As winter is approaching I would highly suggest that any one that stops by Jamba juice in the morning grab a freshly squeezed orange juice and add a shot of ginger cayenne & I was advised to add to your drink, the oatmeal as you get two toppings, and mine is the honey and blueberries, which are always fresh plump and delicious

Jamba makes the best drinks and food. Lavishing on that fruit-topped oatmeal was delicious. I finished every spoonful and was satisfied for the morning. Thank you Jamba! Being heart-healthy is the way to go!

Difficult to find - follow signs for the subway! Once you get there, it's a standard Jamba experience.

Good smoothies. But I think it could be better. They tasted more like just lemonade slushes rather than mixed fruit smoothies.

Matcha smoothie tasted great! Not all smoothies are made entirely from fresh fruits though. But the lower cost checks out (~$7 for 16oz vs $10+ elsewhere). Great location for a quick stop!

Smoothies are good, and they accept online orders, but there is no oven for food options like the apple pretzels

I am not crazy about their smoothie since it's not made for entirely with fresh fruit like it's suppose to.

Good drinks but there are no seats, this is just for grab and go.

It's okay all the fruits and veggies are frozen I like the PB and banana smoothie $$.

This is a glorified Kiosk that's underground in the Rock Center and hard to get to from the street. The product quality was the standard goodness you can expect from Jamba Juice, but just inconveniently located.

small location in concourse. Staff tries but can sometimes be short and condescending. I'm a regular so they remember what I like, but in the concourse with lots of competition, customer service is the deciding factor and many times, this location lacks that.

Horrible customer service. Did not get what I paid for. When I went back to get it corrected the girl did not even ask what was wrong. She assumed what was wrong and started making something else. When I finally had the opportunity to tell her, she was rude and said they discontinued it, which they have not.

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure if it is all Jamba Juices, but at this location you will just be wasting your money. My smoothie tasted like they took all of the flavor out of the fruits and them took flavorless pulp and threw it into a blender with ice. Additionally, the staff seemed distracted and disinterested in the customers.

Jamba juice should just take their acai bowls off the menu. I ordered 2 of the same bowls and was severely disappointed. Their bowls were more like a shake and soupy. There was barely any toppings, maybe 5 slices of bananas and 3 slices of strawberries and a tablespoon of granola. Has to be the worst acai bowl I've had. Absolutely unacceptable.

Came with an online order and the worker claimed they don’t get online orders at this location. Sketchy at best but more than anything extremely inconvenient. No smoothie is worth this. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received! I walked 30 minutes (pregnant and all) for 2 to-go orders that I paid for online, all to be turned away when I arrived. They stated that I had to repay and be refunded online because their systems were down (they were not) even though I had the receipts for each completed order. This location is NOT clean, NOT friendly and does NOT honor to go orders. In fact, they did not even refund me and would not do anything about the situation. Now I am two Jamba Juices under. I would not order anything here (especially ahead of time) as they are clearly unreliable, dishonest and a huge waste of time. EDIT: I still have yet to be refunded. It’s been months! The communication and care from this location has been horrid. I’ve called corporate more than ten times and they say nothing can be done, and that the original location is at fault. I will continue to follow up with corporate and I’ve yet to go back to JJ because of this incident. I’ve tried sharing with as many people to expose JJ’s terrible customer service.

There were a group of confused and angry patrons with the same issue. Another patron witnessed Doug going to the order screen and cancelling the order himself. Not to mention they far from being busy as they had no other orders / customers. Cancellation email was never sent and I was not refunded.
