So a quick story from our trip to this dunkin this morning. We got our coffee but one of them tasted really funny, almost like it had soap in it. So after some debate we decided we would just notify the owner and ask if we could get another coffee since this one tasted kinda funky. The owner was very helpful and fixed the drink order and apologized for any inconvenience, he even offered us a donut which was super nice of him. The way they handled this situation was really great, they didn't try and fight with us or anything. This is a dunkin I will definitely be returning to.
Wendi, Tawnee, and Maria are the best! They always make my drinks spot on and even give me upcoming menu items early! I got the Cookie Butter Cold Brew early today!
The only reason I am giving this location. A 5 Star is because of an employee named Jake!! When a customer comes into this location, Jake is the one who makes sure that the customer is taken care of promptly. He always says good morning and always has a smile on his face. He always gets your order right!! If Jake is not there, it is a dreaded visit. No one comes to the register to take your order until you ask them. They are usually on their phone or talking to each other and ignore you! The order is usually wrong half the times. 5 stars for Jake!!! 0 stars for the rest!!
This DD is further than another one from my house by I go out of my way to go to this one. Employees are very friendly, and they work hard to be quick. Even when I see a huge drive thru line I know it will move quick.
I used the drive thru to order and pick up my food. The employees were polite and efficient. My food was prepared perfectly!

They recently renovated the place and it looks more better than before with more presentable donuts on display.
Anybody who complains has clearly never worked a minimum-wage job before. The people who work here are always wonderful and kind, and my coffee is always perfect. Update: I spoke with the manager there who was extremely apologetic, filled my order immediately, and refunded my money. She seemed sincere and wanted to make it right. Updating to 5 stars because of the way she handled it. Ordered on the app and went to pick up at the drive thru. They tell me they never received the order and to come back in the morning. Then as I'm speaking to them, they close the window on me. The app took my money and I received nothing in return. Buyer beware. I'll give them a chance to rectify this and if it's not satisfactory, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Very fast and efficient. Eventhough there is a tremendous line in the morning between 8-9am....you can order through the drive-through and get your order within 5 minutes. I recommend the snackin'- bacon 🥓 with a egg and cheese on a toasted muffin!
The service is not bad, a lot of young ppl working here. I'm satisfied with their service. And they're polite too.
The coffee was nice and hot, great taste. Great selections of donuts, and they all looked fresh. I tried the chocolate frosted donut and enjoyed it, didn't taste stale at all. I took off one star due to it being overcrowded at the time of writing because the drive thru machine isn't working, so orders can get backed up, and the inside isn't so big to handle many customers at once. Still recommend!
i do very love this dunkin. i come here often with my friends and we have alot of fun. the service is very well, its just that one of the times i went there, kids where misbehaving. the staff apparently talked bad about the kids. i mean, what they did was wrong, but that will never be a dunkin experience to forget. however, i will continue to come to this dunkin as it is very easy to get to, plus its nice and cute.

1st of all let me say that the owners including the previous owner who passed away are fantastic people. That being said unfortunately they have the worst staff I have ever seen anywhere. They get your order incorrect and then when you say something about it they have a terrible attitude with you. The 2 guys who work overnight every time you place an order it seems to be an inconvenience for them.
Disregard this review. Accidentally posted. Was meant for Newbridge rd dd I was recently there with some friends when we had a terrible experience here. We were repeatedly given the wrong change(about $5 less than we were owed) and being argued with, when our receipts(which we had to go back and ask for after leaving) and two phone calculators with all possible equations proved us right. Multiple employees continued to get it wrong until Steph finally came and promptly fixed the others mistakes, giving us slightly more than we were owed to apologize for the trouble.
The parking lot is a disaster , and I don't know about you guys but but the regular coffee seems like it Has no taste and it's like a very light brew , plus if I'm gonna get an egg sandwich sandwich I want a real egg sandwich where they actually crack the egg grill it grill the bacon or grill the sausage. I'm curious if you guys could leave comments if you can let me know what you think Thanks for reading catch you in the next one
Terribly slow and hello what other chai tea do you have besides vanilla? Not even fully filled small. Also what's up with parking your car in the drive through at night even though drive though is open.
The staff here is unprofessional and always get my order incorrect even when I repeatedly make it clear and confirm at the drive thru window. Too many young teenagers..
Whatever you order here there is a 9/10 chance they get it wrong even after making you repeat it several times. The drive thru speaker is terrible and you have to basically scream your order and still it’s almost always wrong. They always have tons of people working there but it never seems to make anything happen any faster or any more correctly. Location is less than ideal as the parking lot is always a mess and the drive thru line backs up to block several entrances to the lot.
This is the worst dunkin donuts location on Long Island I’m surprised the health department has not shut them down, filthy!!! As far as customer service goes it’s non existent, there are a bunch of young snotty high school kids who behave like they were raised by uncivilized humans. Stay away from this store at all costs!!!
Today 8/29 the service the worst the staff 8 people a waste of time the last time I will go there after three times No good. Their staff sends in the good reviews to offset the bad. To start. Can’t understand the sound when ordering seems deliberate, honey bacon Terrible and no orange juice, had to go up to window to understand staff , they were laughing coffee container lid not closed burned me hand, they laughed, all the while staff having good time. Worst experience ever at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Jake the employee working at the store was arguing with customers. Train your employees well so they know how to provide a great experience to all your customers instead of insulting them!!! Will never go back again and most likely tell my friends and family about the experience I had at this place. I do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone in the area. Be careful as you might be next! Wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!
The manager needs to work on his customer service. They gave me the wrong drink and instead of apologizing, the manager was extremely rude. He closed the drive thru window and walked away while I was explaining how I ordered lemonade but was given green tea! I wish I could give a zero star!
The worse of the worst! Customer service..the staff.. disgusting as they made fun of young adult with autism. And when approached about it they responded with attitude and sarcastic remark. This is the worst DD I've ever been to. They constantly mess up my orders at the drive thru. It's all high school kids which doesn't mean incompetents off the bat,but apparently here it does. I order one item and they mess that up on a daily basis. Only go here because nothing else is closer.
I visited DD In North Bellmore placed order by showing details on my phone it was medium cookie butter cold brew with 5 cream and 3 sugar and a separate cup of ice , what they gave me was not the same drink I ordered I came back from my home and complained to the drink with out ice and cold foam , I was surprised by the staff rude behavior instead of apologizing they were very rude in their behavior I told them to give me my bill which they refused saying it was half an hour ago . I told them not to argue with me instead feel sorry for the inconvenience I had coming back to the store . I also asked them for phone number which they didn't provide me

There were at least 6 employees in the place when I entered and not one of them greeted or acknowledged me. Although I was right smack in front of the cash register not one of them asked if they could help me. I stood there a good 2 minutes until someone came over. Still no greeting. I placed my order- part of it went into a box the other part in a bag. The employees ripped the bag, but handed it to me anyway, instead of re-bagging. I paid and no one said thank you. Needless to say, I won’t be giving my money to this DD again. I will find another one where employees are better trained, and value customers who actually walk in (as opposed to going through the Drive-thru) to make a purchase. Ridiculous.
Usually go here on weekends, today around noon got an iced coffee with sugar and cream. The cream tasted awful like it was started to spoil. Gross. Tried to call the phone number to tell them, no answer. And I was not close enough to go back. Won't return here. Don't want to chance getting spoiled cream again and getting sick.

I have never been to this location and dealt with a friendly employee. They’re always rude. When I went through the drive thru yesterday the drive up window employee was awful. Rude, confrontational and extremely unhelpful. She actually wouldn’t return our debit card while she sat staring as if to antagonize us into an argument. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And to add to the unpleasantness the entire order was incorrect.
This location has gone downhill significantly in the last few months. Coffee is not consistent at all. More often than not, it tastes horrible, like either chemicals are in there or the lines aren't being cleaned properly. This goes for the decaf iced coffee as well as the cold brews. A few times in the last month it has been literally undrinkable - we had to toss it.
Consistently open up my cups and 1/2 full. Pay for medium and get less than a small in liquid. Donuts became really small and hard. Employees that just don’t care. Done with this place!!

Just went to this dunkin and asked for a large iced coffee with 2 pumps of butter pecan and milk .. when I received my drink it was pumpkin and not butter pecan. I knew right away that it wasn’t what I wanted. The member working at the window was very disrespectful and couldn’t even say “have a good day” extremely rude. Waited 15 whole minutes for a small frozen chocolate just for them to tell me the machine was broken but the employee was doing tik toks in the reflection of the window, can’t make ts up 🥀🥀

On 10/19/2024 I went to get my wife a ica Carmel Latta it was a mess the younger girl making the order was stuck and did not understand the order we have been a customer to this store for a bit. And to seen how it was renovated the store looks good but the staff is sad. My order was confused I was over charged and when ask I was told I order 4 items. Upside down at the window a simple coffee and small caramel Latta was 23.45 made no sense I said are you right on your price she called a young kid over and said it's ok I'll return $4:35 i did not want to make it big but when I get home my wife threw in the trash case she said it tasted like swear water so did my son. This experience was the worst you pay for a product and its not what you order sad. I will not put the blame on my young youth because there doing some for them self we have to support our teenagers who could be out doing other things. I put this on the main head quarters of dunking dount training staff and headquarters and franchise like these corporations are just out for the money and don't care for the youth. If they really care for our youth with all the money so many communities give them how hard is to set up a training course to teach them to do right product. I could go on but I will stop it here. Your store need a real manager to fix this location.

I walked into this Dunkin Donut shop and it was FILTHY. The garbage was overflowing and ALL the tables were dirty with food remnants. I said to one of the workers the tables are really dirty, she looked annoyed. I took my grandchildren for a treat, two were in a stroller and one on a scooter. Now I’m cleaning down tables so we can sit to eat. I got them settled down and sat down to eat, still no one came out to remove garbage or wipe the tables down. We finished eating and I packed the kids up and left. Took a few steps out the door and realized I left my granddaughter’s medium refresher drink on the donut case. I went back in and spoke to the girl at the register she said “you want the place to be clean” then another said we threw it out didn’t think you were coming back. I said to her it’s was only a few minutes. Really? I asked to speak with the person in charge. I told him what happened and ask if he would replace the drink as a courtesy, he said “no” then he said “aren’t you the one who complained the place needed to be cleaned, so we cleaned.” I think I struck a nerve. The customer in front of me stepped in and offered to pay for a new drink for my granddaughter and the boy in charge told her to stand on line to buy the new drink when indeed she was on line with her son ordering already and I was behind them. I thank the Good Samaritan and said I will pay for the drink because my granddaughter really wants her drink. So I went back on line behind the Good Samaritan to buy a new drink and the girl at the register would not take my order. She Ignored me and helped the customer behind me. I shook my head and went to the back of the line. I did not want to disappoint my granddaughter so I tolerate the humiliation. I tried calling the phone number on the website but there was no answer. A review of zero would be too high of a rating for my experience at this establishment. I hope the owner and/or manager respond to this review. In addition, I will be reaching out to corporate.

I placed a mobile order the other day and went to pick it up. Showed my phone of proof and everything and they refused to give me my coffee because they said they never got the ticket. Every time I go at night I am nice and respectful and they are always so nasty to me. Rolling their eyes. Meanwhile during the day I know everyone who works there. These 2 men should finally get let go. Horrible customer service. I told one ofy neighbors and they knew exactly who I was tallying about and agreed.
