This ia a must visit place, people there are really friendly and very professional. They are keeping the place very clean and always providing a very good service. Food is great and prices are very affordable. You can call to order and just go pick up your food for fast service. Than you to all panda express workers for your good job.

I used to be hungry and overweight, then this Panda came along, filled me up and got me shredded. No more gym memberships for me, only 5 sets of door rows till failure, followed by 10 sets of open and holds till you cant hold anymore. The door is so heavy legend has it Ronnie Coleman came by and had to scream "lightweight baby." Arnold Schwarzenegger came by and thanked it for getting people fit again. Like I said, i used to be overweight, now my abs have small abs inside them. Once i get done getting my swole on at the entrance, i go in and grab food.

I lived and worked by the Eastlake Panda Express, but I rather drive here to get my chinese food. The other panda express in eastlake has a worker that was very rude, I recommend all my friends and family not to go there. Beside, this panda express is clean, fast, and employees are curteous.

I lived and worked by the Eastlake Panda Express, but I rather drive here to get my chinese food. The other panda express in eastlake has a worker that was very rude, I recommend all my friends and family not to go there. Beside, this panda express is clean, fast, and employees are curteous.

It was good but a lot of gluten (which most people are actually electric to but don't know it. For example if you stop eating gluten and start again then you might notice your stomach to hurt or maybe it's just harder for you to think or at attention. I personally think that we should stop eating gluten so that we can at least see if gluten is keeping us from working at our true potential.) Also in the soda there was high fructose corn syrup (you can't really blame them for having them in the drinks cuz they just bout the coke and sprite and other sodas..)(high fructose corn syrup is actually in most American sodas/snacks and takes away ur ability to be able to tell when ur full and when ur hungry. Basically it makes it so that you just keep eating and eating even if ur full. Because you just can't tell if you're at hungry or full.)

4 stars because the food was fresh and hot. But why is it they seem like they're always short staffed at peak times. The line was practically out the door.

Great service, clean environment. Only thing to really improve is the amount of food they have pre-made: during peak hours, they tend to run out of popular items fairly quickly.

Good food, but ALWAYS late on online orders. I order well ahead of when I need it, and I ALWAYS stand there for 20-30 minutes waiting. Why bother ordering ahead??

You guys need to update your hours. I was there at 7:50pm and the doors were locked. And the employees inside with their head down, not even too say we are closed early or anything.

We had an Urber deliveryone night for 5 people. They only delivered 3 plates. We tried contacting Urber to let the driver know. NOBODY COULD HELP US! I WAS A LITTLE UPSET. WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR ALL DINNERS, THEY Would not make any attempt to do so. So we contacted the Bonita Rd. Panda Express and they were very understanding and set up our whole order, but we just had to pick up. Done. We will give them another chance. Uber has not refunded out two meals that were not delivered. There fix was call us tomorrow. Doesn't say much about UBER.

The food tastes good but the service is par. They are stingy in the portions and give you little greens. Other pandas are better. I am going to go to another panda off the 125 next time and try that one

How are you going to give me teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki, even after I asked for some. Also, why all the workers always looked stressed out. You can cut the tension in the room with a knife.

Good food a variety of items. Have new items know and then the only thing I don't like when they have a new item cost. More than it goes down or they take it off the menu.

Fried rice was not all the way cooked, hard pieces. Iordered chickenbreast with green beans, gave me mostly onions 3 pieces of chicken. Beef broccoli had four pieces beef. I was charged for pepper chicken did not ordered it. Noticed after I was already home. Disappointing, will not return.

First off I ordered on the phone and they sent my order to the wrong store, next they had me stay In line a second time to reorder my food, last They told me they had a shortage of teriyaki sauce on the side unless I ordered teriyaki chicken I would not have had a problem paying for the extra but you would think that after they made a mistake with my order they would have allowed me to get extra sauce great Customer service Panda Espress..

What a disappointment. Arrived 35 mins before closing time and they only had 2.5 entree options. No teriyaki chicken, no Kung pap chicken and many more. Asked if they could make some and they said NO! Last time going there. Why even stay open if you don’t have any food.

I ordered $20.00 dollars meal, and expect the family meal should be enough for 3-4 persons. They did not used the quart size containers, instead they were using the bowl size containers, and filled them to 3/4 full. The whole meal just barely enough for 2 persons. The $20.00 is not worthy it. I heard this franchise in Bonita had bad reviews, and I am willing to drive a little longer distance and tried a different Panda Express franchise.

For the pass year the service was slowly going down but yesterday I've never seen so many customers so mad at them when I brought the food home the noodles were not cooked and the teriyaki chicken was not cooked lucky my 93 year old mother threw it in the trash so no one would get sick. Hope no one got sick.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki and rice, the food was bland and the chicken tasted weird so I stopped eating it after a few bites and a few hours later i caught a stomach bug and ended up having to vomit.. i thought everything was fine but I kept waking up in the middle of the night to continue to vomit everything. It's not worth the trouble and health at all.

I had an online order and when I arrived and they made me wait close to 40 minutes with a terrible service. The lady who was in charge of picking up kept giving me attitude and would constantly forget that I was there. My order was then given to me after another attendant approached me. I would not recommend it. And when I got home, The food was mixed up and misplaced.

Last time I was there the worker was telling me to pay to the other cashier when a senior man was paying there. & I had to tell the worker in spanish that I can't move the customer that the cashier has to wait for him to finish the cashier was like hurrying people up. It was a Filipino lady. That to me was a bad customer service. Hurrying people up to pay.

This is for the Panda Express at Otay Ranch mall. We go to others in the area. This is the worst. They take it for granted that ppl go anyways. So for being in a good mall, this Panda Express is filthy, bathroom , floor, tables, everywhere. The soda n ice machine always NoT working. The manager doesn't smile, doesn't do her job of maintain the place and it carries on to the crew. So many empty trays, the food is not fresh, she gives the last of what's in the food holder, so lousy serving . She called to replace last minute. This is at rush dinner hour. The few times we here only coz we had errands at the mall, it was a lousy experience. The owners should talk to this manager.

Walked into this establishment on 11/8 at 8pm to pick up dinner for the family after work. The lady working behind the counter started out very short with an attitude asking what we would like . There was a new shrimp item (chili crispy shrimp) that got my attention but wasn't sure hiw it taste. Asked " could I try that item to the lady behind the counter.she then asked what other items I wanted . I clarified, I do not want it yet because I didn't have any idea how it taste. I was totally unaware that panda express has changed it's policy about trying a new dish. This is when mediocre customers service turned to very poor customer service. So then after letting her know that. She rudely said, it's spicy, very spicy. I politely said I like spicy. She didn't care, because then she stopped talking to me and spoke around me to my wife. That's when I asked her if she was the manager, she let me know she was the assistant manager, I asked her name, she said Silvia. I will be calling Corporate. We left and went to Spring valley and had a very pleasant experience.

I got 2 small packets of teriyaki sauce and I asked the young man at the register for 2 more packets an he said No! I told him I would pay for 2 more teriyaki sauce packets and he said No!!!! I was so surprised how rude he was!!! Unbelievable. I asked him? Are you kidding? You are being so rude about 2 packets of teriyaki sauce??? He said I’m just doing my job. I couldn’t believe he was so annoyed about my small request. There was a young lady who tried to help but was as rude as the young man at the register. I couldn’t believe the level of rudeness of those 2 employees over 2 packets of teriyaki sauce. I will Never return to this location and I will also post a Google review about my experience. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The horrible customer service from the manager Stephanie will forever make me never come back to this restaurant again in the plaza, Bonita mall, the “Manager”, Stephanie, did not go out of her way to make me happy. They do not advise me of the no refills on fountain drinks unless it’s a large drink policy, which they do not post anywhere nor verbally tell you when you purchase a regular sized fountain drink (like I should know their policy even though I’ve never eaten there before). Her answer was we haven’t done it in three years and that was that and walked away from me without another word. The food was mediocre but the service was terrible. No customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I left very thirsty and still hungry.
