Fries we're average, cheese bites didn't taste like cheese, and the order took over 10 minutes for just the two items which seems ridiculous

Worst hamburger I’ve ever eaten!!! We ate there today for lunch after all the bad weather…thought for sure the food would be fresh and hot since there was a long line due to so many businesses closed on Monday and Whataburger down due to weather related problems. Hamburger SO THIN, dry and overcooked! I remembered why I’ve only eaten there one time since they opened in Bonham and will never eat there again

The food was consistent DQ. The drive-thru experience was difficult. From the time I got in line, I had to wait nearly 5 minutes just to place my order for one chocolate dipped cone, then waited another 10-15 minutes just to pay for and receive the order. And once I got in the drive-thru line, I couldn’t get out. I was stuck. If I could have driven away, I would have. When I got to the window to pay, it took the 3 clerks nearly 5 minutes just to take my money and give me my order. This is one DQ I would seriously reconsider visiting again. The poor service was a dealbreaker for future visits.

22 minutes waiting for my hamburger is too long. The hamburger was good though.

Went through the drive through not even 10 mins ago. 7 blizzards that I paid for, no drink holder. By the time I drove less than 5 mins home my car now needs to be detailed and is covered in ice cream. No logs? No drink holders? Nothing? Been in the hospitality industry for 14 years, honestly that was just a jerk move and a lack of care for customers.

We ger carry-out all the time at DQ, always been very good. Today was way off. The toast was not a bite it was a pulling apart, then couldn't chew, the chicken strips were way dark. Had hard time biting,gave that up ,pulled. They were way over cooked, from now on look before you leave.

Ive always put a blizzard on my combos and now all of a sudden you cant do that. Then you make me wait 20 minutes for one 4 piece chicken, that is ridiculous. If its gunna take that long warn me before i pay cause i only get 30 minutes for lunch and yall screwed me

I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes. One order was taken (the driver in front of me). When it was finally my turn to place my order the employee said they would be right with me. I waited another 9 minutes and asked what is taking so long as there was only the driver ahead of me left in line and at the window. The rude employee came back and said they were short handed and I need to be patient. The driver ahead of me got their food and drove away. I waited another 8 minutes and no one EVER took my order. There was a line of four cars behind me and three cars parked in the parking lot. I wasted 29 minutes and couldn’t even get my order taken. Worst experience at this location. EVER.

Saw this guy pay for his order which was more than 20 dollars. He comes back while I’m ordering and ask if he can get some bbq sauce or something and she said they would have to charge him. I saw the manager looking and watching behind the window. The guy said “really” and the lady said ya to him and the manager let that happen. I’m proud of that guy for not getting angry but when she gave him his food I’ve never seen a guy so disappointed to bring a meal to his son. I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all after this so this place is GARBAGE!!!

Rude employees also could hear them cussing in the kitchen and we had a roach of some sort crawl across our table.. They need some serious pest control! Orkin pro would be great for this place. If I could give half a star that would be too generous. Enter at your own risk!!

We ordered chicken strip baskets. Food was hot. Gravy was bland. Chicken and fries were good. I mean it’s fast food what more can I say. The tea was soured and they only made fresh because it had been brought to their attention that it was not sweet. The store was basically empty. Two were waiting on their food to go and two were sitting at a table. Two ladies were loudly talking in their headsets to each other and let’s just say it was probably a good thing the store was basically empty. Might as well not have even had them on. One girl in the back pretty much seemed to be just doing her job and keeping to herself. She was helpful with the tea issue. Atmosphere is a dramatic and toxic to say the least and not just because of the loudness but also because of the amount of bickering. I won’t be back but Dairy Queen you need to come get your night crew fixed and get this place back on track before this is the next store in Bonham to close down.

We stopped by on our way back home from our road trip wanting some Blizzards. We don’t live in Bonham, it was just a stop. Unfortunately both Blizzards we received were cups of vanilla ice cream with toppings. Now, I don’t know about you but Blizzards from every Dairy Queen I’ve been to outside of Bonham mixes the toppings up. Apparently this place ops not to do it. Not sure if it’s a cost savings tactic or strictly trying to save time. It really doesn’t matter because what you get is subpar and substandard from what Dairy Queen promotes. I did call corporate to let them know about the issue. They took down my info and said they would reach out to the owner. I have yet to receive a call or email. That should say all you need to know right there. If anyone is reading this, don’t bother getting Blizzards from this place. If you do, you will most likely end up disappointed. As for the owner and managers of this facility, instead of leaving some generic comment about how sorry you are, spend the time up training your employees on how to properly make a blizzard so the product you are selling meets the expectations of your customers and ultimately falls in line with what Dairy Queen advertises folks should expect to get when they make a purchase from your location. PS, the pictures clearly show the lack of proper mixing and any kind of topping more than mid way on these Blizzards.

Spent over $30 for two meals. The food was old and cold. The fries were some of the worst I've ever experienced. The toast with my chicken strips was even stale. The drink machine has black gunk all over it. The cups we were given were dirty and damaged. The staff were not friendly and you could watch them wiping their faces and noses with their hands while prepping the food. I would not recommend eating here if you value cleanliness or fresh tasty food.

Ordered gravy and got water. This place just has not gotten any better since they have opened. Go to Leonard or Wightwright if you want Dairy Queen because this place is a joke.
