Went at almost 1am, no other cars in line and I felt it took too long to receive my order. The curly fries weren't that good and the burger I ordered was so-so. It seemed like it was made good, I just wasn't wowed. I've had better experiences in the past at a different location.

Terrible service. You ask for something and they ignore you. You're in line and no one helps you. The restaurant is in season. I asked them if they could turn up the heat, but they said no.

This restaurant treats its customers with shocking disrespect. I witnessed an elderly person being verbally berated simply because she didn’t know how to open the bathroom door—an incident made even more disturbing by the fact that the person doing the yelling claimed to be the manager. To make matters worse, there was a hair in my food, but I was too afraid to speak up for fear of receiving similar treatment. Both the customer service and the food quality were absolutely unacceptable.

When you go there twice in one month and each time two weeks apart they make a mistake on your order. They want me to keep coming back so they canfix it , I talked to the manager and I told him Im tired of having to keep coming back . Im pregnant and on my lunch break . I had to throw half my food out and still end up hungry due to these repeated mistakes. He said "I dont know what to tell you" I would hope as a manager you get better training then saying those words. Because I can think alot of other things. Like I will address why these mistakes keep happening SOMETHING ELSE, anything but saying " IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU ".

When I was a kid, I remembered getting the Bonus Jack. It was the best burger. This is nothing like I remembered, and it came with Jacks Secret Sauce. This Bonus Jack was very sad. It came with a light tasting bbq sauce, NOT JACKS SECRET SAUCE, as stated on the website app. What a waste of money I also ordered the Halfsie which is suppose to be 50/50 fries and curly fries, more like 90 percent fries and 10 percent curly fries, again what a waste of money, and why did I not complain... it was a too go order, and it was not worth driving back, so the best thing to do is post it on the website. Overall Rating: One * Star

Driving up and receiving my order was great, everything was efficient and fast. However, when I opened my food the items, my loaded bfast sandwich was dry, almost over done. The french toast sticks were over done and greasy, the Ult. Bfast Sandwich had no cheese even though I got extra, and I received a mocha latte rather than my vanilla sweet cream coffee. Other than that the drive thru operator was great.

After 15 years of excellent customer service we had a bad customer service experience , We placed an online order right before pulling up, allowing me to browse the menu while I wait in line, never has it been a problem and I get my points and it avoids anyone getting my payment information. I was attended by Blanca who seemed annoyed from the start by my order. I was asked to park on the side since because the order had just been placed , when I asked what different it made if my order was online or in person I was rudely told she couldn’t snap her fingers and have my food ready. I hope corporate can re train Blanca to handle customers, I immediately felt uncomfortable and cancelled my order fearing tampering to my food. Drove 4 minutes to the next Jack in the Box and had no problems.

If planning to get a food from here early in the morning as soon as they open, please don’t do it. Base on my experienced, they don’t open during business hours as they promised. I ordered using the app and I showed up at 4:42am to pick up my order and the store was still closed. I saw 2 employees inside hiding in the dark not working. One was laying down and the other one was on his phone. So I ended up not getting my food.

I found pubic hair in my young children's food and was given a major attitude by the manager when I asked for a refund. Horrible service and horrible food.
