Excellent everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Came with big chunks of veggies and the bagel was so flavorful! You also can’t go wrong with a classic bacon egg and cheese. The lady who rung me up was very kind spirited.

So I was looking for some water and a quick bite to eat and we stumbled across this store where I’m from we call this a party store. After entering the store I noticed there was a gentleman cooking real food chicken sandwiches whatever you wanted. I had a chicken sandwich and it was spectacular. my recommendation is stop here. Grab some drinks or whatever and a quick bite to eat or even a meal. It was a great spot. The staff was great. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area.

From the first bite it's easy to realize that this is one of the best delis in all of midtown, if not all of Manhattan. I got the spicy turkey hero with roasted peppers. The cheddar was melted to perfection, the bacon crisp and flavorful, the turkey grilled for an extra crunch and layer of meaty depth. The chipotle mayo is the perfect balance of zing, zang, and spice, and the roasted red peppers added a subtly sweet freshness that only enhanced the sandwich experience. The sandwich wasn't too heavy yet was substantial enough to truly be a beautiful mid-day meal; be sure to take yours across the street to Central Park for a truly joyous and delicious New York moment. I will absolutely be going back! Can't wait to bring my friends here.

Stumbled upon this place while walking in Hell (aka Midtown), and was I in for a treat. Their egg and cheese sandwiches are cooked perfectly, packed with cheese. Add jalapeños if you know what’s up.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Close to Southeast side of Central Park, so stopped in for a quick bite. Friendly service, quick work making my hot steak sandwich, and very fair price (considering where it is especially). Only 2 spots to sit, but eat on the go, you’re in NYC!

This was my corner deli for a little over a year and they have never disappointed. Great stock of groceries, good food, friendly staff, clean location. I dearly miss their service after my move.

Cheap fast friendly and tasty. We were looking at a 45 min wait at sarabeths around the corner. Came here and were drinking good coffee and a delicious egg sandwiches inside of 5 mins. Even a few chairs to sit.

A small, rather inconspicuous little Deli but, oh boy, a hidden gem! I was there to buy water but left with a deliciously made fresh juice (made from fresh fruits & veggies). Their paninis also look top-notch and are not expensive, considering their size and amount of filling. Service was great and very friendly!! Will be a customer from now on... I recommend the place!

For take out, we ordered a couple of cold sandwiches on hoagie: a chicken avocado and club sandwich with roast beef and provolone. Delicious! In addition, the sandwiches, sodas, fruit cup, and potato chips were all reasonably priced(low for NYC). Will visit again!

I dropped by this deli based on the reviews I saw. I was looking for something quick and budget-friendly. I ordered a French mozzarella, and the taste was pretty good. I liked the texture of the tomato, and the flavor of the ingredients in their balanced combination was very enjoyable

Told this guy my ordered 3 times. Still got it wrong. It was an exhausting interaction explaining to him that I just wanted a grilled chicken wrap and he gave me a whole different sandwich.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Halo Deli that left me feeling quite frustrated and taken advantage of. I ordered a meal that ended up costing me $40, which seemed excessively high compared to my previous visits. The way my order was calculated felt completely off, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I had been robbed. To break it down, I had a full avocado in my order, which was charged at $4. However, in the market, a small avocado typically costs around $2. I also ordered two grilled chicken pieces, which should have been about $6 each, and four eggs that could be priced at around $4. This totals to approximately $16, not the $40 I was charged. When I brought this concern to the attention of the owner, I was met with a dismissive attitude. There was a lack of concern for my issue and no willingness to resolve it, which was very disappointing. I expected better customer service, especially since they were supposed to weigh the food and charge accordingly, a practice I have experienced during previous visits. Overall, my experience at Halo Deli was unfair and frustrating. I hope they can improve their pricing transparency and customer service in the future, as I would love to support them again if these issues are addressed.
