Ko’llection is a great spot if you’re looking for affordable Korean skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, and more. I even found face masks for just 80 cents. They carry popular brands like Tocobo, Beauty of Joseon, and Axis-Y, plus a good mix of trending products that are way cheaper than what you’d usually see online or in other stores. They also have some snacks like Milk Classic Rice Crackers and Konjac Jelly drinks. It was pretty crowded when I went, but I’ve heard it depends on the time, so going earlier might be better if you want to shop comfortably.

Amazing products and prices for korean skin care brands!!

I love the brand of Ginseng they sell: Korean Red (Panex) Ginseng from Korean Ginseng Corp. I find it helpful in fighting fatigue, giving me more mental and physical energy and I find that I get sick less. I buy the extract and make a tea out of it using hot water and nothing else. Oh! And the service was fast and helpful. :)

They've since removed the cafe-sweets portioned of this store so there's no more soft-served ice cream/pastries. The good thing is they have about 6-7 kinds of ginseng extract on tap - hot or cold! Ginseng flavor is not for everyone so it might be too earthy/strong depending on your palette. They have great deals on the supplements sometimes but you'll need to follow the official KGC page to see when those are happening. I usually buy the women's jelly supplement and the extract as gifts. Worth a stop by if you're interested in investing in your health.

It's a really clean and minimalist yet comfortable space. I really loved the consistency of the tiramisu roll cake, especially the cream! The outside is very light/airy and the creme inside is just the right sweet (without overkill and it's the very farthest thing from artificial taste). The staff are super friendly and welcoming! It is rather small, so taking 10+ people group might be rough, but as a group of 6 people - it doesn't feel crowded at all.

I really enjoy getting the soft serve ice cream here. The taro and matcha ice cream is quite a treat. A wonderful combination garnished with a beautiful flower. Go try it, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Well I hope you won't.

This is one of my favorite places to meet people to catch up or to do homework. The staff are very friendly and passionate about suggesting drinks (they will often give you samples). Their ginseng ginger soy latte is amazing as well as the lime, coconut water, ginseng iced tea. Green juices and smoothies are also good. Place is very clean and there's free wifi. Great alternative to a coffee house (although they do serve coffee as well).

밖에서 보면 정관장 홍삼류 파는 곳처럼 보이지만 나름 제대로 된 카페. 건강한(?) 커피와 아이스트림을 파는 곳. 점심 먹은 후 디저트로 인삼라떼와 아이스크림 먹으러 가끔 들린다. 보통 코리아타운 가게에서는 종업원과 한국말 의사소통에 문제가 없는데 유독 이곳은 잘 안되는 곳.

A perfect pick me up if you’re on your moon day, feeling fatigued, or even hungover. They have a selection of gingseng drinks that could be made to order. I got the Ginger gingseng tea and it was pretty strong but it was exactly what my stomach needed that day. They also sell a bunch of gingseng products that you can buy. I bough the energy and immune pack that comes with 10 strips of gingseng shots that you can take daily. It was really warm in the store so we couldn’t stay there for long but I love gingseng and I love anything that is good for my health especially if it’s in the form of a hot drink so I definitely recommend!

Busy but no line outside. Not as cheap as the influencers lead you tonbelic. Some discounted items and maybe it's cheap for the product but most of the decent products are over $10. Do some research before you go so you have an idea of what you might be looking for. But some interesting finds and helpful staff!

Prices are actually affordable and some of them is cheaper than other platforms or stores. However, didn’t find the staffs friendly or professional. Don’t just leave or start restocking when you are literally in middle of conversation.

I confess I had high expectations for this outlet because of TikTok, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE here is extremely poor. They have no product knowledge, they look for items right above you without saying excuses, and they let you wander around without asking if you need help. When I asked two employees on the floor for help on separate occasions, neither of them even looked at me; they just kept doing their recovery routine as if I were bothering them. I had to use my phone to find what I was looking for. Finally, when I got in line at the register, there was only one person ahead of me and three cashiers, two of whom were chatting as if no one was there. A customer cut in front of me, and no one said a word; they just helped her. THESE EMPLOYEES KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The product selection is good, but it's not complete; they're missing many brands and currently popular products. They don't have returns, which I think is perfect since it's skincare and they have testers, but if you make the mistake of buying products without knowing why, the team doesn't help, it's sad; the space is very small for the number of people who frequent it.

This place has been changed, they don’t have nice coffee and desserts anymore. Instead, I got a ginseng coffee for $7.99+tax and surprisingly see they make it with Nespresso capsule, seriously??

my first time here, tried the Ginseng Latte 😝didn’t like it at all. Asked to get something else, she said no. Rude. Tasted like rusty water. then I get a watermelon smoothie, that’s ok. But will never return.

Be careful, this product increased my blood 🩸 pressure & caused severe pain on the right side of my breast, it’s not for everybody. I went to a heart doctor then we discovered my right CHEST PAIN was from taking this product for a month. There is no warning ‼️ on the label & I was ignorant to take it without any precaution & wasted my time on visiting a Cardiologist. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.
