It was great. My new goto for pizza!! I met the owner... great guy. He was extremely helpful and the food was fantastic!!!

Pizza is good. Service was great. Have to check out some of the many other food choices on their menu.

A wide variety of delicious comfort-foods. We had the $10 Daily Deal; baked penne pasta. It came with a whole loaf of cheesy garlic bread. The single order was plenty enough for two. Dine-in is small, but the friendly staff is efficient and promotes a clean and fun atmosphere.

Jake is the best pizza maker. 🎉Plus he's got a kind and friendly personality. Way to go, Jake. You should get a raise!

Pizza and Wings were slamming! I've been here a few times and they really stepped up their game. Wings were crispy, pizza was perfect, compliments to the cook!

We order a cheese and pepperoni pie tonight with extra sauce and double pepperoni. It’s Friday night at peak time, the pie was ready in under 30 minutes but the extra sauce didn’t make it. (IMHO the pizza was perfect but my kid likes extra sauce) I called and they replaced it in 15 minutes, I couldn’t be happier with the pizza or the service.

Mike came out after having some downtime in the kitchen and was just the best. He put the icing on the cake for the night. Great time. Food is good but pricey, and coupons (even if I say I have one over the phone) always seems like it’s a long drawn out process.

Same good food as all the other locations, but the outdoor counter and patio area is a very nice touch.

Took my son there today to pick up a pizza. He asked to eat there instead so we sat down and they brought us plates without us even asking. It's not often you see that kind of service anymore. That being said, several subsequent orders have not been right and the pizza isn't the best.

Standard issue pizza and subs. If you’re able to pick up your pizza there’s better out there but their delivery is convenient and the wings are pretty good.

Pepperoni was to hot won't be going again

They don't use ricotta cheese with there calzones . Unless it's something you have to ask for?? I thought ricotta was a given making calzones

Ordered a large cheese pizza and a Manhatten with pepperoni. Both very greasy. Literally dripping off the slice as you ate. Disappointed.

Pizza was pretty expensive but fine other than that.

It's ok pizza. There is no shortage of pizza choices in Hilton, and the only thing that makes this one stand out is the outdoor seating and beer.

Ordered a pizza and 2 orders of wings. Pizza was decent. The wings were 2 different flavors, but they decided to put them in the same container. Brilliant. Not my favorite place in Hilton for pizza, but not the worse. Just remember to speak slowly and clearly when ordering.

The last thing Hilton needed was another pizza joint. Salvatore’s pizza is mediocre at best. Was not impressed.

Many times have we ordered for delivery and it is constantly late. People who answer the phones rarely know how to do anything and never know what's going on with the food until the ask someone. It seems like it's ran by teenagers. Writing this review after being to 35 to 45 minutes and now being told deliveries are taking 1.5 hours. Tonight was probably my last order from here which is unfortunate because salvatores is usually my favorite pizza place.

I had ordered Salvatore's version of a garbage plate. Italian sausage and all mac salad. The mac salad was literally a liquid, of which I'm wearing alot of it. Called pizza place and was told this was normal. I disagreed. I will not be ordering from them again. Have a pic but no place to add it.

Had some Hilton Salvatores pizza at a friends house for super bowl. It wasn't bad so when we were looking for some takeout last week we thought we would try one of their $10.00 specials. I ordered a calzone. Mozz., Ham and Pineapple. Ya I'm a pineapple guy. We picked up to eliminate the $6.00 delivery fee and tip. Go home with it only to find that it was 75% Pineapple with a minimal amount of ham. There was a ridiculous amount of dough also. I threw out about 25% of it as just dough. It had obviously been sitting for a while too (cold) even though we waited exactly 45 minutes as the web site suggested. So my $10.00 calzone wasn't so special after all. I'm not the kind of person that says I will never try again but at this point Carriglios, Carbones and Pontillo's are looking pretty safe. Got some room for improvement guys.

I keep giving them chances and I keep getting disappointed. Eggplant sub with OLD onions. Yuck! Also, OVERCOOKED fish fry. No tartar sauce. No more chances. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Have tried multiple subs from there. Always terrible and seems the bread and toppings aren't fresh and thrown together.

Ordered for delivery at 5:13 told me about an hour or so i said no problem they call me back at 6:35 to say im out of the delivery zone. Its a 10 min drive...

Way to go.. Salvatore’s in Hilton we called and ordered a pizza they said 30-35mins that wasn’t a problem until 2 hrs later we called asking where are pizza was and I asked for something to be done he goes I can give you 6$ back because the last 3 times I just let it go ..because the last 3 times we ordered it’s been nothing but problems with are food and now this bs he started arguing with me so I got nasty with him and Come to find out they canceled my order on me without even informing me so me and kids can starve that’s cute I’ll be contacting corporate tomorrow!!

Ordered banna peppers, olives and onion with pepperoni and extra cheese. The cheese was not extra. There was 7 banana peppers total. 15 olives. And a sprinkle of diced onion. And they charge for the toppings. Unimpressed. Place is nice though.

No matter where you go to, the problem with 99 percent of Rochester area pizza stores is that they think pizza is dough and cheese, with sauce as a topping. You have to tell them to use double or triple the sauce and half or less cheese. All because they get tax breaks from feds for using lots of cheese......Disgusting! 🤮

The employees were very friendly. My food was given to me burnt so I called once I saw it and had a new sub delivered to me which was delivered for no charge which was a pleasant gesture. That new sub was burnt as well. I will never order from this location again.

Decided to try their food. Was not impressed. Staff was rude. Order was wrong. I did not bring up that my order was wrong because their was another customer there complaining about his order being wrong. Disaster zone!

Pizza is hit or miss... sometimes good, sometimes bad. Very inconsistent. They have a problem getting orders correct. Service is bad. Order a pizza for delivery, prepay, and you may not get it... we didn't. The owner provides bad service and has no vision on making his business successful, nor does he seem to care through quality control and customer service. Too bad... it could be much better. I don't believe this store represents what Sam Fantauzzo had in mind. It's NOT recommended. Go to Pontillo's, Carbone's, Krony's, Pettinari's, or Mark's Pizza, where food and service are better.

She found it and then told me it should be ready in 20 minutes. An hour and a half we waited in the restaurant for only 2 subs. Cold subs by the way. Today, we tried again. Two subs, fries and pickle chips. Timing wasn’t bad. We ordered online this time. I called 30 minutes after ordering to verify that the food was ready. I was told 15 more minutes. No big deal, it’s a Friday night. I go to pick up the order and we are missing the pickle chips. Not fried pickles but pickle slices on the side for our subs. I was told that they don’t do that there and they could credit us the $2.00 in the next couple days. Really? You put pickles in a cup and take my $2.00, it can’t be much easier. I’m done with this location. The subs are ok but the management or lack of, is terrible and the employees need to be trained. I give it 1 more year max if the business stays run like this.

Super disappointed our first few pizzas were great. order last night and the pizza was absolutely disgusting you pay almost three dollars per topping and get no more than four pieces of sausage and a large pizza. Guess it’s time to go back to the original pizzas place here in town. Definitely won’t be paying their prices again!
