Morton’s in Bethesda is always a fantastic experience, and we especially love it when Rebecca is bartending. She’s attentive, welcoming, and makes the bar such a great place to be. The food is consistently incredible. The shrimp appetizer is amazing, the salads are fresh and delicious, and I always order the Cajun ribeye — it’s perfectly cooked and pairs so well with the horseradish sauce. The au gratin potatoes have me forever (absolutely unbeatable), and the Brussels sprouts with bacon are so good they’re a must-order every time. From the drinks to the food to the service, everything is top-notch. Morton’s Bethesda never disappoints and is always worth the visit. Five stars without hesitation. 🥩✨
I had a great experience at Morton's The Steakhouse. The restaurant itself is beautiful—upscale, calm, and welcoming without feeling stuffy. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which immediately set the tone for the evening. The food was excellent and prepared perfectly. Everything came out fresh, well seasoned, and exactly what you expect from a high-quality steakhouse. Service throughout the meal was professional and thoughtful without being intrusive. Between the atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the hospitality of the employees, this was a very enjoyable dining experience. I would absolutely return and recommend this location to anyone looking for a great steakhouse in the area.
Recently visited for happy hour and enjoyed the Bubbles and Bites special. I also ordered additional food and drinks and everything was excellent! The service was impeccable! I'll definitely be returning soon!
The bar staff is exceptional! Shalom served us from appetizer to dinner. Carson is the best espresso martini maker in the DMV. Overall, a great night out! Hope you enjoy!
My husband and I wanted to celebrate my mother’s 73rd birthday. This was our first time at Morton’s the Steakhouse in Bethesda, MD. and we were so impressed. Our sever Lorena, was so hospitable and greeted us in our native language “Selam”, my mother was dress in traditional Ethiopian clothing for the special occasion. Her greeting really set the tune for the evening. Our server was very helpful and attentive as was Neils, the manager. Our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We three ordered different steaks and each were unbelievable. Our side perfectly complemented our selections. From the starters, cocktails, wine selection, and ending with dessert. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, food, and ambiance of this classic restaurant. Morton’s surpassed it reputation as the ultimate dining experience.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Morton’s Steakhouse, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting—perfect for a special night out. The lighting was just right, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the bone-in ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection: juicy, flavorful, and incredibly tender. Paired with the Gouda bacon potato dish, it was pure heaven. And to top it all off, the watermelon mojito was refreshing, vibrant, and the perfect complement to the meal. What truly made the night stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Our server Kamal went above and beyond to make my boyfriend’s day extra special. He was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Kamal nailed it—thank you for making our evening unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Kamal again!
Celebration of an early birthday and going away dinner. Note: this was about a month ago so parking might have changed. Parking: Valet is $25 Self parking varies. The elevator that runs up to the hotel didn’t work. There was a sign to walk towards the office elevator and got lost. Ended up walking in circles and being late for our 8:30 reservation. There was a few other tables dining. I definitely arrived very hungry. Hosts and service was up to par. The complementary bread was brought out crisp on the outside, warm and soft in the inside which melted my tastebuds. Appetizers, main course and desserts were phenomenal. **descriptions of items are copied from Morton’s website** My only complaint is my filet (requested to be cooked medium) half of it was medium rare. Vihossi (server) was attentive to the smallest detail items. When my soda was a 3/4 finished he asked if I wanted a refill. Checked back within 5 minutes of every entree. We were the last table of the evening and he was so sincere and respectful without feeling rushed. This is why I gave 5 stars despite of my steak. The customer service override the one little setback. Thank you!
Food was incredible. We had a birthday dinner here. Very very very pricey. But everything was phenomenal. Corkage fee was 50 so we decided against it. Just had cocktails and a bottle there. The mozzarella prosciutto appetizer was the only thing we didn’t like at all. The truffle fries were amazing and the steaks were cooked perfect. Great place with a group if you’re willing to spend the money.
Bottom line: The bread and appetizer were a bit of a let down but things took off like a rocket from there. Wow. Just wow. I’m definitely coming back. Bread. Excellent presentation. The onion adds flavor but even with the Morton’s branded butter dish and the onion enhancements, the break is just “okay.” Wagyu Meatballs or meatball (singular) wasn’t as tender as I was anticipating. While it’s only one meatball, it is enough to share Ami g two people. I’m not sure that I’m a fan of the meatball. I’d try most every other appetizer before I ordered this again. Thick-Cut Onion Rings, Black Truffle Aioli I wasn’t expecting much but these onion rings are fantastic. Excellent flavor, great crunch. I’d absolutely order these again (but if they do onion rings this good, what are the other accompaniments like?!!!) Center cut Filet Mignon, 8pz This was the star of the meal. The photo doesn’t do the steak justice! This was the best steak I’ve had in a really long time. It might be the best non-Wagyu steak I’ve had. Super tender, just the right amount of seasonings produced an amazing steak. I found myself closing my eyes as I chewed 😂 That’s how you know the food is good! 😂😋🤤 Minor details: The restaurant was less than half-full and it seemed loud inside. I don’t think I’d enjoy the atmosphere on a more crowded day. The steak was served warm (not hot) as if it had been resting for some time. My server didn’t use the crumber but other servers did. Everyone should get the same level of service. (Again these are minor things).
I dined at Morton's Steakhouse with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to our waiter Bobby. From the moment we arrived, Bobby made us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant. He was attentive, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Our steaks were not cooked to our preference, but Bobby and manager Steve went above and beyond to make it up to us. They were apologetic and quick to fix the issue, and Bobby's exceptional service throughout the rest of our meal made up for any initial disappointment. Despite the hiccup with our food, our overall experience at Morton's was fantastic. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated. But what really made the experience stand out was Bobby's exceptional service. He was incredibly hardworking and dedicated to ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience. I cannot speak highly enough of Bobby and the service he provided us. His attentiveness, knowledge, and professionalism were truly outstanding. He is a true asset to the restaurant, and I would highly recommend Morton's Steakhouse to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Overall, I would rate Morton's Steakhouse five stars for the quality of the food, the elegant atmosphere, and most importantly, the exceptional service provided by Bobby. Despite the initial issue with our food, we left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied, and that was mostly thanks to Bobby's excellent service.
We called in for a reservation of 15 at 8pm on a weeknight. Not only were they able to accommodate but it was a great experience! The server was very friendly and had light humor. The food was amazing, even a standard filet was flavorful and tender. We recommend the Au Graten potatoes and the Brussels! Also, the chocolate cake was worth the wait. Highly recommend this location!
Came here recently for dinner twice—wow hadn’t been here in years and it was better than I remembered! Food was delicious and the service was great! HIGHLY recommend the Prime Bone-In Ribeye or the Prime Cajun Ribeye —the steaks are tender and well-flavored—although I would also suggest getting the Black Truffle Butter as an addition! For appetizers, the Iceberg Wedge, Maine Lobster Ravioli and Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops are good! Wasn’t a huge fan on the Truffled Mashed Cauliflower, it was a bit dry. For dessert, I was disappointed to hear that they took the carrot cake off their menu, it was my favorite! Parking wise, if you valet ($38) with the Hyatt, Morton doesn’t validate parking. There is a parking garage below for $8–but I’m not sure I would want to park there alone at night.
A classic steakhouse feel with an equally nice bar section - been here multiple times at my stay in the Hyatt and have received top notch service with care that is hard to find. The food speaks for itself, with delicious and top tier choices. I took the server's suggestion at the prime rib sliders and onion rings, pairing with a perfectly balanced old fashion. Highly recommend spending the extra $$ here.
I recently visited Morton’s for their Power Hour with my colleagues and they did not disappoint! We had great service provided and it was the perfect ambiance to unwind after a long day!
I have eaten at many Morton’s restaurants around the world and this might be my new favorite! The service was excellent, the food and drinks were tasty and I really enjoyed meeting some of the staff. This location treated me like royalty from start to finish and the food was delicious! Thank you.
Couldn't have been better! Went to celebrate a friend's birthday. We all ordered filets, salads, 2 sides and 2 desserts. The sides are family style and sharable. They had no problems splitting the salads and desserts so we could all share and and try different things. We got a free dessert for my friend's birthday. They were happy to pack up our leftovers as well. The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable and super responsive. My cocktail was delicious and exactly how I like it. The manager came by to check on us as well. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely return.
Really enjoyed their Power Hour Wagyu smash burger which also came with a huge basket of fries.
I brought clients here for a dinner, and everything was absolutely exceptional. You expect a certain experience walking into a Morton's, and we received absolutely that. It was first class service all the way through, with multiple people helping our table to make sure that everybody had their needs attended to. We were a moderately sized group of about eight, and my clients come there frequently, as was noted by their regularity with the staff, lol. We were not rushed in any way, because we wanted to have a happy hour, and then some appetizers, and then order the entrees. At no point did we feel pressured to go ahead and order, and the staff was so accommodating. Everything was perfectly timed, and my guests felt super appreciated and special even though they were regulars at the establishment. We had a large variety of appetizers and entrees, and I can tell you that everything was cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. My espresso martini was the perfect night cap in such an amazing atmosphere.
I recently had dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse, and the experience was polished from start to finish, with attentive service and a warm, upscale atmosphere. My filet mignon was beautifully cooked and full of flavor. Overall, the meal was exceptional!!
Jah was our waiter was amazing! He was so funny and made us laugh quite a few times. The Tomahawk steak was split between four of us with three sides and it was the perfect amount and tasted delicious.
Morton’s The Steakhouse is consistently very good. Excellent steaks, attentive service, and a classic upscale atmosphere. A solid choice for a nice dinner or special occasion.
Amazing! ambiance, service, food, and experience! Neil and Lee took excellent care of me and my friends at the table! I had delicious panko crusted chicken breast with garlicky, green beans and mashed potatoes and it was so good! I highly recommend this restaurant and I will return!
Came here for my 38th birthday celebration and Jah who was our waiter was truly amazing provided exceptional customer service. he went above and beyond and taking his time explaining the menu, providing different recommendation. I had a great experience thanks to the staff and our waiter Jah. we will be back and I will definitely recommend him to be our waiter.
My recent visit to Morton’s The Steakhouse in Bethesda was yet another unforgettable experience, reinforcing why we keep coming back. From the moment we stepped in, the incredibly friendly and outgoing hostess, Tatyana, greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm that it felt like we were regulars, even though we’ve only dined here a few times. Her vibrant energy instantly made us feel at home, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The exceptional hospitality continued when Danny, the manager, stopped by our table to personally welcome us. His genuine warmth and engaging conversation made us feel like family, as if we were sharing a meal at his own home. His attention to detail and passion for ensuring a memorable experience truly stood out. Our server, Cynthia, was an absolute delight. Her deep knowledge of the menu and spot-on suggestions elevated our meal to something extraordinary. She recommended dishes with such enthusiasm and care, striking the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, making the evening feel personalized and special. The food, as always, was phenomenal. The filet mignon was hands-down the best I’ve had in years—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The bacon steak was a showstopper, with its smoky, savory perfection leaving us all in awe. And the crème brûlée? It was pure heaven, melting in my mouth with its creamy custard and perfectly caramelized sugar crust. Every bite was a testament to Morton’s commitment to culinary excellence. From Tatyana’s welcoming smile, Danny’s familial warmth, and Cynthia’s outstanding service to the mouthwatering dishes, Morton’s in Bethesda continues to exceed expectations. It’s no wonder we keep returning—this place delivers a world-class experience every time. Can’t wait for our next visit!
Really loved our dinner here but what was the best part was our server Jafine. She is a really really good server. In a time where service doesn't seem to be a top priority, she really is good at her job and creating a perfect dining experience. Top % of servers EVER! Well done!
Always love a night at Morton’s in Bethesda. The service is excellent every time. Last night I had the Cajun ribeye & the table shared several sides. Everything was perfectly cooked & delicious.
Went out for my girls birthday and Morton’s treated us right!! They were very professional and secretive about getting a cake out to us! Our waiter was super friendly and made the night special for her! Thank you and I definitely recommend the filet!
Had a wonderful experience this past weekend. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Cynthia, was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed from start to finish. The Manager Teresa was also incredibly helpful and nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, which really made the experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. Shoutout to Jonathan at the bar as well he is super friendly and easy to talk to, and the drinks were great. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and vibes were 10/10. Definitely will be coming back!
I came into Morton’s on a Monday night and had David as my server. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure I was well taken care of. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail as my entree and it was amazing! The manager, Teresa came over to greet me, she was very kind as well. Overall, a really great experience and I would highly recommend David to be your server! This location is great.
A special shout out to Elijah. He is truly passionate about his job and was amazing in every way. He went above and beyond and it showed. Thank you for a wonderful evening and five stars to him. Another shoutout to Lee who ALWAYS makes everyone in the dining room feel comfortable, relaxed, and special. What a gift. Also five stars to Rebecca for handling so many aspects of Morton’s service to the public. A really stellar personality and performance. And finally…kudos to the folks at the front desk. Absolutely incredible professionalism. Give all these folks a raise!
I had the worst drive from MA to MD for a work event, so as soon as I got settled into the Hyatt I immediately went looking for wine. What I found was Mortons Steakhouse and I am so happy they deliver right to the room! I wondered downstairs and two gentlemen helped me pick a delicious bottle of riesling to take to my room. After I drank a bit, I was starving. So I ordered a filet mignon with berinaise sauce and potatoes au gratin. It was far better than I expected. The steak was literal perfection and the potatos were so creamy and rich. Hella pricy ($108 with 15% tip), but worth it (also my job is paying lol). Amazing service and the food is banging. I absolutely recommend.
I had the most incredible dining experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Bethesda! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional, which made the evening truly special. Our server, Cinthia, was absolutely outstanding. She was not only personable and knowledgeable about the menu, but she constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. Her thoughtful service elevated the entire experience and made us feel so well taken care of. And the steak was absolutely phenomenal! Cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavor, it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Every bite was pure perfection. Between the world-class food and the exceptional, personalized service, Morton’s Bethesda exceeded every expectation. We will definitely be coming back!
The steaks were the best in town—seasoned beautifully and served with a rich truffle butter that elevated every bite. The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection and paired wonderfully with a delicate apricot jam. The bartender crafted an exceptional Manhattan that complemented the entire meal. To top it all off, the service was outstanding from the moment we walked through the doors. A truly exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
I stopped by Morton’s for their happy hour — or as they call it, “Power Hour” — and wow, it definitely lived up to the name! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles from the host and bartenders. Owen and Jack were absolute stars — friendly, attentive, and the kind of people who make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. They had such great chemistry behind the bar — it made the whole experience even better! I ordered the fried chicken sliders (highly recommend!) — crispy, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. I paired them with the Palm Beach Passion cocktail, which was so smooth and refreshing I didn’t want it to end. Let’s just say… I could’ve stayed all evening! 🍸 What really stood out, though, was the amazing team dynamic. Everyone — from the bartenders to the managers — worked together effortlessly. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but she seemed fantastic! You could tell she really set the tone for that upbeat, welcoming energy that filled the whole place. If you’re looking for a spot that nails both atmosphere and flavor, Morton’s Power Hour is a must. I’ll definitely be back — and bringing friends next time to meet Owen and Jack! 🥂
Had a wonderful experience last night. It was my birthday dinner, and the hostess, waiter, and manager went out of their way to make me feel special. The food was delicious, and everyone took care of me, from comping a dessert to allowing me to use multiple rewards points to providing my friend and I with a printed picture and birthday card. Highly recommend and we will be back! Only tiny thing I will mention is there was a couple two booths over who were obnoxiously playing videos and making calls on their cell phone so loudly I could hear it two tables away. I wish there were a policy stated about that being not allowed or that they were told to cut it out. Just some feedback for the future!
Food was great. Generous portions for the price. Our server Jah, was phonominal and provided great recommendations for our choices tonight. In the words of Lady Gaga, Poker Face "Jah Jah, oh yeah yeah!" Best server ever.
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Liam, who is truly an exceptional server. His warm demeanor, professionalism, and attentiveness made me feel completely comfortable dining on my own. Every recommendation he made was spot-on. Overall, the entire staff—including the manager—provided some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. A special thank you to Teresa for her generosity, and to the servers, chefs, and hostess for delivering such an outstanding dining experience.
Today was my second time dining at Morton’s in Bethesda. This time, I ordered the filet mignon and the lobster with a side of lobster macaroni shells and cheese. If you have taste for traditional mac and cheese I wouldn’t recommend the side dish as it’s tasty, but it stays true to its name: lobster, shells, and cheese. However, my server, Jeff, was amazing. His attention to detail and exceptional customer service truly set the tone for my second visit. I highly recommend this location! :)
We went for Christmas dinner with my wife and our family. Our server Michelle was fantastic and really great! It was a bit busy but that is expected for a holiday. Despite that Morton’s did a wonderful job creating a warm and holiday cheer to the restaurants guests! Thank you all for a magical Christmas!
Went in for dinner without reservation. I was immediately greeted by a friendly server and the place had good vibes. The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered Filet Mignon. It wasn’t bad but it lacked proper seasoning (salt). Perhaps the idea is to get a sauce on the side (the offer several). Overall, it was a good experience.
I went to Morton’s the other day with my family to celebrate a couple of special occasions, and we had a fantastic experience. Severn, our server, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The food was excellent—everyone’s steak was cooked perfectly to their requested temperature, and the sides were delicious. I highly recommend the onion rings; they were extra crunchy and absolutely worth ordering. While it’s disappointing that they still don’t have their carrot cake, the banana bread pudding was a great alternative. If you're in Bethesda and craving a quality steak, I definitely recommend Morton’s!
This was our first time in Bethesda Morton’s to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I can say the staff went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. The menu was specially printed celebrating his birthday and they even took a photo of us and printed it(!) as a present. The waiters were very attentive, too. Finally, I had to change the reservation from 4 to 2 people and they were very understanding, the lady at the front was very helpful. We had a former celebration and we were not very hungry so just had crème spinach ($14) and fillet mignon ($54)both of which were fine (I do not like red meat that much and can only eat it well-done which is a crime I know :-) so to be fair, the meat was not that great because of my preference, it was naturally dry). But Crème brûlée was delicious! My favorite thing about the night was the cocktail though - their special margarita (Cocktail reserve, MARGARITA MILLONARIA with Don Julio 1942 Añejo Tequila, Sūpāsawā, Nixta Licor) which was quite pricey ($35) but totally worth it. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend it. It is a solid 4,5 stars ⭐️
Went here for Thanksgiving. The food was delicious but had to be sent back to be warmed up several times. The drinks were strong and good. The few mistakes were corrected by the floor manager in the end as he was attentive and quite helpful.
Great tasting dishes, ambience, and service. Host/Server Jahfeen was attentively aware of our desired dining cuisines allowing my husband and I with an outstanding dining experience. She ensured quality of service and satisfaction. This looks highly favorable on Jahfeen and the Bethesda, MD Morton’s restaurant. We will be back!
Disappointing Service Despite Excellent Food My husband is an international celebrity, and while many people in the restaurant and hotel recognized him, our waiter clearly did not. That is beside the point. Who you are should never matter--every guest deserves dignity, respect, and attentive service. We went to Morton's The Steakhouse in the Hyatt Regency in downtown Bethesda, Maryland after a magic show and were fortunate to get a table on Valentine's Day. Our server, Owen, started off well. Drinks arrived promptly and were well made. As the evening went on, however, the service slowed to almost a crawl. Given that it was Valentine's Day, we were patient, understanding, and communicative throughout. When the food finally arrived, it was excellent. We ordered the lamb and the lobster--both were delicious and exceptionally well prepared. The portion of the lamb was generous, quite the opposite for the lobster, which was barely a quarter pound of protein. During the meal, Owen checked in a few times, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience completely unraveled at the end. After finishing our meal, Owen disappeared entirely. We waited 20 minutes for our check and for our leftovers to be packaged. When he eventually returned, he tossed a few bags and take-home containers onto the table and walked away again--still without bringing the check. Another waiter, John, finally noticed our situation and tried to help resolve it. He was very helpful, brought us our check and made sure we had everything we needed to finish our experience. However, Owen never returned to our table for approximately 40 minutes at the end of the meal, despite walking past us multiple times without acknowledging us. What made this even more disappointing is that my husband reported the situation to two managers. While they listened to his concerns, there was no follow-up, no response, and no attempt to make things right. We have never left a zero tip before and are normally very generous tippers, but the level of neglect was unacceptable. For the first time ever, we left a tip of ZERO. This review would also be a ZERO if not for the exceptional food. Interestingly, we were sharing a large table with another party of two whom we did not know. Their treatment was entirely different and much more positive than ours. If we are treated like this again, we will not return. This level of service does not match the reputation of a restaurant located inside a Hyatt Regency, and we will be sure to share our experience with friends and fans across the region, the state, and beyond. We’ve gotten much better service at the Tasty Diner.
My wife and I have been to Morton’s many many times and have always loved it. We decided to try take out and unfortunately our experience the last 2 times has been dreadful. My wife ordered the salad with sliced tenderloin. Unfortunately with the last 2 order, the tenderloin had been chunks of over cooked beef and completely inedible. Regrettably we will no longer try the takeout.
I made reservations for 11:00 PM and arrived exactly at 11:00, only to be told they couldn’t seat us. What makes this even more frustrating is that I called ahead around 10:20 PM to confirm they would still be able to accommodate us, and the woman on the phone assured me that it would not be a problem. I drove 40 minutes expecting to celebrate and enjoy my evening, just to be turned away at the door. That is completely unacceptable and incredibly inconsiderate. If you cannot honor late reservations, that should be communicated clearly instead of giving customers false reassurance over the phone. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend. OH & not to mention we still had to pay for parking in the garage!!
Our waiter was excellent. There was one manager with a Christmas tree tie that went around to some tables (not ours) to greet them. The other two managers just looked at us like we were crazy. The two hostesses were nice and inviting especially the young guy that said happy Thanksgiving and asked us how we were doing. The female manager held onto her hand held device and said hello to others. The busboy nearly knocked me over trying to get a water jug on a side table and he never said excuse me. If you want great hospitality, don’t go to this one. Seems like one manager, the hostess and the servers are nice. The other two managers seemed too preoccupied to even speak!
The food quality is not on par with prices. Bass was rubbery and tasted like it was frozen. Steaks were underwhelming and not quality cuts. Shrimp was skimpy. Food arrived semi warm. Panera has better salads. Wouldn’t return. Maybe others had better experiences but we didn’t and we wish we selected a different restaurant for our first night in DC
Steak was awful - bland with no flavor. Me and my girlfriend both ordered medium steaks. Mine came out straight up rare, hers came out super well done… ??? just absolutely unacceptable. Had to return the steaks to the kitchen, even when they “fixed” it, steaks were still dry & flavorless. To add insult to injury our waiter basically forgot about us. And signed us up for their stupid $25 membership card thing without our consent (I deducted this from his tip to not make a scene). Like c’mon - 90% of those restaurants are no where even close to here. While I did enjoy the atmosphere, & appreciated most of the staff (manager came over many times to check in). I won’t be back. I’ve had too many “meh” meals here - definitely not worth the price.
