Truly the best in pediatric dermatology. Professional, intelligent, compassionate, thoughtful and not rushed (which is rare these days). Dr Garzon is always very mindful of my child’s medical trauma. Listens to my concerns as a parent, and even better, listens to my child’s input. Office at 51 west 51st is wonderful, the staff are amazing. Always responsive when I send messages, and Dr Garzon has taken the time to call me in between visits. Can’t say enough positive things; I highly recommend Dr Garzon and her team.
Dr Garzon has been kind, patient and compassionate with my son’s unusual melanoma case. She has explained the pathology, and directed us to other doctors to help piece together an appropriate care plan. She has been accommodating to our schedule needs. We will be seeing her quarterly.

Dr. Garzon and her fellow were extremely thoughtful and interested in my child’s issue. She laid out a plan and ensured I felt comfortable with the next steps and timeline of my daughter’s care. We used Dr. Garzon for our 3 kids and always had the best experience with her. She was personable, attentive, and diagnosed and treated their dermatologic issues with expert care. I have recommended her to many friends and colleagues and will continue to do so. She is fabulous!
Dr. Garzon herself is lovely and careful. Her office, however, is lousy. They sent the wrong patient's pre-instruction file, then couldn't seem to find any of the information (insurance card, pharmacy information) that I had taken time to fill out in the file. They created a somewhat frustrating experience that should not have been that way base on the doctor's own care.
Worst experience with a dr ever. Absolutely Will not get back to me. My toddler has had a rash for over 5 weeks now. Never returns calls. Was dismissive at best during visit. Awful and infuriating.
