This was a really good place I enjoyed every last bite. My first visit by the way. I ended up buying 13 bagels and it comes with 2 cream cheese! Very very GOOD!!!! You won't be disappointed.

Bacon egg and cheddar was fire. Bagel was tender and crispy. Staff was friendly. Service was fast. Don’t know why this place gets bad reviews..
Jacklyn’s kindness made my day. She spotted my Marin Health visitor badge, asked about our newborn in the NICU, and surprised my wife with a complimentary cinnamon muffin to celebrate. That thoughtful gesture—along with consistently tasty bagels and warm, attentive staff—has kept us coming back throughout our stay at Marin General. Highly recommend Noah’s Bagels! - Thanks Jacklyn!
Food is always amazing. Online ordering works very well. In store POS systems suck and are slow and antiquated though.
Lovely experience at 5:45am. Manager was delightful. Grateful for the early morning option.
I order their signature bagel sandwiches often, typically online/in-app and pick it up. Usually ready within 10 minutes and seamless. The sandwiches are typically very good.

Ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito. Did not have any chorizo on it (it would be hard to miss the telltale red fat that chorizo produces). Wait was also somewhat long (15min after ordering) for three employees working and being not particularly busy.

I won’t use the online ordering system next time. First time ordering at this location. I have no qualms against updating my review in the future, but this was my experience today. It was busy this Sunday morning, so it took appx 25 minutes for the 2 breakfast bagels and 1 drink to be ready - This is understandable. However, a few things stood out: 1)A sign taped to the front door said they could not do espresso drinks today. Fortunately, I ordered a cold brew drink, but would not have known otherwise as espresso drinks were available to order online. They should be able to mark items as “out of stock” online. Hopefully they have this ability and just didn’t get to it today. 2) They forgot my hashbrown. Day ruined! Kidding, but I ordered it as a side and on the order tag it’s not as noticeable. I should have ordered it as a separate item. 3) They forgot the pepper shmear on the farmhouse sandwich. Maybe they ran out of it today? I wouldn’t have known, because the web orders are placed on the pickup cart without interaction from staff. Overall, the bagels tasted fresh, and the cold brew was decent. Their pricing is competitive, so I’d like to try it again. Since ordering online didn’t save any time, I’ll order in person next time. Hopefully this will prevent forgotten items/condiments.
My bagel was burned and the cinnamon roll was not fresh. Very disappointing.
I had to downgrade my review from a 5 to a 2 The quality has been going downhill… It’s very reasonably priced and has amazing coffee, but my last 2 visits have been disappointing. I paid extra for a respectable cream cheese schmear, but they gave me a regular amount. Also, the blueberry muffins were beyond burned. No public restrooms either, to wash your hands

I love Noah’s. They aren’t the classic chewy bagel but they are delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Their schmears used to be delicious but they only have four now and only two are worth eating. The service at the location is terrible. I’ve never been there and had an employee be polite. In fact they are always quite rude. I am always polite and warm in any interaction with people and despite my warm smile and wishing the employees a nice day, all I get are grumpy under the breath mutterings. Makes me wonder if it’s an awful place to work.
People were very nice but the bagel sandwiches they made were extremely underwhelming. Very sparsely made, avocado was hard not ripe at all, overall not a worthwhile experience. Very likely wouldn’t order here again.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with a maple cinnamon bagel. The bagel why dry, cold and yellow??? It was bland. The egg was cold and the bacon was cheap thin bacon. I also ordered the hashbrowns which were not very good either. They were grainy and mushy and just not appetizing. All this for 16 dollars. Not worth it!

Worst Noah's I've ever been to. They burned my lightly toasted bagel. The food doesn't taste as good as other Noah's locations. I've been here twice; bad both times.
This location is absolutely awful. Not only they took forever to prepare our order (in fact they were too busy talking to each other) they have burned 4 bagels out of 8 that we have ordered. On top of that they put ridiculously low amount of cream cheese. When we addressed this to the employee she just offered us "extra" cream cheese.
Very bad service. We wanted to buy some bagels and we informed the worker there was fly on the bead so they can remove it. She said she didn’t care about it that she can’t do anything about it that it just came in. At least could do some initiation of removing it but nothing. We left, we were not buying anything from there that’s disgusting people can get sick. I seen they removed the fly and but the muffin back.
When I opened up my two nova lox sandwiches at home they had no shmear on them. Most important ingredient of a bagel missing. This place used to be good, but it stinks now. New York bagels in Strawberry is way better.

Terrible service, especially during pick-up and delivery. Some of the staff also speak badly to you. You wait for a long time and no one pays attention to you. You go and wait for a very long time. I do not recommend going there.
Don't eat here! It's gross. They don't care. They sold me coffee that was cold. Then they lied about putting it in the microwave to heat it up. It was still cold because the microwave didn't work. The sandwich was poorly made. Guy stuck a fat wedge of cucumber in a lox sandwich. It was a joke. They didn't have bathrooms that worked. This place is disgusting and a rip off. And I was even suckered into tipping them. This place is terrible. City should close them down. I want my money back.
After waiting for 20 minutes the 3 beagles we got were lame one hardly had any cream cheese on it. Just sloppy...
This location SUCKS. It takes 45+ mins (or longer if it’s rush hour) just to get one bagel with cream cheese. Management here is just not good at all. They have 5 or more people behind the counter dragging their feet. I’ve seen the manager tell people to go on lunch while they actively have customers out the door waiting to order and other customers trying to find a place to stand to wait for a bagel then eventually asking when their bagel will be done since they have been waiting 40+ minutes even after they ordered ahead of time.
