Staff were friendly, quick, and attentive. Would love to come back when I’m in the city again. We spent $45 for two people including tip for Waffle with Bacon & Egg, All Day Breakfast Combo, a side of Tater Tots/Hashbrowns, an Americano coffee and a Diet Coke. The eggs that came with the waffle were so good. The scallion garnish was a tasty addition. The bun on the breakfast combo was super soft and brioche-like. It tasted amazing !

This place is a gem. I’m visiting New York. Looking for a place to have lunch and found this DELI Brooklyn Delicatessen Time Square on 2nd West 43rd Street. Highly recommend. The food is amazing. The Hot Pastrami Sandwich is delicious. The Cole slaw excellent and the fries tasty and crispy.

My only regret is not taking peoples’ names because the staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. I was there on holiday so wasn’t sure what was traditional or best and they didn’t hesitate to help me. I was eyeing up their caps and asked if they could sell me one and I was in luck ! Happily rocking their cap in the UK aha. Honestly, all the staff were fabulous. The food was delicious. I got a bacon, egg and cheese and an iced latte. Both were superb. Prices are affordable. I wish I had gone for lunch too as their lunch menu seems insane!!! They sell a delicious cream soda in a can. If you’re into cream soda, I’d DEFFO get it.

Delicious Rueben with pastrami as well as Rueben with corned beef. Plenty of seating; clean; lots of sandwiches, soups, sides, drinks, including alcohol to choose from. A little pricey but not too bad considering the Times Square/Broadway location. Right across the street from Harry Potter at the Lyric Theatre.

An amazing find that you didn’t know you needed to locate. The food is decently priced, the staff is friendly and will completely take care of you during your visit, and the location is perfect if you have just seen a show. My wife and I discovered the Brooklyn Delicatessen after leaving a show and it was such a relaxing and easy experience. During our visit, the chef accidentally made me the wrong sandwich but the staff immediately apologized and corrected my order. That is great service in my opinion.

Pastrami is a solid 7/10, but the real highlight is the service—very friendly and attentive. The place is comfortable, spacious, and clean, making it perfect for relaxing, enjoying a meal, or having a coffee. Also conveniently close to Times Square. A nice spot to unwind

Ordered the Burger, the patty was well done, not medium rare, which was unfortunate since it ended up being a little tough. The fries were slightly overdone as well, so only about half of them were edible. The live show and great service saved the night.

We came to get a nice Jewish pastrami sandwich. We ordered a normal one , which looked really good on the photo on the menu with lots of meat, but what we got had only 1/2 of the meat vs. what was displayed on the menu. Very stingy amount for a Jewish deli. The order when food and drinks were ordered were also inconsistent. Our coffee and tea were brought already after we were finished with lunch. The service however was friendly and food taste was good.

Wonderfully friendly staff! Food was OK. Ordered a Beyond Reuben but there was nothing Reuben about it (very little sauerkraut, no Russian dressing, no Swiss). Soft drinks were watered down. Fries, tots and salad were pretty good. Probably would not visit again but again the staff was great.

Their coffee is probably the best, most pleasingly flavorful, in Times Square. Their coffee, to go, or to stay is $3.81. It is that same price regardless of the size you order. They offer free refills. Their LEMON CAKE slice (pictured) is the best that I have ever had. Eat it slowly and you will get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Ironically, their carrot cake slice is the worst that I have ever had. Their oatmeal was watery. When you walk in, you order at the counter. For food items to be eaten there, the person who took your order will bring it over to your table. What you order is the same price with a credit card or cash. The deli is located on West 43rd Street, near the Paramount theater (pictured).
