my older sister. We both got a SpongeBob meal. I was So excited thinking i was going to get everything. The Mac & cheese bites & of course the pineapple drink. The lady said the SpongeBob pineapple drink was sold out & the Mac & cheese bites was also sold out. I was Sadly disappointed. So we got the SpongeBob yellow bun burger & regular fries & a soft drink. I really Wanted the Mac & cheese bites & pineapple drink really bad. Which is why i went To Burger King in the first place. We wont be going back to this location anytime soon. And this was my last meal i wanted before i was going into surgery in a couple of months too.

I ordered 2 tacos and they gave me the shells only, with nothing inside of them. The service sucks they take orders down wrong. There's too many homeless people inside during the day and outside in the parking lot at night Too many

I just got the 2 for $6 special, a whopper and a chicken sandwich...that had to be the driest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I could not even finish 1/2 of it, it was too hard to swallow. It was either really overcooked or it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was awful!! I will never buy that again!

DOUBLED the PRICE for a jr Hamburger was $1. and now it's $2. so I refuse the order. When prices go up by 100% that's when I stop going to these places.

The chicken sandwiches are old they are probably sitting from yeastday or something . Food is not fresh at all . If burger king corporate reading this you should visit this location without telling them you are coming because they would throw all the old food away and they would put fresh if they know you are coming . The manager probably trying to save but he is losing customers so there is no point of you trying to save money or something . Every time I get food here it either has dry buns...or unfortunately I get sick. Dry buns to me, means old buns...yuck. The sick part...could be undercooked food. Dirty food handlers hands. This is all my personal experience and my opinion.

Worse experience ever!!! Don’t waste your time here... I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I get home to find that my order is incomplete and drive the 10 minutes back to ask for the rest of my order. I wait 10 minutes and for the two breakfast sandwiches that were missing with the same hash browns and French toast I had received nearly 30 minutes ago that were burned to a crisp... I get the fact that mistakes are made but, having to drive back they should’ve just made a whole order complete and fresh.... let just say I’m never coming back to this location and if they continue with service like this they will sure be out of business soon.

Ordered inside, waited on my order and then when my bag was placed on the counter a huge ROACH crawled out of it!!! Six dollars for 1 whopper seriously and $2.67 for small fries with only ten fries in them that's redeculous. Night manager female middle aged on Saturdays are extremely rude and disrespectful. Cursing at customers even with minors in the car with us. Called corporate to investigate on this. Went there before midnight, someone greeted me in the drive thru speaker box, then stopped talking to me, and a manager came out to say they’re closed. Their hours are clearly not til midnight. They had a delivery truck at that time too. Way to lose a customer and get a low review 🤷‍♂️

“Have it your way” my FOOT. No matter how many times you ask for a burger how YOU want it, they’ll proceed to make it how THEY want it. Don’t want cheese or pickles? They’ll double the amount they put. Want bacon? Oops! They forgot it. It’s actually embarrassing how awful the service is here sometimes. At least the food is decent, but you’re better off going to a different Burger King.

I asked Paola to make sure the food was extra hot because we lived far, she told me that wouldn’t be a problem because everything is made “fresh”. I drive 15 minutes home with a giant meal, only to find half of my whopper cold. Not even lukewarm as if it cooled down, but cold as in it was never even warmed up fully. I would expect food to be temperature checked before they are wrapped but that was another fail on them. Just sharing my story, Merry Christmas.

I ordered the Big Fish which was a joke. The fish was so small that I had to remove the top bun just to taste the fish. Sorry no picture 😣 got rid of it before the review. But as you can see, the Jalapeño bite were DRY!!!! 😖It was by far the WORST meal I’ve ever had. I’m tossing these dry bites into the trash. I do not recommend this Burger King location. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I order from them, I get to the window and have to repeat my order to them and yet again there is always something missing. I live about 25 to 30 mins away from here and my kids love this place but there will be always something missing from here. Tonight it was a Big Fish which was for my daughter. The number online and on the receipt are disconnected so there is no way of getting a hold of them. And I am Not going to drive back and forth over an hr. Yes, this sandwich is only $5 and people may think that just go back and get it but that time wasted that people should take the time and do their jobs right. The line is already long, double check the orders. Make it make sense.

Ordered a strawberry shake on the mobile app for here, and when I got here they said they’re out of strawberry shakes, and all they could do is offer me a different shake, but the only shake I like is strawberry, they said they couldn’t give me a refund, I had to damn near beg, the manager to give me a refund through gift card or something !!

I went into Uniex Restroom 🚻 it was a big mess. There was no toilet papers! There a lot urinal all over on floor and trash on floor. It looks like haven't been cleaned for a day. I did hold it so bad walked to the counter and ask for more napkins for me to wipes my butt. I told her there is no toilet papers and she just nodded at me. After I got out and she still didn't bring any toilet papers so I used napkins that she gave me only 5 napkins. I had stomachache pain after I ate this place. I learned my lesson and bad experienced!

Just left this Burger King, terrible service. They were barely working, moving slowly, making customers in the drive thru wait, making customers inside wait to order, the lady behind the counter (who may have been the manager) was rude, didn't even acknowledge customers as they walked in, took her time to take orders...it was just all bad. We left and went next door to McDonald's...way better service!!

Burger King is nothing like it was years ago. It is just awful, I mean so bad it goes in the trash. We went there for lunch and ate there. By the outside and how unclean it was we should have known to run, but we were stupid. The service is some of the worst we have ever had at a fast food place. They don't help at all. They have some machine now to order and if you need help, well, that is too bad. We ordered less because we had no idea how to get to what we wanted. The cashier would not assist at all. We got a ticket to pick up our food. They never cleaned up, we had to clean our own table, and the place was dirty. The food, for the most part was tossed in the trash. The onion rings were okay. The burgers were burnt, all of them and they were not hot. Whether they cooked them in advance I have no idea, but they were far from fresh. The buns were stale. They have a place to buy overpriced juice and it was fine. The bathrooms were not clean, they were gross.
