As far as McDonald's go, this is one of the nicer facilities. Their bathrooms are nice and clean. Even with the moderate flow of customers coming in and out, they keep the tables and floor clean. They also have a good variety of seating. As a veteran, I usually take part in McDonald's military discount, however this McDonald's does not offer a military discount.

I rarely take my small children to McDonalds but we had an appointment in Brockport today and stopped to meet a friend. Todays visit was not what I expected...I also never do surveys but after the the great time we had this afternoon, I felt compelled to comment. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the food was fast, fresh and hot at lunchtime. Best of all there was the kindest worker named Deanne. She really went above and beyond to make all of us smile. She was so sweet and patient and treated my children like they were so special. Her customer service was A+ and because of her I will definitely be bringing my children to this location again!! The kids kept talking on the ride home about how awesome she was!! Very impressed Brockport McDonalds!!

I visited today 3/21/21 at 12:59am and whoever the girl was who was working the drive thru was awesome. Update to my review once again amazing 4/7/23 still kicking it waited in drive thru for about 20 min due to someone who is just plain unhappy and still received hot food and wonderful service

We were just there for dinner and sat in the drive thru for longer than usual, however they were extremely busy, so we could understand. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to leave one this time because not only was the girl who took our order absolutely awesome, the food was the best we have ever had! I mean ever had at any McDonald’s ever! We ordered 3 fish filet and fries and a strawberry McFlurry and just wow! The tastiest fish since I was a kid. McDonald’s has not been the same since covid- until today. Thank you Brockport McDonald’s! You are doing a great job! We will definitely be back!

I typically go here for breakfast before work. The staff is always so friendly and the food is always fresh. I'll keep going back to this location for sure. In case you're wondering, I always order a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle and a large caramel latte on the app so my coffee is usually free or my sandwich is only $1.

Don't usually go here but my son likes to get plain burgers for home so I get like 15-20 and freeze them so he can eat them later. They are always understanding when I tell them to not hurry or panic on my order. They are very good 👍

Normally always clean, the manager Linda is always so helpful to the customers and takes great care of everyone with a smile on her face even when it's a very busy day! The staff are always very good from what I have seen since staff changes and the environment is clean.

This is without a doubt, the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been in in my entire life. They are very well staffed, and even though it was very busy and I did have to wait a normal amount of time for my food. I was impressed with the quality of the food and service.

Update: McDonald’s has underwent a renovation a while ago. Since, efficiency and quality has been improved. —— Previous Review: Many lights in the dinning room were blown. This poses a safety hazard at night. The dinning room was also unkept and dirty. Many flies around soda fountains. Many flies in general. The the drive thru always seems like it is not running efficient or effectively, there are two windows and 2 order speakers for a reason....efficiency.

I live around the corner and I tend to come here for my weird ass 11 o'clock milkshake runs. Drive through people are always nice. Star off is for the fact that they are "cleaning" their ice cream machine all night on Thursdays.

This store has 2 lanes for drive up ordering. Really not sure it speeds things up..but does keep the drive thru from backing up to the highway. Impatient drivers can be seen not staying in order..the staff always has to confirm what your order is. Food was perfectly done, and my order was correct.

Tables lack the typically sticky residue. More sanitary but can't help but think it detracts from the typical ambiance of a Mickey Dee's. 😕 Fast Wi-Fi, good service, generally clean, and good food all things considered. 👍

I asked for a beef patty on the smokehouse meal and received a grilled chicken. The bottom bun was burnt and it really wasn't that good to begin with. I also got 2 strawberry pies and those both seemed to be a little ehh as well. The only thing that I enjoyed about this meal was the fries were hot and seemed to be cooked for my order and the soda.

I don’t know why but every time I come to this location and I get orange juice it tastes like water it has absolutely no flavor so I’m not sure if someone’s making it incorrectly or if that’s the way it supposed to be but I’ve had it at other locations and it’s fine.

Great experience overall, usually only waiting if the store is busier than usual, my favorite employee to take care of my order is Louis, he takes his time making sure everything is right with the food and that I have everything I need. Man needs a promotion, of course when he's not there it feels like everyone behind the counter just avoids eye contact in hopes not to have to actually help you with what you need

Finally, Brockport McDonalds is serving better food or at least getting my order right. I used to refuse to go to this particular McDonalds because they never got my order right and I always got cold, bad tasting food. Seems things have improved, at least at lunch time.

I ordered a banana smoothie along with my breakfast. The worker definitely heard me because they followed the request with "what size?" Which I then replied "Medium". The worker understood and said "Got it" and told us to pull forward. They then failed to give me my banana smoothie.

Service was slow and terrible. My son order a breakfast meal with orange juice and it was diluted 4 times over. Undrinkable. Long lines at the drive thru so we went inside and even though we were 2nd in line it still took 15 minutes to get our food. Food was typical McDonald's quality but the service reminded me why I don't do McDonald's often!

It seems like this particular mcd is unable to make a McMuffin without egg shells in it. This has happened to me here numerous times. It's maddening. They also seem to have a hard time keeping track of the drive through order. Other than that, it's a typical MCD.

I ordered a hotcakes breakfast with sausage and when I went home, no sausage. I didn't ask for a receipt and couldn't go back so called. The impatient young person stopped me in the middle of my words and said "Let me get a manager." and the manager didn't come after waiting for 3 minutes. I will go again but lesson to all is check your order before you drive off! Don't expect to get support when calling. Just hold them accountable.

Got pulled into a stall, so there was already someone pulled ahead of me. Waited forever for my food, and had no sauces that were paid for, and fries were very cold. Actually nothing was piping hot, so it was as if the pull up wasn’t necessary.

Everything was starting out good then after we ordered our food we sat down and can hear the employees loudly talking about customers in a negative way. Was to the point one customer politely told them to stop talking about her family, to the person in charge saying “sorry well your order was confusing” the customer then left tearing up as she walked out. After that costumer left the staff continued talking negatively about her and other customers. Other then listening to the employees talk trash about the customers the food was okay, after this experience I don’t want to come to this location anymore.

I went through McDonald’s this evening and asked for a large black coffee. Waited for an excessively long time in the drive through just to get a cold coffee. I went to go inside to find out The lobby was closed for what reason I do not know. Than drove back through just to get told I would have to wait for a new pot to brew. I left! They need to get it together seriously! Very frustrated!

I ordered food off the App and they refused to give it to my teenage som that was picking it up. I have ordered food off the app several times for him and his friends so they can go and get it after the gym. I called trying to talk to the manager. She hung up on me. This isn’t my first experience with them almost every time I order, they forget to give me some thing they give me the wrong order. Accidents happen but at the Brockport McDonalds I have issues 80 percent of the time. The only reason reason go there is because of my kids.

I ordered a grilled chicken panini. It was $4 and change on the menu. It rang up for over $7. I said I only wanted the sandwich. He didn’t say anything about the $3 price difference until I said something about the menu saying a different price. He said it was new prices. I suggested a menu change another guy said that was corporate they couldn’t do anything. (And He said they get food advertising that they don’t have either). I suggested at least a paper sign and please pass along my complaint to management. I ordered a different sandwich. They gave it to me quickly while I was still up there. About a minute.

I ventured into the Brockport McDonald’s for a quick dinner, expecting the usual fast-food efficiency. Instead, I found myself cast as an unwitting participant in a tragicomic play titled “The Art of Letting Things Go.” First act: The iced tea refills. Free refills have apparently been declared too avant-garde for this establishment—filling a decanter again is, I suppose, an act of rebellion bordering on high treason. So, the single cup of iced tea I paid for became a precious heirloom. On to the sandwich, where I discovered that half a slice of cheese is the new full slice. Maybe the other half went to a nicer place? Or is it McDonald’s minimalist take on dairy? Meanwhile, mayo is now a luxury item, billed at $0.53 for a thimble-sized portion delivered with the dramatic flair of a royal decree, after an intermission so long it forged a bond between me and the staff. The ambiance: napkin dispensers sit empty in silent protest, and the dining area cleaning schedule must be a mythical legend. The ketchup smears decorating the trash bin clearly aspire to be modern art—“Chaos in Crimson,” perhaps? An inspired touch in an otherwise decaying tableau. The restroom experience was the pièce de résistance. The flies greeted me with such gusto, they might as well have been greeters. And the paper dispensers? Positioned for an advanced yoga pose—getting paper there involves gyrations that would impress any contortionist. Flashlight included, naturally. In a world where customer loyalty is gold, Brockport McDonald’s seems to believe that nickeling, diming, and dodging maintenance will create charm. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. It’s more like watching a slow-motion surrender disguised as thrift. Raising meal prices slightly to keep quality intact might sting, but watching the whole experience melt away? That’s a tragedy, and not the kind you want on your menu.

It's a McDonald's. I don't expect a 5 star experience. Although I will say, this location seems to struggle with keeping up with the traffic it receive. It's rare to go through the drive through and not be told to "pull up and wait". Moreso than most other McDonald's. Also, like every other fast food establishment in this day and age, it's a complete crapshoot whether or not you're going to get what you've actually ordered.

Few months ago they told me to park in spot 2 and wait.. 12 minutes later I call and they said they couldnt find me haha I was in spot 2. Next time I come and I order a # 7 and they gave me no fries and only 1 burger. Ill avoid this place now.

My boyfriend I went for lunch today. He ordered the land air and sea burger. We didn't realize it was a make your own sandwich. They gave him all these different sandwiches ...no chicken...bacon in a box...10$ for that ? Will never go back there again

I ordered a sprite with no ice and it was only like half full. Charged me for a full sprite. Don't blame me if I don't want to drink ice out of your nasty ice machine. I used to work in fast food, I know how often those things get cleaned (they don't). NEVER disrespect a girls sprite like that. Also they forgot my honey mustard. 0/10 I'll probably still go again.

This is nothing agains the restaurants food whatsoever. This is against this particular one in general. Every time I go here they mess up my order in some fashion. For example this evening they did not give me two burgers, and my fries. Went back for the fries thinking that we had the burgers, but we didn't. The past five times we have went there they have tried to not give us our entire order. Over the past year it has happened at least double that. Also tonight they were screaming profanities over there speakers while we were trying to order. It just crazy to think this happens to me, my friends, and I am sure most of brockport, and the same people work there. I know I often go at night. But if your not busy you should be able to get your customers orders right. I am very certain I will just go somewhere else from now on.

Grossly overpriced, food is always dry and the cheese has been hard on the corners when I have eaten there. Their coffee has good flavor, however I can drink a large and still feel I haven't had coffee yet. Myself I avoid McDonald's in the Brockport area.

Horrible. Ordered a frozen Americano per description on board at the drive thru. It shows both a hot cup of coffee and a frozen, clear cup of coffee with whip cream. Female taking order was extremely rude and kept saying "wait a minute". I ordered a medium, which came to $3.23, with tax. Extremely long wait in que. It was 3:41 p.m. KS#13. I get to pick up window and I am handed a hot medium black coffee with a few ice cubes floating in the cup. I advise the female in the pick up window that it's not what I ordered and what the picture shows. If I wanted the$1 coffee I would have ordered it. She weakly offered to remake it. By this point, 20 minutes in line on an 84° day, I just left. And that's why they want to make more money per hour!

Pros: friendly staff, accurate order, and it always clean. Cons: drive through consistently takes over 15 minutes if there are more than 4 cars, your food may be cold, and the back door is often left open leaving the opportunity for insects or other creatures to enter.

This place has gotten so bad over the years. It’s unbelievable how they allow teenagers who don’t know jack about anything run this place. Don’t recommend going here at all. Take your money somewhere else that’s not so disappointing. Lunch isn’t bad but I got breakfast for the first time in a while here and the McGriddle was horrible and the frappe I got tasted like chemicals mixed with chocolate. Screw this place.

if I could give 0 stars I would. everytime I go here it is awful. I ask everytime for a cheeseburger plain it is what I always get. not once in the past 5 times that I have been here has it been right. I sent it back 3 times last time as it was covered in onions and pickles the first time. then after I watched the manager repeat back to the cook that it was supposed to be plain it came out with onions again. when it came out the third it was so covered in grease and mangled I threw it away. I just went again tonight and got my usual came back home to meat that smelled like it was spoiled. grease everywhere and to Noone in my households surprise, my burger was covered in onions pickles and ketchup. i should also note that this was the 5 dollar fan deal wich comes with a double cheeseburger. there was an extra cheeseburger in the bag as someone must have realized this mistake. yet it was a single cheeseburger and yet again covered in onions and grease. I know fast food is greasy. this burger was WET. fries were literally tossed in the bag. not to mention there is literally Noone in the restaurant and this goes on. staff is rude and bathrooms are absolutely discusting. will never be a mcdonalds customer again

Stop hiring 14 year olds if they can't take an order. Not only did the girl get it wrong at the speaker I corrected the order at the window had her read it back to me , she still messed up the order. It's not just the staff at the window it's the staff in the back too. I got the wrong drink I got charged for something I didn't receive , had to go back to the store.. there's no way this quality of service deserves more than minimum hourly pay.

This location is sucks on mobile Order & curbside. They let you wait 20 mins or more, they are good ignoring guest. I wish owner operator knows how the managers & employees operate this place. Most of the time curb side is closed , i brought it out to the manager on duty & she did not care . Por Customer service

Very unorganized. Two lanes. Suppose to alternate, not take 4+ from one line only and still make the other line wait and then give attitude to the customer who said "Hello" as they were confused on what was going on. We left and went to get my son's food from Burger King. There was no reason for the workers attitude or the restaurants way of running the drive thru that disorganized.

Went through the drive through ordered a number 7 (with a milk shake) and a McDouble meal but the lady only took down the McDouble order forgot all about the other order but still got the milkshake down. I was only charged for the McDouble and milkshake. Terrible service all around!

The worker who accepted my call was rude, I was simply asking if I could order through the phone because I genuinely didn't know. The worker was a girl and I made sure to be polite with her from the start, I asked the question and without a response she ended the call and now I can't order food because they keep declining the call. I am very disappointed with this, I wanted my lunch but now I am sitting here reviewing on how bad your service is, fix your workers mcdonalds.

When ordering a breakfast delivery, you have to make sure to order at least half an hour before they SAY they stop breakfast. We ordered about 15 mins before and they just decided to not cook our food. I get it's almost time to stop breakfast, but that doesn't mean you can just not do your job. And of course, getting the order cancelled and refunded has to be a 12 step process too.

There’s someone there that works drive-through. Her name is Jaylyn or Jaelyn I don’t know how to spell it, but she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. It doesn’t matter if you come in the morning or afternoon she is sure to ruin your day. And definitely don’t ask her if the items you ordered would be cheaper in a meal because she’ll just tell you no, her tone gives off that you’re inconveniencing her and that she doesn’t want to be there . As someone who works in Customer Service and takes a lot of phone calls, it’s very important to have a tone that is inviting when dealing with customers. She should be reminded that you don’t have to work in Customer Service because it’s not for everyone and it may not be for her.

Ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese muffins this morning. My wife likes mayo on her sandwich, so I asked for 2 with mayo. They charged $.49 each for a smear of mayo. Last time I spend a penny at this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. Idk if there's been a change in management or training or what but this place is a hot mess. Every time I come through they give my toddler expired milk in her happy meal so they obviously don't understand FIFO (First In First Out) protocol. Last time it was FIVE DAYS out of date. That is ridiculous CHILDREN are going to get sick. And the entire staff has a serious attitude problem. Last visit, we were told our total at the order box was $10 and some change. We get to the window and are told it was $17. We confirmed our order and the cashier still insisted it was $17. We got several items that are part of a special (buy 1 get 1 for $1, 2 for $3.50), so without the discounts it would probably be that much. We tried to explain that we were told a MUCH lower total and to please check again and she literally just shrugged us off. We parked and went inside, punched our exact order in on the kiosk and surprise, surprise, it came to under $11. We tried to bring it to the manager on duty's attention who basically told us we were lying and asked us to leave. We called the corporate number on a previous receipt and they did nothing of course. Then we received a hollow courtesy phone call from the franchise owner that evening where basically he wasted 45 minutes of our time arguing over what "actually" happened. It was absolutely ridiculous. We'll be hiking it to Spencerport or Hilton for McDonald's from now on.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever - worst customer service and accuracy- I was assured 4 times that my order was correct and after driving 20 minutes home only to find out it was wrong and when I called and spoke to the “manager” Laila was offered nothing - she only stated very rudely “ I’ll put your name on it and you can come get it” really? WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and then they said they couldn’t give me my drink because there machine was down and didn’t offer me a refund not a different drink or anything then i drove home and they forgot 2 meals and i drove back and the manager started screaming at me because i wanted them to remake all the food so it was fresh and not cold. Honestly the service is poor here. Employees are rude and they don't care how they treat people. So miserable looking most of time. I had points for a free meal and it wasn't working in the computer system. Employee was super bothered and was just trying to charge me for it and say it didnt work. I asked for them to get a manager, where the problem was such a simple fix and done in two seconds. Although there is a very nice girl there, not sure of her name. But she has blonde hair and is always working the pickup window. She has always been the only one with a smile and has always been super kind. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't go back honestly.

The staff gave me the wrong order, so I went inside to let them know that I needed different sandwiches. The answer I got from whoever walked up to the desk was shoving my sandwiches into my hands and they walked away. Listen we all make mistakes on a daily basis, but if I made a mistake I apologize. I don't make other people feel bad based off of my mistakes.

They have a sign on the door saying that they will take orders at three . Theee is a rude white lady that can't be professional and the manager to busy doing deposits . So the lobby is closed . The employee has no customer service and. Would not recommend

Before covid brockport McDonald's was perfect always got the right order now a days nope I ordered a big mac large drink and fries then clearly said a 4 piece nugget happy meal and they had me pull up to wait then brought me the food bag with my burger and fries and drink and just a 4 piece nugget like what I walked in and got attitude and glares from the workers. Another time I went with my daughter we sat in to eat and placed are food order and sat down then all we heard was the 4 girls and 1 guys standing at the window talking about drinking and getting drunk it's a business place not a barn work talk not home talk come on just disappointed sor for the long rant

Every time I go there the GM is very rude and very nasty she needs to be replaced and fired every time I go there we are missing something that we paid for and there very rude about taking care of what is missing

This place is a dump. After not knowing how to simply enter in a code for a mobile order they proceeded to ask me 4 times what my order included and still got it wrong. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get an order just for it to be messed up. This is by far the worse and slowest McDonalds that I have ever seen. How do you give me a burger when I told you Mcchickens how do they sound relatively the same.

I want to McDonald's this morning to get my family some breakfast. I paid at the window. I pulled up I saw somebody else already waiting in the please wait here zone after you're told your food's not ready. So I pull up to the window I'm immediately asked if I could pull up so they could save their times. I said no. There was no room to move up. They asked me to go into a parking spot and they would bring my food out to me. I told them no I'm not moving up I'm waiting here. I'm not moving up anymore this is ridiculous. So the lady comes back to the window with a refund for me and told me to leave. Since when is it okay for you to make people pull up and wait for your drive-thru times? That's not okay. You are lying about your try through times. Every time I go to that McDonald's I have to pull up and wait. Check out the receipt for the refund.

if i could leave 0 or negative stars i wouldn’t hesitate, woodsy location ive ever been to, been coming here for almost 2 years because i go to school near by and its the only mcdonald’s. service is always abysmal and the food is rarely prepared well. i’ve genuinely never had a problem with any other mcdonald’s like the problems i have here, yall actually might as well just shut down with the rate that this place moves at. disgusting, be better

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for my order while I watched the girl walk around the whole kitchen with it, hand it off to multiple people who just buried it behind other orders, and not once was I asked if I needed help after standing there for 15 minutes

Idk what’s going on. I waited for 15 minutes for a $5 fan deal. Didnt get a sauce. Got 3 nuggets instead of 4. Soda was flat and the burger had enough ketchup for 6 burgers. What are you even doing?

Ordered through door dash. 2 20pc nuggets 2 big macs 2 drinks and 1 fry We were missing a 20pc nugget and the big macs didnt even have mac sauce. Fries were tiny hard and cold. And no straws. So disappointed

ordered for delivery (doordash) I ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 hashbrowns. McDonald's sealed the bag and didn't include my $13 worth of hashbrowns which was printed on the bag receipt.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes but they weren’t alternating the drive thru correctly. Definitely recommend sitting in the outside lane so you don’t waste your time.

In the last week I have been to this location three times. The 1st time I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a McDouble with Only Mayo specifically stating that my sister was allergic to tomato's and to please make sure there was no ketchup. When we got her burger there was only cheese and KETCHUP on in! She went in and got a new one, but still. The 2nd time I went inside with my 14 year old. We used the kiosk to order, at the end it tells you to take a table tent from the kiosk and enter the number, there were none at the kiosks so my kid had to go and find one at an empty table. When we went to sit down there was not a single table cleaned, even though there were only four other costumers in the store. I guess when you don't have someone standing at the front counter to take orders its easy to ignore the dining room. When the food came out the chicken tenders were so dried out I could barley eat them, luckily my kids food was fine and that is all that mattered to me at the moment. Finally my 3rd visit, I went thought the Drive Thru this evening with my kid again because he really wanted an ice cream cone. When I pulled in there was a single car in the left lane, so I pulled into the right lane. I then waited at the speaker for ten minutes while the order taker took three other vehicles from the left lane only. Finally I pulled around and went inside. Normally I would have just left but my kid had earned his treat and I wasn't going to deny him due to bad service at the drive thru. When we walked in there were two people waiting for orders, but no one in line. I was paying in cash so I went to the register. I then waited another five minutes while employees stood around showing each other things on their phone and someone in the kitchen blared vulgar music. Finally the employee on the fry station saw us and came over to take our order. I told him about the drive thru and he apologized even though it was not his fault at all, it was not his position this evening. I have to say he was the only good thing I have experienced here! Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was a very sweet kid. I do not plan to return to this location! I would rather drive 25 minuets out of my way and to Albion at this point.

I went inside I orderd 2 cheese burgers plain and 2 cheeseburger regular. What I received was 2 regular and 1 plain . And to top it off the young man runs out after me and says they gave me the wrong order. And as he switched orders with me gave the wrong order anyway.

By far the most unprofessional, unorganized fast food location I've ever been too. Started off waiting 10 minutes for any sort of greeting or acknowledgement that I was even standing their as the only person waiting it wasn't rocket science I was still waiting for my order. Finally after 15 minutes I decided to inquire on the status of my order to which the manager treated me as I was a major inconvenience to her busy day bagging fast food. Because of her attitude and unwillingness to properly communicate with paying customers I ended up with a door dash order that wasn't mine and then had to wait again for them to make my order. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for an online order and a happy meal. If you want adequate and prompt service you should go ANYWHERE but this location

I’ll start this review with a little bit of context: I go to McDonald’s at least once a week and get the same thing. Always a large caramel latte with caramel and no ice. Every time i order, I ask for the glass to be filled up with milk because i know asking for no ice results in a half empty cup. I was told by a manager at the Hilton location to do this. I have never been charged for extra milk before, but am totally willing to do so. Today I ordered how I always do. They didn’t communicate any problem to me at the ordering thing. I pay, again no communication there’s an issue. The manager at the window hands me a cup that is less than half full. I ask to fill up the rest with milk. She tells me no, and that this is how it comes. I tell her i would pay for the extra milk, and this is how i always order it and have never had a problem. She tells me there’s no way to ring up extra milk in their system and that this is how it comes. I explain to her that I was literally told by another employee to ask for this. She then said “I as a manager know I cannot give you extra milk. There’s no way for the system to do it, and we’re not giving you extra milk for free.” She was rude the whole time and very unprofessional. I asked for a refund because im not paying for an empty cup. I asked for her name, but she refused (as a manager? Pretty sure that’s not allowed, babes. Anyways, she has blonde-redish hair in a ponytail, light skin flushed red) and asks if I would like to speak to the GM. A woman claimed to be the GM came to the window with the same attitude, and told me “this is how it is, this is how it has always been”. (I’ve gone to this location several times this month without issues.) And she said “we’re not giving you extra milk without you paying for it” as if I didn’t ask to pay for it and wasn’t told no. I told her this, and she said “you should’ve said something when you ordered”. ??Did i not ask for extra caramel, and you automatically put in the upcharge, somehow different when asking for extra milk? Not my fault it’s free in your system. Both of these “managers” are telling me 2 different things while being rude to me. She then cut me off and rudely asked if i just wanted the coffee with milk this time, and to “make sure i specify i want to pay for extra milk next time” (i literally asked for extra milk like i do with extra caramel), then gave me what looked like just a cup of milk. Now, I’m going to post a picture of the receipt where it says “extra whole milk” under the coffee. Remember how the first manager said that there was no way for her to ring it in? Seems to me like it’s in the system, yet it’s free. I really don’t know why they chose to battle me this morning over this, but they were both clearly in the wrong. When I ask for no ice in my Dr Pepper, you don’t give it to me half empty, and theres no upcharge. What’s the difference? As a manager, quality control would tell you not to give a customer a cup half empty. The GM was trying to argue me in circles, seemingly to confuse me or something. Completely ignoring my points, and just saying what she wanted to. Seems to me like the first manager was wrong, the GM is her friend, and wanted to white-knight for her so that it didn’t seem like she was wrong in front of a customer. It’s ok to be wrong, you just have to fix it. But it’s not ok to treat a customer like that. Severely unprofessional. I have worked in customer service for years, I would never talk to a customer like that completely unprovoked, esp while I know I’m wrong. You can see why they have such a low rating. They care more about inventory than keeping customers happy. Update: I got a call this morning from what sounded like the original GM with the same careless attitude. She said I would have to pay for an ENTIRE JUG of milk if i want extra milk “because that’s the only way the system will ring it up”…? What abhorred customer service. So it’s my fault that your system THAT CLEARLY RINGS OUT MILK (see receipt) doesn’t charge people. Seems like a cover up for being incorrect.

We placed an order in-house for takeout & we waited for 30 minutes for half our order to be either missing or wrong. When we found something missing we went back in asking for it to be corrected, the manager shouted back to the fully staffed kitchen what we needed- then we were met with another 10-15 minute wait. One of the workers asked if we needed something recognizing us from earlier & immediately went and got it for us. Thank you to that worker, but otherwise we were disappointed in the Management; ordering around staff to make them personal food & such over customer orders.
