I went to La Tolteca yesterday with my wife and service was extremely fast, food was delicious and prices are amazing, I personally have never had such an amazing Michelada at a restaurant, definitely recommend this place, authentic Mexican food. Thank you for everything.

Had a bday dinner with my two sisters and omg it was a great experience. Henry our sever was so kind and polite. Even gave me a free dessert. I high recommend the chori pollo and the food was great and the portions were very filling especially for the price. The 40oz margarita with the Corona in it was very good as will for the price, 15 dollars was well worth it, total was 32 dollars for both of my orders which was a very good price and I'll definitely recommend you to go!

Really great food! My husband and I had the Enchiladas Supremas and the Beef Fajita and they were both great. We were sat and waited on immediately, our server brought out extra chips and salsa for us when he saw we ate most of the ones he initially gave us, and the food came out quickly! The atmosphere is great for casual dining.

Great Mexican food with quick service. Menu is broad and a decent beer selection (and some margaritas and other drinks). Prices are good, and service is fast, efficient, and friendly. They often have big games up on the tvs. One of our favorite local Mexican restaurants.

I LOVE Mexican food. I was worried that moving to this area would mean that I had to settle for less of my favorite foods or subpar options. This is my go to. I have to stop myself from going multiple times a week. My children love it, too. I usually get the burrito Supreme which is amazing! But I've also had their t bone steak and veggies 👌🏽, chorizo chicken, fish tacos, Carne asada, and nachos. Needless to say...it's hard to chose here. Everything was a hit.

One of the best Hispanic restaurants around the area! The food is delicious and the drinks are well priced! We had the Ultimate Toteca, the Arros Tejano and the mango margarita!

We had a great experience in this restaurant. Our server Miguel is superb, he gave us great food recommendations, since it’s our first time here. Food arrived really quickly and he came to check on us from time to time. We’ll come back again. Parking is free and plenty of space, the place is not crowded and great ambiance. Try it out and see for yourself.

Stopped in here for dinner on a Saturday evening. There was a line for pickup-to go meals. We got seated right away, no wait time. The waiter was right there. There got out drink orders and appetizers in right away. The nachos with beef were ok. It gave me taco bell flavor. I was just average, nothing special. The faheatas were good it was all cooked fresh and was good. The shrimp tacos were very good. The shrimp was cooked right. The fried ice cream was great and was a perfect sweet treat after a spicy meal. Have not been here in a long time would will be back. I would give them 8 out of 10 stars.

Full transparency... I am leaving three stars because I’ve been going here on and off for 2 years and have never had any issue. Dining in is great due to quick cook time and great service. Although this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered the vegetarian meal #7 and asked for extra onions, as I’ve done in the past. When I arrive I grab my food and in the bag is a container of raw white onions. I alert the front host/cashier of the mishap (not wanting it to be recooked at this moment because I’m tired and it’s not a big deal to me). Instead of an apology for the confusion, the host tells me that I should specify that I wanted them grilled and in the meal. I’m sorry but in what world does that make any ounce of sense? If I asked for extra chicken, are you going to wrap up a raw slice of chicken breast for me? I was stunned and highly disappointed by his response. I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth with the gentleman and look like the “angry guy” over the onions and went about my way. But I regret it. I should’ve been the angry guy because I get home and get into the meal to find that there are no onions at all in the meal. I ask for extra and get a tub of raw onions. Bring back the sweet lady with the short hair and glasses because she’s a lot more better for a customer facing position.

I know my review may counter that of others who ate here before, here is the real deal, I know Mexican food like the palm of my hand. I ordered the mole, and asked the person if it was good, they said they were not sure, that should have been my queue, needless to say, disappointing, taste like it was made from a can as it was soupy (consistency should be ticker ) flavorless and the service was also lacking, the server did not returned to offer water or sweet tea refill, and his service was mediocre, the place looks old and needing an overhaul, however people flock to it as it is one of the few restaurants in the area. To be fair, my friends food was better, he got the shrimp on the image. I also realize that the locals have given great reviews, and that is fine and well intended, however to get a place to improve we cannot operate only on grace without pointing the need for improvement.

To others this place may be their 5 star joint but not for me. Their steak was improperly advertised as coming with rice, their steak quesadilla was actually a taco size quesadilla, my tacos were over seasoned (though good) with too much cilantro and the onions weren't caramelized (just raw), their hot dipping was nice and spicy but needed more flavor, my wife's steak lacked flavor. My child's plate was very good.
