Great coffee spot near hyatt regency Karina is awesome, try the flat white. We came consecutive days
The sandwiches were really good, perfect honestly. The staff was really pleasant and helpful as well.
Extremely great pickings for breakfast/ brunch with varied hot drinks to make this French coffee house your selection. The support staff is very cordial and humble and would help you with selections if there is confusion. Do try their Panini and hot drink with almond shot.
Visited Zibetto Espresso Bar for a quick, delicious coffee, and I wasn’t disappointed. Their latte was delicious and a perfect start to the day, and my sister’s flat white was also a great choice. I’ll definitely be back next time in the area and need a grab a great coffee.
Zibetto espresso bar has the finest coffee I've ever had! This is a must visit for me every time I am in NYC. Quite different from the third wave sort of American coffee but oh the flavor of macchiato! With so many places to go in New York, it's super easy to go in to decision paralysis but if you're in the area this is the best stop searching :) I wish we had something like this in SoCal where I'm from.

Every time I come to NY, coffee tasting is one my favorite things to do. I heard service wasn't the best in this place but I need to remove that thinking. Yes, it get busy and when I got there, there was only one employee. But he worked very well with the line and getting everything as fast as possible without hurting the quality. And coffee taste was amazing! A+ to this place and their staff.
My goodness. Finally, a cafe that knows what an espresso should taste like. Luckily got to try their espresso when they had a deal for $2, but the usual price is $3.50 according to the menu. Thats a deal in NYC-- epecially when most cafes are getting away with charging $4 or even $5 for lemon juice dyed with brown food coloring. 100% must-try espressos here!!!
Coffees were delicious and well prepared w lots of plant based "milk" options. Pastries and small sandwiches were tasty. Self serve order at counter, but warmed sandwiches were brought to table.
A nice and simple espresso bar with real Italians serving the customers. Wish it had a real bathroom instead of an area to wash your hands.
Best coffee I had in any, very authentic Italian. Like an espresso bar in Italy somewhere. I tried the iced cappuccino a few times and really loved it!
I grabbed the Soppressata Panini from Zibetto Espresso Bar on 48th St. through MealPal and wow, that spicy salami with pesto, arugula, and fontina on artisan bread was seriously satisfying. A gourmet lunch that packed a perfect spicy punch!
Great spot to catch up with colleagues. Standing tables outside are perfect for long chats. Excellent coffee - their iced cappuccino easily beats Starbucks!
Nice authentic Italian coffee from Sicily and good talk with the owner.

The pinnacle for coffee in Manhattan. My wife & I have tried countless coffee shops in Manhattan & we finally found one we will come back to often. The pastries are good & the affogato is delicious.

super cute little shop! We stepped in here by chance, just coming off the subway. We were warmly greeted and welcomed, the two women working were very nice. Not too badly priced for a couple of the best macchiatos and cortado we have ever had. Thank you!
Came in here when NYC had an insane downpour. I had the almond croissant, apricot cookie, and cappuccino. The croissant doesn't taste like a French croissant, it's not buttery, crispy, or has a nice chew to it. It has an interesting texture, not bad tasting. The apricot cookie was yummy, great texture and taste, just a bit too sweet for my taste. As a reference, I think Lady M cakes are too sweet. The cappuccino was good, nice espresso and very light and foamy milk foam. There aren't that many tables and chairs, but overall not bad for a small break!
Amazingly good coffee. They serve traditional Italian drinks, smaller portions than most Americans are used to but strong and delicious without loads of sugar. Staff is super friendly, happy to answer any questions about the drinks. It’s a wonderful place to grab a snack and a latte.
Stumbled upon this place today while visiting and was drawn by the atmosphere and very chill vibe. Great espresso, well crafted. A bit of a limited coffee selection for anyone who isn’t interested in more traditional coffees, as my wife hoped to get vanilla in her drink and they didn’t have that. I enjoyed my macchiato though!

Stumbled upon this place while on vacation. The coffee and price was average but we decided not to order any food after seeing that there were bugs inside the food display by the pastries. The pastries were wrapped in plastic but still kind of weird to see the bugs just crawl around.

One of the girls at the counter was really nice and worked hard and fast. The other chick was just talking to someone that whole time. When I asked her a question she was just acting weird to me like if she wasn't clocked into work….they also have no restrooms…for a coffee shop I would think there would be a restroom for customers 🤷🏽♀️ drinks were good

I had the WORST experience at the this location on 10/23/25. I was in the city for a day of meetings and passing the time before a lunch meeting at Oceana. I had picked up a coffee at Pret and walked into the lobby of 1221 building and saw the Zibetto and walked in to use the restroom. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for the passcode to the restroom and he told me to ask his colleagues at the other end of the counter. I walked over to ask them and OUT OF NOWHERE the manager is yelling at me as she walks over to tell me the bathroom is only for customers. I was very taken aback. I understand that might be the policy but I was clearly dressed in professional attire and was very polite in asking to use the restroom. I told her that her behavior was uncalled for and unwarranted and she did not need to come yelling at me from across the store. She did not apologize or seem remorseful even after I purchased an espresso and then asked again for the code to the bathroom. Her attempt to embarrass me only embarrassed her, even her colleagues apologized feeling her behavior was uncalled for. To management, I understand you have a policy for using you bathroom but the way your manager at the 49th street location spoke to me was appalling and for her to not even apologize after a purchased an item shows her rudeness. I will not be visiting this location again.
I usually enjoy visiting this coffee shop with my colleagues, as it’s conveniently located near our office. We often grab breaks here, and we’ve also been using the Too Good To Go app to pick up surprise bags on our way home. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with a new manager have been frustrating. When I mentioned I was there to pick up a Too Good To Go bag, the manager (wearing black glasses and with gold hair) responded abruptly, saying, ‘No, no, I’ve never heard of this.’ After I asked him to double-check, he eventually provided the bag, but his attitude was dismissive. The same situation happened again on my next visit with him denying any knowledge of Too Good To Go, which left me feeling uncomfortable, as though I was inconveniencing the staff. If the shop no longer wants to offer Too Good To Go options, it would be great if they could remove it from the app to avoid misunderstandings. Regular customers shouldn’t feel like they’re a nuisance simply for picking up their orders. It’s disappointing, especially given how friendly and welcoming the rest of the team is during the day.
