We visited this restaurant for a family gathering, and had a catered meal. The food was really good but it did take kind of a while to come out. The staff was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and we're very quick respond to me I have questions about food allergies, but it could have been a little faster getting the food out for us all. It was all served buffet-style so you got to have all of what you wanted and none of what you didn't, what's the kids really seem to enjoy

A brunch menu that doesn't have coffee??!?! I was not happy about this when I stopped in for brunch today. I was also disappointed that they did not have the two items on the menu I had hoped to try (posole and tamales). I ordered chilaquiles instead. They had a great spicy flavor but my 2 eggs weren't cooked the same. For $20 you can get unlimited drinks for 1.5 hours; the margaritas are large (but tasted like it was a mix)! The service was friendly and leisurely which today, I didn't mind. Dessert options included tres leches cake and churros filled with a mild tasting dulce de leche cream and a side of vanilla ice cream and drizzled chocolate sauce.

A great time to find out out this place is cash only when you get the check! Service was okay. Guacamole is wonderful! 18% tip is already included regardless of party size. I felt like the waiter was waiting for me to leave as I just ordered drinls and appetizers.

Not a good place for people not familiar with the food and culture. The waiter couldn't speak English and we end up ordering something ordinary.

The guacamole is expensive for a small bowl the size of my fist, the food is OK at most but the margaritas are good. The servers are nice and attentive and the atmosphere is nice too. However the gratuity fee makes a reasonable (but still a little pricey) bill, a LOT more expensive which explains why those servers are so nice to you. Honestly this place isn't worth the money, for that I'd go eat at place WORTH that kind of money like a Portuguese Rotisserie Restaurant. All in all. I'd never eat here again even if it was to be the closest restaurant to my house.

I really would like to like this place. The decor is decent. The location is good for people in the upper portion of Inwood. However my experiences here have generally been negative. $17 for a jack and coke - nope! In fact the drink prices are all over the place every time I have visited. Watch out. Food is always decent - good (although not necessarily any better than similar options in the area). Alone 3.5 stars. The failing point for the place called is the service, which has been highly variable (not so great more often than not). Frequent mistakes with orders. Forgotten items. Being openly ignored. Once we were left waiting for our food while the staff were sitting in chairs on Broadway (like it's some kind of beach...) and the remaining waitress was engrossed in her phone for 30 mins. Bartenders are useless for anything but margaritas - and not particularly artful at that even. My basic home points are - go here if you dont want to walk/travel too far from home for a mediocre - decent tasting dinner, with limited drink options, a high potential for bad service, and a pretty good chance they will try and game you on the check.

So so disappointed never get out the house and enjoy a meal with my friends.This place is terrible.. They were understaffed. Service was slow and i should have seen the sign when the employees were eating pizza. The ceviche had no taste and was warm. No flavor at all. The Mojto were terrible. Wow so disappointed. Quesadilla was so small and not taste. Sad that spent money in this place.

Came here last night with some friends. The seating area outside is nice. However, nothing else was a good experience. Ordered tacos with no onions and made it clear to staff multiple times as I placed the order. When the tacos arrived, there was onion all over it. I brought this to the attention of the staff who took the tacos back and in less than 2 minutes brought some back. They still had onions which at this point I removed it myself. The experience here got worse when I ordered a Margarita which came with a long piece of hair in it. Overall the seating area was the only positive experience I had here.

Ugggh, everytime i order from this place THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG, or they take FOREVER to bring my food, and i work on 217, the place is located around 214-215.. This is not Mexican😫 I think i have bad luck with this place, because seeing the Reviews everyone else says is Amazing, but for me is the WORSE PLACE AROUND THE AREA!!!
