Ordered the chicken wings tossed. Incredible! I’m from Buffalo, NY. I know a good wing when I have one. Wing is crispy on the outside juicy on the inside, sauce is fantastic. Would’ve bought it if I could. Rick was really welcoming. Great experience.

Fantastic cozy brewpub with local flavor and incredible food. I had easily the best Cubano sandwich in my life there. The owners (great people) told us they slow cook the Cubano pork shoulder for 24h themselves and it shows. There was great live music when we went (5-7pm Wednesday) from a very talented older gentleman playing covers of Bob Dylan, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and others of that era. He wove entertaining stories in between songs and it made for a great time. There were a few beers on tap: a hazy IPA, red ale, stout, an interesting pastry sour, and one other. Tried the hazy IPA (pretty good and easy to drink), red ale (good), and the stout (alright, unremarkable). Come for the food and ambiance, and as long as you're not expecting 98+ point beers on tap, you'll have a great time.

Absolutely stellar meal and beer. Rolled in here late Saturday night - the beer flight was delicious and the focused menu was fantastic. This place is a vibe - decor is imprecise but that's part of the charm. The food and beer are stellar and the service is great. A new favorite in Big Bear!

Big Bear Mountain Brewery exceeded my expectations with its fantastic brews and inviting atmosphere. The variety of craft beers showcased the brewmaster's expertise, catering to diverse tastes. The cozy ambiance, paired with friendly staff, created a welcoming experience. If you're a beer enthusiast looking for quality and warmth, this brewery is a must-visit. Side note, my gf solved the code they had on the wall! Apparently the owner is also a gamer which made it even more badass! Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was awesome, we drove in from San Diego on a Sunday night didn’t know what time they closed, I was starving but they were closing in 5 mins, Jillian said don’t worry about it we will make you some dinner! The service was awesome! They truly made us feel special. This will become our go to spot every time we come to Big Bear, all because of the service…. Oh and the All American Burger was Bomb!

Grateful for such a cozy place to get beer and eats and charge my devices! Had to evacuate LA during fires and wanted to be where the air is clean, but had to bounce around a little to find a place. Glad there was a brewery to enjoy while I waited to check in. Really nice bartender. Cozy, and Cuban sandwich was delish! Also have those yummy battered ( I think) fries. The Pilsner is yum 🍺. Will be back!

The reviews of this place are decidedly mixed, and it appears that you could get either experience at any time. We got the good one tho. Prompt and immediate service from the bartender, good service from the waitress, who is eccentric, yet friendly. She's definitely got stories. I ordered the nachos and the wife ordered the club, as you can see in the pictures. The nachos came out cold, which I thought was a mistake, but the waitress confirmed it was not. I was hesitant at first, but it works.. The chips were fresh, and the salsa was tasty, a bit spicy and the shredded cheese was decent. The club was really good as well. Large sized. The flight of beers was decent as well. Nothing to write home about, but really drinkable beers.

Absolutely loved this place, live music, they played the same 3 songs, but live, lol really good food the burger and the Cuban sandwich were amazing! Homemade pickles, a little much on the vinegar, overall kind of pricey, but good beer, good food, and the customer service was above and beyond, not the mention the awesome decorations and games you can play. They have unique trick locks or brain teasers, highly recommend, parking kind of sucked, and it wasn’t even too crowded :/

First time coming to this place, we had a great time. The food was delicious and they also have a dog menu for our furry babies. The live music was great. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Also the waiter was very attentive and friendly.

Great Beers, food and pub vibe with live music! We enjoyed the burger and chicken wings, super crispy fries and exclusive homemade sauces. It is a family owned and operated, they are very welcoming and hospitable. De vintage decoration and live music made a superb atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!

First time visiting Big Bear Brewery. Very Casual setting with a relaxed and laidback feel. Unique decor with comfortable tables and a large bar area with seating. Great drinks and food and live music. Staff is very friendly and they offer free parking on the side of their building. Enjoyed our visit. Loved it.

The atmosphere was top tier! We visited a variety of breweries on our trip and this was by far our favorite (so good we came back twice!). The live local music was a lovely add to the ambiance. And the fact that it was dog friendly with indoor seating was great! The food was delish - shoutout to the team for making me cheese fries upon request. The drinks and burgers were fire as well. Will definitely be back on our next trip!

What a great spot! We’ve been to the other breweries in Big Bear and this was by far our favorite! Very casual, laid-back atmosphere and a lot of fabulous eye candy on the walls! Unique pieces. Comfortable chairs and large tables enough to fit some big parties. What a cozy atmosphere and a cool bar area. We got there about two in the afternoon on a Friday and we’re pleasantly surprised when we realized the band was going to play for the patrons. Tom and Tom performed for us and they were so entertaining! Beautiful harmonizing and they even gave us some suckers, which I loved because it’s got the tootsie roll in the middle lol! They played some great music! Nice large outdoor patio that’s covered! I started with the cocktail flight, which I think are similar to buzz balls or a flavored malt liquor seltzer, and all the flavors were yummy. Prices aren’t too bad. Then I ordered the chicken tenders that came with fries. The fries were cooked perfectly and the aïoli that came with the tenders were delicious. You get a nice portion, but the chicken was a bit dry and some pieces were chewy. Other than that, a perfect experience! Hunter took excellent care of us. Will definitely return!

Most amazing brewery I have ever been to!! The service is amazing and the food tastes great! The live music is the most blessed thing my ears have ever come upon; Beatles, Neil young, the eagles etc. Plus, it is very family friendly. The waiter kept coming to our table with different puzzles for kids to play with, kept them entertained for hours. Overall, amazing experience, great vibes, will come again.

Ironically, when we ordered takeout later, one item was missing due to a torn ticket at the kitchen. So the one time something went wrong, it actually wasn't our fault! I walked back and they immediately apologized, fired up the order, and gave me a complimentary drink. The cook clearly took extra care as the food was delicious. Mistakes happen, but how a place handles them shows their character. Big Bear Mountain Brewery nailed it with genuine hospitality, good food, and staff who care. Highly recommend.

Great beer and food. Their in-house red ale was really good and strong. The Czech Pilsner a little more on their side. The Blonde was pretty light compared to most blondes, but still flavorful. The pulled pork sandwich was a big hit and the cheeseburger nice and juicy. They have live music on the weekends that you’ll need to check out if you like Johnny Cash, Elton John, and some of those classic rock songs.

My grilled cheese was really good. The prices are adjusted to the area and fact that this is a tourist destination. The owner brought kids at tables some mind puzzle games and challenged them to finish them. It was quiet nice to see. The "beergarden" is right off the highway , there's several different varieties of beers on tap and Mimosa flights in the morning. We had three different live bands during the day. It's small inside , but very cozy and the outside is ok. Just loud with the cars.

I mean... really? "Big Bear Mountain Brewery". Came in today and they don't have not one of their own beers on tap. Was told "we don't have room on the taps". At a brewery. Seriously? On top of that, 12% mandatory gratuity fee. I honestly felt like I got scammed. Dive bar feel , didn't try any of the food. Have no complaints other than that. Just felt like a brewery should have at the very least one of their own beers on tap (counted 7 at the time)

As soon as you arrive you will be greeted by a beautiful lovely C health rating in the window. Enter the door you will be greeted by the waitress/owner explaining to you to be patient because she’s the only one working. She takes forever to take your orders and the people in the kitchen don’t know what’s going on at all. The sign outside says the restaurant is under new management- well the new management is a disappointment. Inside the decor is cozy but with the waitress running around stressed out complaining about how she works here 12+ hours a Day, is a full time mom, and has to drive her husband to work every morning you yourself feel stressed out.
