Easily some of the best food I've tried downtown! I got the chicken & lamb over rice combo platter with garlic sauce and hot sauce (which is really smoky and VERY good) and a diet coke. My coworkers have all been trying it - it's soon to take over as everyone's preferred office lunch. And extremely affordable for the amount of food you get. I'll certainly be back!

I am a student at Duquesne just up the street and walk by this place all the time. I decided to finally try them last year and was amazed. I just got it again today and it was just so amazing for only $12 that I had to give these people an awesome review. I got the Lamb and Rice platter and the flavor is just beyond impeccable. The Lamb is to tender and flavorful. The rice is soft and super fragrant. Their sauces are also amazing. I will also say it's an amazingly generous portion for $12!!! I always look for deals around to save money and this place is about to become my weekly staple on the way to the grocery store. Next time I go, I plan to try their desserts as they looked absolutely delicious. The people who work/own it are also always so friendly. I've never had a problem with anyone on the streets there either, as it's right next to the court house and the city county building, so most people are gov't or county workers on those streets!

Food truck was at Stick City and we ordered the lamb over rice and lamb/chicken combo over rice. Phenomenal!! Also had the baklava. Homemade. Not too sweet, was soft (didn't use that Karo syrup junk) just fantastic. Easily one of my favorite food trucks and will be actively looking for them at other events.

I visit this food cart at least once a week to get the combo platter, which includes gyro-style lamb and chicken over a bed of rice and salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and diced cucumbers) with a yogurt or mayonnaise-based sauce and hot sauce drizzled on top. Soooo good, and the vendors are super friendly. For $10, you get a filling, delicious meal that is Downtown Pittsburgh's worthy equivalent to New York City's ubiquitous halal cart chicken/lamb over rice.

A hidden GEM! Don't pass by this food truck. Grab some fresh quick lunch downtown! Very good, fresh, fast and about $10 for lunch.

Excellent food and decent value for money. It's a food truck so kinda hard to comment on atmosphere, and there's nor really anywhere there to eat, but it's about a 5min walk to Mellon square which has tables and seats :)

Got food from the food truck in Sewickley and it was fantastic! Talked to the guys for a bit and they were super friendly and proud of the yummy family recipes. Chicken gyro was AMAZING and everyone kept trying to steal bites. Table had lamb gyros, chicken gyros, and baklava - all top notch. I even got another order to go for tomorrow 😁

My co-worker kept coming here and getting food that smelled absolutely AMAZING, so I just had to go today to try it out for myself! I got the combo platter, and it was delicious! Staff is friendly. Food tastes fresh. Pricing is reasonable. I will be back!

I could smell the irresistible food a block away and couldn't pass up the opportunity. Mohammed was super friendly and great to chat with while the food was being prepared. I had the lamb gyro and it was superb. The meat was so juicy and flavorful. I would highly recommend the lamb gyro if you aren't very adventurous with your food but want to dip your toes in. I don't frequent downtown, but if I ever pass by again, I am for sure going to try more of the menu!
