Cheesesteaks are very good here; very flavorful. I always get both kinds of peppers on mine. I used to frequent here every couple of weeks but whenever I am back in the Bay Area, I stop by when i can. In opinion this place is better than the other joints in the area. Maybe The New Jersey in Campbell is a runner up to this place. UPDATE 2024: an update from my previous post from 5 years ago. I went back a few times recently and it could be good and it could be mediocre. The service with most of the staff is pretty good, I see new faces now compared to before. One thing I notice and I know some of my friends feel the same is that when the guy with the “EMT” hat is working the food is not good and his customer service sucks. He’s not friendly and doesn’t thank you. But he’s chit chatting away and laughing with his coworkers but can’t even smile a bit or say thank you to us or the other customers I saw come into the store. I left a tip for him and still nothing, he must do a decent job in the back if that’s the reason he’s still around the past few months I’ve gone. Got home sandwiches were stacked weird so they were smashed a bit and my peppers I asked on the side aren’t in the bag but I should’ve double check that’s where went wrong. Usually they are on point but when the guy with the “EMT” hat is working it’s usually not. I’m thinking of just going somewhere else if I see him working the day I decide to go. I would caution others to do the same if you see him, especially if it’s your first time.

The cheesesteak is very good. Beef was cooked just right and juicy. Jalapeno added surprised touch. I would like to have more cheese though. Fries are just OK. It is more like a togo place.

The cheesesteak is very good. Beef was cooked just right and juicy. Jalapeno added surprised touch. I would like to have more cheese though. Fries are just OK. It is more like a togo place.

The ambiance did feel average due to the partially broken soda dispenser and the place feeling half-empty, but the service is terrific as they get it done in a few minutes; it doesn't take too long to get your sandwich, and they don't overdo the toppings. However, the half size wasn't as expected, but I approved of the delicious meat and cheese, topped with extra peppers.

I love me a good cheesesteak. This place does not disappoint. They have basic and DIY builds. The service is good, but the location isn't in the best area.

I have eaten here many many times. Sit down and take out. The food is always great! But it never fails whenever I try to order around 8pm for take out, knowing they close at 830 they don’t answer the phone. Don’t matter how many times you keep calling. So today after calling 3 times in a row I placed an order dash at 806 and it said my order would be ready 8:22. But they never confirmed the order. So why say your open till 830 if your really not? I understand employees are trying to get out of there but if you’re going to stop taking orders at 8pm then say you close at 8pm. Like I said this has happen many times now and it’s frustrating so needed to say something.

Food is bland. Took a bite, and it tasted like meat with no season. I've eaten real cheesesteak sandwiches in Philly. Their meat is seasoned to perfection. At this place, the sandwich is just a poser. Also, I noticed the same old fly inside the joint buzzing my food. I'm done w this place.

I have eaten here a few times now due to living across the street and loving philly cheestesteaks. I would come more often if the service existed at all. A number of times I have shown up to this location at 11 to eat a philly before going into a late shift at work and it is never open on time. I have had to wait for 15 minutes multiple times and still the doors will not be unlocked! If you have to warm up machines and never open on time stop advertising an 11am opening. I will not waste my time coming back because even with the doors open the service is dry and the ambiance is poor and smells bad. I would have put up with those other cons if they simply were open during their advertised hours but because the sandwhich is okay I would rather order a steak sandwhich at the nearby subway.

They charged me for my order and then denied me my food said they were having an Internet issue and i would receive a refund in 2 business days. It's now been 7 days and I used my last money to buy my kids a meal 😭. I want my 65.00 back !!!

The law requires a public business, especially one with a dine-in area, to allow the handicap to use the restroom. I did not tell her that, or push the issue. So I just walked down to the supermarket. I can tell you that this will be my last time at this location!
