I am a big fan of hamburgers, how is it that I have never had a nation hamburger until now?. This is a brand new location and everything is new and clean. The staff are efficient, the pie case is full and brightly lit with beautiful pies, and the Dining room workers were attentive and friendly. They made sure we had a nice clean table and answered questions and helped us get everything we needed, almost like a sit down restaurant, even though we had to order at the counter because that’s how it works around here. I’ll totally be coming back. They even gave us a free slice of pie for my adorable three year old who wanted the “leaf pie” (sugar free apple). Awesome service.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Nation’s Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies on Stevens Creek in San Jose. My girlfriend and I have been going through a tough time and sleeping in our car while we’re here in California, and the kindness we received here really meant a lot. On our first visit, we didn’t have enough money for everything we wanted, including a slice of pie. The young lady at the counter noticed and actually helped adjust the price so we could still get a slice. That small act of kindness made a bigger impact than she probably realized, and it brought us back again. On our second visit, someone else’s order had been made wrong, and instead of throwing it away, they offered us the leftover fries with chiles. And then the staff went a step further and surprised us with a free slice of pie, just to help us out while we’re in a rough spot. In a world where customer service is disappearing, this place still has real people who care. The food is always great — but their kindness is what really stood out. Thank you to the entire team at Nation’s. You made a difficult time feel a little lighter, and we’ll always appreciate that.

Wow im so thankful they are back in san jose! The burgers are just like we remember. I had cheeseburger with green chiles. Man i wish i could eat another one it was so good. The fries were good too. I definitely will be coming again and again. Joe the owner is a nice guy too. Came by to check on us.

I never realize how much I like American food until I come to an all-American restaurant. I want to eat everything on the menu! I started with the cheese omelet and a slice of lemon cream pie. The hash browns were golden and crispy, and the toast was actually buttered! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner...I could eat here three times a day.

the breakfast was DIVINE and also comes with so much food for the price? my friend and i both got a two-egger and neither of us were able to finish it (but we got pretty close!). the workers were very kind and friendly. also…the french toast…to DIE FOR. if you do anything please please order the french toast.

Today was their first day opened and they did a great job with how quick they got me my food with all the people there ordering especially with all the add ons to my burger 😁 the food was really good and the staff was so friendly 👍🏻 it's exciting having a Nations here in San Jose and hope nothing but the best for them. I'll definitely be back! Btw I highly recommend a slice of pie the cherry cheesecake is my favorite and so tasty! Definitely hits the spot after a good cheeseburger 🤤

First time trying Nations and will definitely be back. Got the grilled chicken burger, Olé style, the sliders, fries, and a berry pie. Chicken burger was huge and full of flavor. Sliders were a nice little snack and also packed with flavor. Fries were average. Pie was full of fruit and sooo good reheated in the oven with some vanilla ice cream. Was not expecting to enjoy it that much. Going back to try their all-day breakfast.

The burgers, fries, sliders, and pie are all excellent. The only downside is that the place is quite small, with limited indoor seating, especially when there’s a long line.

I do not generally write reviews but I had to because hands down this was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. As in thier name their burgers are giant and very tasty. I had the Cowboy burger and I highly recommend it. They have a pretty good selection of items including hotdogs, sliders, and a grilled chicken sandwich. The pie I had was fresh and reminds me of grandma's house during the holidays. I am looking forward to try out one of their Milkshakes on my next visit. The staff was curtious and friendly. Karl the manager knows how to take care of his customers and Nations is lucky to have him.

This is my first time at a nations and I gotta say I’m truly impressed. Came in just thinking I wanted something quick to eat and that feeling satisfied having had a delicious grilled chicken sandwich with egg. They even asked how I wanted the egg cooked and were careful to make sure it was done right. The staff, they were extremely friendly and made the whole experience at a simple fast food place more than just fast food. I’ll definitely be trying more nations burgers when I’m out around San Jose more often.

Christina was so nice and professional. She was always helpful every time my friend Sonia and I came to get our pies. This has been our favorite pie place for family and friends. Our top favorites are lemon meringue and banana. Words alone cannot describe how much we like this place.

I came to this restaurant to get a quick bite to eat and do some reading. During my time here I was greeted with absolutely wonderful service. All around I noticed that the service was always attentive to their customers and always made sure that their needs were met. I would absolutely come back for another meal, as they are incredibly welcoming and very sweet.

Visiting from Sacramento, Stopped in here to get a bite. I’m definitely a hamburger connoisseur so when I say this place is really good I mean it. The double cheeseburger is what I ordered please jalapeños grilled onions and I threw two onion rings on there. It was so good service was beyond excellent. My son annd daughter ordered shakes and they both thought they were fabulous. You know me I had to taste and I agree the shakes are really delicious and onion rings Also a winner

Nation’s Giant Hamburgers is a small little place tucked into a small strip mall behind Chick-fil-A and a Shell gas station. Easy to miss but a great find in my opinion. The menu is kind of eclectic—burgers, breakfast, sides, and pies—but somehow it all works. The cheese burgers (especially with a fried egg) were really good. It was the classic American style which is exactly how I like it. Though next time I’ll either hold or ask them to go light on the mayo because mine was drowning in it. The onion rings were solid, fries were just okay, and the chili was a little bland. The banana cream pie, though was super sweet, almost exploding with sugar, and quite tasty. Overall, a casual, satisfying spot. I’ll definitely be back to give the breakfast menu a try.

Staple franchise and taste, I've been to many of these restaurants, well maitained and staff was nice. Food came out quickly.

Nice place, good food. Not life-changing, but worth the money, and the staff and atmosphere were friendly and on point. Very convenient to have pie available in close vicinity to burgers. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

My wife and I were really excited to try this new Nation’s location since we both love breakfast. We both ordered the Two Eagers with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese. I got mine with over-medium eggs, bacon, sausage links, and pancakes. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed. The food lacked flavor across the board, and the pancakes were dry and not enjoyable. Worst of all, the sausage link wasn’t cooked all the way through, which was a major turn-off. We really wanted to like this place, but based on our experience, we won’t be coming back.

My wife and I went to Nations tonight, Silver Creek Valley Place, 4:30pm, We wanted to get a Banana creme pie, that is Nations decription. The pies looked good but the (creme) didn't look like REAL whipped CREAM to me, hence the term creme. I believe that Nations uses a Whipped Topping because as soon as I tasted it I was sure that it was not whipped CREAM. Since we were there we ordered the 3 egg gigante breakfast burrito, onion rings, and a Java shake. I always thought that Java was another word for coffee, apparently I was wrong. The first sip of the shake was confusing, is this Vanilla? The receipt said Java Shake so I guess Java doesn't mean coffee. The onion rings were great looking and nice and crunchy but they didn't taste like an ONION ring, very light onion taste that you had to convince yourself was onion. The breakfast burrito, I guess it was fine but somewhat flavorless, I chose Linguica for the meat but wasn't happy with the flavor of the linguica. I will say that the service and the atmosphere were perfectly fine and that the place was clean. This review is based on the items that my wife and I ate, which were the items that I listed. I would say that the food was mediocre, and that Nations is just another fast food restaurant. Try it for yourself and give your own opinion. Have a fantastic day.

Can you believe this cook today put over 25 jalapeños in my breakfast burrito? I was pissed I must of ate like 10 on my first bite I open it up mind you it’s burning hot I shit you not this is how many I pulled for it ruined my appetite and stomach someone needs to fire that cook from this morning

The only delicious part of the order was the strawberry cheesecake. The girls at the service counter were clueless as to what orders had already gone out and orders waiting. The four girls working the counter were yelling at each other instead of working as a team. They were very unprofessional and made the atmosphere chaotic! The girls were very negative, unprofessional, and lacked a team work work ethic. The only person who was professional was the manager who took my initial order. Thank you to the manager who was the only person who showed professionalism. Sorry nations burger I will not be spending money here again.

Not good! Very bland breakfast with under cooked sausage, even my friend’s. Toast was stale. Made my stomach hurt. Save your money.

This is very sad. I came back when I tasted their food new years eve and it was 5/5. The burger is not dry, their patty melt bread isnt hard, their salmon sandwich doesn't have the fishy taste . The crew were jubilant and happy. They used to have cards that when you accumulate 10 sandwich you get 1 free.... something needs to be done since theres a lot of competition with miles apart. The sandwich next door or the chick fila is your best option
