Been here twice and we love it! Delicious food, lots of options, and big portions! The little robot that brings your food is really neat too, very cool and authentic little place. Can't go wrong with any of it, my teenagers even love it. The ramen, appetizers and desserts are all delicious, plus lots of boba tea options. If you're gluten intolerant or you don't want the heaviness of the regular noodles, they have a delicious rice noodle option too.

New place in the area, which is nice to find a Ramen place that offers Bubble tea. The food was good order a little bit of almost everything, because I had a party of 7. I did rate service a 4 star only because you have to self order food which takes longer than providing your order to someone. The place looks nice and someone was always making sure it was clean. It got busy and full which cause there to be a long line inside making it feel very clusterphobic and their food delivery robot. Will definitely be back just on a less busy time.

Okay listen. Overall the place is a three star. I love where it's located, and the people working there are nice. The food is decent, but honestly could use more seasoning, and the meat was cooked stringy (that's fine if you're into that kind of stuff, I'm not since I hate stringy foods). Overall the taste was okay, I just wish the meat was cooked differently, but I won't complain about that. Honestly, when it comes to food and drink, I'd give the food a 2.5-3 star, and I'd give the drink a 5 star. Drink is by far the best. Will come again, but maybe not for a whole meal next time. (Appetizers and drinks are 5 star from me)

Don't let the stars fool you. The food was great. It's different in that a portion of the ordering process is self-service. Once you choose your dishes, pay, and find a seat, your experience begins. The food is delivered via robot. That in itself is fun. I plan on returning to try some of the other offerings.

The ramen broth was really good! Decent flavor. I enjoyed that what we received looked EXACTLY like the menu. We ordered 4 varieties of ramen. Everyone LOVED their ramen. I felt like the "hot" was misleading but everyone's tolerance level is different. I didn't care for the boiled egg. It was overcooked. The bowl overall was good but it felt like it was missing a punch of flavor that was needed. Great price for what it is. Octopus balls are an acquired taste. The texture inside is entirely to mushy for me. The edamame was inedible but the manager/owner has no issue correcting that. The Kimchi?!? Wonderful! One of the better experiences I have had when it comes to kimchi. Loaded with flavor and spice! BB Superior service. Great pork broth.

It was so fun to have good ramen close to home! We had miso ramen and chicken broth ramen, and the miso was definitely on the salty side, but not overwhelmingly so. Fish cake was tasty, meat well cooked, lots of ramen noodles. The only 'complaint' I had was probably personal preference; I didn't care for the flavor of the bamboo shoots at all. We didn't have bubble tea, so we have something to look forward to next time. Instead, I ordered takoyaki, which is batter cooked into a ball with a chunk of octopus in the middle. They went a little heavy on the dried Bonito flakes, so that was the main smell and taste I got (fish). They were also very, very hot, so let them cool! The automated delivery bot was fun, and it even sings to you! We'll definitely be back!

Way WAY expensive. The price was nowhere near the quality and quantity of the food provided. I cannot recommend this business. The robot is a different gimmick but that's where the experience ends. I recommend going Korean when looking for this type of 🍜 s.. Plotted. Scouts Out..

We came in at 8:10 pm and the guy behind the counter asked us if we were planning on dining in. We said yes. He told us he preferred we carry out because they close at 9 and they like to leave on time. We still dined in. He was rude after we ordered. We left by 9. Ramen was decent. Place is cool, but why ask for a tip when I order my food on a tablet, get my own drink and a robot brings me my food? I still tipped because I thought a server would bring me my food amd get anything needed. That is not the case. It is mostly self service. Which is fine. Not sure I will be back due to the service.

The noodles were delicious and also the fried shrimp. Other than that not much else was tasty. First time trying bobba apparently I don't like it. I got fried tofu and beef. The fried rofu was not great at all more Like rubber. Probably won't come again but it was nice to experience something new. The ladies at front were super kind. The robot that served us was super unexpected and pretty cool. Pretty sure it just didn't hit my personal preference.

Food is bland. Ive gone a few times to make sure and each time its very mild in flavor. Every broth type almost has a fishy body. Quality of ingredients are fine but the flavors aren't there. Fried chicken was awesome. The appetizers are good. Ramen. Underwhelming for the price. Robot server. So neat.

Well I ordered chicken and well I’ll just say it tasted a lot like turkey and kept eating with the suspicion and yeah it was 100% turkey and I don’t think that’s very unethical and kinda wrong for the price. If I go back I won’t be getting the chicken “turkey” be careful bc that’s wrong in my book

People and place was amazing. The food was absolutely terrible. Both ramens were completely different, both tasted only like chicken noodle soup. Eggs looked rotten, the noodles were cooked pretty good, the meat I’m sure was rotten, I had to spit it out, absolutely awful. Just wasted $50 on only two people.

I ordered a ramen bowl through DoorDash. It arrived with STEEL WOOL in it. Door dash refunded my money. I called the restaurant just to let them know and they just said that’s never happened before.
