Such a kind person, Maddy…not sure of spelling. But ever so friendly and cheerful. Really brought a smile to my day. Don’t live in the area but will stop back in whenever possible. Very tasty and crispy thin crust pizza. Thank you again!!
Excellent customer service, good food, reasonable prices
Usually a great stop to get some pizza and on your way. This day in particular I ordered 6 of the pan personal pizzas. When I arrived there were like 6 people already in line and 4 people followed me in. Aparently the usual staff was not there on this day and you could tell. The line wasn't moving, people were being told they were receiving their orders, or orders were canceled and they would have to wait an additional 15 20 minutes aside from the 45 minutes they already waited. I was told I was called but I'm sure I wasn't because I was literally staring at my phone the time they called. No missed calls ect. I can't imagine one of the 3 or 4 employees taking their time off of this line to call a customer because they're order was canceled. At that point it was late for me and dinner wasn't in my hands.. Disappointing but I'm sure it would fall more on management to run out of something before 6pm.
Ran out of dough on a Friday, it's a pizza place. Didn't call and say and had to wait an extra 20 min for the pizzas.
Disgusting and inedible and when called they were very rude and hung up on us!!! This is 3rd time straight they have failed us! They used to be awesome, now disappointing. 😢
Placed an order by phone (it was correct # verified in store by manager), heard dogs barking in background and asked if he was at the store or a call center worker from home. Said at store. Got to store and no order placed. Called # again and this time it was an Indian accent and I was told that was correct call center. They are getting calls intercepted on this system so NEVER pay over the phone or give more than a fake name or something. I wouldn't even give phone number unless they can repeat it back to you. Might even use AI to simulate your voice to say and approve who know what. I'm done ordering by phone now that I think about it.
Really don’t like waiting a half hour after you told me it was going to be ready.
The door was locked at 10:40. 40 minutes after the store was open I couldn't wait inside for my order
We placed an order.. or we thought we did at least on 9/3. Spent over 10 minutes on the phone ordering Wednesdays special and we ordered a large 2 toppings stuffed crust, medium cheese and some other things. We waited for 45 minutes and still nothing. We called to see what was going on and apparently the order was never placed. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The 1st time we gave the benefit of the doubt, this time no more. We had to call the camp Bowie Pizza Hut to place an order. Nothing like eating pizza at 8:30 at night and having to rush to bed because of school and work and your stomach hurting. Thank you Pizza Hut, you truly do not care about customer service or even offered to make things right.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed in the customer service. We had placed an order through uber eats. We noticed on the app that the drivers trying to pick up the pizza were being sent away. This begin to happen to 5 drivers. I called the Pizza Hut location to get information on what was going on. The girl working that night- June 14th- was beyond rude. When I only was trying to know why my order wasn’t being picked up and she proceeds to say she cancelled the order but it was not cancelled as it showed on the app that it was still being made. She then says “it’s not her problem and I need to call uber”. However anyone who’s ordered through uber knows that uber does not have a customer service number. As I am pregnant , my husband decided to go to the location as uber was still sending drivers to the location for pick up. When he got there, she immediately did not want to help. The uber driver showed up as well and told her it wasn’t cancelled. But she still began to say it was. After about 30 minutes of this, she finally cancels the order and says they were out of dough. So in total we waited for about 3 hours, not only wasting our time but the many uber drivers trying to pick up the order as well. We just wanted the order cancelled because we had spent about $150 and didn’t receive our order. I don’t understand what happened to customer service. She was beyond rude and negative. The worst service ever.
I am an Uber East driver and I request for you guys to please stop putting it on the Uber.Eats drivers to cancel orders or replace items that you guys are out of it's your fault.Take care of it do better
Every time I’ve ordered from this location the pizza has been horrible. I ordered pizza today and it tasted sweet like it had cinnamon on it. When I called the store they tried to convince me that it was the pepperoni that tasted sweet… are you kidding me? After the manager laughed at me then finally asked me what he would do to make it right, I said either remake the pizza and send it to me. He then laughed again and said he’d refund the pizza then hung up on me. Ridiculous. I will never order from there again…
Anthony ,the so called manager on duty was a complete jerk. My order was placed ahead for pick up at 530 ..it wasn't ready until 555.. the young lady at the register was completely overwhelmed by the amount of orders that were behind and he simply told her to tell everyone their order would be available as soon as possible. I then asked for corporate information, he yelled you can find it on google...
Placed an order online for delivery, order A bottle dr pepper and triple pizza box. They delivered through door dash, i asked about the Dr Pepper and she said she asked the front if this was it and the cashier assured her that was all. She told me to call the store and they would have someone redeliver. I called and molly answered, i asked if she could possibly switch it out to a 2 liter. She then told me i would have to pay for redelivery, which i don't understand why if the missing delivery item wasn't my mistake. I would gladly pay for the difference in price for a 2 liter, or even take the bottle if delivery was free but to charge a redelivery is crazy. She was very snappy and rude and even hung up on me. I had my sister pick up my Dr Pepper and she stated it took 5 mins for someone to help. Overall the customer service wasn’t what it should be. Marcos pizza has redelivered anything they have ever missed without charging another delivery fee.
On Tuesday, August 13, at 6:20 pm I stood in line behind an elderly lady ordering 2 personal pan pizzas. The poster in the window said 2 for 1 Tuesday, buy one pizza get one free. The woman was told this offer did not include personal pan pizza, even though the older lady pointed out that the poster did not state a size. The cashier asked the manager for help. The young woman manager started being rude soon as she opened her mouth. I came to the elderly woman’s defense. Then a male staff member started making disrespectful comments. The manager, who refused to give her name, made comments about the elderly woman and me needing to learn how to look online. I paid for the older woman’s pizzas, because Benbrook Pizza Hut did not honor their buy 1 get 1 free offer. Pizza Hut, the staff working tonight, and especially the young rude female manager should be ashamed. As I told the condescending young man, you too will be there one day. I can only hope that you too are treated with the same disrespect.
My Family and I just left Houston because of the hurricane. We are absolutely exhausted! I called the Pizza Hut here in BenBrook and the lady that answered the phone said she’d be right back with me and 9 minutes later she gets back on the phone and I tell her with NO vulgar language that it isn’t ok to leave a customer on hold for that long she could’ve at least shown some phone etiquette and checked on me! She instead hung up on me! I called back and asked her why because I had said nothing rude,vulgar or anything that would warrant that. And she would not give me a reason None! I asked her name and she refused to give it to me and hung up Again! I called back and asked for the manager she said she was the manager and after asking her repeatedly what her name was she finally said her name is Jennifer. I have NEVER been treated So Cruelly by anyone for no reason. This person that represents you obviously has NO reason to be a manager period! You can’t hang up on someone because it bothered them being on hold for so long especially when No rudeness was shown by them! We didn’t order for obvious reasons we didn’t want our food messed with because of her incompetence. I intend to forward this to not only Pizza Hut corporate but to the district manager and the General Manager. I would NEVER use this location with someone like her in it! She should be retrained at Minimum! So after the hurricane this is where we are folks! Instead of resting and eating im doing this! That Should Show you how HORRIBLE the way I was treated! Not only did you lose me as a customer but as well as my family’s business as well! And since it’s Not important to you as a company I’ll share this with social media as well I can’t stop you But hurting you financially hopefully gets this lady the attention she desperately Needs!
My order was an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:15 pm. When I arrived at 6:18 pm I noticed that on the display my order showed ready. After I was helped at the counter, I saw my pizza was in the warmer, but my wings weren't. As I explained that this has happened twice before. Always with wings. I was was given a weak apology and then told that this happens in Fast Food. What?? I told her I have had to wait for wings before, she told because the wings have to cook 7 minutes. I reiterate order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. At 6:27 I finally get my order. This gets better, I realized later I should not have complained about the timing of my order until I had my food. By the time I drove to Granbury with my order I realize that the wings have the wrong sauce on them. Coincidence? My thought is, No. I stop by this location fairly often until today. Things have gone downhill for some reason. As much as I like Pizza Hut pizza and wings, I will not be back to this location. I started using this location because Granbury location couldn't get an order right. That comes to an end today.
