I drove through so atmosphere was not applicable. I always like a an original Arby's sandwich. And... they got the order right! Doesn't always happen at drive throughs.

Cleanest Arby's I have ever been to, so much so that I felt the need to thank the staff personally for such a pleasant dine-in experience. Roast Beef sandwich was great; only regret was not ordering a full meal with fries and a drink because I didn't need much to eat. Will be back!

This is the little franchise that could..! In this midst of the worst staff shortage, the manager and service staff are fast, friendly, and intentional about still delivering outstanding service. They have reduced their service to Drive-thru only, lately, but STILL getting it right every time. They may not be able to do it at full strength these days, but they are doing it well. They deserve your business.

Much better than your average fast food. Quality sandwiches at a very reasonable price. The dining room is large and pleasantly appointed. Don't merely utilize the drive thru and eat in your car. Go inside and relax. They even have all different kinds of sauces you can try at the self service counter. Location on Imperial Hwy. is close to all kinds of shopping too.

Today was the first time I've ever had Arby's. I had heard it was good quality due to the low demand compared to other fast food restaurants. It made sense but I just never ate there because, who eats Arby's right??? My wife saw something about how the meat is made and she said it looked good, so I said we're trying it today. Let's just say I found a new fast food spot. I stopped eating at many fast food places just cuz I regret it after I eat it. This place was goooood. The brisket sandwich with the Horsey sauce, mmmmmmm.

Went through drive through about 15 min ago. I messed up my order and had to fix it at the window. The guy working the window said, "No problem, let me get that for you sir." I was also dealing with an energetic puppy in the passenger seat at the time requiring him to wait on me during a few of the transactions. Nothing but patience from the employee. I appreciate that and it really is uncommon.

The guy at the drive through window is always so kind and helpful. When he wishes you a good day and thanks you for coming it really seems like he genuinely means it. That's so rare these days. Most places the people act like you're bothering them.

I just love arbys...the food. Sadly we can't enjoy our food properly sitting at a table after 5pm. It would be 5 stars if we could do that since our car doesn't provide for atmosphere. You also can't see the sale until after you're done ordering from the drive thru, so you lose out on that unless you drive around. Food's good quality though.

Fantastic experience! The restaurant was spotless, with REAL fresh cut flowers in a glass vase in the men's restroom !? Amazing! Had a great turkey sandwich also. The best Arbys I have ever been to by far!☺

The Arby's clasic roast beef burger is my favorest burger in US. The cury french fries are also delicious. Much better than french fries.

Always Excellent service at this location! Also prices seem a bit lower here. The Large Half pound meal was almost $2.50 less than the Arby's in BP. I will now definitely go out of my way to visit here and Enjoy a Excellent ARBY'S Roast Beef Sandwich.

Haven't been to an Arby's for over 10yrs. Saw an advertisement for the $7.99 deal and figured it would be worth a try. I got the Chicken sandwich one and it was so freaking good!! I ended up going back 2 days later for the meal again. This location is clean and quite even if their are a good amount of people. Definitely an older crowd which is nice. Will be coming back.

It was a wonderful place that was constantly busy and the food is always great.

I started eating at Arby’s again as soon as they brought back the potato cakes. I actually stopped going there when they took them off the menu, but now that they are a permanent fixture again, I am back to being a regular customer. I really enjoy their roast beef sandwiches, potato cakes, curly fries, and macaroni and cheese. The food is consistently good every time I visit. I definitely recommend using their app because there are always promo codes and coupons available. I am always looking for ways to save a few dollars, and one of my favorite deals on the app is the buy one get one free sandwich coupon. If you don’t use the app or happen to forget, they always seem to have a sandwich special posted on one of their windows. It is a good idea to check the windows before you head in to order. Every now and then I will order on the app for pickup. You can either go through the drive-through line or just walk in to get your food. The inside of this Arby’s is always super clean and everyone there is very friendly.

Went in on a Saturday evening, so quiet and clean, hardly anyone in the restaurant. I like that though, easy to relax in a very clean environment, even the restroom was clean, that's rare! Food was ok, drink was fine, but the curly fries were on point!

Great fast food option in the Brea Union shopping Plaza. Our cashier Ethan was friendly. Food was made to order. We dine in and enjoy the different sauce options. Three pepper sauce was perfect spice and heat. Clean floors, table, Windows, floors and restroom. Outdoor lot was clean also. Large safe well lit parking lot.

What ever happened to cheap fast food or fast fast food ? Gone are the days of both I'm afraid , and I don't understand it ? There were at least 10 employees working and it still took 20 minutes for our drive thru order ? Well 20 minutes and $42.00 dollars later , this is why they want to raise the minimum wage to $15.00 an hour ?

Brisket sandwich and roast beef jalapeño slider were delicious. Don't like the roast beef sandwhich or the wyagu burger.

Sometimes I need meat, and they have meat. Now the fact that their roast beef glistens the way an oil slick does in the waters off the Alaskan coast is not a deterrent to me. I just cover it with Arby's sauce and I forget that I am probably eating a product that is 75% chemicals to 25% mystery meat. But hey it tastes good, and the chicken cordon bleu is fantastic. Great, now I am hungry.

Way too expensive. I never eat at Arby's unless I have a great coupon but the roast beef sandwiches are always so bomb. For 2 people don't expect to spend less than 10 bucks even with water cups.

I don't know why comedian always hate on Arby's, I've always liked it, I mean, it's not a 5 star restaurant but for fast food it's good.

Swiss chess And french drip is our favorite. But the problem is some of their branches are closed on Sunday and people who go to their drive thru don't realize that they are closed because the sign they have it on very small and unclear. Most of people spend a while waiting to order their food.

The drive thru is open. I really wish they would open the inside for walk up, or dine in. I prefer to go inside to get my food. But, food is always hot, and they will customize your order. I like onion bun for other sandwiches, like the chicken, or reg roast beef, and they have no problem with that.

I went there to try their meat mountain sandwich that I had heard about before. It was packed and big as I heard about. Several different types of meat, turkey,ham,roast beef,bacon. etc...Swiss and American cheese's,dressing also. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is they have two fried chicken strips,instead of a patty or slices. They kept falling out of the sandwich when you bite it. Better to eat them separately. But all in all, it was tasty. It lasted me for two meals. Good deal for $9.

Get the classic roast beef sandwich. It was good. Guy taking order wasn't clear on buy 2for $6. He had to check when it was on the menu in the drive thru. Better training or updates might be helpful.

This Arby's was very clean with plenty of inside seating. Their restrooms even had fresh cut flowers in them. Nice! The quality of their sandwiches was excellent. The fountain drink selection was ok. I wish there were more juice choices to go with the "healthy" market sandwiches.

I went through the drive-thru. Person that gave me my food not real friendly didn't smile and didn't say thank you just handed me my bag. Got a regular Arby's sandwich and it was good. But you'd have to be pretty bad to screw up a chain restaurant menu. So the only difference and a chain restaurant is the service it provides. Did not like the service I received

I feel like giving them 3 stars. But my 7yo grandson like them. No trash cas outside. And a few we cant do this and cant do that. The food was pretty good. And like I said if my super great grand kid likes it... Well that goes a long way.

The Diablo dare chicken sandwich was pretty spicy but not as hot,as claimed. Wagyu burger was pretty good. Needs leaf lettuce instead of shredded.

We ordered from the 3 for $5. Got 9 items total. 2 types of sliders, chicken wraps, crinkle cuts, and curly fries. All really good for fast food. I think their curly fries are the best fast food fries.

They were not very attentive and as much as i like this place the price for what you get is kinda idk not really worth it.. its all sliced meat..amd sauce on basic buns. I could hit rmthe grocery store microwave a pack of lunch meat slather it with thier sauce and pop it on a bun and i would have a large version of what they serve for around half the price double the meat and size etc.. overhead u understand but damn..

I avoid Arbys drive thru as I like to take time checking out the menu, but even though I still order to "take out" when I walk in, I still expect them to put condiments in your "take out" order, but no. They expect you to fill the messey little paper cups and carry them out..I'm finished with Ardy's. Every location has a different set standards but none of them place the customer first.

The food is good the people taking your order not so much. I have 30 mins in a lunch break. So the options can be limited if I don't take my own lunch. I decided to head to Arby's where I spent all my lunch time trying to correct my order that the lady for some reason could not get right. She charged me for someone elses order and tried Givin me my could workers which wasn't even the one I was charged for. I got back to work barely on time no time for lunch and when I finally got to my food it was no longer warm and wasn't even right.

Foods great but the night shift workers are kind of rude and even lazy sometimes. Like don't get mad at me cuz I call you out for being lazy at your fn job, homeboy. I literally just asked you for a straw. Other than that its fine.

Once again we tried this Arby's and were disappointed. The young man workng the drive-thru who was quite rude and harsh. Perhaps he needed a break? Or maybe some lunch? Let's just hope he wasn't the manager setting a bad example.

Good Arbys food 4 stars. Someone needs to empty the trash more often as it was overflowing onto the floor... then do some maintenance at the drink fountain... spills and ice all over the floor. It doesn't take much to make it presentable and clean. I saw lots of workers behind the counter but none out in the dining area.

The food is good, but for some reason the lobby is closed. It's not a huge deal, but even if you order ahead, you have to wait in a very slow drive thru line.

I love their sammiches, but they keep advertising stuff on TV, then I go there like two days later and they be like, "awwwe, that promo just ended". So naturally, I be like, whaaaaaa! So I just say ne'mind then, I go to McDonald's next door. Arby's is definitely better food, but I've got my principles, you know. So that's why I gave em a three star review.

For me depends on who is working the drive thru window. Sometimes they will bundle to make a value meal, other times they are idiots and prices everything separately. Always love the food at Arby's.

Unable to enter and order at the counter we queued up in the drive thru behind a large number of cars. Unfortunately, the queue didn't move for more than 5-minutes so we departed and dined at another restaurant. We will try Arby's another time. Update: Arby's responded to my above review and despite not being at fault for being a popular lunch destination during a pandemic, they listened to my feedback and instituted "steps to rectify the situation for you and other guests". In addition they were kind enough to provide two "Make It Right Cards" with a personal invitation to dine with Arby's again. My wife and I are looking forward to dining with our friends at Arby's very soon. Sure enough, Arby's is fully open and we finally got our chance to walk in. The place was very clean and neat.

Got the half pound roast beef meal. There is not a lot of flavor in the roast beef. Added the arby suace for flavor. Fries are ok. The ketchup in the dispenser tasted old. Great soda!

Dining room is closed couldn't walk in to take my order to go?? Had to walk up to the drive thru window. Where I live everything is open, sit down dining is open in all restaurants. Don't know why this place has the doors locked. I drive a truck so I'm very limited where i can go to eat my lunch. I appreciate the manager allowing my to order and wait in the drive thru.

Meat was very dry and salty. Not so good it's been awhile since I've been there I remember it being so much better.

This Arby's is being remodeled and only the drive thru is open. Seems Ok, until you drive away and discover they didn't give you the ketchup you clearly asked for. Now what do you do, get back in the long drive thru line or walk back to the window dodging cars exiting the drive thru? Yep, I walked back to the window risking my life for sone ketchup. I'm not going back until they re-open and maybe by then I will have forgotten entirely about Arby's.

While disappointed the Dine-In wasn't available, I did the Drive-Through and a scratchy intercom voice spoke. I ordered a Gyro and when I heard more scratchy intercom speaking, I clarified I wanted a Turkey Gyro. I also ordered a Beef 'n Chedder sandwich. At the window I was told the price was $17.42. The man at the window was in his 30's, hispanic, stocky build with a gray shirt. I handed him a $10, $5, and two $1 bills and a Quarter and two Dimes...$17.45. He opened his register and about 20 seconds later held his hand out to show me a Quarter, Dime and a Nickel and said I hadn't paid enough. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I added two Pennies to the $17.40 he said I'd paid. He took the money back to the Register then stuck his hand out again with only the Dime and Nickel and Pennies...saying I had shorted him 25 cents. I firmly reminded him I'd given him a Quarter and he finally said something like.."never mind"..and finished the order. When I got home I found I had TWO Gyros not one. The receipt said I'd given him $18 with 58 cents change due. This employee is either incompetent or trying to cheat customers in my opinion. This Arby's will loose a lot of money because of this employee, because I'm not going back there for a very long time, if ever.

Don’t know what happened to this Arby’s, but the service is less than desirable. I stopped in at the drive thru and asked if there were any specials (as none could be seen) and was told there weren’t any. When I turned the corner there was a window sign for a 2 French Dip sandwich special. Also the meal that I ordered was more expensive than the prices posted at the drive thru sign. I wasn’t in the mood to argue, so I left. I won’t be returning. If we’re paying higher prices, the service should match.

The fish sandwich could use some tartar sauce, the turkey and swiss could use mayo and less ice cold shredded lettuce on a hot sandwich. The turkey taste like a package of .75 cent budding sandwich meat from the dollar store . The place was clean .

Go to another Arby’s!! We spent $21 for the two of us and our Beef and Cheddar had more cheese on the wrapper than on the sandwich (not to mention minimal beef). We asked for a side of cheese and they wanted to “inspect the sandwich”. Really? After we spent $21 on lunch you wanted proof before handing over a 25 cent side of cheese?? Manager named Eduardo didn’t care as it was business as usual for this location. This wasn’t the first time we had issues at this location but it will definitely be the last. Save yourself the headache and find another Arby’s!!

The staff at this location is horrible and the food wasn’t very good. The manager seemed like we were bothering him when it was time for us to order and the overall experience was really bad. PLUS the food is very pricey. NOT WORTH THE TIME. Go to McDonalds any anywhere else... work on the customer service guys

In the last 6 months almost every time I go to the Arby's in Brea the Dining Room is closed. I am not on the run so I prefer to eat inside and relax. I end up taking the business somewhere else.

The dining room was closed due to a staffing shortage and they removed potato cakes from the menu. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru line.

I ate here and got food poisoning! Sick for 4 days. The meat on my beef and cheddar was a weird color- greenish/grayish and I ate it anyway. I should have complained so nobody else gets sick. Also the potato cakes tasted strange- rancid. I've been vomiting and worse (I'll spare the gross details) for 4 days! I will never be able eat arbys again and it was my favorite fast food.

Employee's are rude in the drive thru. Was told that you have to pay for the Arby's sauce packets. I paid for the sauce packets and the receipt lists another item BBQ Dip instead of Arby's sauce. I know this because I called corporate and they said they don't charge for Arby's sauce. Sad to see this location go downhill with rude employees and making up new rules or costs.

I just called this location to ask if my DoorDash order had come into them and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said she is the manager but I don't know any managers who would HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER!!! All I was asking for was extra Au Jus because it's not an option to order that online. She said they charged extra for it, so I told her to add it to my order. She just kept saying "I don't know what to tell you." Guess I won't be trying out this location!!! I live in La Habra but I will drive to Buena Park instead where they actually know how to treat their customers!!!! I am super ticked off right now because this is NOT HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! I just spoke to Buena Park location and was told they get lots of complaints about this location. So do the extra drive and go to Buena Park!!! Don't come to this location in Brea!!!!

I sat for 10min in the drive thru without moving. Finally moved one car and sat another 5min. A drive thru should not take this long. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not come back here again if there is more than one car in front of me. Clearly they can't handle it. No wonder the drive thru line is always so long.

Orange county has been open for weeks, many other restaurants opened dining rooms (at least for pick up to alleviate the drive through traffic) but not these guys, drive-through only, no delivery, no pick up.... Don’t on’t like it? they don’t care!

So much for Fast Food! Once I received my order 15 minutes after ordering my meal it was a mess! Sauce all of the sandwich box and bag and while removing my sandwich from bag it fell on my lap do to box being smashed to hell which caused a mess not only on my clothing but my car was well. Phone store to talk to Manager and Victor Sanchez told me without the sandwich im sol even tho i still have my receipt and it was only ten minutes after leaving the slow drive thru. I will be contacting Arby's Inc.

So I thought I would Aeby's another chance to disappoint me, and they lived up to the dismalness. is it so difficult to post a SIGN on the door the lobby is closed instead of running to pull the doors closed to make sure no one comes in? And do the people who work here even like their jobs? My online order was just tossed at me thru the window. Hey! Maybe I would like some SAUCE with all the money I just spent? Could you even ASK maybe? This Arby's remains as the worst in the country, and obviously "sharing with the team" will do no good as they hate working and working at this Arby's.

Ordered Mozzarella sticks they didn't give the Marinara so I drive back from Placentia and asked for a replacement on the mozzarella since now they are cold and didn't receive a apology over the phone. So she asks me for the receipt which I had and spent almost 35.00 and she says no to the sticks. So I ask her why did u ask for my receipt then. "I just wanted to see it"" she said. " you can just call corporate which I will based on her attitude. Believe her name was Melissa but she had braces!! Not even I am sorry for the inconvenience. 20.00 a hour 2.00 customer service!! Ridiculous!!

Fake advertising, why show a Cheesesteak sandwich and then give you a concoction with something that looks like cheese and square pieces of what looks like steak. So unhappy with our order, but, in their defense, the curly fries were good.

It's hard to give anything other than a 1 star. When you spend almost 10$ for a brisket sandwich and there's 5 pieces of meat it makes me feel like I should be getting way more. It's getting ridiculous how portions are getting smaller and prices are increasing. I just won't go out to places like this any longer.

This Arby’s location has gotten too big for its britches. Post-COVID all they care about is drive-thru business. Dining room is only open from 11-5:00 p.m. Who closes their dining room before dinner? They are sending their customers a message. “Buy your food and then go away. We do not want you here.” Because of this, I will get dinner elsewhere. Terrible customer experience. Don’t give them any evening business. Time for a lesson.

The workers taking your orders in the drive thru are probably the rudest I've ever encountered. I'd suggest management to retrain some of the staff to make the visit mpre pleasant. I'm sure faking your happiness instead of being short to customers would go a long way in any industry, especially within the food/customer service business.

Total 4 sandwich ordered via App and when pick up, Hispanic woman on duty only provided total 4 packs of the horse sauce and nagging she ain’t provide 8 pack like i ordered, gave dirty look as I was being cheap on the sauce 1. People go to Arby’s not only for sandwich but sauce is the heart to sweeten eating experience 2. She should ask HQ to improve the Qty limit that can be placed for to-go order instead of give customer bad attitude 3. Enjoy this 1 star review for her poor customer service

The food is uncooked, they take more than 15 minutes to make your order to not have the food properly cooked. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ARBYS unless you want to get food poisoning.

As a paying customer I Think I should be able to have The roast beef on my sandwich to my liking and cut extra thin if I would like. Every time I ask for my meat cut extra thin this one lady always tells me that the meat is Already sliced so she can’t. It’s always the same lady so I’m guessing she’s just lazy And likes poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.

I was planning to go inside for dining in at 8:40 PM however the store manager Claudia Lazo took my order and stated that they were closing in about 20 minutes and that I should be getting my order for to go instead of dining I understand that this is completely illegal to do and while we were forced by the staff to be waiting for our “to go” order despite that we parked our vehicle and went inside for dining, they also refused services to a family that came in a few minutes before closing completely despite that the “OPEN” sign was clearly lit up. I know and I have worked in a restaurant settings before that this is completely illegal to do I hope that the corporation sees this review and take immediate action

Food was decent, but was completely overshadowed by our treatment with the staff — the manager* was rude to us and rushed when taking our order. The staff is INCREDIBLY racist, as they seems to be rude to Asian customers (my family included), but were incredibly nice to Hispanics. Guess good service requires me to be something my family and I aren't.

Would give zero stars if I could. Melissa is disrespect and egotistical. I got a “YO” on the drive thru speaker and then I had my order ignored five times. Then I get a what? So I go inside and all her employees are super aggressive I don’t get an I’m sorry or anything. Never coming back here again. Disgusting employees. Melissa should be fired she has a horrible attitude.
