We were in town for a basketball game, Thursday evening, 1/19/2017, and stopped in for dinner. You don't see dine-in Pizza Huts anymore. We had GREAT service! The waitress always kept an extra glass full and the pizza was awesome!

Omg totally honest drivers in Bonham. Thought I gave the delivery driver 2 20 gave her $120 for a $40 order. The pizza was great, but the the integrity on an honesty is so hard to find in this world

Mattis is an excellent server and made you feel welcome and good. As she waited on you? She you set you down at the table and make you feel like you're in a restaurant. Great server.

Everyone is happy and smiling. Danielle new manager makes it great. It always smells good and wait staff teamworks. If Danielle can't fix it no one can. Very clean. It's busy so u might have to wait but believe me it's worth it. Check out the lunch specials.

As a former employee of Pizza hut years ago I can honestly say that they are doing right here. I didn't like some of the changes with the place that are from a few years back now, you old schoolers know what I mean, but it has been tip notch for me consistently so yeah, go there it's great.

I have to say Amy the manager made my last experience a 5 star ine. I had an extremely bad experience earlier in the week trying to place my order online and after several attempts to get the sale price I called the store and tried to get it dine that way and due to the person I spoke with who was very rude and refused to honor the online prices I had tp place an email to the store. I received a quick response from Amy who not only handled the employees attitude actually gave my family free dinner for our troubles.

Get off the Apps. Get off your couch. Go to the restaurant and eat! If you truly want a good, hot fresh pizza...GO INSIDE! A pizza is never going to be great after being in a car for 20-30 minutes to be delivered. It appears most of these 3 or less stars are from Apps (GrubHub and the like), delivery and to go orders. We went inside, sat down and had good solid service and a great pizza. You just can't beat that first bite or that first slice of fresh out of the oven pizza. Try it, you'll be surprised.

So I just want to say these girls who work here are the sweetest. They had a special going on. I had questions and the girl on the register was very helpful. I got more than I expected for such a great deal. I wanted to wait in my car and they even brought my order out to me. Thank you girls Jeannie and Debbie I think were their names. I appreciate ya'll for being so kind and helpful.

Fresh food, friendly service. There was a bit of a lunch rush when I visited, and only two waitresses unfortunately. Despite the limited staff I was in and out fairly quickly. But be prepared for a little wait.

Nice place for dining in, I just hate that there's televisions everywhere. I come here to enjoy a meal with my family, not watch tv. We can do that at home. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Food is good.

I love pizza hut for their stuffed crust and lunch deals. However I think their wing game has went down hill and the pizza hut in Bonham, Tx is very slow in getting your order made and delivered. It once two 2 and a half hours to get one pizza delivered to me.

The food was good. Pizza, cheese sticks and garlic bread. The salad should have been checked for wilted or old lettuce. The guy was little rude at the beginning.

My son and I visited to get some bread sticks for a snack. They did make the breadsticks fresh, but the marinara sauce in the two containers was basically only halfway filled. There was not enough marinara for 10 breadsticks. They also no longer give you free parmesan packets at that location or even have them on a table in a shaker. I realize this may be due to covid, but there is no way I am buying a $1 for 5 teaspoons of parmesan. I don't even think that would give a medium a good dusting.

Super slow seating and service. Only 3 other people in the store at the time as well. GREAT pizza though and the servers are awesome! Maybe have more people on staff?

I ordered a suprem with NO onions or green peppers and it was on it. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I got home (20 miles away) I called to complain but no manager was available and no call back today. Very disappointing 😞

The good stuff: 1. Pizza is great here! I love we can customize a pizza as how we want before hand. 2. Prices are super reasonable 3. You can save time and order online! 4. There's usually not a waiting line (maybe the max I've ever seen from all my times going there was 3 or 4 people in front of me). The not so good stuff: 1. If you're coming in to dine, get ready to wait a lot! 2. Sometimes customer service is not that great. Once I had to wait a long time to get my preordered pizza and there was not an apology or anything. Hopefully other people have better experiences. This is just ours after visiting several times!

This is one of the last of its kind, a relic struggling to survive in a world of drive-thru & delivery. With tables and chairs, booths and TV's, it's a shame that it holds more memories than seated customers these days. The service is service, nothing to brag or complain about, which in itself, I consider a win. The atmosphere always seems optimistic, as if it's expecting to host its local baseball team's most recent victory. The food is consistent with management quick to right any wrongs. The only thing missing is the crowd.

Very good food and usually fast. Wait staff is usual high school aged kids, which is understandable, but sometimes you don't get the service you'd like, simply because of lack of customer service. Also there were a couple of times i placed carryout orders and arrived 15 minutes later to find they hadn't even started making my pizza. If not for this, 5 stars.

Have always loved Pizza Hut and this one in Bonham is pretty good they are a little tight with the toppings. I wish they would bring back the $11:00 anyway you want it large pizza that was great anyway best pizza I know of in Bonham that delivers although delivery fees are so high I usually just pick it up. Also be sure to check for your special instructions and extras like extra marinara etc.

I ordered through the app and upon arriving at your restaurant, I learned that you don’t make the pizza that I ordered right now. so had to order another pizza and wait. It took 30 mins.

Great food, but they charge me 79.00 for 2 pizzas and 4 drinks!!!! Ticket was $24.62, I added a tip which made it $ 27.62. they charge me $24.62. And 27.62. And another 27.62! Now they reembursed me the 24.62, but still to this day, 6 days later they have not reembursed me the other $ 27.62. Very upset!!

The manager on duty was correcting her employee in front of the customers. I feel that was extremely unprofessional. I like the food and have not had bad service before now but to see that tonight is a big turn off to do business with the Bonham location again

Had a great date night with my husband last Friday. Our server McKenzie was very helpful and sweet as could be. One of the best dine-in experiences I've had here. I would rate this place higher but today when I called to order a carry out order who ever answered the phone was rude and not professional at all. Her phone etiquette left a lot to be desired, and when we picked the order up it was wrong and we had to wait for them to get it right. Next time I call or go up there I will make sure McKenzie is working because she works hard to make the customers happy.

When I first walked in There was a young man at a computer and a man at the spec chart table and a Lady at the cutting table no one acknowledged me for few minutes then the young man walked through the kitchen and told the young lady that she had a table she said thank you and said I need to get someone to help this lady so she want have to wsit.Although i appreciated that. these young people need Training PROPER TRAININGI have heard so many bad things about Pizza Hut in Bonham but we never gave up on them but when you Drive 15 miles to get a pizza and come home and its wrong I dont Know anymore.

Delivery took over an hour pizza was barely warm. The box was soggy on top smashing into the pizza from them leaving our bottle of soda on it during delivery. I would suggest Dominos at least they get the pizza delivered quickly.

Ordered two pizzas online, came to pick them up and went home. Began eating and there was hair in my pizza. I called to tell the manager, but she sounded so hateful and didn't even give me the same amount that I spent on the two pizzas THAT HAD HAIR IN THEM. I would just give this restaurant one star, but some of the staff is really nice. I have not ate there since then and will not go. I recommend juba's or dominoes.

Same experience like always but worse when I was at this location a very long time ago when it was remodeled. Service was slow. Took an hour to get my pasta order because the cook didn't put it in the oven. Pizza Hut dine in has really went downhill.

went w friends who ordered pizza, I ordered pasta... they had to wait 45 minutes for pizza and I had to ask about the pasta at the counter because we couldn't find our waitress. they couldn't find my order being placed. pretty much ruined the experience for me dining in. their delivery service is slower than dominos but the hut has better thin crust. problem w hut delivery is you have to order min $14 for it. for the 2 for $5.99 special it just doesn't work.

The pizza was not as good as I thought it would be. I ordered a large 2 topping stuffed crust pizza with garlic butter crust flavor and the white sauce instead of red because the red sauce gives my husband heartburn. Topped with pepperoni and pineapples. The pizza looked like it was slapped together by a toddler. The toppings were scarce and the bottom crust was chewy but hard at the same time. Overall the pizza sucked. Excuse my language but I was very disappointed.

Never been more disappointed than today. The bread for the sandwich was so burnt and rock hard it was inedible and what happened to meaty marinara pasta? The new one sucks. Why fix it if it's not broken?

We LOVE Pizza Hut, but were disappointed with this particular store. We waited for over 30 minutes to get our pizza and the restaurant was not busy. My husband liked his hand-tossed pizza, but the rest of us had personal pan pizzas and while the sauce was piping hot, the cheese wasn't even all the way melted. Unfortunately, I would not be inclined to eat at this location again.

I honestly like Pizza Hut with the exception of THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. I’ve witnessed first hand them touching everything and then went over to make pizzas with no gloves. That’s not sanitary at all.

This is not the first time I have dined in at this particular PH however, it will most likely be the last! After arriving to an empty, but filthy, dining room at 6:13 pm we sat down and immediately placed our order with the waiter. At 6:50 the waiter came over to tell use that the order somehow “got lost or something- nobody will tell me the real reason it isn’t ready” but that it would be right out. At 7:01 the order arrived. As we got to the register to pay the Asst. Manager helped us and when we commented that we had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza she said “Yeah, sorry. We don’t know what happened.” At that point I asked to speak with the manager - who was about 7 steps away - but he’s was “busy”. That was the last blow in an evening of complete chaos in a building with 6 worker, many empty tables, and my hubs and myself… take this warning - just don’t do it!!!

Whoever is making pizzas tonight needs to go back to DOMINOES!! There is barely any sauce or cheese on my PEPPERONI pizza. Please do better this is not dominos we actually like pizza.

Have waited more than 40 minutes for someone to take my drink order, let alone my food order. Finally, after roughly 45 minutes, I have placed my order but still don't have anything to drink. Busy place, but not huge, and two tables seated after me and adjacent to mine have already received their drinks 20 minutes ago and the other has already gotten their food.

This location has repeatedly not had orders processed on the app. You get an email with no explanation of why. And when you call the location they tell you wait three hours. Very poor quality customer service

if I could give it a zero I would I placed an order for curbside pick up and my friend got there to pick it up and I hit the I’m here button and waited and waited no one came out with our food then I had to call and the guy on the phone said they don’t do curbside pick up because they’re understaffed like then don’t offer it I won’t eat at Pizza Hut again I thought I would try this Pizza Hut one time and get something different besides Papa John’s but I guess I’ll be going back to Papa John’s from now on don’t offer curbside pick up if you won’t keep to your word on doing curbside pick up.

I've been ordering this location for years and they've gotten my order wrong so many times. The last time they messed up my order, I was given a $20 credit but the cashier said it wasn't credited to my account. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza, with extra marinara from their website, the total was $8.56 after tax. I gave her the slip that was given me with the credit information on it and she said her manager said to apply the credit this time only. I didn't think it was right but I accepted it. Then a employee named Deb came over and asked what was wrong. The cashier told her and Deb said to credit the remaining $6 to my account. I asked how was the remaining credit balance $6 because my pizza was only $8.56. The cashier said because she had to ring it in a different way, the total will be $13.99. I was never notified of a price change until then. I was upset and Deb yelled, "You got your pizza for free and we're still offering you credit." At that point, I grabbed my pizza and left. How is that fair? I got home and there was barely any marinara on the pizza. After this, I will be going to Domino's. TERRIBLE LOCATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MANAGEMENT!

I would give ZERO Stars if I could. I used to get pizza at Bonham location all the time. But they give away you $50+ dollar order to the wrong person then try to say it's my fault. Managers are rude and incompetent.

Ordered our drinks and never received them. We ordered our food and they weren’t even making it. Another group walked in and got everything right away. Never will I order or go back to that place again. If I didn’t have to give stars I would give them non!!! Don’t go or order from them!!!!

This location has horrible FOOD other than pizza for dine in! I took 1 bite of THE WORST chicken sandwich ever! I'm very thankful I didn't get food poisoning! We ordered a large pan to go, and when we got the pizza to the house and opened the box, it looked very small. I got one of my rulers and measured the pizza. It was 12" (twelve inches)... I called the store and asked what size is a medium and the girl confirmed, the 12" is a medium pizza. I told her about our pizza and she was adamant about it being a large even though it was only 12". VERY disappointed.

Went last night 2 people in restaurant ordered deep dish pepperoni and mushroom after 25 min wait, the lady called me a said here u go went outside decided to look, LG THIN pizza! Have tried and tried to give this location a chance. This is the third time I have been burned as a customer. No more. Called in for the "contact-less" delivery on website. Wife arrived, and after using the app to say she was there. No one came out. I called in and they said they aren't doing that. I said, ok, maybe you shouldn't have that posted on the site. I was very nice about all this. No point in getting heated about something that employees/management decide they are not going to do. It is easy for me to not do business with the establishment. Wife waited inside for several minutes before being helped to pick it up after she waited in the car initially for the false advertisement of contactless delivery. It's always something and unfortunately, my family and others have had enough.

Actually 0 stars. On April 25th I ordered a pizza and cookie online at 6:05 pm. It didn't come after a few hrs. I called, and the asst mgr stated she would give me 20$ credit and get it to me right away. At 8:45 I called and cancelled. They had the audacity or carelessness to charge me anyway. I hate that now I have to take the time to dispute the charge. I will never be doing any orders there. I would have picked it up if they had just told me there were issues. I guess it felt worse when the asst mgr offered to make pizza herself and run it to me. And then didn't.

Worst food ever!🤮 When I was eating the pizza I bit into something hard. Idk what. On top of that it tasted funny. I have eaten there many times before and it tasted fine. The person who I talked to about our food being wrong and our forgotten Dr pepper said "I can give you your drink but if the food is wrong I can't help you" I won't ever eat there again even though we got food and Dr pepper the food was nasty. The table service was fine, but the pizza was the worst ever! Cold and over cooked...they were not busy ...When we told the girl at check out she informed us it was because it was thin crust...What? She didn't offer a discount...at all. I have been eating at Pizza hut for 30 years, every type of crust has been on my plate. It was so bad I left it on the table, instead of taking home. Not going to Bonham Pizza Hut again!

10 minutes to get service, another 10 to get drinks, another 20 minutes to get 3 personal pans with an order of cinnamon sticks, which cinnamon sticks were forgotten. Then server tried to overcharge. Waited for the cinnamon sticks, finally server said he had to make them and it would be another few minutes. Waited some more, finally asked just to make them to go. Left, opened up the box to eat one and was like biting into leather. Got home all 3 of us were sick with stomach cramps. This Hut used to be good...not anymore!

It was awful or worse than that.I called for a philly cheese pizza. A large Canada Bacon with blk olive. And a Cookie. I got a pizza with tomatoes I ask for Alfredo. They seriously did not get it right. For 30$ . I will be calling the inspector there was a roach in my pizza . the kid working called me back and said if I played the difference they'd make it right. Ain't no way in hell. This is the worst. And everyone should pay attention to how ur treated plus what is in you're pizza. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes. We had to throw it away. Phoned in an order to pick up on Sunday evening, June 6, 2021. Charge was for $19.73, including tax.I used a bank card for payment. When the charge appeared on my bank account it was for $24.73 - an additional $5.00. I went to the restaurant and spoke with Nick, the Manager on Duty at the time, and explained the situation. Nick located the charge ticket I had signed when I picked up the order. On the signed ticket was $5.00 written in as a tip. I did not add a tip, and it was very obvious that the ink of my signature was completely different from the ink used to write in the tip amount - I use my own pen to sign receipts, not the pens offered at the merchants, not to even mention that the writing was not mine! Nick, appearing not to be too concerned, said it looked the same to him, even though my copy of the receipt did not have the tip amount. Essentially, Nick was telling me that I was lying about $5.00! The register clerk that checked me out was a young man named Jamari - his name appears on both copies of the receipt. I assured Nick that #1: the $5.00 wasn't really the big issue here, #2: that someone working in that location was a thief - possibly Jamari, possibly someone else - which would mean that whomever it was is doing it as a regular habit, and #3: the pizza I purchased on June 6 was the last item I would purchase from the Bonham, TX Pizza Hut. Watch out for these people! I've traveled over the US for 20 years and I used to mark out the tip line if I wasn't using it, but I decided that was possibly insulting to the staff, which is not the intention. However, I will return to that practice in the future - screw the cry babies if their feelings get hurt! I've been buying products at this Pizza Hut for 10 years, but no more!

The door dash system sucks. I placed my order at 3:30pm it showed it was picked up for delivery at 3:53. Spoke to the driver at 4:43 and still haven't received my order at 5:00. My order has been out for delivery for over an hour. That's a lot of time for a town you could drive on every street twice in an hour

Well we got there and they had 3 dirty tables that still hadn't been cleaned up by the time we left (we were there for an hour). The server constantly forgot to get our stuff countless times and gave us attitude about it. We had to get our own plates and silverware. And many other things. Will never eat here again. If I could give a negative star rating I would. I don't ever rate things but this was the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

Well where to start... First it was very hot in the store and smelled like a wet dog. Flies are every where and there was one stuck in the parm. cheese on the table. The pizza took 35 minutes before we could even eat. It was not busy there was only three tables occupied. They never came out to fill the drinks. The worst place to eat ever. I gave it a single star because the was no option for no stars!

They are the worst Pizza hut ever , actually the worst food chain store i have ever dealt with. Dont order anything other than pep pizza or it will be wrong , and good luck with the remake beimg any more accurate. Customer service sucks and do expect to be treated like you are lying as well.the wait time is so long in store when picking up your carry out with no acknowledgement of your presence. Dont bother leaving a comment or sharing your your experience with the corporate office because they too could care less after they have your money. Online ordering is deceiving and not user friendly with no price as you go kind of thing. Takes way too long from start to finish and not worth the headache just for a Tuesday night pizza. Made a order for curbside pick up, even gave a tip. Once I arrived and called to let them know I was the only one in the parking lot, I was told the curbside is no longer available and was asked to come in and get my order. I explained I wanted to retract the tip as the service was not provided. The young lady explained to me she could not refund anything but could retrieve the manager who was sitting in his car smoking. All I wanted to do was leave with my order so I could eat dinner at home. Never again😕

I walked in and walked up yo the counter to order my pizza. I was met by a young gal and a slightly older male who literally stared at me instead of asking if they could help me or would I like to order something. Not even a hello, or "Welcome to Pizza Hut"....nothing. They did take my order and made my pizza. There are many other pizza choices, pick one of the others!

The outside needs to be powerwashed. Young adults hanging out and being obnoxiously loud is a big turn off. Food is ok for a chain restaurant. Service is good but prices are higher than a cats back. $4 and some change for a 2 liter Dr. Pepper is highway robbery. I know for a fact you get them for 1.50 from Dr. Pepper/Snapple.

Called at 6:30 to order. Called back at 745 and was told they were out for delivery. Manager did not apologize or show any kind of concern with us waiting so long. Delivery driver showed up at 8:26. Informed them I would not be paying for it and did not want it. She was very apologetic. My wife called while the delivery driver was talking to me and the same manager did not apologize or anything for food being 2 hours late. I then called because I was upset for no apology. The acted as though there was nothing wrong. Said “I’m sorry again”. I informed him he couldn’t be due to never being sorry to begin with. This place is a joke. Don’t do it.

Order two pepperoni pizzas carry out and when I got them home neither one had sauce on them nor were they cut. I would understand if they got a complicated order wrong but there’s only three ingredients sauce cheese and pepperoni. It seems like no one there cares about anything. They did offer me an in store credit but I don’t even have enough faith in them to go there again and use it.

ordered online. got my pizza and my pizza was basically folded over and the forgot my hut favorite. i called just to let them know what was wrong, not even wanting a remake and the manager was very rude. she insured her driver was the best and that there is no way she could've done that to my pizza. instead of saying sorry and trying to fix the issue she turned the conversation sour. will never give pizza hut another cent of my money.

Poor service. Waitress never refilled our glass, we had to ask a different waiter for help and he was great. We ordered two pizzas and they came out almost 20 minutes apart. Ordered dessert and it was served in a to-go container like we weren't allowed to eat it at the restaurant. Dining in is a bad option.

Stopped ordering from here when I lived here. Visiting my parents and my 70 year old dad has been waiting on a pizza that was suppose to be ready over 60 minutes ago. They are rude, they don’t care, nothing has changed. I’m about to leave my Mom at home and go relieve my Dad there. I knew it would be better and faster to just go to Brookshire’s and make a pizza. I wish I was being sarcastic. If this is a franchise location someone from the Pizza Hut Corporate Office needs to come and visit this location. It needs serious training and accountability or closed. Such a waste of money for the community.

Food ordered for delivery. Driver didn’t have complete order after waiting over an hour for delivery. Driver stated they were the only person driving. Driver left to get item left and took another 30 minutes with no return. Called the store requesting a refund. No refund or adjustment made. Food was also not made correct. Paid for extra and didn’t provide.

Went in person today and there was only 1 server taking care of the clients who actually wanted a restaurant experience. We were told to take a seat and they would be right with us. After 30 minutes I went to the front and asked if it would be better to order online since they were obviously prioritizing online orders. I was told to “do whatever I want.” Had it just been me, I would have left immediately. But my mother-in-law (who lives in an assisted living facility really wanted the pizza. So I went back to the table and ordered online, then waited 15 minutes and went to get it at the front. This is a management issue. They obviously aren’t paying enough of a wage to get decent (and enough) help.

I would leave zero stars, if I could. Again like the other reviews said the lady on the phone can not be wrong at all. It's either her way or nothing. Said my card was declined, called Domino's and by God the machine works there. Magically, will not go to this location again, even if it was the last pizza place in town. Just because of the manager working at this precise location. Would rather drive an hour out of my way to avoid this specific location.

If I could leave a zero I would!! Because the order had to get handed off to another person and the stupid person coumd not hear me on the line they pushed the call at 11 pm and said as we were concluding the order that they could not do the order!! Terrible customer service!! We were coming through flooded roads and grateful just to have made it to the hotel!! 4 hungry kids and then to put up with their crap!! Reafirms why I dont go to Pizza Hut!! Dominos I guess all the way!! They are open til 1 am!!

I ordered a pizza from the best western was charged for it, manager from Pizza Hut didn’t even attempt to make it right, it was never delivered 30$ down the drain. Delivery driver was tipped as well.

Dishonest and scamming. I stopped using them years ago because you'd always have something missing from your order and if you live outside of town, it's our of your pocket to drive back to Bonham to get what you paid for in the first place. I stupidly decided to give them another chance. I'm 2 weeks out of surgery and can't drive so I asked family to pick up the order. Once again Pizza Hut staff didn't pay attention when getting the order together and forgot the 4-pack of drinks. Instead of refunding what they owe you, they will either have you drive to the store or they will keep your money as a credit. Seems like an illegal practice when the customer is asking for a refund of what they didn't receive.

Love and learn I guess, I ordered 3 pizzas for the church tonight they rang them up , $45.45 for 3 pizzas ( and a 20 oz. Pepsi) so even though it was high ,I STILL tipped the guy 18% because let's face it,all he did was input it into the cash register, nothing more. I ho to pick up the pizzas and ask for grated parmesan and red pepper packets " they're a dollar a piece" says the young lady behind the counter. I told her I just spent Almost 50.00 " yeah, sorry I don't make the prices!" Last time I'll ever go to pizza hut in Bonham TX

Horrible experience. This place clearly doesn’t have their operations together. We placed an online order for delivery with no issues—paid the $6.99 delivery fee and included a $13 tip, with an additional $10 tip planned if everything arrived correctly. Later, we were called and told they don’t deliver to our address, even though we are within city limits and less than 10 minutes from the store. When we went to pick up the order ourselves, they made us rerun our card and claimed it was declined, despite there being more than enough funds available. This appeared to be due to their system or multiple charges and chargebacks on their end. Throughout the entire situation, staff were rude and took no accountability for the inconvenience they caused. To make matters worse, the food quality was disappointing. The pasta and cheese bread were both overcooked, and the pineapple pizza was ordered with extra pineapple, but it definitely did not look like it had extra at all.

Ordered online. Get here to pick it up and the pizzas are not correct . So instead of just offering to remake them the "manager" tried to argue with me about it.. ma'am.... Your telling me these hand tossed pissas are thin crust?? And then the thin crust you actually made that still had the wrong toppings was a hand tossed... Do better guys.

WOULD NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE AGAIN. On my first order they did not give me some of my food I ordered. I called them and they said they could only give store credit and that was it. I ordered from them again a month and a half later and wanted to use the store credit. The manager was rude and then told me the store credit only last a month and it can’t last forever. Nothing was said when they first gave me the store credit about it only lasting a month. Terrible service here and they took my 20 bucks.
