I went to Burger King for lunch with my older sister. We both got a SpongeBob meal. I was So excited thinking i was going to get everything. The Mac & cheese bites & of course the pineapple drink. The lady said the SpongeBob pineapple drink was sold out & the Mac & cheese bites was also sold out. I was Sadly disappointed. So we got the SpongeBob yellow bun burger & regular fries & a soft drink. I really Wanted the Mac & cheese bites & pineapple drink really bad. Which is why i went To Burger King in the first place. We wont be going back to this location anytime soon. And this was my last meal i wanted before i was going into surgery in a couple of months too.

I ordered 2 tacos and they gave me the shells only, with nothing inside of them. The service sucks they take orders down wrong. There's too many homeless people inside during the day and outside in the parking lot at night Too many

My experience was not good because I did something embarrassing. At Burger King, something embarrassing happened because I accidentally fell asleep. But I didn't mean too and that's the reason my experience at Burger King was bad. But I ate a cheap burger and was sitting at the family table. I was sitting on the soft cushioned chairs.💺

Nah bro cause why they telling me they dont use coupons even I used one yesterday 😭✌️than I try to my free whopper with the recipt I had from yesterday than they say I didn't buy a drink when it says I bought a small drink.Atleast a generous man offered me his whopper

Would go here on occasion, used to be decent. Something's definitely changed, noticed the last few times we've gone, the food isn't as good, got some tired fries again.....def. going elsewhere from now on.

They should close down this Burger King. It has the worst quality the meat is always dried and the bread and lettuce taste old. Only this Burger King I go to has bad quality food everything tastes old. No wonder why it’s always lonely they should close it down and make a new fast food restaurant. Now I know why a McDonald’s was built next to it.

I went into Uniex Restroom 🚻 it was a big mess. There was no toilet papers! There a lot urinal all over on floor and trash on floor. It looks like haven't been cleaned for a day. I did hold it so bad walked to the counter and ask for more napkins for me to wipes my butt. I told her there is no toilet papers and she just nodded at me. After I got out and she still didn't bring any toilet papers so I used napkins that she gave me only 5 napkins. I had stomachache pain after I ate this place. I learned my lesson and bad experienced!

Just left this Burger King, terrible service. They were barely working, moving slowly, making customers in the drive thru wait, making customers inside wait to order, the lady behind the counter (who may have been the manager) was rude, didn't even acknowledge customers as they walked in, took her time to take orders...it was just all bad. We left and went next door to McDonald's...way better service!!

Burger King is nothing like it was years ago. It is just awful, I mean so bad it goes in the trash. We went there for lunch and ate there. By the outside and how unclean it was we should have known to run, but we were stupid. The service is some of the worst we have ever had at a fast food place. They don't help at all. They have some machine now to order and if you need help, well, that is too bad. We ordered less because we had no idea how to get to what we wanted. The cashier would not assist at all. We got a ticket to pick up our food. They never cleaned up, we had to clean our own table, and the place was dirty. The food, for the most part was tossed in the trash. The onion rings were okay. The burgers were burnt, all of them and they were not hot. Whether they cooked them in advance I have no idea, but they were far from fresh. The buns were stale. They have a place to buy overpriced juice and it was fine. The bathrooms were not clean, they were gross.
