The space is very clean pletly of options to eat, amazing sandwiches and amazing service
Really great place for food and fresh juices. Next door to my hotel
Great spot right near Times Square. Check them out for delicious sandwiches and excellent service. The owner Danny is the man and will take great care of you.
Chicken is good and mashed potatoes
Cute store with a hot bar and overall decent prices for the City. Hot breakfast lunch and dinner we th a cold bar of salads fruits yogurt beer and you and take out or dine out in a space in front have fun
Great sandwiches (hot and cold). Big selection of buffet food as well. Large eating area upstairs
Favorite spot near our Times Square hotel for breakfast and lunch. Great hot food as well as fruit, giant salads, and coffee.
INCREDIBLE, They have everything!
Very clean, great service and diverse selections of food.
I enjoyed all of the food , especially the roasted turkey! I had thanksgiving dinner at a very upscale restaurant and the turkey and fixings really put that restaurant to shame. I wish I had some left overs from Cooks right now 😁❤️
Fuss free local diner and convenience store. The very kind Korean owner opened his store at the last minute before closing to let me run in and quickly buy some noodles. He also rebooted his cash register, helped with the hot water and tied it up for me so it stays warm and spill-free on my journey back to the hotel. Thank you, uncle!
Best deli by my office. I love going there every morning to grab a wrap/sandwich. The breakfast crew work well and quickly during the morning rush.
The best place to get fresh food in Nyc aside from 808 deli. They have an incredible fresh bar to make wraps and sandwiches ot plates. A salad bar 13.99. And a hot food bar including dumplings for 13.99. I got the salad bar, tons of fresh veggies, fruit of all kinds, baked chicken, baked plantains, frsh beet salad with walnust, cucumber salad, 2 pork dumplings sauce on the side, totellini salad with tomatoes, grapefruit, mango. Kiwi and a iced medium sweet tea $22.00. And sat right outside and ate and went on my way! I love this place for a quick bite!
Great spot in Times Square for good coffee with multiple syrup options and milks. Didn't try the fruit bar or Deli counter but everything looked fantastic and the fruit looked fresh and perfectly ripe.
i work down the block At 1540 broadway and this place is my go to lunch and breakfast spot. The staff and very friendly and food is very fresh. It gets packed during lunch rush but the staff try their best to move the line quickly as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone
Great restaurant close to our hotel. Reasonably priced and good comfort food. We ate there every morning before heading out to more expensive locations. Good people and the guy who prepares the food is great. Thank you!
Food was excellent, taste was on point for a great price. We ate from the hot buffet, a little taste of everything…just right. One of the best quick meals we had on our trip to NYC.
Great hot food buffet. Delicious ramen. Solid sandwiches. And amazing, on-time, consistent catering. Cook is our go-to spot for reliable catering in Times Square. Don’t miss this spot!
Copk Eatery was a great place to stop in for a breakfast smoothie and some fresh croissants. Owners and staff were all very friendly.
I really dont understand why the avarage rating is under 4 stars. Very good food, service and price. I'm in the st james hotel and this will be my everyday breakfast place from now on.
The food was delicious. The meat was fresh and really well cooked. Reminds us of mom's cooking. This place is a gem. Thank you
Has free public restroom upstairs
Amazing place near Times Square! Great sushi!
What a find!! Wish we'd found it sooner! Great for breakfast and lunch (maybe dinner but we didn't have a chance to try it) The presentation at this place was amazing. (Higher end restaurants could take a lesson from their presentation.) It IS a neighborhood deli but still a great find for something convenient, clean, bright, friendly, fast and tasty with a specious dining area on the second floor.
Love this place! It was right next to our hotel so super convenient. We ate late breakfast/lunch here 5 out of 6 days. I had their salmon/roasted red potatoes/green beans/yams & fruit every time. Absolutely delicious!!! My husband/sons ate the bagels & smear or panini sandwiches. I’m going to miss this place soooo much!!!
My partner and I have just spent 2 weeks in NY and this was the perfect little next door shop for all food and beverage needs. There is a such a wide variety, the place is open 24/7 and the staff are quick and friendly.
The Korean owner is so kind. The egg sandwiches are perfect for Korean tastes, and the fruit is fresh and delicious. The staff are all kind and nice. There are many kinds of Korean bowl noodles, sushi, sandwiches, coffee, etc. There are many things to eat. It is open 24 hours, so it is good to use when you are hungry.
Cook Eatery on 45th Street is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a staff that’s genuinely friendly and attentive. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly shine through in every bite. I highly recommend the [insert dish you loved most], which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, making it a great spot for anything from a casual lunch to a special dinner out. Service was prompt, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Cook Eatery is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!
Actually this place is fantastic if you look for an affordable breakfast. They offer a great selection of nearly everything. We recommend the bagels and the fruit buffet!
We went there after the opera, and ordered the Italian on a torpedo roll with no substitutions or additions. It was the best Italian hoagie I have ever had. The hoagie was fresh made, packed full, and so yummy. While we didn't get it, the fruit on the buffet looked amazing. We can't wait to go get another hoagie when we are back in February.
How this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews is beyond me. I eat here every day when in the city. Definitely best cheap eats in Times square. They have amazingly extensive and fresh fruit, salad and sandwich bars, delicious coffee and so much more. You can easily get a great meal with drink for under $20. My highest possible recommendation for a quick bite on the go.
Great little spot for late night convenience.
This was such a great little convenient place to grab a quick bite or a snack or drink. They had fruit, sandwiches, snacks. They have a salad bar and a hot food buffet. So many beverage options. What a great little place for some grab and go stuff. Visited several times during our week visit.
Cute and convenient spot near our hotel that served great breakfast. Many options, and all at a great price. Staff was busy but remained friendly, even with rude and impatient customers. We got our food made hot and fresh right in front of us and very quickly. Will definitely be back.
I went there 2 times no problem and the bathroom was open. We went upstairs to eat. Make sure it is open.. They charge you 4% more for a credit card. BEWARE Make sure they don't overcharge you. Great prices and food was very good.
The perfect breakfast location just 3 minutes from Times Square can be found on the 45th street between 7th and 6th Avenues! Normal prices for breakfast and with the buffet also in the evening a cheap alternative! When you go, you often meet me right here between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. - and don't forget to say that you got the tip from Oli from Olidaytours!
This is the kinda place to go to if you don’t know what you want when you walk in that you could potentially walk out with a little bit of everything. I started off wanting the bimibap and ended up with a very hearty chicken sandwich. I just love the concept that you can get a deli sandwich, choose from a buffet, or even get sushi or a ramen bowl. Just do much to choose from including a refrigerator case of beverages and I loved it. Bravo!

Open for coffee and cold foods / snacks 24 hours, with a hot food bar and upstairs seating area from 6am. Perfect if staying in a nearby hotel. Reasonable prices, and all the hot sandwiches I tried were excellent, stuffed with filling and heated through. Clientele seemed to be a mix of locals, people working nearby, and tourists like me staying in nearby hotels. Friendly and convenient.
Phenomenal deli. Staff keeps it well, food is great, and the snack selection is elite. Fast, friendly service.
Omlettes are so tasty and huge. Almost for 2 people. Definitely a great place for breakfast, highly recommend
Such great selection and quality fruit and salad bar. Salmon bagel was perfect

This is a god spot for just regular food at a decent price. Breakfast sandwiches are made to order, egg, bacon on a bagel or roll. They have hot food for lunch as well as drinks.
The bagels are delicious. Very clean and great variety of snacks and food
The person claiming the owner is rude. He doesn't let customers finish talking, very snappy, makes it harder for his workers to clearly hear the order and get it right. Bagel with cream cheese is very good. Upstairs seating with plenty of tables but the emergency exit is blocked by broken chairs.
One of the few places near Times Square that is not a scam for a Nova Scotia Bagel. My order was freshly made and wrapped very securely. Perfect to eat on the go or savor. Everything tasted fresh and there was a generous portion of all the toppings. Overall, a convenient, quick and great value eatery.
They offer a wide variety of food for all meals, including beverages. However, the staff is not very courteous in treating customers. Prices are reasonable, and the place is open from 6 AM to midnight.
A quaint deli / convenience store. Polite workers. They serve food with fresh ingredients: we ordered items like breakfast burritos, pancakes and sandwiches. They have an upstairs dinner where you can sit and eat your freshly made meal.
For daily quick snack or meal really great place most of the stuff for fresh and pretty cheap. I like to get the sushi just after they make it and it’s very fresh and pretty cheap, you can find all sorts of things juices, salad, bar, fresh fruit bar, homemade food bar, snacks, cookies, pancakes, just name it Also, they have pretty big upper floor for indoor eating so if you don’t want to take it, just go up and eat
Good place to get an inexpensive breakfast if you are staying at a midtown hotel and do not want to pay $40 for breakfast. It has omelettes and eggs to order to $8

We had a half roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and string beans ($27). The chicken was really dry. We also had 2 soups. The chicken noodle soup was good.
Appropriately rated 3 stars... Flavor is hard to find here even as the options are plenty, but the sandwiches are underwhelming. I like the no-frills part but they don't do breakfast well. Service is ok, this place is made for regulars, it seems, not newbies.
A grilled cheese was $7.50. It’s a couple slices of bread and a couple slices of cheese. I realize it’s Manhattan by Bryant Park but that just feels rude.
Incredibly rude staff that makes you feel uncomfortable- all for food that at best is fine, not worth the high prices.
Got the chicken parm panini for lunch today... Typically panini's in any style are served hot. It came with fries and a pickle. Walked 5 minutes back to the office, started to eat my lunch and the chicken was ICE COLD. The cheese wasn't melted. What a let down. Place is nice though and from prior exp coming here I would expect more from them.
I had a Mediterranean omelet plater the omelet didn’t have any feta cheese. The potatoes were hard and mostly overnight. The bread was burnt
The star is simply based on the price! I walk buy every day and would L or to get breakfast but I’d end up spending over 120 a week. Bacon egg and cheese and a drink shouldn’t cost 12 dollars. It’s a Times Square rip off
Came to the establishment and ordered a breakfast sandwhich, order was given to me incorrectly. When I asked why it was made wrong the guy who took my order took no responsibility and told me im not the one that made it. They brushed me off and did not want to correct the mistake. $9.00 later I walk out with a breakfast sandwich that I did not want.
Severely disappointed. I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt and say that I just got unlucky, but the food I got was just bad.

I was just here this Morning and it's a really disrespectful place. One the managers at this place does not have manners they were yelling and saying bad works to a worker and they were talking so bad and even in Spanish they were saying bad words to him they didn't care there were costumers here. Don't go to this place if you don't want to experience this type of behavior.
I would give 0 stars if possible...what a terrible place! The cashier tried to scam me by overcharging me 20 dollars for a meal with my family and the food was not that good either. Most definitely do not go here! no respect or integrity!
Scam central! Just been charged $17 for a pack of chewing gum, can of coke and a mars bar! The prices are not displayed on the food either! Beware of the man on the till!
Very bad, the Service in the sandwich area the two gentlemen wanted me to eat the sandwiches as they wanted, how bad and lousy service and I see that several people have already complained about the same thing and have not done anything to improve that, how bad for people like me who are staying near you. What a bad and horrible treatment on their part.
O work across the street I went there once o got a bagel and butter the price changed by the time I got to register I tried it again doors open it says open when I went into get a roll they tell me there not ready this place is wack and a disservice to neighborhood there greedy for money but give poor service
Trust me it’s not 24 hours. The door was unlocked; the lights were on and the guy was just sitting there but he said it was closed. Please change it on Google.
DONT GO HERE Way overpriced deli and foods. I had to pay $20 for a small box of fruits. Are you kidding?
This place is a not honest - my order was $10 and the man on the checkout charges me $17 on my card for goods that had a real value of less than $7. Welcome to NY and some of the desperate stores. Watch what they charge you, back to cash for me.
Terrible! These people took advantage of my family being tourists. I sent my family who can’t speak English that well in full trust but guess what, when they came back and showed me the bill my mouth dropped. $75 for 3 meals… absurd! I went to this deli immediately and confronted the cashier who then called the manager. After a contentious conversation, they finally refunded me the money after I threatened to complain to them for fraud. Knowing very well that they attempted to trick a few tourists who could not speak English that well. Embarrassing. Avoid this place at all costs, warning you! Businesses in NYC have really gone downhill.
I placed my order at 12:00pm today and it took them about 25 minutes to make my food. All I had gotten was a tuna wrap and a fruit salad. Do better next time, please! Its always crowded, and its like you have to stand off to the side if you’re food isn’t ready or they forget about you.
Poor service here. Used to be a regular until one week that they decided hash browns should be cold and the next day they decided a large order of french toast for a corporate client was more important than making a BEC bagel sandwich. Never ever coming back again. Typical NYC hospitality and service. The lockdown did not teach them a lesson, let them go bankrupt on their own.
Want to get ripped off? This is perfect for you. A complete scam of a place that will charge you $5.00 for a drink, and $25.00 for lunch. Avoid!
I went to this location today (07/25/2022) only because the weather is bad and its 2 doors down from my office. I had looked at the menu on-line before going and had decided to order the Italian Supreme. I walked over to the sandwich counter and the Sandwich maker had his back to me pouring mayonnaise from a large jar into 2 smaller plastic mayo-containers, I patiently waited resisting the urge to ring the bell. Eventually another employee yelled out to him that someone was waiting at which point he turned around and addressed me. He snarled and asked what I wanted and not sure if he didn't understand English or if he was hearing impaired I slowly and deliberately repeated my request twice adding that I also wanted hot peppers. A strange look came over his face like he was in pain and he asked what is that? I said you don't know what hot peppers are? to which he responded we have all sorts of peppers and began to name sweet pepppers; roasted peppers and finally jalapeno. In exasperation I answered jalapeno which It was all I could do from yelling at him why was he working behind the counter if he couldn't tell the difference? To make matters worst in the midst of making this sandwich a colleague came over to him and they both began to converse in their native tongue, he reached for a paper towel; snapped off a piece and wiped perpiration from his brow; tossed it aside and continued to make the sandwich. My eyes opened wide in disbelief and my mouth dropped and not wishing to make a scene I paid for the sandwich and walked back to my office. I could not bring myself to eat the sandwich even despite and ignoring all that had transpired during the preparation because the roasted peppers he placed in the sandwich was jelly to the touch and the bread was wet as if it had been soaked in liquid and was just falling. This was due in part to layering incorrectly, he placed the tomato next to the bread and proceeded to add the other ingredients hence the soggy mess. I have taken considerable time to write this review in the hope that the Owners, Managers and the Sandwich Maker himself will see this and do themselves a favor if they care about their reputation and are interested in fostering repeat customer business. I for one will not be returning to this establishment. It wouldn't post until I gave it a star rating and that is the only reason their is a rating attached to this review.
Year after year I come to this place but this time with a bad experience, the guy who makes the sandwiches is hostile and lousy in serving the public, he should treat the customer better. If you feel in a bad mood, ask another employee to take the order.
I've been going there for years and now that they rebranded, they increased prices and reduced both quality and quantity. See in the picture a 12$ salad half empty.
Never been in any eatery and told (3 occasions) they couldn’t make an item on the menu because (1 excuse) they had a large order. Also pancakes pathetic, thin, small.
Talk about a rip off here. $33 for a 6 pack of beer and two waters. Save your money and walk down to Target at times SQ.
It is very expensive and the food low quality ... I had a small cup of yogurt 13.5 $ (1 block away, another buffet you can have a yogurt better quality at 4.90 $). I had a taste of high acidity in their yogurt as they kept it long time and could be outside the fridge. It is the most expensive yogurt I have ever paid. I was also in the same place few days before and I had their buffet, the meat has no taste, because they kept it long time + dry and they heat it everyday. The lady at the cashier is nice and friendly, 1 star for the lady but 0 for their food.
BE AWARE: 1) When you pay with credit card, they add a commission of 3.99% !!! Yes, again - 3.99% - like a mortgage. They have a really tiny little note announcing about it. It's so tiny no one pays attention to that. 2) Today i ordered a greek wrap, that should have contained broccolli. See the photo attached and decide for yourself (the green dots are onion...).
Sandwich makers very rough chicken spoiled chicken from 3 days very sour no recommend 👎
Terrible experience. I came here with my children, and not only was the food absolutely disgusting—greasy, flavorless, and clearly not fresh—but the man at the counter (an Asian gentleman) was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted like we were bothering him just by ordering. This is not how customers, especially families with kids, should be treated. Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many better options around Times Square.
Guy at cash register was rude and unprofessional, he proceeded to smack my hand away, after I taped to pay . Very weird .
Absolutely horrible, please avoid! The food was so bad and stale, we asked for it to be remade and the manager started giving us a huge attitude. On top of that they overcharged us and treated us really badly, there was loud music being played by drunk people at the other table and they said nothing to them. Then the staff locked the bathroom and wouldn't let my family use it simply because we asked for the food to be remade. Never coming back here, avoid it!
Avoid at all costs!!! These people are huge scammers, the cashier overcharged me 3-4 times in a single week, and whenever I confronted them the manager tried to blame me for it! Their menu prices are literally for show only, they scam you and add nonsense charges sneakily so you don’t notice. For example, my family and I had a breakfast meal that should have costed 35 dollars, instead they charged $52. Many families In the hotel with us said the same thing, that they overcharge and scam you. On top of that, the food is HORRIBLE. It was cold and undercooked, awful service, only went here because there was no place open at the time. And also, many regular customers we saw also said the cashiers try to overcharge them multiple times, and they only come here because it’s close. Avoid. Only way to teach these people a lesson is if you don’t give them your money. You’re better off going a block over to other places, these people are rude and thieves!!!
Very awful service and food. I ordered catering for a meeting and will NEVER order again from here! Heads up to anyone looking at this place for catering orders, they do not care! They sent the order 45 minutes later than the planned time, while I was in the meeting and on top of that, the food was cold and soggy. The coffee order was wrong too and barely gave any condiments. I should have read previous reviews of this place, but hopefully this helps the next customer. This literally damaged my reputation with my boss and co workers as it looked like pure negligence. Terrible service and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I left a 100 dollar tip on a $250 order and that still wasn’t enough. Manager completely avoided me when I called and made excuses, beware of karma. Customers are what drives your business! Stay away from here!
Scammers. Went in 3 times over the course of 3 days and bought the same water bottle. I paid $2.50, $3.80, and then the final time the elderly Asian owner tried to charge me $5. I walked out. A pack of skittles is not $3.72. Went to Duane Reade a few doors down and bought my water and candy for less than $5. Extremely rude and terrible service from all the workers. The “buffet” is full of tasteless, dry food. Spent $61 and couldn’t even finish half of it. The bathroom could use a good cleaning. Upstairs dining area had 2 men drunk and passed out at 8 in the morning. Not a good look.
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is horrible as well. So I get the food, sit down with my family, and we find few pieces of hair in the food. I talk to the manager who just plays dumb and has a nasty attitude but agrees to give a "discount." Then when I pay, the cashier literally tries to scam me by charging me THREE times the price. According to their prices, the food should have been $35, with the discount around $20. This guy charged me 60 dollars. 60. Unbelievable, and when I asked how it's that much he didn't even explain in the slightest. When it started to attract the other customers to what was going on, the owner told the cashier to charge me 20 dollars. I really don't understand how these people run a business if they do this type of stuff. Not to mention the fact the other employee came by and then also started having a nasty attitude towards me, practically insulting me for simply asking why the price was high. I should have read the reviews because these guys have a reputation as scammers and rude, unprofessional people. Awful.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible overpriced food and rude staff. The high cost of the food is really so you can sit indoors and have access to the restroom, but the restroom is closed most of the time and the upstairs is now closed half the time. They never have any signage up to tell you WHEN the upstairs is closed so it’s always an unpleasant surprise AFTER you purchase. Today we found out the upstairs was closed after we ordered when there was no barrier or anything placed in front, just a staff member standing there. I commented to my friend, “wow, I wish they’d communicated that ahead of time or I wouldn’t have eaten here,” and the staff member guarding the stairs chimed in with “I don’t care.” Save yourself the hassle and go to literally anywhere else. If you’re looking for snacks, Duane Reade is cheaper. If you want somewhere to sit, do Popeye’s, McDonalds, Chipotle, Subway… so many options that have reliable seating and reasonably priced food. I used to come here all the time between shifts at work to have some food and shelter from the cold in spite of poor quality, incorrect orders, and insane pricing for the sake of convenience. Now I will never go again. And neither should you.
Some really nasty food prep people behind the counter. Asking about some pricing for clarification on a bagel with egg salad… I asked where it’s posted on the menu. I got some snide and snippy remarks about that’s the price if I don’t like it , tough. Upstairs is a complete dump no service crew, people playing loud video games with no earbuds… Food is cheap, but the atmosphere is cheaper. UPDATE: don’t go there for any egg sandwich after… I don’t know what time… Because it’s not posted, but I went in there at 1:45 PM on a Saturday and I couldn’t get an egg sandwich.
I came in at 6:30 AM to order a sandwich, and once again, the experience was disappointing. The short staff member near the cook was extremely rude, as he often is. Every time I try to order early in the morning, they are not ready and make it feel like a burden to serve customers. The attitude is consistently unwelcoming, and it’s clear that morning service is not a priority here. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend anyone to come here early for food or expect respectful service

Bagel pub is better especially when comparing the quality of the food. This place is too expensive and doesn’t even serve good food. The cooks behind the grill don’t even know how to cook certain things the right way yet try and charge you too much money for it. Would not come back again
Disgusting manners. My grandma came here for an orange juice while she was visiting her city, The old man running the shop got mad at her for asking which orange juice was cheaper and threw a bottle of orange juice at her head. Disgusting customer service. Do not come here.
A worker was being rude while this lady was ordering. She was deciding what she wanted to drink, the man told her to pick one. The man then threw a bottle at her. She has a bruise on her face.
