A good Schlotzsky's. Food is always tasty and the salad portions are large. The Cinnabons have always been hot and fresh when we order. Service is not the quickest of the locations we go to, but it is not intolerably slow either. Bathrooms tend to be clean and the eating area is also clean. Things will slow down quite a bit if more than 5-6 people are ordering around the same time.

My first time here in this sandwich shop. The cashier Margaret was very friendly and ready to take my order. She recommended a split of a sandwich and soup. It was very filling and the POTATO soup was absolutely delicious. Best potato soup ive had honestly better than Outbacks’. After she took everyone’s order i was observing and notice she was working hard keeping the shop clean. Sweeping, wiping down tables. Those little details matter, love coming to a table without crumbs. 100% recommend. & 100% will be back :)

Most of the time, it is last minute drive thru. But, i appreciate that i can get a good salad or sandwich. The line can back up a bit, but I just use the time to return calls/text.

This review might be slightly biased. I have not had a Schlotzsky's sandwich since I moved from Texas over 10 years ago. I happened upon this one while driving around town where my family lives. I was so excited! The restaurant was nice and clean. The service was fast and everyone was polite. However, I didn't really pay that much attention to those things in anticipation of my sandwich. I was not disappointed! It was as good as I remembered. The bread, the cheese, the meat, and vegetables were all superb. The whole thing blends together into perfection with each bite. I have tried, but I have never been able to duplicate it. I would have eaten there multiple times if I could.

Ordered original without onions onions were still added and bread was soggy and burnt.

Love you can get half of everything in the combos. Pretty good. Service was a little lacking in areas but overall alright.

This was our first time at a Schlotzsky's. The menu is fairly simple and easy to read. The interior of this specific location was really neat. I asked the cashier what her favorite item on the menu was and she gave a few and explained why. I liked that. I ordered the Small Deluxe Original as a meal which comes with a drink and choice of their own brand chips. It was delicious but a tad bit skimped on the meat. My husband ordered the Medium Avocado Turkey meal. He said it was sorta flavorless and also not enough meat. My daughter ordered the grilled cheese kids meal which came with a fruit cup and apple juice and she surprisingly said that the grilled cheese tasted "weird" and she is definitely not a picky eater. Not sure about that. Schlotzsky's chips, jalapeno and original were very tasty. We would probably go back sometime on the future. It is a bit pricey on my opinion for a sandwich, chips and a drink but that's the norm these days unfortunately.

Schlotzsky's makes a really good flat bread sandwich and pizza, which is my usual fare there. My family likes there sandwich offerings. Good service is the usual. Pleasant place to relax and enjoy your food.

Probably one of the best Schlotzskys I’ve been in! The inside was fantastic! The decor is so whimsical, bright, and very Austin. Ordered a turkey original and it was tasty as always. I give them 4 stars because no one greeted me upon entering. In fact, he walked up to the register after I was already standing there and he just stood there; no hello, no welcome, nothing. I don’t ask for much but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way!

I am sad I absolutely love schlotzsky's and this was the first time my service was not a 100% the cashier was short with me and did not give me my receipt so I am missing out on my points. I even asked her and she said it's in the bag the paper in the bag was a grill tag.

They were a little busy but I only ordered two sandwich combos and only one had any changes. I had asked no onion, no tomato and what I got was onion, a lot of tomato, and no black olives (my fave part). The girl at the window was pretty rude and closed the window in my face when I said thank you....it didn't really bother me at first, but when my order was botched, I was a bit annoyed. I really like this place and hope it doesn't go downhill.

The teenager at the window needs manners. When asked a question, he was very rude. Twice I've had to ask that my cinnamon roll be warmed up.

On top of that, my salad consisted of five spinach leaves no lettuce and my sandwich also had no lettuce or any other vegetables that I paid extra for. The absolute worst order I have received from Schlotzsky’s and I will not be going back.

Bring back the OG bread recipe. It tastes like cardboard now.
