Good quality for at reasonable prices, especially for the family meal deal. When we've had online ordering problems the staff have been quick to resolve the problems.
I love this place with its fresh crunchy vegetables. And love the fact that they do fundraisers to support the local community. The food is always good, especially for the price.
Consistent menu, quality and service makes this a restaurant I visit as I travel and not in the mood for suprise. This one had excellent service and the associates were engaging and happy
Probably the cleanest Panda Express I have ever been to. The food was fresh and I didn't feel terrible after eating here but I did just get the single item entree.
In my experience the freshest Panda Express is served here. It’s fresher than the Vallejo one. It is smaller and seating is limited. There’s a lot of parking.

Food is good, but make sure your food items are all there; especially if you're waiting for food to be cooked. I made it all the way home before realizing they forgot to fill my entree section.
I really wish they had more low-carb options available. Even their mixed veggies are high carb. The food is good but it's generic Americanized Chinese food. Don't come here for anything authentic.
Same quality of food you can expect from any panda express. Since they use city tap water when cooking the food, you get a little taste of Benicia with your orange chicken.
It's our local Panda Express, parking is a little bit of an issue, but you get a good amount of food for the money. Can't go wrong with orange chicken.
This is my favorite Panda Express location. I would give it five stars but I had to wait for a few entrees to be cooked. But, better safe than sorry...

It's a chain Chinese food place. Pretty efficient in getting food put out. Tend to wait a bit around opening, for them to get all the menu items out. Waited 10 minutes for mushroom chicken. They always says it will be 5 minutes.
I am truly impressed by this Panda Express location. It’s our go-to meal when I can’t cook or need something quick. I also want to commend the assistance I received, especially with the rewards program and the staff’s patience. A lot of times, most checkout registers (in panda express chains) wouldn’t have the patience to deal with reward points, but you really took the time to walk me through it so I could use my rewards and save points for next time. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the positive experience I had at this specific chain. Server’s name: kamila A

Not bad for American style Chinese cuisine. The honey walnut shrimp are to die for.But the rest of the menu is very limited.
Never enough for a single order, of anything. They let you know you can wait for 7 minutes for anything, unless you only get orange chicken. This is true, even during the dinner rush
It was ok. Chicken egg rolls were disgusting. Don’t go towards end of night they don’t remake anything as not to waste which I get but uhhh donate it & make sure you’re full menu is available I don’t care what time it is.
Normally good but got burned chow mein today plus she didn't get my order right. To be fair, we were both wearing masks and they have a plastic curtain up, but burned chow mein at 11:30 AM?? Can't blame that on COVID changes.
I usually order orange chicken and white rice, but every other Panda Express I go to the chicken has enough orange sauce and is tender. When I go to this location the chicken is usually hard and dry. Please make sure the chicken is tender and more sauce!!
The wait time to order food has become extremely long. I like the food and there are healthy options but I will not come here very often anymore because of how long it takes.
Would get higher rating if most of the seating was habitable. The A/C system is so poorly balanced that the air is audibly buffeting, causing a mind numbing drone that makes most of the seats unbearable to sit at.
The food is mostly good, calming asia music, outdoor seating, but soda machine doesn't always stop pouring when you move cup away from lever so often spills over & at end of day often waiting for entrees to be refilled.
TLDR: Black Pepper Angus steak entree COSTS more and is POOR quality. Don't order. Most times the food is great, today was not. Usually very good however today got very small portions, was never offered sauce on my terriyaki chicken. And the person serving didn't seem like she particularly wanted to be there.
The Benicia location gives extremely small servings, and argues if you complain. Their ice machine has supposedly been broken for over 3 months, so they won’t make the ice tea! What the heck us up with that? Does that mean they can’t afford to fix it? I require unsweetened iced tea with my Panda to offset the sugar in their food!

They were out of two of my three items so I waited for them to cook them only to get home and found that the chow mein was burnt. Not a good experience at all.
Not Good! I've been to many Panda Express's and this is the worst. I was in at 11:50 AM and most of the dishes were empty or near empty. Food had been sitting for a while, not good. Will not go back!
We ordered online and my mom's chow mein was more veggies then noodles my brother said he ordered a small rice but never got it and he got more noodles then shrimp
12/28/2020 Order food at 7:15 pm- says it will be done in 10 min. arrive at 7:25- four staff, 3 are cleaning, one is taking orders. I wait 5 min for her to finish with another customer. She asks what's up I say Im here for pick up and give the name. She asks if I can cancel it. I wait a second and ask why. She says they are closing in 30 min and dont want to make the food items before closing. I say I can cancel but ask when I would see the refund by. They tell me they will "try" to refund me. I say" what do you mean try? you told me to cancel my order because you dont want to make it, I need to know that the money will be refunded" Other guy approaches and says he will write a note on the receipt of the order for the manager. I ask if the manager will ensure the money goes back on the card. This dude tells me "Maybe" I said " What do you mean maybe? Im not getting my food because you guys dont want to make it, fine whatever but what do you mean 'maybe' I will get my money back" This goes back and forth for a while. ... seriously? I dont even care they decided they didnt want to start cooking 45 min before closing. What do you mean "Maybe we can get you a refund"?
Very disappointed in the new management team, they don't give the military discount out for veterans. I reach out to corporate about this too and the said qutoe "Discounts provided are at the discretion of restaurant management." so now I'm disappointed in the company too now caz I been going here for years and many others and have always got my military discount... Do this management team have something against military personnel and veterans???
Just opened in the morning so I thought the food would be freshly cooked. They served the teriyaki chicken from the day before. The white rice was undercooked & hard. Worse thing I found a hair in the rice bowl.It was disgusting. Will never go back
The fried rice was hard and seems to be uncooked. I even thought maybe the plastic rice they are making in China was mixed into the fried rice. My wife had similar complaints couple of weeks ago. This is one of worst panda express have been to. Sorry I won't be back to this one, I was excited when I heard this would be opened but the experience was not good.

My daughter ordered food for the whole family, the food was awful my showman didn't have noodles just onions and cabbage, we wasn't happy with the order, sorry but no more panda express!
Ordered brown rice and they went around corner to fill it. They must have scraped bottom of container because it was all mushy with consistency of oatmeal. They should have just said they were out and never served this.
Our steamed rice had MOUSE POOP in it! Contacted Panda Express and they have bot contacted me back. Contacted the Health Department and they immediately contacted me.

This place deserves no stars if I can put that on here but it makes me put one star at least. The customer service sucks and the food is mediocre. Price of the food for the amount that I give is so little for too much money. And employees not friendly at all don't greet you at all. Two thumbs down. Also the bathroom was filthy and I see that they have a time chart on there when they're supposed to clean the bathroom and is never been clean

Chow mein was crunchy , orange chicken cold and globular chunks. Long line for food and they don’t have the rhythm down for being on top of needing to replenish food when they run out. Highly inefficient. Won’t be back to this Panda. Seems like chintzy portions , over/undercooked food and rude staff.

They had plenty of time to get enough chicken ready, so I was not pleased. The chicken was also tough and overcooked, and the veggies in the beef dish were not edible due to them being undercooked and hard. I won't be back.
Living in close proximity to this restaurant , I tend to go a lot. Food is good a majority of the time. But I have NEVER met more rude “customer service” workers. They don’t greet you, And half the time they ignore you if you ask for something (hot mustard, soy sauce, etc). Today I happened to be holding my 2 year old, and my disabled mother with her cane standing there waiting for someone to ring us up. There was 5 employees a behind the counter all of which were helping no one and just ignored us like we weren’t there for at least 10 mins. One time a girl even refused to help my younger sister and I because she didn’t like my sister. Not only did she refuse to help us, but gave us disgusting looks and attitude the whole time her co worker was helping us. I keep giving this place my money... and I’m not sure why because I leave there disappointed every single time. I will be driving to Vallejo from now on if I feel like I need to eat Panda Express. I hope the Benicia location brings on some more friendly staff and turns around the way they treat people because it’s really sad and it took this happening to me NUMEROUS times before finally leaving a review.
1 person in the store, serving size was minimal, literally gave me the crumbs of orange chicken. Lots of tiny pieces of fried nothing. Seems to be a common thing amongst panda Express. Been let down too many times by multiple locations and this is the last store I'll even set foot in again. Lost a customer for life and I'll tell others to do the same. (FYI entree is the main course and should have the largest portion. A side of rice should not be larger than my entree.)

Edit #2: Nothing has changed. Unprepared for the dinner rush, a bunch of empty bowls in the window, people waiting 15-30 mins. The cooks are slow and there seems to be zero management. Edit: got my order home and OF COURSE they forgot 2 of the sides I ordered. I think I'll stick to getting chinese food from real chinese food restaurants (what was I thinking?) Placed an online order and when I got there it seemed like a pretty slow to normal night. Had to wait an extra 35 mins beyond my "order ready time" for my food. Maybe they should hire more staff? Or adjust the accuracy on when your order will be ready.
Went there on 8/10/2023 , and the servers name was Georgette .After I was served and ready to pay Georgette was the same person that collected my money .After I paid I noticed she proceeded to serve the next customer without washing her hands . I brought this to her attention as to at least wear gloves while serving food ,she replied with and attitude “we don’t have to wear gloves”.In this day and age of covid why is the server serving food without gloves and handling money . I will never go to that location again they have a long list of bad reviews and now I can see why .
You are better off going to Panda in Vallejo by the target. The food here is over cooked & lacks sauce. Noddles & rice are dry. Just not as good as the other pandas.
