Let me tell you something.! This place will now be my go to spot for everything capital one related. Brandon from the moment my son and I walked in greeted us with open arms and immediately came to help me out. From start to finish of my interaction with Brandon he made me feel like I was the queen. Thank you very much for your support and help. My go to was Westfield Topanga but because he made a huge impression and made me feel important and valued I will definitely be coming here. Please give him a raise because customer service is very hard to come by. Thank you for your awesome service.

Due to a recent coup, I'm in quote the snafu! After my mid-day margaritas, I realized I didn't receive 5 percent cash-back on my purchase! In quite the rambunctious squat, I cartwheeled to Capital On Cafe. After ordering a double-shot triple bourbon black coffee, I achieved my life goal of getting no fees or minimums on my Capital One Checking account! Snuggling up in the unwashed Ikea throw pillows, I never want to leave! Fear of overdraft fees bitting me is quite the scare.... Being open 7 days a week, I know I'll run into the Capital One Bank guy eventually. Maybe we'll go skydiving with Samuel L. Jackson, or I'll be featured on "The Delicous Dish, At the Capital One Cafe" with Ana Gasteyer and Molly Shannon. I even started up a farm and logged my travels with seizure-like 'edits' but Jennifer Garner never reached out! One day, I'll finally get to tell someone what's in my wallet... Every time I’m in Hollywood, one of the highlights of stopping by the Capital One Café is seeing Priscilla. She is truly a gem! No matter what’s going on or how busy it is, she always greets me with a warm smile that instantly brightens the day. Beyond her positivity, she’s incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — every banking question I’ve ever had, she’s answered with patience and clarity. She embodies professionalism while also making you feel valued and cared for as a customer. People like her are what make this café more than just a place to handle finances. She creates an atmosphere of trust, kindness, and genuine connection. She’s an absolute asset and a shining example of what great customer service looks like.

Where do I begin. Not only is the coffee excellent, so are the baristas. I'd like to particularly shout out Jaryiah. What a joy it is to be serviced by her. She puts so much love into those beverages and makes the customers feel welcomed. She brightens my day and keeps the crowd in order and optimistic. She is a treasure and a big reason why I keep coming back.

Terrible security agent. Alexa is her name. The woman with the dark brown hair who wears the light blue shirt is the worst employee there. She disrespects the regular customers and then uses them acting nice to them like she likes them in front of corporate office executives.

Amazing service ppl are so so nice! And the area is so good! Can’t recommend a better place on Hollywood Boulevard, but haven’t been to many there either… lol. Loved the coffee so much :D

I have been to the CAPITAL One Cafe in Hollywood a few times for coffee and relaxation. My experience has always been good. The Cafe is staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people. It is always clean, comfortable and inviting. But today I reserved a private nook for the first time. I needed a quiet place to have a business meeting via web chat and my experience was excellent. I connected to the cafe's WiFi and set myself up in a very comfortable nook, furnished with a small sofa and table. It was quiet and private and perfect for my meeting. The nook was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I had made a reservation online a couple of hours before I arrived. Thank you Cap One for an excellent Cafe experience. Mylisyaa was the employee who helped me today. She was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I couldn't have asked for better.

love capital one cafes, this isnt my fav but they have a huge space so seating is pretty ok to find even during busy days, wifi is good and they have plugs. you need a staff to open the door for the restroom though. most are nice, the lady barista is very chill and friendly too! food and coffee is alright too, not much complaints. great for capital one customers too with the discounts and private spaces

They drizzled cheap chocolate syrup on top. Location is great!

The baristas don't know how to make drinks. I ordered a hot chocolate, it was disgusting. I ordered a hot turmeric latte, it was undrinkable. Why is it that the Verve coffee shop always makes delicious drinks, And at Capital One, the baristas don't know how to make drinks? Take that into consideration.

I'm giving this a little rating because every time I go to use the ATM machine somebody comes up to me and asks me if I need any help and I find that extremely intrusive. I just left and I noticed they had free luggage tags and the ambassador was rude! I told her I asked the lady for two because it’s free! The nerve of her to say “well she’s security “ huh? Why are you saying that she doesn’t matter? And getting upset that I’m getting two free luggage tags. How does that make you upset? And you hovering over me? She was a light skin with blue eyes and way older. Capital one check the ambassador because it should be no way you’re being rude and saying security permissions doesn’t matter. Smh

However on this particular day, I booked a nook. I was sitting with my foot up since the couch has a deep seat and there isn’t any back support. I was approached by employee twice to remove my foot from the seat. I am a paying customer who is being micromanaged. I am not only paying for the coffee I am paying to use the cafe space. The chairs are used to place items on or sit on. Please post signs to prevent confusion and make your customers feel un welcomed. I have been in the cafe where people with poor hygiene are allowed to stay in the space freely without ordering a drink, I don’t understand why the capital one staff make their paying customers feel unwelcomed.

Guys! Never use this bull💩 bank! In july 2025 they had a promo like “open the debit account with us, load 500$ to the account 2 times, and you will receive a 300$ bonus” i did it in july 2025, but nothing happened. Then i called them in august 2025 and asked if i completed all steps to receive 300$ bonus and they replied “yes, but you’ll receive you 300$ bonus in november 2025”. Nothing happened. And today is january 2026, and i called them again with the same question and the representative replied to me “you’re not eligible to receive the bonus” 🤷🏻‍♂️ GOOD JOB 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
