I was having trouble on ordering online, so I didn't hit the pay button and went to the store. Of course they can't find my order, but they were so kind and patiently trying their best to help me out. Once they found out the reason they didn't have my order, they told me to wait a little and they did it in no time at all. I tried different Erik's in San Jose and Mt. View but I think they have the freshest food and the best! That's why I always go back to this one Erik's Deli Cafe located in Orhard Town Center on Cottle Road, no matter how far I was away from it. I had Abbott's Habit because it has the least calories. I had tried their Clam Chowder soup before too, delicious!

My first order was so delicious, that I ordered from them again only a couple of days later! The roast beef is tender and flavorful, the pickles are perfect, and the bread is delicious. Fantastic fresh made soups as well. Can’t wait for my next experience!

I appreciate coming to Erik's because it somewhat beats Panera in my opinion. The ingredients taste fresh and I love the small side of pickle added into my take out. Staff is always friendly at this location. Make sure to sign up for their rewards for free desserts! Also budget friendly, especially in this economy...

Erik’s is a great place to eat. I have eaten at 4 different locations, totaling over 200 visits. I eat here at least once a week. Their soups are outstanding, my favorite is the tomato. The chili is also excellent. Their sandwiches are fresh, with most covered in sprouts. My favorite for a light meal is the pilgrims progress with light onions and extra sprouts. When I’m really hungry I go with the Cali Classico. The dub club is great for kind of an in between. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We liked the flavor of the chili. Would recommend. Overall good taste, but felt like the menu pictures on their website and app falsely advertised the size of the "big E" sandwich. I felt like it was plenty of food, but would have liked the pictures to set the right expectations. Pickup, delivery, or curbside pickup available. I like that they had two doors so you could order at one and online order pick up at the other one.

This one of the places that serves butternut squash soup all year. It is a thinner version than what it used to be. Today I got the pot size as takeout. I cannot taste it as I'm sick, but I ordered it previously 2 days ago, and it was good. In general, I like Erik's Delicafe and their sandwiches and will be back.

Very good sandwiches and soups! I come here for lunch often and I've never had a bad meal. I especially like the butternut squash soup. They also offer some prepackaged treats made by Manifesto. My favorite is the brown butter sea salt rice crispy treat. Awesome! The staff is pleasant, quick and hard working. I'll keep coming back.

Had really good warm Ruben sandwich. Everything was done very fast and food was delicious. Great place to get a sandwich.

Very good sandwiches and soups! I come here for lunch often and I've never had a bad meal. I especially like the butternut squash soup. They also offer some prepackaged treats made by Manifesto. I do like a sandwich shop brave enough to still do sprouts, but their dutch crunch bread can be a little disappointing.

Atmosphere good, I like the repurposed wood aesthetic but staff stoic and food overpriced. $10ish dollars for a sliced bread sandwich. I can get a 6" elsewhere for $7-8. They don't take tap to pay, not a big deal but technical stuff like that just makes me shake my head when it's in silicon valley. Not a bad place to eat per sey just nothing to pull me back. Mr Pickles and Firehouse Subs are 2 noteworthy examples of good sandwich places. Great tasting, evenly priced and upbeat staff.

No issues if you're going to get a cold sandwich. Employees were friendly and prompt but the food is not on par with other Eric's deli's. I verified with one of the employees that they do not have a toaster oven.
