This taco casa is the one I have to go to because the one on white settlement road is outdated and doesn't have the best drive thru. When I went a few days ago, I was greeted by the sweetest man ever. Theyre so friendly here and their food was great.

People ar always helpful in this particular Taco Casa we gave never had a bad experience in this location and we have that three different locations we eat in depending on where are at the time. This location on Camp Bowie is always a great experience, they are always friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to eat food was made the way I wanted it but the food went up in price it was very expensive then what it was 2 months ago, and the service was awesome no mistakes in the order atmosphere was relaxing loved the country music while my wife and I ate..

I luuuv Taco Casa tacos. I get three crunchy tacos and break 'em all up. I just repurpose the whole thing, mix up all the contents and the corn shell, add Louisiana Hot sauce, or their sauce, and use lots lemon juice and my own favorite taco salad. I started doing that when il had a broken denture. (Don't repeat that). But, YUM. .

Always go through the drive through for take out. Always get a taco lite and chilada. Why mess with a good thing when you find your favorites. The shell is always crispy. The meat filling and cheese are OVER THE TOP! Very generous portions.

Who doesn't love Taco Casa? Their menu is great and the food is addictive! But specifically at this location the employees are GREAT! You're not going to be ignored if there's a problem with your order. I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Taco Casa location. I’ve been eating Taco Casa since high school. What do I love about it? Straight forward never changing menu. Real ingredients, and overly generous with the cheese! Sure, it’s more expensive than other places, but you get what you pay for. Service is fast and friendly. Hint-get the Taco Lite.

Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend this location if you want superior Tex-Mex food than other fast food chains and most of that is due to the workers, the crew is super quick and will converse with you and make you feel welcomed.

Always Good. Excepting the occasional, short period of chaotic order prep. This is the time it takes to train a new employee and the additional time, said employee takes to become acclimated to and comfortable with the new job. It's a boon and a bane to the customer... sometimes the newbie overstuffes the burritos. Sometimes they hire a newbie with OCD issues, who seem to think that the tacos they make for the customers, come out of there paychecks cuz them tacos be anorexic! Other than that... It's all good!

A very cheery, charismatic man was on the drive thru orders, put me in a good mood, picked up lunch for me and my dad on the way to work. We always love it here, my dad compares Taco Casa to when Taco Bell was good in the 80's. Love this place.

First time at this location, when I pulled up in the drive thru I was 4 cars behind the order board. The whole line including me getting my food took about 8 minutes from when I pulled up until when I left so they were pretty quick. Got home and the order was all correct and the portions were good. The food was fresh and they had all the ingredients evenly spread. I would advise this location if you enjoy Taco Casa!

The service was fast and nice. I made a mistake and thought I wasn’t given my hot sauce bottle. And come to find out it was wrapped in paper. I didn’t see it🤦🏾‍♂️. The staff were so nice, I had to apologize immediately. Thank you for being patient with me.

I went in the drive through on 11/08. Mind you, we had a big order! I just wanna say Desiree was top-tier! Our order was not only 100% correct without me having to correct it myself, she was also super sweet and efficient when giving me my order! I will definitely be back! I don't normally rave about Taco Casa, but at this location on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30p, I had the best Taco Casa I've EVER had! (and I eat at a lot of TC's). Tacos were full of piping hot ground beef and the bean burrito was expertly proportioned and nicely rolled. Sweet tea was also on point. I WILL go out of my way to eat here again. Thank you!

PUSHING BEANS! Not sure what's happening at this location but the last several times I have ordered in store, ringed up by the same lady ordered the same thing all beef burritos with cheese. And this time took someone with me and they witness cashier ringing up two beef burritos no sauce and was given two bean burritos with sauce and cheese. It's time to go somewhere else. All this BS about friendly service is hidden because all I see is these- stoic looks and staff who throws your food on the counter and walks off. What part of that is worth 5 stars and great reviews????

OMG 😲this place has the best food ever! If your looking for a really quiet bite Taco Casa is the place to go! I ordered 3 soft beef tacos, the meat was seasoned just right with plentyof cheese and lettuce on each one. My husband ordered the macho nachos and the macho burrito 🌯. All of the food was superb 👌😋. The drive thru is open, and you must wear a mask to go in and place your order. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Do love the food but will not come back to this location due to they show one price on the reg. Then charge a surcharge for debit card use. The only thing I can say buyer beware I have been to several other TV's and not had this problem.

The cashier was a bit rude. She kept interrupting my order to ask what type of sauce I wanted. Order first lady then ask the kinda sauce. Stop trying to be smart when everyone around you 💯 🙂 knows you're NOT. Everyone else was nice, including coustermer.

The food is always fresh, and made well with care taken not to be sloppy. The portions are large, and they don't hold back. It's a little more expensive than competitors, but well worth it! Have been several times, and will continue to return.

The food here is pretty good. They have a simple menu so it's easy to make a decision as to what you want. The people were friendly and work to make sure your order is correct the first time. It's easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. The inside is clean and in good shape.

Always a go to quicky lunch choice. I observed the manager verbally abuse and rudely berate a man in a wheelchair once. That's about the only bad thing I've ever been witness to at this location. The rest of the staff is always polite and efficient. For a fast food chain, This location has a rather LOW turnover rate. Same employee's seem to be there for extended periods of time. That is a good thing.

Customer Service was great, but the food could have been better. While the taco light was over loaded w cheese, the combo burrito was lacking in cheese, barely had any meat on it, & was extra heavy on the beans...I basically ended up w a bean burrito w extra beans (way too much) & only a small a dab of meat & cheese (way too loo little). This location & the Lake Worth location are usually the top 2 local locations when it comes to the quality of the food & the ingredient portions being just right, but on this visit both were unusually off the mark .

No 99 cent Taco Tuesday You should look elsewhere for a cheap taco on Tuesday. This fast food location also has a complex pricing system if you are not paying with cash. The positive = tacos are loaded with cheese.

I have eaten here a lot. There have been 2 times where I have felt sick to my stomach afterwards. So I can’t completely pan this location with a negative rant. I ate there on 12/20, getting one Taco Lite, one Bean Burrito (mild) and a large Sweet Iced Tea. I believe something from this meal made me ill. I think it could have been a Burrito. I have been sick to my stomach since 12/20 with bloating and minor cramps. My world hasn’t come to a screeching halt and I’m not green in the gills but it has been uncomfortable to deal with this pain for days. I wouldn’t doubt it if I’m still sick on Christmas. You have to eat at your own risk with some fast food. Staff is always polite here. I enjoy their service.

I love their nachos. They have pretty good service. The only thing with the nachos they don't give you enough meat and for extra meat it is 1.00 per 2 tablespoons it looked like to me...also there is a sign on their window that says if you pay with cash you get a small discount...I always pay with cash and I have never seen that discount😏

Use to be great! We eat here 2x a week at least, but starting not to like ordering or going anymore. Always forgetting items, never putting enough cheese on nachos, and then get mad when you tell them there's things missing or wrong.

Food was good as usual. Apparently they were doing spring cleaning at 7 PM. The car in front of me waited about 10 mins just to get the 2 drinks they ordered, after waiting for the vehicle in front of them to get their order. After I pulled up I waited a few more minutes to get my order, which was already sitting on the counter waiting. The lady at the window was apologetic though. I think it's great they are cleaning, but what about the customers? Maybe it's just me, but that level of cleaning should be done when they are not open for business and customers are waiting. I prefer a clean place to eat, but do it before opening or after closing and clean as you go.

I wish I could do 5 stars due to the customer service and food are great. But for some reason they stopped putting the inspirational quotes in the drive thru window due to management probably. I look forward to that every week which I come thru each week. In such busy and hard times it's nice to have a little light in my day it was one of the major stand outs for me then just another fast food chain. Bring it back!

I have visited this location two times now. My tostada were good but the combo burritos lack. Might has we’ll order a tortilla because there was practically nothing inside.

I think this is the only Taco Casa that doesn't have daily specials. It's Taco Tuesday but the tacos are only like $0.30 cheaper that's not a deal that's not a taco Tuesday. However I greatly love this place but I just feel that for me to get a good meal deal some days or on a Tuesday. I have to drive to the other side of town to do so which is unfair to me being such a loyal Taco Casa customer.

This location is horrible compared to the Saginaw and Clifford locations. I've never waited that long at a taco casa before. By the time we got our order the only thing that was hot was the cheese. Meat and beans were cold. The manager told us that unless we come back sit in line and wait for the order to be remade there was nothing they could do. Overall its the worst taco casa I've ever been to

Went through the drive thru for lunch ordered the super nacho... they gave me everything separate and I had to put it together myself... burrito was like mush. Not bad on price but i guess you get what you pay for. Service was quick and friendly though

Edit: My original review was incredibly positive, however after my experience today my time, and money are better spent else where. I went through the drive thru to grab a burrito, and use my tea coupon. I wasn't given a receipt, I assumed it was in the bag. It wasn't. I came back, asked for it. The cashier talked story with the person in front of me and then scoffed at me when I came for my receipt. I won't be returning to this location. The people are fantastic and the food is always great!!

The only location i know who charges more than 99 cents for their large sweet tea. I thought taco casa was known for their 99 cent sweat teas. Anyways, food is horrible today!! Meat is cold tacos arent made right. Probably wont be comin back anymore.

Slower then the 2nd coming of Christ! That was my first time eating here and not only was the drive-thru so slow but I pulled over to eat a few bites and the food was COLD! Horrible place. Owner is greedy and dishonest. First it was the hidden processing fee for debit or credit card purchase. When I called inquiring about it the "manager" got very rude. Now the price of everything has gone up 35-40% with no signage whatsoever. Will never eat there again.

If you pay by debit or credit card they add extra fees that are not mentioned in your total. They do not give napkins or flatware unless you ask. How else would I eat my salad? Smh! This owner has found a way to pass his business costs on to his customer without even telling them! Visit the Benbrook location! Its cleaner, and you pay the prices listed without hidden fees for paying by debit or credit card.

This place has gone down hill over the past 6 months. I ordered nachos no beans, they put beans on it hardly any cheese. My boyfriend ordered the same deluxe nachos all the way but he was given watery cheese and very little beans or meat. The store was not overly busy yet most of the booths were dirty.

I used to come all the time and hear the old guy go "WELCOME TO TACO CASA" BUT they lost a customer today. I ordered one taco and a water cup and when I got to the window realize I forgot my wallet. I have not eaten anything in 8 hours . I apologized when they told me the total and asked politely if I could have the water and they said. "uhmm. No. No sorry we can't do that." And I said really? Nick the "assistant manager" refused to serve me almost a hour before closing because my light weight motorcycle couldn't trip the drive thru speaker sensor. When I went to the window he was rude arrogant and condescending.
