jack Duffy the owner of the restaurant very ignorant and rude I ordered gizzards and chicken strips they asked me to pull to the front by the mailbox and wait for my food I waited approximately 10 to 12 minutes got my food and I never got my jalapeños I ordered three so I pulled back to the drive up to get my jalapeños and the young kid said yes I will give you I will give you five I apologize the owner showed up and started screaming vulgar language at me so I started getting vulgar back with him he fired two jalapeños into my car scared my son very unprofessional it was not my fault that the jalapeños was not on my ticket and I did not pay for them because I actually ordered them and they mistakenly never put them on my order so it was on his staff but he did not care he was out of his mind

I ordered a number 5 combo meal & what I got was the tiniest little gizzards I've ever seen in my life! I guess they thought throwing in a little wing would make up for it. Whatever crew they have working tonight are just plain lazy!

Whoever is taking orders right now (Sun 11/9 @ 2:35pm) at the drive through needs to not be dealing with customers. It's way too busy for him to handle it. He is yelling through the drive through speaker. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this experience. I come here at least once a week and have never been treated more rudely. Fire him

The tenders and the okra were so salty it was NOT edible. I tried to send a complaint to the store and as you can see there was a convenient “network error” that wouldn’t allow me to submit it. All the people that I saw that works there are young and have no clue what they are doing. None of them wear gloves. Last time I will go to this location! We have given them multiple chances and the food gets worse every time

Tonight my roommate was kind enough to pick up an order for me since I’m not feeling well. Off the bat, they are out of mashed potatoes. This is understandable, its a popular item. However, the mac & cheese ordered as a replacement tasted like it had soured. My chicken tenders were undercooked and slimy. for 16$ I expected at least an edible meal, but I am genuinely concerned with what I have eaten tonight. 1/5 stars would not recommend.

I have had multiple issues with my orders at this place, including receiving undercooked chicken. The staff seems unable to follow basic instructions or count to seven. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad Google review, but this restaurant is consistently terrible. I’m surprised they even have a 3.9-star rating—it feels like a scene from the movie Idiocracy.

Place and food is atrocious. Any other establishment is better. Staff doesn't take their job seriously which could result in food poisoning. Found a roach in my food and when I asked for a refund I got told I should have been charged more for the "extra protein". Health department should shut this place down.

I have been going here for many years. Tonight was absolutely the worst. Placed on order and got home and no gravy. I went back and the kid just dumped it into containers and shuck it up and got home and more than half of the gravy was in the bag. 3/15/25: Gave it another try. BIG mistake!!!!!waiting in line for our order, had corn on the cob on one of the orders, saw who claimed to be the manager throwing it to another employee. When handed the order, asked about the situation and denied it and asked where the corn was, well not with our order. Got home with have eaten chicken strips. And to know this location is the first and original Chicken Express with all the negative reviews. Richard should look into this location.

Stopped here to get some food in the drive thru. Spent 30 min in the drive thru. Al employees just goofing around, not doing anything. Have pics to prove it. Immature and don’t seem to care about anything. Will never come here again. They are just chillin, not helping anyone.

The service was fast and friendly but I spent $18 just to have straw paper mixed in my kid‘s food. That‘s disgusting. Accidents happen, but the way it was mixed in makes me think this is common.

I used to come to this location all the time. Service has gone downhill in a big way. I watched five employees sit around and talk. Then, when my food finally comes to the window. Nothing was said to me. Got home to luke warm food and cold fries. If I'm going to be spending almost twenty dollars on a meal. I'll go somewhere else. Even the manger ( guy in a black shirt) was standing around. I guess I got the last of what was cooked for the lunch rush. Pitiful..

I am extremely dissapointed....this is the third time our food has not been correct. We orderd 2, 7 piece chicken strip dinners. That is what I paid for....we both had 2, 4 piece dinners and our sides were wrong. We opened one of the gravies and it looked like powdered milk....we through the gravy away. You need to step up your game or hire a staff that is knowledgeable to run this establishment. Please see pic below, the gravy they server us.

First I pull up to the drive thru and wait about 2 minutes before someone said “order when you’re ready” then I get to the window and the same girl who was working drive thru was at the window and her customer service was garbage didn’t say my total, had a ugly attitude, didn’t say thank you have a good day, or any type of greeting at that! I understand everyone has a bad day but if you are working drive thru you need to at least give some type enthusiasm making people want to come back then I get home and check and I order (7) express tenders only to come home with four IF IM PAYING FOR 7 tenders And pay an arm and a leg for then I’m expecting 7 not 4 !
