Kat was the best waitress ever! We went for a birthday brunch and bottomless mimosas and the food was delicious but the service was even better. 10/10 recommend and am totally coming back!! Thank you, Kat ❤️

Loved every second here from the greeting down too the food. Took my fiance out for a valentines celebration. And the drinks were amazing. And served in a very timely manor. The vibe was just amazing and all the staff were very nice and welcoming. For dinner we both ordered a filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Probably the best filet mignon ive eaten will deffianlt be back here to celebrate special occasion

My husband and I were really looking forward to experiencing the Monday vegan dinner that I've read about in the comments here. Unfortunately, they do not offer this anymore (due to the pandemic?). Although we were very sad about that and did not know this, we still got to enjoy a great dining experience with good food and wonderful service. They even prepared a small present due to our anniversary that we were celebrating. Would have loved if they also offer vegan appetizers (in addition to more vegan desserts) on the menu, but they were able to split a vegan salad so that my husband and I could eat that as an appetizer. A famous place with parking and what not. We got a nice section for a group. Hostess was good and a great collection of wine. Meats were done to perfection according to folks on my table. What I loved was the Brussels sprouts and the hummus plate. The latter had some character and some crunch. Pizza was a surprise (my east coast presumptuous behavior that you may not get good pizza anywhere else) and thin crust with toppings were delicious. Carrot cake was well made and garnished. My suggestion is if the restaurant could offer some kind of bread on the house with olive oil. Next thing, when we parked the car, no one was around when we looked around with no signs. But when we were driving out, two valets swooped up on us to tell us that car was about to be towed if we didn’t pay up parking. My question is why would nt we - they could easily find out it would be some customer. We paid and drove out.

I expected more of this restaurant. The best dishes are the appetizers. The tater tots and cinnamon rolls were delicious. Unfortunately, the eggs Benedict were served with hard-boiled eggs instead of runny eggs. The burgers were burned and dry as a bone. Not just one burger but all the burgers in our party (6 burgers) were all burned and unedible. Some us sent the burgers back to the kitchen asking to re-make them medium and not charred. 30 minutes later we got them in the same way. And the waiters did not even bother asking of they got it right this time. Our kids could not eat them and were so hungry (see picture). If the cheff can't cook something as simple as a burger and if they destroy it again after the burgers were sent back to the kitchen, they should not be trusted with anything. I would not go there again.

Jill's is overpriced, overrated and looking tired. Have had their holiday brunch in the past, and tried it again today (Vegan version). Dishes were good quality but bland, with deserts coming in as the best part. We had a reservation, but the hostess tried to seat us in the bar anyway. When I asked for a table in the dining room, the she turned cold, then passed several nice tables set for two and put us in a dark corner with chairs about 3" lower than normal at a normal height table. The atmosphere is dated, worn, and cave like in the "we will teach you ask for different table" nooks we were dumped in. Overall, a disappointing, significant decline from a few years ago and should be avoided if possible.

While staying at the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder , CO. My husband and I decided to try the hotel restaurants Jill’s breakfast . The hostess who sat us was not friendly , didn’t greet us. The initial experience didn’t feel good . It took 15 minutes before a waitress came by our table . When the runner delivered our food I was insulted as he commented on how much we ordered . In addition to bringing out the wrong item . Then had an attitude about bringing out the correct item which was waffle . The waffle was awful and tasted like bad bisque , dense and grainy . The eggs in the eggs Benedict were overcooked . The ham was burnt . The staff were not friendly and seemed to have a bad attitude . This is not a restaurant I would recommend .

Been going here for years and always had a great experience. Not this time. We started out ok with a pleasant hostess seating us. Wait staff seemed responsive at first. We got drinks and appetizers quickly. We put in our order and then things went south. It took an hour and a half before we got our meal. Our primary waiter did not return to the table to check on us. It was the shadowing waitperson who helped figure out what had happened. She contacted the kitchen and our waiter and got our order out. We concluded that our waiter failed to submit our order. He brought our bill and did not mention the issue, did not apologize for the delay acting as though nothing has happened. I explained how his mistake ruined our experience. We had two toddlers with us and so when food finally arrived we had to rush the meal so the parents could leave. I had to ask the waiter to address the issue with his manager. They complimented our coffee and our appetizer. Really not enough to make up for the bad experience. We will not return anytime soon. Maybe if they change management. BTW the food tasted good but my wife ended up in the bathroom immediately after we ate with severe illness that we can only attribute to food poisoning.

I called 01/16 to get a graduation day (05/02) brunch reservation and was told they are not taking reservations yet and to call back. I left a voice mail 02/06 and did not get a call back. I left another voice mail message 02/13. I received a return voice mail 0214. I called them again - now for the fourth time. They are full up and the only way they can accommodate my reservation is at a high top table. I am mobility impaired and cannot sit at a high top table. I heard this place is great. I assume what was meant was the food since the communication, coordination and customer service were non-existent. SO disappointed. I did all the right things.
