Been a regular here for a while, and it’s surprising to see all the reviews. I see everyone’s experience is different. Maybe because I am a regular but everytime I come in I get greeted and all the workers at the store are attentive and remember my orders. The chicken cutlet here are great and so are the grilled cheeses. I love the beef brisket and salmon made for the hot bar. This is my go-to deli and enjoy my daily stops here.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. May be the time of the day. Ordered BLT on white toast and a egg and cheese on a roll. Both were made with no problems and tasted fine. Also ordered 2 coffees. He took the half pot of coffee and dumped it, then made me a fresh pot for me.

I had a great experience at Healthy Choice Gourmet Deli & Pizza. The menu has a wide variety, from fresh deli sandwiches to classic pizza, all made with solid ingredients. Everything tasted satisfying and well-prepared. The service was quick and friendly, and the casual vibe makes it an easy go-to spot for a laid-back meal.

Yes I've been in there plenty of times I've gone there for a cup of coffee and I'm going there for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly lightly toasted and they prepared the way that I like yes the service they're busy most of the time on Saturdays kind of good to probably go around 8:00 it's not so busy but through Monday all the way through Friday it's pretty busy in there so it's kind of hard to you got to always take something

The prices are very reasonable for this city and the food is great! I highly recommend the brisket. The service can be a little slow but the people are friendly and remembered my order! Full five stars

Love this place. Food at the salad bar is consistently good. My go-to is the roast chicken, yellow rice, and grilled veggies. It's always seasoned well. Bagels in the morning are always fresh. The staff is really great as well. They often have a delicious turkey that is perfect with their mashed potatoes.

This was my juice spot during my 5 day stay in NYC. Produce was fresh. My juice was great. It was what I needed to power me up from the long day before. The prices for their juices are good also. The minus 1 star is because of service.

The deli guys make very very good food but juices an smoothies are overpriced. The cashier man is not that kind.

DOES NOT HAVE GLUTEN FREE BREAD ANYMORE

The brisket is great if they have it. Burgers are good, standard deli style. Hot bar is alright but $9.99lb. Keep an eye on the register, if your not paying attention you maybe getting overcharged.

Food isn't great

Poor customer service. Although the young cashier guy was nice, the middle aged man working at food service section had an attitude rudely showing unhappiness and unwillingness to serve me when picking up pizzas. He acted like I bothered him to serve me heating up the pizzas I bought (not begging nor asking for free). He said something angrily and annoyingly in his non-English language which I didn’t understand but his body language was obvious he hated his job. The pizzas tasted good though.

Prices suck and the guy had the nerve to ask me if i had food stamps after I gave him a 20. Very disrespectful

Saw a fly land on a bagel that was on their warming treys as I walked up to place my order. I cancelled my request and bugged out of there.

I then get barked at when I ask if there’s a garbage once I’m done, as apparently I should have known it was hidden behind the counter.

Be wary of these specific cooks, the older gentleman and the one with the snapback. They don’t enjoy customers. And if the order is made wrong, don’t expect a refund (you might as well put a no refund sign on the front door)
